Service there was good. The rooms were adequate. The pool was standard. Breakfast was fine. Altogether, it was a slightly better than standard place.

You would never find this hotel unless you were looking for it. It is beautiful and modern. The breakfast was your normal hotel breakfast but very good. The room we had was spacious. I was suprised when asking the front desk clerk for dinner options in the area, that he didnt have any. It is always good to be able to recommend a place or two by name when people ask.

Nice relaxing place for an extended visit. The atmosphere is good, the breakfast is decent. The rooms are spacious and clean. The down side the exercise room is the smallest I've ever seen at a hotel. The need a universal lifting machine or just more benches. It needs work.

Really, really nice hotel! Everything looks brand new and the staff is really nice! Indoor pool is perfect for kids and the bar is great for parents!

I booked a room through Expedia and paid for it full online. When I arrived they asked for a card to charge fees to should purchases be made which is perfectly fine. However, I discovered that they charged my card for the room again despite me showing the front desk that it was already paid for. I've called to ask for a refund over a week and a half ago which they promised would be refunded overnight and I still haven't received it yet.

Great place to stay for any occasion. I was here for my son's wedding. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was fabulous. Wonderful complimentary breakfast buffet each morning. Even used the gym and pool. A bit pricey but would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great hotel with spacious suites at a reasonable price. I often come to Needham on business and good hotels in this area are hard to come by. I stayed at the Sheraton a few times, but that hotel is old and tired. When this place opened, it was a welcome alternative. Also enjoyed the free breakfast and convenient parking. My only negative is that the location is somewhat noisy. I had my window open for a while and had to shut it after the I-95 traffic noise and constant beeping of local truck backup warning horns became annoying even at 2 am. But overall I give the hotel high marks and I will definitely stay here again.

It was nice, but not as clean as I prefer. I lifted the couch cushions to use the sleeper sofa. There were crumbs and jolly rancher underneath. Other than that it was nice. Very friendly staff and friendly cleaning crew!

Great reception staff, poor housekeeping. 1.3 days in a row my room was not properly locked ie. Anyone could have entered my room. Complained 2 times about it. 2. Room was not made up after the first night. 3. Amenities, coffee and tea were not replenished every day. 4. The door signage for don't disturb or make up room were missing. 5. The bathroom was not clean. Toilet rim was clearly dirty from previous tenant, used floss was under the sink for the entire stay. 6. Ran out of toilet paper on the last day of my stay — there was no extra roll. Only the one. 7. Breakfast was tasty but on most days served on throw away plates and cutlery. Reception staff was very friendly.

Homely with a full fledged kitchenette. Nice ambiance with friendly staff. Does not have in room dining but the bar is pretty adequate for a nice cozy evening. Recommended.

This place was a wonderful home away from home for one month I stayed there. Super clean, comfortable, great breakfasts and warm hosts. Highly-recommended.

Very close to my office. So when I am visiting my Needham office I like to stay here so that I can walk to my office everyday. They do have a shuttle service for 2-3 mile radius. Rooms are big and cozy. Basics like iron and ironing board really add to the quality of stay for corporate clientele. I do see some families staying there as well which means they enjoy the place as well. Bar in the evenings is also available.

My stay was great. I stayed in a suite, with its own living room and kitchen. I'm guessing a family could stay here comfortability for a week or so, so my overnight visit had everything amenity I needed. The area is a little remotely, near warehouses and other hotels, but restaurants were only a short drive away.

Ample of Parking. Nice Breakfast. Close to Rte 9, 95, and 90. I moved from Houston to Boston and stayed here for a month.

Nice rooms with a kitchen. Mainly used for business trips, the breakfast has a small but good variety to start into the day. Have shuttles to bring you to different companies/ locations within Needham.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week during Christmas to visit family in the area. When we arrived at our room it quickly became obvious that it had never been cleaned. Someone else's used glass of water was left at the doorway to the room. Inside, we found a dirty towel strewn on the bathroom floor. The cups inside the kitchen cabinets were dirty. And when we went to bed we realized the sheets were stained. We pulled all the sheets off the bed the first night. The following morning we explained the situation at the front desk and asked for room service to clean the room. They said it would be taken care of but clearly the situation had not been communicated to house cleaning, because when the maid arrived she was confused as to why the sheets were on the floor. We had to tell her that we wanted the sheets replaced with new ones — otherwise she had intended to remake the bed with the same dirty sheets. When you stay at a hotel and realize the room isn't clean it feels very uncomfortable. We were never compensated or reimbursed in any way for our experience. This hotel is pretty pricey and you wouldn't expect such poor service in a nice place like this. We won't be staying here again next time we are in the area.

I always stay here when I go to Needham for work. I love staying here. It's like a little studio apartment, so I feel like I'm at home. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable with extra pillows and blankets, and a TV that always turns on to the Weather Channel no matter how you turned it off. 5 out of 5. I would and will stay here again without thinking hesitation.

Great place to stay I needed batteries my wife needed a toothbrush and we we're accommodated immediately. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great but in a poor location. You can hear the coca cola plant very early in the morning.

The room was clean and big. Had a kitchen and couch. Breakfast only had a small selection.

Good service. Newish. Rooms and lobby are fresh. Our room was noisy at 430am nightly from trash truck and deliveries. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family for sure.

Great staff and very helpful. We spent the night waiting for a morning flight back home. Will definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet area that's not far from downtown Boston.

Clean, very large room that was tastefully decorated. It was very nice to have a full kitchen in the room, and I have used it multiple times. The bathroom is nice and good shower. I wish the bathroom had a few more amenities such as more soaps and maybe a grooming kit, but it wasn't massively missed. The breakfast is quite good, however it was pretty difficult to get healthy options. Overall good hotel and I enjoyed my stay!

I loved this hotel, it was close to my son's college at Mount Ida. I was on the 5th floor and it was so quite. The staff was awesome and the lounge had good food. And the bartender was amazing she had a great personality and great service. The hotel was clean and my son and I enjoyed the our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you all for such an awesome experience!

The studio room was more than we expected. The shower was spacious and so well designed. The room was tastefully decorated, and spacious. The staff were courteous and professional The breakfast buffet offered many choices. We will definitely stay here again.

The people are pleasant, it has a great breakfast, the rooms are spacious and it's convenien to have a full kitchen, nice gym and the parking is free. The only downside is the thinnest of these walls. We heard the flushing toilet of the neighbors.

Very nice, clean hotel with a lovely hot breakfast. I'm on the second floor in a suite with kitchen facility. The only issue I have with this hotel is that you can hear whoever is above us stomping when they walk. The entire ceiling shakes! And if they drop something… expect to hear it. I think the building was built on a budget and believe that they skimped on putting insulin between the floors. Luckily, the 'elephant' above us was there for only one night, otherwise we would have asked for another room on the 5th floor where no one would be above us.

It's actually quite a nice hotel and is very clean. However, the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear the conversations of your neighbors. Plus the front desk isn't very responsive to noise complaints. It's unfortunate because it could be pretty nice here. They are also a little skimpy on the amenities. No restaurant on site and there's nothing really within walking distance. Rooms were average size and well maintained. You just can't enjoy yourself thanks to all of the noise going on. I've never been in a hotel that you could hear so much going on before.

Our 6 yr old twins have 2 rare diseases and we visit Boston Children's Hospital so we travel to Boston at least monthly or more. We love staying here. The people are pleasant, it has a great breakfast, the rooms are spacious and always clean, nice pool and the parking is free. It's a quick enough ride into town and there is plenty of places to eat and shop within minutes.

I love this hotel. It's a quick ride from my son's campus on Huntington Ave in Boston. It is well kept and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Free parking makes it worth staying outside of the city. Once the construction is done next door it will be perfect.

I booked the residence Inn for its close proximiy to an interview location. That being said I would definitely book again. The night staff both at check in and in the bar area were super friendly, efficient and great conversationalists. I went up to my room and found that everything was neat, organized, clean. And there was a kitchen (WITH MICROWAVE POPCORN INCLUDED! ) The bed was a nice mix of firm and soft and the sheets were pristine. I went down to get food (mostly because after being stuck in traffic for way over an hour… there was no way I was driving again). I got the chop chop salad with chicken. The chicken was moist the greens were fresh and the kitchen accomodated my gluten free-ness. I was rather indecisive in terms of drinks and the bar tender made a bunch of recommendations after I defined what I wanted as "sweet but not fruity. " She was great! Overall, I was sad that I only stayed one night. As for the other details… great price, amazingly spacious parking lot, and not the hardest place to find.

Only there to visit family who were staying there, but decor was standard but nice and room seemed clean and friendly. The provided breakfast was better than expected, with a selection if scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle making station, yogurt, cottage cheese, and fresh melon and canataloupe.

We stay here every time we come to Boston. It is our favorite hotel in the area. Nice rooms with small kitchens. Great place to stay with kids. Good food, clean rooms, friendly staff. Stayed there many times never had a problem.

It's not like other Residence Inn properties in that it's set up like a traditional hotel with multiple floors. You still get happy hour and free breakfast. Millennials abound here due to its proximity to Trip Advisor. It's new and clean and the employees are very friendly. Uses third party Lost & Found service. Major hassle & dislike.

My family has been here for 2 months while our house was being fixed. Everyone working here is extremely kind and made us feel very at home. There is an indoor pool and an exercise room. Every morning there is a huge selection of breakfast items, and in the evening three days a week they have complementary appetizers (or a full dinner or desert, depending on the day) set out. The rooms are big and everyone is comfortable and at home.

The residence Inn is a class act. Beautiful lobby with just as nice rooms. Modern furnishings. The kitchenettes are helpful for long trips and saving money on food. The nightly "snacks" are better than some restaurants and a pleasant plus.

Almost everything about this hotel was great. However, if you have a pet, you should be aware that there is a $100 pet fee, regardless of length of stay. I called ahead of time to ask about their pet policy and if there was anything I should know. The fellow that answered the phone told me that there are no breed/weight restrictions, but the dog should be well behaved. Then, when I showed up late at night to check in for my one night stay, I was told that there is a $100 pet fee! The lady at the desk said there was "nothing she could do", but I had to sign the pet policy in order to stay there and that I could talk to the manager the next day. The reason I am giving 4 stars is that they ended up waiving the pet fee for me and everything else about our stay was excellent. I'm summary, this is a great place to stay, but I think their pet policy needs to be revised.

I stayed here last year on New Year's eve. My boyfriend and I loved everything about it. The room was so quiet and clean. Everyone who worked there was so helpful, the bartender spent probably a half hour finding a drink I could tolerate, so props to her because she found it. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and am planning to for future vacations.

A nightmare hotel! At 4am, you wake up hearing dozens of big trucks moving. Hotel is directly where Coca Cola trucks are operating. Price over $200, and wake up by trucks is not nice.
