I was celebrating my 21st birthday this weekend including a 2 night stay at the hotel and so I went on Priceline to book a 2 night stay hoping they would directly tell me the full bill because I wanted to wait the day of to pay for my room. Ofcourse when I got there the front desk men (probably the most INCOMPETENT people I've ever met) tried to explain that accidentals were $50 (oh well) I explained that I would've been more prepared if they had given me the full price when I booked the room instead of coming to a surprise fee, anyways my partner went and paid the $50 fee for me and the man at the front desk proceeded to say "no you're right, it is $695" I was so confused and asked. "what is $695! You just said $650" it probably took me 5 more times asking him what he meant before he said $600… and 95 cents" … idiot. Anyways. It took us 30 minutes to check in because their front desk people are not only stupid but their manager is a rude one too.

Greeted by the blonde young lady at the front desk and she had me at hello. 100% caring and attentive!

I was forcefully bumped to this hotel from the Marriott Fenway due to a maintenance issue. Upon arrival the check in staff confirmed that the stay including incidentals would be covered by Marriott Fenway. I even wrote on the parking agreement that the fee would be billed to Marriott Fenway, which the check in staff at Marriott Brookline was fine with. We checked in without using a credit card and entered the room without issue. We went out for the night, and upon my wife's return in the middle of the night she found her room key deactivated. Marriott Brookline had locked us out of the room. She went down to the desk where she was pressured to put down a credit card to cover incidentals even though we were told at check in it was not required. When I got back they said no charges would be put on the card, but they needed it on file. I made the desk switch the card to mine. The manager on duty stood next to the guy I was dealing with, big smirk on his face obviously amused by the whole thing. When I checked out the bill showed no charges on my credit card. A few days later, surprise, a charge for parking! I called to try and get it resolved, and was told they would remove the charge but it had to be done by the manager when they were available. The manager has dodged my calls and the charge remains. I assume that I will have to file a dispute with my credit card using the receipt which showed no parking charge.

I also forgot my jewelry in the room after checkout and I called 4 days later when I realized. I spoke with michelle. They not only still had my jewelry but the nicest lady Michelle sent it back to me UPS. What hotel does that! I am so thankful that the staff at this hotel is so honest and truly cared. You guys are all the best!

Another Marriot just sold my wife's room and were supposed to transfer her to your hotel, but they forgot to actually transfer the reservation, and then you guys sent her to a two star motel across the street in a smoking room.

Calm environment and go customer service and care.

Convenient location. Spacious room. Easy street parking. Friendly staff.

It is a great hotel and easy to find many restaurants around the hotel.

Very nice modern hotel. Perfect location close to the Longwood Medical area. Staff was super, both at desk and in the Bistro. The Grain bowl salad was fantastic.

Nice hotel, if you can get it at a reasonable price. Most of the time it's too expensive to stay at due to events. Great location and very walkable for eating.

Clean, modern and classy. The parking was easy, the room comfy and beautiful, and the staff, both at the desk, and in the Bistro we're friendly and welcoming. I got a Mediterranean Grain bowl in the Bistro and I loved it! I've never had anything like that before. It was super fresh and the perfect combination of ingredients. I could eat that for lunch EVERY DAY! Also, lobby has comfy chairs and little alcoves to relax in, a lovely courtyard leading to the pool. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby and only 10 min from the Longwood Medical area/Brookline Ave.

Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Solid internet. And they were very nice when I had to check out early. Great place to eat across the street.

James and Scimone at the front desk made our stay amazing: they are very good at hospitality. Hotel was nice and front desk staff even better. Would recommend :)

Beautiful hotel. Clean & beautiful rooms. Driver for Shuttle service to Brigham — Womens Hospital was amazing and sympathetic during our difficult time with my son in the Hospital.

Would not stay there again. Bed was so uncomfortable, bathroom ceiling was flaking down, not good water pressure. The lobby bathrooms were filthy. The only good thing was the staff.

I really like staying at Marriotts, this one was not one of their better ones however. It is conveniently located but that's the best thing about it. The courtesy shuttle was broken down, and the downstairs restrooms weren't clean. The worst part was the most important in my opinion. The beds feel like they're plywood covered with a comforter. They are not the soft beds that I've found in other Marriott properties. The next time I go to Boston, I won't stay here.

Squeaky elevator door is so loud you can hear it all night long even if you are far from the elevator. The blinds in the rooms let in a ton of light, and to top it off they charged me $18 for a pack of gummy bears they sold in the lobby (of course I only found out the price once I checked out). For the price, this place is terrible value.

Very comfy room. Huge beds, cool temperature, amazing amenities. I would definitely come back to stay.

Had breakfast at the hotel when my parents were in town (and overnight guests at the Courtyard). Food was OK. Majority of it was reheated pre-made food. Breakfast burrito was flavorful, but honestly mine was not fully reheated. With such a small menu I would have expected food to be made fresh. Wait for food was still somewhat long and the line to place an order was quite backed up.

Great staff, good location but room was cold and not enough lighting.

Love the hotel room although it feels a little small. Parking garage is very convenient for this area but it would cost you $35 a day. Front desk staff was friendly. A person in the hotel who looks like a staff member kept staring at people and awkwardly walking past and around them in the hotel lobby which I found a little creepy.

Great location, easy to get to eating places. Rooms are very nice. Staff was really helpful and pleasant.

Pretty much an incredible location in Brookline, just off of Beacon Street. Adjacent to a T station, near groceries, a small movie theater, and the commercial area of Coolidge Corner!

Courtyard by Marriot Boston Brookline is a great place to stay in Boston, whether you are on a business trip or vacation. It is located conveniently near the Green line train for easy public transportation to any part of the city. The rooms were always well attended, and the Bistro offered a relaxing environment to wind down for the evening. Definitely recommend this establishment.

Quite a cozy spot. I only visited the lounge area briefly to meet with someone, but the hotel is tucked nicely into a warm and old-time feeling corner of Brookline. It's not a huge hotel, but the servers seemed very friendly.

Beautiful room decor and lobby area. Also nice indoor pool and outdoor grassy courtyard area that looked very pretty in the fall. Nice location near tons of shops and eateries and the T. Would definitely stay here for future visits to Boston.

I was there for a Brookline Chamber of Commerce function. It was well catered by hotel staff. The hotel looked nice and the staff was courteous.

My trio was playing at a Brookline Chamber of Commerce event in the courtyard. The staff had set it up so beautifully and it was such a pleasure being in such a lovely space. I'm so happy to have this hotel in our neighborhood!

Great location and friendly staff. I stay about 150 nights a year with Marriott and this one is newer, modern, great food nearby and easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and a complimentary upgrade is always nice to get, especially when you don't have to ask for it. Thanks!

Location is along the T, making it easy to get around. The staff was very hospitable. The room was poorly lit and achieving a comfortable temperature was difficult.

Room was updated and clean. The hallway and elevator carpets were very stained. The Bistro staff for breakfast did not speak or understand English very well at all. Only (1) one of the front desk staff members was friendly enough to greet us as we entered and exited the lobby. (2) Two of the front desk staff members knew nothing about a restaurant located less than 0.2 miles from the hotel. For the rates they charge, these issues should be resolved.

The rooms there are very big they have beautiful updated furniture they have a excellent view the beds are so incredibly comfortable the hotel looks beautiful on the inside also the rooms are spotless the staff are excellent it's just an overall wonderful hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. Also if you need take out there is a excellent pizzeria called The Upper Crust Pizzeria they make the most amazing thin crust pizza and they will deliver right up to your room.

Clean with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were dark and had an odd layout. To sit at the desk you have to either freeze because it's next to the air con, or boil by switching it off. Bar closes at 10pm. It's easy to get in and out of town using the T. It's also very convenient for shops and restaurants.

I stayed in a single King sized room for a business trip. It was very spacious, clean and modern. Room had a mini-fridge, large flat screen TV and conveniently place outlets and USB charging ports. The hotel itself is located in a trendy area with plenty of places to eat and shop. I didn't have time to use the following, but the hotel does have a fitness center, pool, and bistro on the 1st floor.

Easily the worst Marriott branded hotel that I have ever stayed at. Given that I'm a Platinum Elite member that does say a lot. The room is dark and dingy, the bedside lights difficult to read by, the internet speed so-so, and even worse the bar closed at 10pm on a Saturday night. Seriously, that is laughable. I'm not a fan of the Courtyard brand, I find it a bit too cheap and not so much cheerful, but this place is taking the mickey. The room layout is very poor with the d…esks sited right next to the aircon. I was literally wrapped up in two pairs of trousers and a hoody over my normal top to be able to catch up with my work. A saving grace is that it is well positioned for various restaurants, they must be rubbing their hands in glee to pick up trade from those annoyed at the lack of service in the Courtyard.

Excellent experience. Service beyond expectations from housekeeping to front desk and food and beverage staff. We will be back soon. Thank you!

The rooms was neat, clean and updated. The location is central to all shops around Boston and the employees were friendly. Elevator stopped working and the maintenance employee was quick to fix the issues.

Best place to stay in Brookline hands down. Great staff, necessary Amenities available, plus a good pool! I stay here every time I am visiting family!

In center of Brookline near Coolidge Corner. Green Line Subway across the street. Excellent, attentive staff and service.

Convenient and accesable location in central Brookline, within minutes from Boston. Directly adjacent to public transportation (subway). Inviting, attractive lobby with complimentary snacks set out. Profesdional, friendly staff and well run meeting/function.

Comfortable beds, excellent service, and very up to date facilities. The location is wonderful for those who want to tour Boston and its surrounding areas.

Horrible construction early in the morning until late in the evening. There was literally someone in the room doing demolition work on the bathroom tile, and the hotel refused to move my room or do anything. The elevator takes 10-15 minutes to use because there are so many construction workers. Do not stay here until construction is over.

The location is great. Right in the heart of Brookline at Coolidge Corner. The restaurant is quite average but just steps from the front door you have a huge variety of different choices from Thai to middle eastern. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. I stay here almost every other month.

I pretty much live at this hotel from Mon — Thurs for work. It's great! The staff is very friendly. The rooms are typical Courtyard size and style. There's always fresh cookies in the lobby in the afternoon. It's been great to call this my home away from home.
