Our stay was very disappointing. We were only offered a points as a comp but we don’t have the points credit card. 🤷‍♀️ Hotel was not up to Marriott standards. Sent a list of 9 “issues” from being dirty to AC being broken.

Great space for a conference.

The power went out in the early hours of the morning — my bachelorette party was staying here so we had a late night and all woke up sweating at 6am. They are refusing to give us a refund or even a partial refund. They’ve offered a $25 gift card or points but I live in Vermont so this doesn’t help me at all.

My husband and I stayed over to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary! We had an amazing time! The front desk was very welcoming. The bartenders were very pleasant and attentive. Our dinner at Chopps was delicious! I got the swordfish and my husband got the NY strip steak, both I would recommend. Our waitress made our meal extra special with an anniversary dessert. Thank you Marriott for a great stay! We will be back again soon!

We stay here as frequently as possible. Their breakfast buffet is always a big hit with the grandchildren. Never a surprise at this Marriott. Rooms are clean and roomy. The pool, hot tub, & exercise room are great. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Great ballrooms, great staff… beautiful spot!

Everything you could ask for in a great place to stay when traveling. Every staff member I encountered treated me like a guest in their home. The restaurant was 1st class service and food quality was on point. Will stay here when I return to Boston. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here on your next trip. 5 stars +

It was a great stay at the hotel. Disappointed however only seeing doormen out in the open when called upon via radio and only outside at certain times. They should be there the very second a vehicle pulls up 24/7 and open the door for the driver and passengers. More disappointed no valet being offered. Let alone, no bellmen to assist hotel guests with luggage and/or equipment for events. A major hospitality miss on being offered. The biggest down fall is not seeing the hotel honor a TRUE HERO who just passed (Sen. John Maccain) by lowering their flag half staff until he is buried. Otherwise, I still give 5stars.

Nice clean updated hotel. Johnson was great at check in, friendly and professional as were all in the staff. Room wasn't huge but nicely done. Overall would recommend staying here.

This hotel has been newly renovated and you can tell. The room was spotless and the tub is nice and deep, the shower has wonderfully heavy water pressure, and the pillows are pleasantly thick, which is all I can really ask of a room. Love the smart TV that lets me watch my own Netflix. I stayed for a business seminar, and the one thing I would say is the conference room smelled a little musty, but the food served for lunch was excellent. I was very pleased with my stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel 20 minutes outside Boston. Easy access from 93 and 95. Maid service is top notch and CHOPPS restaurant in the hotel is pricey but worth every penny. We will definitely be coming back!

The front desk clerk that checked us in was unbelievably rude. The room was hot and had a very unpleasant odor. The frosted glass bathroom door was dirty and the carpets were not vacuumed. The hallway was littered with dirty dishes and food that continued to build up throughout the evening and next day and no one seemed to be removing them. The staff at breakfast were so rude the food service manager had to come over and comp my husband before he even said anything. … The bathroom is dark and dank, the whole room steams up when the shower is used because there is no ventilation. Such a disappointing visit. We’ve always been happy with Marriott but will not be visiting this property again.

Great hotel. Newly refurbished and comfy. The Chops restaurant in the lobby is great and the service is impeccable. My wife forgot her debit card on the table and only noticed it after 30 minutes l. We drove back and the waiter had picked it up and given it to the customer service desk. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Boston and you need a quiet place to rest without the hustle and bustle of downtown Boston.

Very nice hotel for the price, only $150 a night and got us two beds in a pretty nice room, bathroom was a little weird as it had no lock on the door and no exhaust fan for steam etc, but no big deal. Shower was nice had very good water pressure and temperature. Checkout time is a little early at 12 but it's understandable as they cater mainly to businesses.

This Hotel in Burlington, MA is by far a 5 star hotel. Not only are the guests treated like royalty, the experience of dealing with each different dept was a pleasure. The staff treat you like family and you know it the minute you step in the door. Bruno, the Mgr rocks as does the chef John. Thank you, thank you ❤

The rooms were amazing! We sat out on the terrace all evening. Great food. Outside pool looked great from above but did not go down.

When we walked in to go to our prom. The ambiance was very nice. The employees were very nice to us aswell. All around good place to be at.

This just might be my very favorite Hotel of all the hotels I go to and because I am in the Performing Arts I have performed and stayed at about 1500 venues in New England and the staff plus the amenities plus the food combined with how well they maintain and curate the property is absolutely fantastic. The staff deserves an extra mention because they are so friendly and so knowledgeable and so helpful I smile everytime I think about going there!

Not really much to say. Recent Reno's are nice. Local restaurant has good food but the service is a little off. I always have to ask for salt and pepper.

Nice rooms. Too crowded at night. Late night food is pretty sub par. Everything else was good. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

The remodel at this location is great! The staff is knowledgeable and efficient, Chopps has a really fabulous Sunday breakfast, and the overall experience was very good.

One of the nicer Marriott hotels that have ever attended, the Boston Mariott Burlington features updated rooms and a schwanke downstairs restaurant that has nightly live music. The bartender is friendly and makes great drinks, and the food is also far above the standard for a hotel restaurant. The hot tub and pool downstairs are not crowded and clean. Parking is free and in the lot outside the hotel.

Easy highway access. Lots of free parking. Clean and spacious ballroom. Short drive to shopping and a lot of restaurants.

This is by far one of the best Hotels I've ever stayed in, check in extremely nice, my room was Fantastic Clean, great restaurant if you want to stay in. Centrally located to everything, Mall, plenty of places to go, me I went up North for tax free shopping. I'll be back. Great!

Myself and my wife have been coming here for almost 9 years! Needless to say we love it. We use it as a weekend getaway. Unfortunately, this time around was not the 5 star experience we were used to. They have changed the doors on the room so that they slam behind you. This causes your room to shake when others exit their rooms. We could not control the temperature in our room. This left us hot and irritable through the night. On Sunday night we received a notice that the water would be off 9am Monday Morning and had to leave sooner than we wanted. Lastly, when we went to the restaurant for breakfast on Saturday morning the waitress gave us juice, coffee and the check and never returned to check on us once. In the end, I have to say that I'm not pleased to have to had written this review because we truly love this place.

The amenities were nice, the room was in great condition, and the surrounding lobby and public spaces were clean and welcoming. I attended a work party event and also stayed the night. The event was held in the Grand Ballroom, and was catered by the hotel. The food presentation was great and the staff was responsive. The food itself was a little Bland, but having to cater for 200 people was likely the culprit here.

I've stayed here a few times for work. Generally this is a decent spot. They have a restaurant on site that is open late night and a free shuttle to nearby attractions. It is close to the mall and the rooms are sized comfortably. The cleanliness and friendliness is inconsistent, but most of my experience have been positive overall.

Freshly renovated and clean. However, there were problems with the reservation and the included extras such as breakfast. So annoying because I only received the next day and therefore could not perceive the first breakfast. Otherwise the hotel is quite good. Parking spaces are free and Internet is fast and stable.

This hotel is gorgeous! The room was immaculately clean. My room service food and attendant was amazing. They shoveled out my car for me after the storm! I'd definitely stay here again!

I had never been to this location, but my company had our holiday party here recently and was pleased with the venue. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the space was clean and open. We had a buffet-style lunch with a variety of food (about 8 items). The food was just OK, but not better or worse than expected for such a large group.

Stayed here two nights on business. Friendly staff and shuttle drivers. Enjoyed my stay and probably one of the nicer all around hotels I was at for 2017. I’d come back!

I attended a professional event there in one of the conference rooms and it was very nice. The staff were all courteous and quick to clear plates, mugs, and other items from the meals. The food from their attached restaurant was very good as well.

This is our go to hotel in the 95 corridor in North Boston. They keep the hotel clean and up to date. Room are clean and decently appointed. Breakfast buffet is great and many of the room rates give you free buffet. Dinner gets pricy. Look for the deals! Price difference can be large.

Nice hotel. Unfortunately, our cover would not go in the bath and the socket fell out of the wall. Should not happen at the price.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. They have spacious rooms with small refrigerator, safe, full size ironing board/iron, blow dryer, and nice TV that comes equipped with Netflix, Hulu, etc. Although I did not get a chance to use the gym or pools it was very clean and beautifully kept. The main entrance has a restaurant and ballroom area where they have parties so it can be lively at night. But, hallway areas of hotel were super quiet. Close to downtown Boston area. Would return again.

Great hotel all around! We stayed just one night after a late night in before heading north for a wedding. This Marriott was really nice — rooms were clean and comfortable, service was nice and the breakfast buffet was really good! The full price of the buffet was ~$40 for 2 people, but if you get it discounted through the booking, absolutely worth it. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer, as the grounds looked really nice as well.

I like the food at the restaurant, "Chopps. " I go there after work sometimes with my coworkers and the food and drink are always excellent.

The hotel is very pretty inside and out. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room itself was clearly recently done as it all looks brand new and modern with a nice hotel restaurant. Would stay at again.

You get what you would expect from a Marriott and even more! Hotel staff interacts positively with guests and will go beyond to make your stay best as possible and make you feel special. I liked the 3 options for pools (hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool). Gym as usual also available. In the room, you can now access your streaming accounts such as Netflix for free which is just wow Will definitely go back!

I was working a professional event here. I really like it here. Decor feels fresh and modern (there's a running water wall as soon as you come in). The location means free parking for the day whoo! Didn't get to see the rooms. The events were catered and I was impressed with most of the food esp the snacks and the drinks. They had small batch Australian ginger beer and old school mountain dew along with your typical coke, diet coke, etc offerings. Also they had some great snacks put out (although this is prob more a credit to how much money the event spent as opposed to the hotel itself but they did supply the food. Staff were all very nice!

We arrived late, were greeted nicely at check in, and given our rooms. No time for dinner or drinks. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was very nice quality, and I had a nice undisturbed night's sleep. I even enjoyed the morning shower, as the fixture have a nice rain shower with a separate hand held fixture. Lastly grabbed a Starbucks coffee then had breakfast buffet with fresh omelet, fruit, etc. Would've loved a tiny selection of gluten-free bread, but was not expecting it. Overall, a very nice hotel. Expensive but worth it.

No complaints at all during a 2 night, 3 day stay. It's about a 30 min drive north of the main Boston area, so you may want to book a place closer if you're there to explore Boston proper. Other than that, the room checked off clean, big and comfortable. We happen to be there during a time of construction on the outdoor pool/patio so I can only imagine this will be much nicer in the future…

Modern, fast Check in and Check out, comfortable and easy access to the neighborhood, Burlington. Countless Malls restaurants and good supermarkets. To get to the center of Boston is very fast. The swimming pool and the sauna roof is very nice to relax in the evenings. In addition to the terrace of rest. Breakfast with 2 alternatives within the hotel, cafe and starbucks. The bad: Wifi paid in room, free in Lobby with excellent speed.

Terrific hotel. This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm staying north of Boston. The service is consistent, and Marriott keeps the hotel updated/fresh. I miss Summer/Winter, but Chops is pretty good. Great hotel overall.

The room was updated and the decor was really nice. Dark, wooden floors and a nice bathroom with a great shower head. The two knocks I have are :For the price I'd expect at least some free coffee in the morning in the lobby but no. You had to pay for coffee, breakfast, and Wi-Fi in room. The second is the out of the way location. It's situated up on a hill next to industrial and business complexes. Once the construction is completed the outside will look nice.

Stayed here for one night while visiting a friend and couldn't have been more impressed! Rooms were like new, updated and very clean. Bathroom had beautiful new standing showers installed. Room service was on time and they responded to all requests quickly! Lobby market had complimentary bottled water for guests which was nice. Would definitely recommend!

The interior is cozy and beautiful, everything was nice, the location was good, BUT — and this is a HUGE oversight on their part — no free Wi-Fi? Really? Almost every cafe and convenience store has it, but not a nice hotel? $15/day for just the basic version is ridiculous, and they should at least provide some basic slow connection for free.

I have not spent the night here, but I have been here for a number of trade shows in their event spaces. Good acoustics and good catering make for a comfortable event.

Best place, The staff were nice. Best pools and hot tub, fitness center, but outside pool was closed due to the cold winter weather. You can see Route 128/95. Food was ok, good restaurants near by.

Our monthly Herbalife meeting is held at their conference center. The rooms are always clean, the staff attentive, and water always available for our teas!

This is one of the nicest Marriotts I have stayed at. Have done several weekend get aways with the family. Both indoor and outdoor pool areas are spacious and clean. Large hot tub and excellent work out areas for both cardio and weights. Lobby is tastefully decorated, sophisticated yet unpretencious. Chopps had delicious breakfast Buffett which is usually included when I have booked this hotel thru Marriott website. Most times the price of the room is No more than around 110 a night which is an excellent value for what you get. Tons of shopping and restaurants in the area as well as cool bowling at Kings Bowl just down the road. Highly reccomend this property. Staff is top notch including Barbara in the restaurant for Breakfast.

Where do I start? The whole crew and staff are just amazing! My mother and I have been here all week while my dad has been very sick in Lahey clinic. Every person that works here are so kind and wonderful! Everytime we come in, they ask how he is doing! The manager Lisa sent us a bottle of wine, fruit and, nuts. Beth in the dining room bought us our breakfast. Debbie the restaurant manager has hugs for us every morning! Cara and Minnie at the front desk and Teresa at Starbucks! The bartender has my drink waiting when I sit down! The valet always left our car out front in case we had to run to the hospital late night. It's just Unimaginable how sweet these people are. It is absolutely spotless in here as well. Food and drinks are amazing! The breakfast buffet is by far the best I've ever had. This place is an absolute gem, to say the least! Sometimes when you think Marriott, you think of a chain. Well this Marriott, we think family! Thank you, to you all! It's made this difficult time a lot easier, knowing that there are still such wonderful people still in this world! We will be back to visit for sure! So many more to mention, I'm sorry if I missed anyone!

Had a departmental kickoff in a conference room at the hotel. Not sure if the catered food was provided by the hotel or a third party but it was good and the staff were friendly. The room was suitable for our meeting.

Location and parking are good. Overall rooms are nice and furnished well. Pillows are too thick imho, but that's my personal preference. Service was fair.

Stayed for one night. Everyone that worked there was on their game, but Wi-Fi was kind of odd (didn't seem to connect on my tablet). The pool and jacuzzi were nice but that room was really hot, and there was no sauna! Gym looked nice though. Great breakfast but a little too crowded.

Crazy parties in their bar during the weekend! Very nice lobby and everything else, but the rooms werent nearly as nice as the rest. Im sure their more expensive rooms would be though. The service was great. They put up with me and my buddy's BS at a very professional level. Their service deserves more than 5 stars, they literally did everything we asked and always went the extra mile to make us happy.

Stayed one night for a wedding. Accommodations were very pleasant and checking in was simple. Check in and check out times were reasonable and the price was very competitive. One thing that could be worked on is breakfast. 14 dollars for a breakfast is pretty steep when there's plenty of other options around.

Service was great, but was placed in a double bed room after requesting a King bed and it was right near the elevator and I do have status. Only silver, but still, I got a fairly bad room for someone with status who did web checkin the day before and my requests weren't honored. Breakfast was good and comp'd thanks to the double beds mishap. Also found an extra bar charge on my bill that they removed, but overall, next time I come to this area, I will stay somewhere else. Probably the Hyatt House.

Beautiful property with good amenities and lovely pools. Welcome on reception was underwhelming and we had some cleaning and room service issues. Would probably use this hotel again on the basis of price, but unfortunately it has a lukewarm reputation for a reason. On the upside there was a wedding during our stay, but it did not impact us in terms of sound, which is a real upside for a large hotel.

VERY expensive weekdays; if you're a tourist or visitor I suggest you make your trip on the weekend otherwise you'll pay at least $325.00 a night or more. The weekday rates are for business people doing business in Burlington not for vacationers. The front desk staff was polite. When I checked in a large convention was going on (this hotel is big on conventions) and the lobby was packed and very noisy. Avoid during the weekday if you can.

I booked two rooms with two double beds in each room. It was on 7/18/2015 and they gave me one king for each room. I have four adults and one child. It can't work that way. The front desk told me that they sold everything and cannot change it for me. It's not acceptable. I didn't have a pleasant stay and the hotel really didn't keep an eye on the customers' requests.

I was woken up at 4:00 A. M due to a fire alarm-false alarm, thank God. Then I asked the front desk lady to email me the receipt-she didn't. Finally, they don't offer a free breakfast-i ordered a Continental breakfast-they sent up muffins and coffee; almost buck plus delivery fee and tip. I'll skip this place next time I'm in Burlington MA.

I came here for a wedding after party and celebrated in their lobby restaurant and in one of their best rooms. Given the exterior of this hotel I will tell you that this place has went through a great remodel, definitely much nicer and modern than the exterior reveals. The food options were good but nothing memorable or out of the ordinary. Just your standard good quality Marriott fare. The suite I saw was modern and spacious.
