Great experience. Beautiful rooms, welcoming environment and professional staff. Definitely recommend!

No bar or restaurant and the area where the hotel is situated is not very populated, so few places to eat or drink.

Bedbugs and Mold Staff doesn't care about customers Management is THE WORST!

I booked this hotel through Airbnb on September 22, 2021, for an overnight stay September 26-27. This trip was for the sole purpose of my daughter having 3 medical appointments at the Boston Children’s Hospital starting at 7 am on the 27th.
We arrived shortly after 4 pm upon checking in, the lobby looked nice. My daughter was beyond amazed by this! We get into our room and start unpacking our stuff when we noticed black mold growing around what looks like it use to be an outlet as well as a hole in the wall in the bathroom which you could see was caused by rotten wood and what looked like more black mold. They put us in a different room and the room had the same problem.
After confronting them again, the guy at the front desk was extremely kind and he walked up with us and we looked at a different room on the next floor. We thought it looked okay and brought our stuff up to this room (3rd room). Upon trying to get situated with my daughter, I noticed chipped paint on the rug and black spots on the bed skirting.
At this point, I was over it. I came down here to make my daughter's medical trip a little easier for all of us when in fact this made our trip 10x more difficult and stressful. I asked for a refund because my daughter could not stay in this condition. The guy at the desk said yes and he would let Airbnb know we did not stay there because of the conditions. It has been 5 days and I have not received my money back.

The hotel is very clean and the setup of the room is very nice, great for Family outings.

This place has been a complete disaster! They swiped my debit card on accident twice! And will not give me a refund saying that they can't give credits! Do not stay here! This has completely ruined my vacation. Never stay at a Sheraton! And the manager here is like a 20 year old guy who knows nothing.

Very welcoming and cordial greeting. So nice after a long 12 hours of driving.

We were coming in to see family and needed to find a place quick. We got in late and would have loved to tried the food. Sadly They don't serve after 11 pm. The price was very affordable for the ammenties. And we are looking forward to coming back very soon.

Great hotel with nice comfortable beds. The staff is attentive and very responsive. The hotel lobby is bright and filled with warm inviting cookies. As with Sheraton properties, be mindful of the additional parking fees.

Extremely upscale hotel. Stayed here for a wedding and got to see a lot of what this hotel has to offer. Full stocked bar in the lobby and good menu choices for all food available. Rooms are good size and appear extremely clean. Would stay here again for a weekend with the wife.

The staff is very pleasant. We booked one room, but needed two. I got a great deal when I booked ands even though the one rate was $155, they matched the rate I got when I booked. Beds are comfortable ands rooms are decent size.

It very nice… I was on the second floor which was under construction but hotel is big enough you dont notice it except getting on and off the elevator. Service is nice as well. Friendly and helpful. The room is an average hotel room… Dusty and normal.

If you happen to want to stay in/near Needham, MA then this place is great. There is plenty of (paid) parking. The rooms are large and clean. We had their breakfast each morning which was really quite good. You have a choice between a la cart or the buffet. I'm not a big eater, but I think it still made sense to get the buffet.

I have never had to write a bad review! I am not one to complain, nor hard to please, not that they even tried! This experience has been terrible. Worse is that we were brushed off and even walked away from twice! We checked in at around 2 in the morning after driving about 8 hours. When we arrived our room was not what we booked more then a month in advance with a group! We reserved a room with 2 double beds for 3 adults, one being my 16 year old son. They gave us a room with a king bed and a roll away bed, that we had to set up, and only after I asked how 3 adults can sleep in one bed? The front desk was beyond rude and acted as if we were in the wrong for being upset to have a problem. Basically told us it was not his fault and there was nothing he could do, we needed to talk to the manager in the morning. Never noted our complaints and it was like pulling teeth to get any information as to who could/Should resolve the issue. Needless to say we didn't sleep well. When we did go back down in the morning it was again more excuses and not much satisfaction. They told us our room, the original 2 double bed room would be ready in about an hour. So we then had to wait and waste more time to get what should have been our "guaranteed reservation". After everything we were offered breakfast for the next morning?

We stayed here for 2 nights in May, the hotel entrance has handicapped parking on each side of the entrance, however during our stay the handicapped spots on the left were inaccessible due to a massive construction trailer parked in them. This left only four handicapped parking spaces available.
When we returned to the hotel Saturday night there we no handicapped spots available, the desk directed me to the parking garage as the only other parking location.
The next morning I spoke with the manager who informed me that the handicapped spots where the construction trailer is located is the only location on the entire property where it could be located but that the garage is available without charge.
This would be a perfect solution if the garage was adjacent to the hotel and ADA accessible.
The problem is that the garage is located down a long set of stairs, across a road and in a poorly lit multi level garage that has no elevator, there are no additional handicapped spots.
When I told the manager that 4 spots for a 5 floor hotel is not adequate, he told me that it's actually more than the required amount.
I understand the need to park the trailer there but it doesn't seem as if management fully thought through how to handle the inadequate number of Handicapped Parking spots.
The hotel is nice, rooms are good size and updated, and the grassy area for pets was convenient. But overall it wasn't an experience I'd repeat.

I've stayed here a bunch of times. Clean and quiet. Staff was always nice. Shop around to get the best price.

The hotel is very nice. We went to look at one of their function rooms for a rehearsal dinner. The room was really nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here in the future.

This is classic Sheraton, by which I mean if you like your hotels brown and gold with a hint of 90s nostalgia in decor you'll love this. That said, the rooms were good, clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing but for the price expectations should not be that high anyway. I would return but probably not the place to spend a week with the family.

Beautiful facility. Plenty of parking. Fantastic food service by waiters. Lovely decor. I have rented the ballroom for business events, and have received compliments.

Friendly staff, good food, lively sports bar, comfortable beds and a good location. Claim to fame is that a previous guest was Diego Maradona. He mentions in his autobiography that the Argentina National Football/Soccer team stayed here for a few days during the World Cup in 1994. A hotel fit for a football legend!

We checked in at Sheraton Needham Hotel with 2 kids. I wanted especially to thank May the receptionnist, she was very welcoming, caring, she helped me with the babies, May is a very nice and competent person there, she made me feel at home… We had a suite, clean, spacious… the food there is also very good, breakfast and dinner… U have all the amenities near Boston at an affordable price, definitely will check in again!

Just Fuy to a work event, but the hotel doesn't look very presentable.

Really nice hotel that was there when we had no power for 24hrs. Clean pool, clean rooms, friendly staff. Parking could have been easier, and not cost $12 for guests.

The room was very nice on the club level. Unfortunately, the lounge was closed for renovations. The hotel gave my husband and me a voucher to use at the restaurant instead for the afternoon snacks and breakfast that would have been held upstairs otherwise. Only one elevator was equipped with a functioning "club room guests only" swipe card reader. The other allowed anyone up to the level. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were really nice. The lobby and the room were well maintained. I did not bring my kids but saw a family with kids and they appear to be excited about going to the pool. Great stay!

Our room (437) looked like a motel room. Concrete slab ceiling. Unfortunately unlike a motel, no free continental breakfast. There was a hook missing in the bathroom. The water did not always get as hot as I would have liked. Parking was free. There was a safe in the room for valuables.

Nice hotel. Parking garage (you dont need to pay regardless online info). Clean. Modern. Local to attractions but far enough too.

Had a great stay. Found the staff to be accommodating and helpful. Would have liked the pool to be open at the time posted on the website, otherwise great stay.

The hotel was up to par with what I've seen before. Good room with warm blankets, a good air conditioner that heated the room to the temperature I needed, though it got cold quickly. All the amenities were there and the turn down service always did it's job. There was a pool at the hotel, and a weird small gym with a few weights, a few elliptical machines, nothing special. There's an LA Fitness within 20 minutes of the place. The hotel is in a hill and it's easy to get on the higgway from there though the parking lot is a separate building and it's 12$ a Day per room and the exit is at the bottom of the hill so it's a little weird but still good. Overall a good experience.

Very helpful and understanding of our toddlers meltdown. Quick to bring up extra bedding for the pullout bed. Nice brunch. Staff was very friendly and beds comfy. On demand TV was pay per view which was unfortunate and doesn't seem like on demand.

Quick 20 minute drive into the city after staying here. Right off the interstate and easy to find. Would recommend.

The hotel was pleasant and the room was typical, to say the least. Room service, and internet connectivity was good quality and dependable… The iron and ironing board we're very poor quality and the Sol plate of the iron was dragging on the items I was ironing. One free bottle of water is included in the stay in room and other than that… It's probably not going to excite you any more than that.

Pretty nice. Lobby professional. Full bar on first floor. But rooms small, air conditioning loud. Also there is a problem with the sound coming from the halls from the room. Hopefully you are a heavy sleeper to get through the night as people walk and talk in the halls.

Two of my family members and I stayed at the Sheraton Needham Hotel for two weeks while a family member was in the hospital in Boston. I can't say enough good about this hotel. The rooms are lovely and meticulously clean, and the staff members we encountered were extremely efficient and very pleasant. In particular, Allison Wright, the Front Office Manager, went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to assist us in every way possible. The restaurant staff was also very friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant dining experience. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping our room clean. An unexpected bonus was the lovely courtyard area, which was a great environment to relax in after a long day spent at the hospital visiting our family member. I highly recommend the Sheraton Needham Hotel!

Went there to have breakfast with family who were staying for a few days. I had the continental buffet which was definitely standard and nothing special. I will say the staff was eccellent and was very accomodating to our large group of 5 adults with 6 children between ages 16 months and 12 years. I'll add that it was a weekday so there wasn't a huge staff on hand but they did a great job. Everything was clean and the restroom was nearby and pleasant.

We stayed at the Sheraton Needham for one night, the location is great, it's right off the interstate, and is close to a couple of restaurants. Service was good everyone was very friendly, especially the bartender. The rooms were nice and clean beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and the shower was pretty good. However the elevators had an odd musty smell, and so did the stairwell. Pool area was very nice and so was the outdoor courtyard. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The location of the hotel is not ideal if one wishes to roam around in the town of Needham. There are 5 floors in this hotel with about 70 rooms per floor. My room that I stayed in was very comfortable, yet the fan was loud and annoying when I tried to sleep. The room had enough space to have a pull out sofa. I only stayed there one night and I did not encounter room service. Though, it seemed like the room service staff was friendly when I passed by rooms they were cleaning. They spoke in a different language when communicating with other room service staff members. I checked in at approximately 11 am and I checked out 11 am the next day. The reason for stay was a wedding to attend to. The hotel does have a pool and fitness center.

I had a seafood dish and two of the shrimps were not de-veined, and one of the muscle's was not cooked thorough. It didn't open up. I did not have a throw/waste plate for the shells. I was moved to another room when I checked in that was right next to the gym. DO NOT TAKE Room 266! Told I would be contacted by management and have not heard a thing. They also booked me for two nights and I only wanted one! Extra cancellation fee! Going to the Hilton next time!

Clean quiet rooms. There is a pool and gym on the premises but didn't have a chance to try them. Sandwiches from the restaurant were tasty. Small parking garage to park in. Not a very scenic area but it's close to highway and lots of restaurants.

Was at this location for drinks and appetizers at the bar. Convenient parking (free if you stay for under 8 hours) is great and makes things easy. Lobby/bar is modern and clean. Drinks are fairly priced, service is fast and the appetizers were delicious.

We stayed this past weekend for a volleyball tournament. We did receive a nice rate. Hotel is nice and the room was clean. However, parking should be included and find it sneaky to add the charge after. We were told that we would have a complimentary buffet included but then when we showed up they said it was not included. I explained that we were told and they just did not care. Not accommodating whatsoever. I received a charge for the room right away and after we left, they charged me another $50 without my knowledge and trying to get that back. Don't think I will either. Horrible customer service.

When I checked in to the hotel, the room that I reserved days before was "overbooked" and instead of getting a king sized bed I had to settle for a room with 2 beds. It was inconvenient because it was Valentine's Day weekend and my reservations were made in advance for that exact reason, so my boyfriend and I were not able to enjoy our time there due to someone else's mistake. There was also a fire drill at 4am in — 8 degree weather and there were no staff in the hallways or anywhere in sight to direct residents on where to go or what to do. I understand that fires are not in anyone's control but no one knew where to go or what to do and it was unpleasant. They also took $50 from my debit card for "incidentals" and did not refund them to me until I called and complained. I'm very unsatisfied with the service and will not be returning to the sheraton ever again.

Staff is friendly and responsive. Renovations are certainly an improvement. Food is OK. Beds kinda suck. Doors to rooms let a LOT of noise through. Lots of banquets and school sports teams stay here so its usually difficult to sleep before 1am. Drinks are outrageously priced. Cheapest beers are $9.

The hotel is fairly good. The prices are reasonable and the people are nice. The bathrooms could use more light, and the bedrooms are certainly adequate.

Bad check in policy 3:00 & the service is awful — plus you have to pay for parking & the prices at the bar are ridiculously high.

Staff was helpful when I needed to change rooms. Overall very friendly and helpful. Location was near my work site but away from a bunch of noise. Got the room for about 130 total which was a great deal.

Overpriced, charged me three times, parking is $12 once you get there. The rooms are clean though.

The rooms were clean, but that was the only thing that recommended this place. The service was awful, especially given the price we were paying for rooms. They charge for parking, and are sneaky about the bottles of water – there are two bottles of water next to the bed, one is "complimentary" but they charge for the other one. There was no help with the luggage checking in, and the rooms were really, really far away from the entrance down long, winding halls. It was also an elevator up to the rooms that we were staying in, and getting the cart over the step at the end of the ramp up to the rooms was impossible. The walls are thin, and we could hear everything in the rooms on either side of us. All in all, not a pleasant experience.

I stay at this hotel frequently, and I always enjoy my stay here! Everyone is very customer-focused and goes out of their way to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. On the rare occasion that an issue arises, they promptly address the problem. I recommend you give them a try.

Told that the 12$ internet was included with the room at the check in desk. Still billed for it.

Terrible experience. No hot water at 6am on a Sunday morning, false fire alarm at 2 am that emptied the hotel, parking exit was not working, paid parking of $12 a night, front desk unresponsive and did not seem to care about much. Best of luck if you stay here.

Booked a room for the Hotel with the reservation going through Expedia. Reservation request, 1 traditional room, 1 king size bed. My booking receipt indicated my request. However, upon arrival to the room we had two doubles, no king. A call was made to the front desk. Guest services indicated it is Expedia's problem not booking the correct room type. And, the hotel when I insisted provided me with a non-descript receipt as to what Expedia requested. Expedia indicated they did book a king. Hotel indicated they do not book a king for one night. Expedia indicates they have no records/notes indicating the hotel has king restrictions. No one will take responsibility. My perception of the hotel employee I spoke with is he tells lies. And, the same for the Expedia employee in their call-center. At this point I still have not been able to speak with a manager from the Hotel or a supervisor from Expedia. The room air conditioner also malfunctioned. Even in the OFF position it continued to throw heat. Thermostat was set on 60… no heat/air button – controlled by temp selected. Front desk provided me, at that point with where the on/off switch is. The controls on the wall unit itself are overwritten with the wall unit.

I liked this hotel. It used to be not so nice, but they renovated it and it is very clean and has very nice service.

Stayed overnight for a meeting. Construction underway will yield impressive updates. Love the PCs in the lobby as well as the bar. Breakfast was very good. Fitness room is also good. Indoor pool area very night. Courtyard must be pleasant in warmer weather. Staff were very interested in making sure we had a good stay. Hotel is in a corporate area, adjacent to suburban Newton, Massachusetts which has plenty of restaurants and shopping. Having car was helpful. Boston is accessible. Hotel is good price option for staying just out of the city. Day trips or evening outings to Boston not difficult.

I was here from November 16-17 for their conference space. I did NOT stay overnight, this review is related to the event I was there to attend (CFP Certification Exam). We were there to take the CFP Certification Exam. This is a test that involves 6 courses of prep work, a full case study and months of studying to prepare for. Most people take around two years from the start of the process to sit for the exam. In addition, it costs around $500 to sit for the test — in addition to thousands in course fees and any prep materials you may purchase. The pass rate is just over 50%. As you can imagine it is quite competitive. The Sheraton Needham had construction scheduled throughout the exam. I found it wholly disrespectful that we had to listen to jackhammers and trucks throughout the test. In addition, the noise was flowing CLEARLY through the vents in the very room we were sitting in. Shame on you Sheraton Needham for not disclosing this properly before the test.

The paper thin walls, northern friendly (which is to say cold but not rude) service and a terrible and inadequate restaurant do not recommend this place. At least the rooms are clean, the water out of the faucet has a smell though. While I wouldn't normally complain about the pay for parking (since I'm not paying), given that it is off the beaten path and there is no real reason to charge for parking like there might be in a city where a car is optional, I can only consider this a way to make the room look slightly cheaper. This is a business practice that I find distasteful. There aren't many options for delivery around especially on a Sunday. There is a Dominos and a poorly rated Chinese place. Everything closes early too (like 9). So you may get stuck with only this hotel's restaurant open. They do you a favor by not including the menu in the room (and promising to deliver it but not actually bringing it). The food will not match the quality of your average in-flight meal despite costing bout $30 for a meal. It will also not leave you quietly. Luckily there is one of those in-room single cup coffee dispensers. So this place is "ok" for a night if you don't eat here and you don't mind the noise through the wall. I'm not sure what the other options around here are but I have to say if there are some decent places with thicker walls, I'd probably try them out.
