This place is managed by a Latoya who is a black racist woman and Tony who is also a black racist man they have no customer service skills whatsoever and they are in fact harboring a drug dealer and allowing them to keep a vicious dog and sell drugs out of this hotel there was a shooting in January or February of this year this place is a dump do not stay there and they’ve also stolen over 300+ dollars from us! Their management has committed several felonies we made corporate aware of it and they seem to cover for the criminal employees!

Staff was wonderful but the room was gross. Little black bugs on the rugs and in the tubs.

I’ll start with the one good thing. The front staff was nice enough to loan me some disinfectant for the room. So for that, I thank you. Now, the rest. First thing noticed when we walked into the room were handprints all over the headrest. In positions that were tell tale signs of a night of sport f&$8ing. Okay, not a huge deal, I’m not naive to what happens in hotel rooms. Again, front desk attendant was nice enough to loan us some cleaner so we could clean it ourselves instead of waiting for the morning housekeeping crew (as she first suggested as she was afraid of liability concerning giving us cleaner. ). Then the extra occupants in the room came out. We noticed a few dead roaches in drawers, the floor and other spots. Again, my first thought was they had it under control, bugs happen. But then the live ones came out. First noticed when we tried to turn the heat up. It kept shorting out. Saw antennas sticking out. Opened it up to find a small colony of roaches. Then in the kitchen, in the cupboards, underneath coffee maker and toaster. Crawling across the fold out couch as my daughter slept on it. Apparently, this is okay because I have yet to receive a resolution to this matter. We checked out a day early and have still not received a refund.

Upside, staff were friendly. Room was clean. Downside, lamp and plug near bed didn't work. TV kept resorting to hotel page kicking us off our movie. Older rugs smelled of cigarette smoke. Seems to be a party spot. No oven just two burners and microwave. Breakfast was frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches some muffins and a few yogurts, Luke warm coffee.

Poor management… terrible house keeping… once you've paid, you're pretty much on your own as long as they rack up the dough. They dont offer nearly as many of the amenities advertised! just rated them on yelp. They are horrible!

With everything going on in this world right now for African Americans and the police, your management called the police and lied and said my husband was threatening your staff because he was upset our car was broken into. He never addressed anyone other than asking her what is the procedure to handle it on your property? If you felt so threatened why was the police called two hours later? It’s insane and if your traveling don’t ever stay at this location. It’s become a shelter and rather your paying your money or the government is paying for you they should be taking better care of that place. It use to be nice.

We stayed at the one in San Antonio Texas it was dirty gross gross we found blood on the pillow on the sheets it was nothing like in the picture, the pool was nasty the workout room was not efficient compared to what they posted on their pictures I would recommend that no one ever stay at this hotel. I will never book with sonesta again after my experience in San Antonio.

Let's start with a positive. The staff was amazing. The people who run the desk were beyond friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately this hotel is pet friendly and not cleaning enough after their furry visitors. On our 4th day in I woke up with a bug bite on my waist that was swollen. Later that evening we noticed a flea jumping on my daughter. We noticed several more afterward. We notified the night staff immediately. He said he had no other rooms he could put us in bit that he would have the morning staff handle everything. This was completely unacceptable. By morning there were fleas all over our floors. We went back down to the front desk and the lady there immediately started figuring out what to do. They sprayed the room, our belongings, and them bombed it. We went to the pool during this time to avoid the fumes. Upon returning we were given a new room. We returned to our other room to start gathering our things and wiping them down. To our surprise we found a large cockroach that had come out when it was bombed. We also noticed that there were still live, active fleas. In my opinion everything needs a deep clean. Carpets need to be steamed and a professional exterminator needs to come in.

Even though the pool is not ready, the people that work here are the reason this hotel is special.

I recently stayed in your hotel. And it wasn't a pleasant stay. The walls ate paper thin. Noise over us and next door every night. But most dissapointing was the nasty Sofa bed. It was discussing. Stains all over it. Along with hair on it and in tub. Utensils rusted and toaster dirty. Red stains all over carpets. All I recieved was bedding to cover up sofa bed when I called front desk to tell them about the stains. Horrible! Who would still sleep on that? I have pictures also.

Very clean comfortable rooms. Bath and Bedding nice comfy for a great night sleep. Coffee and a Toaster for the morning. Great kitchen.

Witnessed a manager that was very rude on the phone, that sounded like an employee she was giving a hard time to. I dont need to be watching that on my vacation.

Shout out to Sonesta ES Suites for their proactive approach to environmental concerns. My suite had a dispenser for shampoo, condition and shower gel. The breakfast had reusable plates and silverware as well as biodegradable plates. The suite itself was great. The breakfast delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in Jacksonville, FL.

My weekend stay at the Sonesta ES Suites in Wilmington/Newark DE was epic.
The manager was professional and organized upon my arrival and check out.
The atmosphere and grounds well kept, overall very nice and clean. Yes, I would recommend this place to others.

Sonesta was a HORRIBLE hotel. We stayed at the one in Sharonsville West Cincinnati, Ohio. We had issues from the get go and have been trying to contact people about the stay since. They have not returned a phone call or email. My sister and I both stayed and have tried to contact and nothing was done. We had ants in our room, the door didn't work correctly, they NEVER changed the towels/rags, they NEVER took the trash out we had to do that ourselves, and they had NO PARKING AVAILABLE to which they said "we don't know what to tell you. " The general manage is horrible and doesn't ever get back to people. Do not stay here!

I recently stayed at Sonesta ES suites Princeton — Brunswick… to say the least I was disappointed… prior to my arrival the first day had been charged to my card… I arrived around 5 pm on a Friday to then be told that the card I reserved the room on would not be accepted… Sonesta clerk ALSO STATED that there would be a $250 security deposit which wasn’t stated at the time of booking… (My reservation stated $100 security deposit which was what I prepared for…) so I had to use a different card. Being from out of state and also being closing time for my banking institution, I rushed to contact them to authorize out of state transaction… Luckily the closing bank teller answered the phone… So once I was able to authorize out of state transaction, the Sonesta clerk again told me that there was nothing that he could do about the security deposit increase, that they had changed their policy blah blah blah. I showed him my printed reservation with the $100 deposit. He STILL gave me a hard time so I asked to speak to a manager… The manager was WAYYYYY easier to work with and based on me having the security deposit in print, he honored. After that 30 minute ordeal I was given my room keys… I was running late now for my sons basketball tournament so we just left straight to the games… that night I got to the room. I was clean and set up nicely.

Overall rate is bad… no customer service.

Central reservations is a catastrophe. Asked for a supervisor 20 minutes ago. Still on hold. Run, don't walk away from this train wreck.

Truly enjoying my stay here. Nice room and friendly helpful staff. The meals or good and convenient for me because I'm a travel nurse and don't care for much cooking. Definitely would recommend long and short stays here.

The rooms were very clean, the dishes were well-stocked, the breakfast was surprisingly delicious, and the staff was so friendly! We were able to have everything we needed to be comfortable. The pull-out was squeaky, but it was still a comfortable sleep and the other people in the suite didn't hear it. We all rested well and felt more at home than in our own home!

One of the best examples to show how customer care and hospitality industry is in providing the best service. Very clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, pillows, cozy bedroom including a kitchen, dining table and LED TVs. The breakfast buffet is a pleasant surprise. Add a gym, basketball court and water pool to all this, and you will love to stay here.

The rooms in the hotel are pretty nice. Exactly what the pictures look like. I would stay here again for sure. There's a good breakfast and some things to do in the backyard. They also have a convenience store inside for necessities.

It was an inexpensive place for us to stay with our kids in the general Boston area. I get the impression they specialize in people staying for longer than one night… For the good: The parts of the room that matter (the beds, bathrooms, etc) were clean. The breakfast was fine with enough options for everyone. For the not as good: other areas around our room seem to reflect a lack of attention to detail. There was a bottle cap under the desk, a lollipop stick on the floor behind one if the nightstands, a hairball somewhere else. Someone had drawn on the couch with a pen… So little things I'm not used to seeing in a hotel. If I am in the area I would consider staying there again but might look for other options first.

Stayed here for Boston marathon week. Very nice suite. Price was good (made reservations well in advance). A bit of a drive from downtown Boston. Overall very nice.

Sonesta ES Suites Jacksonville Florida, stayed here recently and it was an okay experience as far as nice beds, cleanliness, etc. The not so okay experience is due to coffee maker not working or the microwave but did I complain, no. Now they’re charging me the damage fee of $100 because there was a mark on the floor “dye or marker they say” funny because we had neither of those and no kids! So we call to ask why the extra charges proceed to tell them we made sure to leave it the same as when we came even down to washing the dishes, needless to say we’re still waiting to hear from the manager whom hasn’t contacted us back in 3 days.

Nice rooms. 10 minute shuttle ride to Burlington mall. Close to Lahey hospital.

Best bang for your buck because of the added amenities such as personal kitchen, dining room, dishwasher, crib, etc. But customer service needs improvement. Most of the time, frontdesk personnel don't smile at all when interacting with you. You could really tell they're so bored with their jobs.

Often have coworkers from China stay there; the hotel has a large parking lot and is very convenient to 2 highways. It's also very close to the Burlington Mall and several other shopping areas, so the location is excellent. My colleagues enjoy the breakfast provided as well.

We stayed in a suite with 2 adults and 3 older children — could not have asked for a better room to accommodate everyone! The suite was spacious and very well appointed. Loved having access to a full refrigerator and other kitchen amenities during our stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly for check-in and check-out. Continental breakfast was kept fairly well stocked but anyone showing up towards the close of the breakfast hours should not expect everything to be stocked (not uncommon in any hotel). The hotel is very easy to get to and convenient to the Burlington Mall and area shopping centers. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family staying in the area.

We didn’t have a good experience here. We booked a room for 8 people, but they gave us a room for six people. We booked our rooms several days ago and we requested two rooms side by side but they gave us two rooms in different stairs. They weren’t well-behaviour.

Unfortunately we had many issue with checking in. We reserved four double bed rooms for 8 guests but we got something else. It takes more than one hour for check in and finally they couldn't solve the problem. It was my worst experience ever. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is so welcoming. Breakfast was good and filling. Will stay again.

Friendly staff and spacious accomodations. The beds are quite comfortable but the furniture in the living room was hard, edgy, and uncomfortable. For a hotel room where one only returns in the evening to sleep, that might be okay but this is an extended stay facility. As such, I expect to be able to return in the evening and relax. Uncomfortable furniture makes that difficult to impossible. Though things seemed clean, the carpets were soiled which also detracted from the overall impression. While I would not avoid this Sonesta ES, it would certainly not be the first choice for my next trip to the area.

Very nice staff and housekeeping… great rooms with plenty of room for our family which was 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 small children… what also was great that each room had a bathroom with plenty of space… kitchen was also enough… breakfast was awesome, everyday they served something different… we could not find a better value for what we got … we will definitely be looking forward to are next stay at Sonesta ES Suites Burlington, Mass… or any other Sonesta … by the way we stayed in the biggest suite …

Nice place, clean, staff was great and the room was comfortable and plenty big enough. We had a two bedroom suite and a kitchen. Perfect location.

We have stayed here many times and always had a great stay. Staff is great and rooms clean and comfortable.

Rooms were very clean and cozy. We had six people in a one bedroom suite. Beds were comfy. Toilet plunger kept breaking hence the 4 star rating. We went to a Halloween party in Salem, was approximately a half hour drive. Free breakfast was meh, but free is free. I would stay again.

Rooms were clean, friendly staff, only thing I didn't like was a contract that we had to sign because we had a dog with. It stated that if they received 2 complaints about the dog barking that we would be asked to leave. Now our dog is typically very well mannered and rarely barks but it is a dog and we can't make guarantees if we don't know how he's going to react in a hotel. This is something that should have been mentioned previously to arriving and it was not.

Burlington, Mass location is always clean, interior and exterior. The staff is always great and I would definitely recommend this location.

The rooms are not huge, but not small. I would say it's clean, but housekeeping never came to our room. I went to the front desk and asked for towels. Found out the next morning they gave me 4 bath mats. Half hour before free breakfast was over, everything was empty. After noting this to the supervisor, they took 50% off for one night out of 2.

My co-workers who visit from other countries have used this hotel many times; I've never heard any complaints. The location is good: less than a 5 minute drive from the intersection of two fairly large highways and there is a lot of parking.

Do too my family having a pipe burst in our home ; we had to rent a hotel. So Happy we chose Sonesta suites. They made an exception for my family due to extreme circumstances. For that im grateful. Now the hotel. From Yelissa at the front desk being very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to for my princess to get a basketball. The breakfast awesome! Clean rooms and dynamite decor. Great hotel! Good price. Far enough from Boston to be out of the traffic but still close enough to get to events in the city.

Worst service ever! The staff is nasty and ruined our whole Fourth of July weekend! Don't even tgijk of coming here if you want to have a good time, the pool wasn't even opened! Just save your money and find another place where the staff is friendly.

Perfectly passable suite-style hotel. For those familiar with Marriott properties, it's basically a small step below a Residence Inn. Rooms were decently sized with a small sofa and a kitchen bar table. Breakfast, however, was pretty mediocre. Small selection, nothing exciting with a basic egg, meat, potato option for hot food and a standard selection of pastries, cereals, fruit, and yogurt for the cold meals. Don't expect decadence, but absolutely nothing wrong with the place.

The resort is gorgeous and the room is so lovely. The front desk is very helpful with any questions I asked. They also were very accommodating for any handicapped issues I had. The complimentary breakfast was some of the best ones I ate and the corn muffins were delicious! The doorways in the rooms were wheelchair accessible and wide enough for anyone to go through. The only problem I had was that the pool was not open. Apparently, up north pools are only from memorial day to labor day. Good thing I live in Florida! But all in all, this is a stunning, welcoming place to stay and you won't be sorry!

Very nice staff and clean. Modern air conditioning. Pool is also beautiful. As well as plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast with various bread, juice, water, tea, coffee, cereal, fruit. The only thing missing is Nusscreme (Nutella).

Spacious, clean and well-appointed rooms. My king room had a kitchen with fridge, two burner cooktop, microwave and assorted tableware for two. Breakfast was good, with oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries, scrambled eggs, a warm starch (toast/home fires/pancakes) and warm meat (sausage patties/sausage links/bacon). They also served buffet dinner Tuesday-Thursday, which wasn't gourmet dining, but perfectly adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Just a word of advice to everyone out there if you need to stay at a hotel for any reason be very Leary of Sonesta ES Suites! They have now charged (put a hold on) our debit card for 2 extra nights stay that we did not stay at any of their hotels for! And before leaving on Sunday morning I brought this to the attention of the staff that was on duty at the time in which she told me no manager was available because managers don't work on the weekends! But that there system has also done this same thing to two other people as well! And Now because of this we are being charges extra fees from our bank as well! …

The hotel is right off the 95 so the location is nice. Rooms are clean and spacious. Service is great. I recommend this hotel.

Wonderful staff at the Cleveland airport location but we have had limited to no internet for the past month. Extremely frustrating and no one seems to be resolving the issue.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 7 people and it ended up that one person needed to sleep on the couch but never felt cramped. It seemed like the suite was pretty soundproof from the other hotel rooms. Seemed clean and didn't have any complaints.

Sonesta is a very warm, welcoming hotel! The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. We had the most peaceful stay. They have Excellent customer service. The rooms and entire environment was beautiful. They provided an uptodate facility that still maintained a classic and "Bed and Breakfast" type feel. Thoroughly recommend!

Modern Old but clean, Pricey but close to everything, polite staff but not good breakfast. A advise to people who has young kids. This hotel is not for you. After half hr I arrived there I got call that we make too much noises. Only my daughter walks around.

Only stayed one night. Room was very clean and seemed new. Took advantage of their 24/7 offer of a smoothie made fresh while I waited at 8pm at night! Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I as well as a bunch of family members stayed here after our wedding. We loved it. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of space they give you. Apparently they were in the middle of renovating, but we never saw anything while we were there. The room my husband and I stayed at was gorgeous, newly renovated, stainless steel appliances nice finishes plat screen TV etc. We had a 2 bedroom which was nice and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which were also gorgeous. I went to check out rooms my family members were staying and they had not been renovated, as they were still nice, just dated. But clean. And the continental breakfast was good.
