I love this place been coming here for years.

Very nice and very professionally managed at a good price.

Manny, the owner, is always available for recommendations of things to do in or around the area. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Daily maid services is available if you prefer or put your sign out and you will be left alone. My husband and I come to Connecticut to visit our granddaughter every December (for the last 9 years) and have had snow while there, Manny is quick to get parking lot and sidewalks cleaned. We have never had a bad experience with this quite little inn. Thanks Manny for another great stay, as always.

It is always clean, quiet and reasonably priced. We just left after a 4 night stay and have been here before when visiting family in Putnam. Dunkin Donuts is gone but we plan to return.

Through Expedia, I made a reservation here, but Expedia had not shown the state, only the road address. As soon as I got the confirmation and saw this hotel is in CT, I went into Expedia and cancelled. Literally within about a minute after reserving. I didn't know if I would even be making the trip, so I was sure to select things where I was able to cancel with no charge. Well, this hotel posted a charge TWO FULL DAYS after I cancelled. Expedia has reached out to the hotel, but they have denied my "request. " I should add that the original reservation confirmation from Expedia said I had to cancel by 6 pm Eastern time THAT SAME DAY, to keep from being charged. Well, guess what? I received the cancellation confirmation from Expedia BEFORE 6 PM! I will need to tell my credit card company to reverse the charge.

This is wonderful place to stay — and the owner is so kind and helpful. Clean as a whistle and very quiet! A++++

My husband and I have been staying here once a year, every year for our entire relationship. This is truly a cozy place. Very clean, well kept, private, budget friendly, rooms. We are always looking forward to staying here.

Manny, the owner, could not be nicer or more accommodating. They've certainly ramped up the quality since my last visit, and yet the price remained the same! The TV was much nicer, as well as the overall atmosphere. With a location like that, it really doesn't get much better than Quiet Corner! It would be nice if they still offered smoking rooms though, but I understand that with a face lift it is a sacrifice they had to make.

Find somewhere else. Tried to stay at another hotel (Comfort Inn), however they did not have vacancy. The wonderful woman at the front desk called the Quiet Corner Inn, where they said they had one room available and they would hold it. Fast forward 10 minutes when we arrive, we say how we came from the other hotel and the woman said there was a room held for us. Her response? With attitude: "We booked it… there's only one bed anyway it wouldn't be good for you. " And that was that. She offered no other alternatives and wasn't remotely helpful. She then proceeded to walk outside and get into a car with a male and left the premise immediately.

Exceptionally clean! We were in town for a friend's wedding but I have stayed in a lot of hotels while travelling for business and it is clear to me that the cleaning staff here pays special attention to make sure the room gets cleaned properly. Even all those odd ledges and corners got dusted or wiped down. The front desk staff was also very friendly. Getting to the back parking lot was a little bit frustrating sometimes when the Dunkin Donuts next door is busy because the drive through line blocks access and you have to drive around, but it's not the end of the world. Overall had a great experience.

Older motor hotel but very well maintained. Clean comfortable rooms. Staff and management is great. Very nice, accommodating, and helpful. Definitely would come back.

Excellent motel. Very clean and comfortable rooms, and even better service from the staff. Dunkin Doughnuts is just a walk across the parking lot and as for quiet, Their name says it all. I was there to visit my family and it was a great visit. Made even greater the by owner and staff. I am looking forward to my trip back there next summer and I will not be staying anywhere but the Quiet Corner Inn.

The quiet corner hotel is simply good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is pleasant to work with the owner made the extra effort to put us in a quiet room facing a beautiful neighborhood. This was truly a highlight of our trip.

Came to visit my husband on the road. This is by far the cleanest place we have been. Staff is friendly. Landscaping and yard areas are clean and maintained as well. I would recommend anyone coming to the area to stay here.

For anyone traveling in the area, do yourself a favor and give Quiet Corner Inn a chance. You'll thank me. It truly is quiet. There isn't a second floor so you won't be kept awake by constant running or jumping over your head, something that typically happens in the larger motels. Another huge plus are the owners. You will not find nicer people. Genuinely kind and go out of their way to make you comfortable and feel welcome. Each room has a mini fridge and microwave, something I've paid extra for, in the past. My room was spotless and smelled wonderful. There was a floral scent that I greatly appreciated. Not sure how they did it because there was not anything plugged in. Lastly, it's conveniently located. Dunkins is a few steps a.

I loveeee this place… right next door to dunkin… quiet and peacful… rooms ar soo clean and the owner goea above and beyond to make the experience the best… kudos to quiet corner inn… definitely will be going back.

The owner is very nice however they do not offer breakfast and they have no washer or dryer. I have to add that the manager let me know it If I needed my laundry done it was possible. I thought that was great. This hotel is run by a very nice and accommodating manager. I would definitely stay here again.

The percent place to stay! Beautiful hotel! Lovely staff very polite, respectful. The rooms are beautiful huge! Well kept and quite! Walking distance to dunkin donuts literally next door! Walmart also walking distance! I will recommend this place to everyone! Will always pick this hotel as my place to stay!

Great people, it's always my pleasure staying here. I live in hotels basically because of work and the hospitality/ friendly enviornment is 2nd to none.
