Horrible service the lady of the front desk is very I respectful almost I has bad experience few minutes a go very unprofessional.

Rooms are well cared for, staff clean and disinfect regularly to prevent COVID, and, even though the breakfast now is different, the staff are doing their best to provide a ‘to go’ breakfast to enjoy in your room. My favorite window view looks over a dead water with a ridge in the background. Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, a Price Chopper supermarket, and the greater Berkshires region. The only thing missing was a microwave in the room which is a standard feature in most Hampton Inns. While COVID surges, I feel safest heating meals, when I can, in my room. Hotel manager immediately made arrangements so I could use a microwave in my room. Now, that is superb customer service — spot on Hamptonality! This is a great place to stay and I’ll be back again.

My husband and I booked a room here because we wore going to Tanglewood for our 29th anniversary. The drive to the venue is short. The traffic was light.
The hotel offers coffee, tea, and lemon water 24 hours a day. They even have cookies available free of charge. Trust me the cookies are great!
The reason I will forever return to this hotel however, is their thoughtfulness. My husband mentioned our anniversary to Olivia at the desk in passing. When we returned to our room after the concert we were so pleasantly surprised! Olivia arranged for sparkling wine, and a basket of thoughtful goodies to be brought to our room. Her thoughtfulness truly touched my heart! Bravo, Hampton Inn.

My family and I have been displaced due to a house fire for the last three weeks and we stayed at the Hampton Inn. I cannot recommend them enough — they were AMAZING! They made us feel so at home and endured our many visitors (many of them children) with the utmost patience and respect. We will truly miss their hospitality — they are a prime example of what every hotel should be in every area — friendliness and hospitality, breakfast was amazing, the cleanliness off the hotel was impeccable, housekeeping was great — they had to work around all of our bags of stuff but always did it with a smile. Thank you — we will always remember how good you were to us!

We booked a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. But we were very unhappy and left after one night. We were charged over $200 for one night, and was almost charged over $500 for 2 nights. Because it was the weekend before veterans day. Yet there was absolutely nothing available to do in the area as advertised… no theater shows, no open museums within 20 miles, no shopping as most of the local businesses were closed, we drove aimlessly for hours just to find a crappy mall. Apparently, the "season" ended last week?!? So they doubled their rates?!? The breakfast was a standard continental, most of the hot food was cold. We were given a handicap suite with an awkward open shower and the "lake view" was of the back parking lot, trees, and a hint of water beyond the trees. The staff was friendly and the place was clean… pool was small (no hot tub or anything) but clean, and the fitness center was adequate. For the area… it was worth maybe $99/night. Not at all worth $200+!

I've stated in many different Hampton Inns and have always enjoyed the amenities, especially the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast at this one was a disappointment. There was no Greek yogurt, no muffins, and no breakfast or granola bars. In addition, the chair in our room was a straight chair, not the comfy club chair and ottoman I'm used to at other Hampton Inns.

I am so appreciative that the hotel checked our room after our departure, found my prescription sunglasses, called to let me know before I even knew they were missing and mailed them to me with a few days. I received a call as soon as they were mailed with the tracking number. I was saved from worry-all along the way.

We just stayed for 4 nights. Staff was friendly, very accommodating to our needs, and offered to go the xtra mile with everything. Loved our room. Breakfast was outstanding especially with Sylvia's special bread. Lots of caring going on here. Enjoyed tea and ccookies in the afternoon. Missed going in the pool but it looked nice. Close to attractions. Very clean place.

It was a pleasure meeting in Hampton inn & Berkshire — Lenox. We are celebrating New year's Eve in here. Personal was very friendly. We've enjoyed the night and will recommend this place.

The hotel is somewhat hidden from view, with a small sign at the street. Cell service is spotty due to being in a valley surrounded by rocky hills. Wi-Fi is good, rooms are clean and well-maintained.

Big room and lots of space which was very nice. Great breakfast. Service was excellent.

We were very happy! The staff was outstanding: helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, personable. The rooms were clean, updated… more than adequate. And the breakfast was full of options: cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, waffles, yogurt, omelets, bacon, home fries and condiments/toppings galore. Would definitely recommend and return.

The driveway was nice. Google is asking me to do a review of a place that I picked someone up at. I bet this Hampton Inn also have those incredible powdered egg patties that preppers buy to keep in bomb shelters.

The included breakfast was super great; they had scrambled eggs, sausage, sweet potato tots, fruit, bagels, and even some small baked desserts. My one complaint is that the heating system was super janky. There was a thermostat in the room of course, but the temperature tended to swing wildly in the room, and even though it was freezing outside the heating unit would blow cool air for a fairly long time for unknown reasons.

Awesome rooms and awesome service. Pretty good breakfast buffet in the morning free with room.

Clean, quiet upper floor room with refrigerator. Housekeeping (making the bed) left much to be desired. Offset by ovall positive experiences with front desk staff and breakfast. Silvia makes the BEST banana nut muffins! Yum! Thanks for the package to travel home with us on Sunday.

Beautiful room. Wonderful staff helped us get tickets to various events and were otherwise friendly and helpful. Good and varied breakfast.

I stayed here because I am a Hilton Honors member. The pillows are too soft. The hallways appear to be updated but the room could use an update.

Nice, modern hotel, classy lobby, and very nice staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The coffee was great and available all the time and the cookies were really tasty. The location is great for many attractions.

Staff was awesome. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The bananas at breakfast with messages on them was a nice surprise.

I stay here a few times a year for work. It's always an enjoyable stay.

Rooms were very clean. View was eh. Food for breakfast was excellent. Russian girl at the front desk is gorgeous and helpful. Prices were reasonable and the jacuzzi room is worth it.
