We stayed here Thursday night and really enjoyed it! the pool area is really great. Felt like you were at a resort. Rooms were very clean. Beds were really comfortable. Staff was nice. Loved the nautical look of the hotel. Free Wi-Fi. Parking. Breakfast is not included which was a bummer. Paid $9 for a cup of fruit, small yogurt and 3 small pastries. Basically what you get for free at most hotels. The continental breakfast. Also was more expensive than most hotels down the cape right now. With no view or beach nearby seems like they'd charge less. Would still stay again in off season. Summer prices look super high!

Indoor pool is great for the off season in the cape. Highly recommend. Also great outdoor pool for the summer time.

Love this place. First time taking a trip to Cape Cod and the experience of needing to drive to get anywhere is amazing I think. I love that all these stores and fast food restaurants I’m used to are miles away from each other. The room we got was very nice we can see the indoor pool from our window while still having privacy’s it is just amazing out here. The Fanizzi Restaurant will now be a family tradition for us whenever we come back. Right on the beach view was beautiful food was delicious I can’t complain at all.

Worst case of price gouging I have ever seen. There is a hockey tournament this weekend and the price jumped from 107 a night to $909 a night (with taxes) I thought it was a misprint so I called the front desk and tried to book just to see. It was not a miss print. This is shameful Sheraton. You should do better for your customers.

This Sheraton is newly renovated in a tasteful beach theme. I've vacationed in that area for 30 years and it's so peaceful. The room was spacious with a Great bathroom shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

A relaxing weekend getaway. Rooms are neat, clean, and comfortable with a reasonable amount of space to feel like you're not cramped. The bathroom had a fantastic oversized shower with glass doors; the bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash are mounted on the shower walls… a nice touch when you need more than one shower in a day because of activities… no running out of those little bottles of shampoo or conditioner items. We had a decent sized balcony that overlooked the pool area, complete with 2 chairs, a small table and privacy fencing between adjacent rooms. We used the outdoor pool for a quick swim but it was a bit cooler outside so we ended up at the indoor pool. It's a beautiful pool area, plenty of seating with both lounge chairs, side tables and regular seating. The Cape Cod Rail Trail has an entry point at the back of the hotel through some wood area. It's convenient if you are looking to bike (which we did) but it should be a careful walk through the woods with your bike… there's a lot of ground roots, beach sand and sticks along the path. Overall, the visit was pleasant and in an area we like to spend time. Some of the room colors/decor are a bit over the top… dark teal walls with prison grey doors, the rug a bit too 'busy' looking… but I guess that's my personal taste! Again, clean, neat and comfortable so paint choices are not really going to keep me from visiting again!

Hotel was great! Staff was friendly and helpful! All went very well for a getaway without the kids until the morning when the door at the end of the hall was slammed every few minutes start G at 6am. Overall great place just get that door fixed.

My friend stayed here during a wedding event so I visited for drinks and just hanging out. Overall it's one of the nicer hotels in the area. Customer service was pretty good and they had a nice bar/meeting area. There's a pool but no hot tub and everything's in great shape. The cost of the rooms are a little more but if you're looking for a nicer place to stay I definitely recommend it.

The Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod is good place to stay if you are in the area. I stayed there just after July 4th and was very pleased. The rooms are modern, clean, and well air conditioned and the staff is very accommodating. The only issue that I encountered was the sliding glass shower door would not stay in the closed position resulting in a wet bathroom floor.

I'm actually still there, don't leave till Tuesday 21st Aug 2018, will write a review then. I am an SPG gold for life / platinum member and have stayed in Sheraton hotels as my first choice in many countries. I am extremely "underwhelmed" and amazed that this is a Sheraton establishment. The bar/ restaurant doesn't open till 5pm and there are 2 choices for dining " the set daily choice (fish and chips Friday, chicken salad Saturday etc, or a steak, ) I asked for fish and chips last night Saturday and was told that it was only served on Fridays as per the menu. The room is spacious and clean but the decor makes it dark and gloomy, it is not poolside so is reasonably quiet… to be continued.

My family was looking for a place to eat a nice meal on our last night of vacation. We stayed at the Ocean View Inn and walked over to Bellamy's Grill and Bar. We were terribly disappointed when there were only 2 entrees to choose from! A steak and their weekly special. We left after the waitress apologized for the lack of choices and said this is the menu that ALL Four Points by Sheraton have! We went to another local restaurant with more choices and weren't disappointed. Please update your menu to include other local favorite dishes! On a positive note, as guests of the Ocean View Inn, we were able to use the indoor pool at Four Points and it was one of the best indoor pools we've ever been in. Clean, large area for relaxing, ample seating and towels. We were surprised more people weren't taking advantage of it!

The hotel itself is nice and clean. It has both an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool. Location is pretty good with lots of eateries near you. Be aware though that this is not a beach facing hotel and the nearest beaches are a ~10 minutes by car. Nonetheless, very comfortable and conveniently located.

Room is big and clean. Indoor pool area is nice and well kept. Abundunt towels for guests. Free cookies and fruit infuse water, coffeefor guests. Will come back.

The hotel was very nice. They are doing remodeling and it will be beautiful when they are finished. The pool is gorgeous. The staff was very accommodating!

Great place to go for new year's celebration i was even able to order the baby a crib! the beds are always very comfortable and my kids love the pool too.

Has a decent restaurant that has a full bar. No microwaves in rooms. Other than that very clean. One thing, I am booked my room for 20 days, for work, knowing I would not be there the entire stay most likely. I told them this but upon booking the room I have the email saying I would pay every friday. They still charged my card 75% of the entire stay. Never had this happen before and I travel often.

Good place. Comfortable rooms. The breakfast is served until 10:30. But if you miss it there is a place right across the street. It was off season so the hotel was kind of empty. So did my neighbors thought since I could hear conversation until middle of the night. Because there is a balcony overlooking an indoor swimming pool which is great for winter. But you also get from neighbors easier. But the hotel is an overall good experience conveniently located between Chatham and Provincetown.

We stayed here in May 2013… my boyfriend & I loved it.! Very clean & friendly hotel staff. Pool also awesome& clean! We just booked our next visit here for another great vacation in cape cod in May! So excited. Highly recommend this hotel :)

Place was under renovation when we stayed but the updates are looking very nice, and the indoor pool area is wonderful and staff was all friendly.

Ordinary place without more. Only hotel open in the Cape Cod area. A reasonable amount.

Warning: do not schedule business events here. Owner is disinterested and manager is also lacking any business acumen. Scheduled a training and was not told there was construction going on. Sat through jackhammers and pounding during the training. No apologies or apparent effort to address or apologize for the situation. Poorly handlrd.

Terrible service. The key card lock in my door was broken and although they kept telling me it was fixed, the next thinner I tried to get in it was still not working. By the 4th time it happened they took over a half hour to respond. They refused to move me too another room. Another person in my group had no hot water in her shower. This is not acceptable. They are obviously renovating and used this as an excuse, something about the batteries in the door locks not working during the renovation. They should close to renovate and not put paying guest through the torture.

Must say having am indoor pool is a huge bonus during the chilly wintry months if visiting the cape. Plenty of on-site free parking. 30 min drive to Ptown and many beaches. Stayed there twice and will again.

Super quirky spot. We stayed here after running a relay race across the cape. Loved the small town vibe. Rooms were a great size and the pool area was unique.

Rates can be pretty high in the summer but perfect location next to Arnolds, Moby dick, etc. They took out the hot tub which was one of the best features!

Will not be revisiting this Sheraton. Currently undergoing renovation, and should not be open during this. It was generally unclean and drafty. Our heating unit made very loud noises all night, our tub would not drain, another person staying next door had a toilet that would not flush, the pool was dirty and cold. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years and have never been moved to write a review… but I do read them. Definitely opt for an air b&b until this hotel is 100% finished with the renovations.

Omg, stayed here for a conference in August, room and hallway so grimy. The air conditioner was so loud that you couldn't sleep and room smelly. Sheraton needs a major renovation of this hotel, incredible amount of money. Staff pleasant but the facility was awful.

Much better experience than last time I was here! Sister hotel next door “upgraded” us to 2 adjoining rooms here because I think there were too many vacancies. That layout works for our family of 5. They fixed the pool to be usable (ice cold last stay), and breakfast buffet was good. Business office computer printed up an emergency ticket I needed… so that was a nice plus too. Not fancy updated accommodations, so that knocked it down a star.

Friendly staff. Room was clean and 'll are. Pool area felt like outdoors without the insects… except the replacing cricket sound. Relaxing.

Whole place is kept very clean. Only stayed a night and didn’t use the pool regrettably. The indoor pool area is super nice and feels like you’re somewhere tropical. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t forget to grab a free freshly baked cookie in the lobby.

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. They didn't hesitate to investigate when I thought something in my room was a hidden camera. Turns out it was a tool to assist the deaf! Indoor pool looked beautiful but I didn't have time to swim in it.

Hotel service is great. Service in the bar and restaurant is adequate, a bit slow, and less that enthusiastic, but adequate.

Small rooms and no microwave. We didn't even get a window to outside just a partial view of the indoor pool. Best part was the shower. Nice and large and good eater pressure. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room.

I gave it a two stars because the pool was nice. It was also clean and the staff was nice. Otherwise, it wasn't good. Carpets were old and stained, air conditioning didn't work, and it was moldy. We hung up two suits and towels to dry (which there was barely room for) and nothing was dry overnight in 10 hours. Arrived in Rhode Island and hung them while we went to dinner at a friends' — voila — dry in just four hours because it wasn't a moldy, damp environment. A beach hotel should have more hooks, towel bars, and a working air conditioning to keep the room dry and cool. It was also over $300 a night and they did not even offer a small breakfast. I urge everyone who complains to contact Sheraton and see if they can renovate this hotel because it could be great given it's location.

Sheraton staff are responsive and focus on customer service. Rooms need a walk through to check integrity of electrical sockets, missing knob on refrigerator, incomplete room service menu, etc. Not a deal breaker but would elevate rating. Dogs barking disrupt efforts to relax (more than the ongoing pool noise).

For the price and what you get it's a great stay. Indoor pool, the rooms are spacious and clean and the walls are pretty thick so neighbors aren't to easy to hear. All in all a good stay at a reasonable price.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Place well kept but needed a little maintenance. Three in my party were gluten free, the kitchen offered to make us a special menu and do everything they could to make our stay a good one.

Super friendly. Clean, great pool and bar, bartender Liz would keep me coming back if I lived close by. I've been here 3 weeks and can't wait for week four. Best hotel on the cape!

Great place to stay with kids although it does get a bit noisy. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfy. The pool is a definite plus. The water was warm but the fans made the area feel cold when you got out of the pool. We ate at the restaurant both nights… excellent service and food. Good kids menu also! Off season prices are affordable but in the summer the prices are rediculously high.

The accommodations, service and value are great! We have been coming for over 10 years and highly recommended it to families visiting the cape…

I went to use the pool. A pool pass is 15 dollars. They got rid of their hot tub… The sauna is only electric… no steam options… to top it off there were a bunch of rude divers using oxygen equipment in the pool.

Beautiful, clean, quiet, friendly. Has a pool. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable with big poofy pillows.

Cheap place to stay. The bathroom shower head was loose and it wasn't working properly. The hot water would run out fast. The room was clean. No complimentary breakfast.

Attended the Eastham Chamber of Commerce Annual Business Meeting. Nicely set up and breakfast was delicious.

We spent a great weekend here for a hockey tournament. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. The kids loved the pool.

It was great the pool was cold though. Front desk was extremely helpful with our needs house cleaning and room service wasn't the best but still okay.

Very kind staff. We came back to our room with steamed lobster and they provided us with melted butter free of charge! So nice.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. Rooms are good sized with a lot of potential. The staff are courteous and hard working.

Nice rooms aside from the toilet not working the couple nights I was there and I wasnt able to use my chrome cast either. But kids had fun in the pool. And at the arcades.

Only stayed for 1 night but the rooms are very nice and we'll kept. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

We were very pleased with this hotel for our Anniversary stay. We were welcomed in a friendly way and enjoyed the complimentary hot apple cider and cookies. Rooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The entire staff, particularly Donna at the front desk were so helpful in sending us to great sightseeing places and restaurants. Donna even gave us 2 breakfast certificates when she learned that it was our Anniversary. We used the pool, hot tub and breakfast cafe. All facilities were highly recommended. We look forward to staying at this hotel again. Location is perfect in Mid-Cape. The only thing that would have made it perfect is it if were pet friendly for our very well-behaved older dog.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very dates and lacks in decor, rooms were musty and needed to be redecorated. Mid Cape location. Disappointing to say the least. Expectaions were not met and would hot advise it to any friends going to this area.

Great Hotel to stay at on the Outer Cape.

Our tour group stayed at this motel Oct. 2010. Although some members of our group complained that their room had an odor, my room was very nice, with no noticible odor. The room was spacious, and clean. The in-room coffee pot left something to be desired as you had to use a coffee pod that makes four 2-4 cups of coffee, but can only pour one cup of water through the maker at a time, thus, the first cup jolts you awake. There seems to be no easy way to make the coffee so that all cups are a uniform strength. A more convenient method would be using a four cup coffee decanter, or providing single cup coffee pods. Coffee was provided in the lobby, so that is an option. Hot cider and cookies were also provided in the lobby during our stay. Very delicious. The rooms for our tour group were located on the opposite side of the motel from the lobby, and we had to walk a little distance, across the pool area, down halls, to reach the lobby to get a newspaper or use the guest computer. The lights are turned off in the enclosed pool area during the night and early morning, and one morning when I was walking through that area around 6:30 am to go to the lobby for a newspaper, I tripped on the entrance of the slope on the walkway, and almost fell. Strips of little track lights along the walkway would help mark the way. Although they had signs posted warning guests to watch their step, they are not visible when the pool area is darkened.
