Loved this hotel. The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean. We requested adjoining rooms which worked out great. Great location.

Went to this hotel about 2 weeks ago very convenient in Downtown friendly staff, room very clean, shower excellent, no complaints here would definitely stay again.

Spent three nights here & we were very happy with our stay. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Hotel is centrally located & within walking distance to many great places. They have dispensers of filtered water on each floor with a supply of reusable bottles which was a great convenience. Curtains are great, room was dark for sleeping in. The tavern next door was really good too. Would definitely stay here again!

Very close to everything. Fridge is a plus. Only complaint is that they don't have Cartoon Network in their TV package.

Guest rooms are pretty clean. Lack a room safe. Complimentary coffee and snacks throughout the day are a plus for when we pop in between activities. No place to really unpack clothes if you have an extended stay. Also the extra bar going across the closet prevents your shirts from hanging properly. Nit-picky things for an otherwise satisfactory hotel.

So they got a few things that stand out from other hotels. Instead of having pre bottled water they have this awesome filter dispenser and allow you to fill your own bottle or one of their own. Super awesome. Also they have AMAZING water pressure. Their showers do. Not. Suck. Good on ya!

This place is neat and well designed. The room was set up nicely. The desk was equipped with outlets. The shower worked fine. It had a simple, almost cute feel. It's not worth it to stay in a more expensive place.

Good price for a short weekend stay. Lounge living room has a coffee machine and healthy snacks. Hotel is connected to the elephant and castle restaurant. Perfect location to walk into town and see all of Boston’s beauty. Even more special during winter seasons.

Nice hotel. The rooms are clean and updated. The front desk staff was very helpful at check in. They use an automated system and the lady at the desk walked me through it. The location is excellent! I was able to walk to most places I wanted to go in about 7 to 16 min. There are T line entrances close by as well.

First time staying in a Club Quarters and I was very impressed. The room was clean and up to date. The TV even had Chromecast built-in, although I didn't have time to watch anything during my stay. I really like their system of having extra bars of soap and toothpaste and stuff in a closet on each floor so that you don't have to go all the way down to the front desk if you need something. Maybe that's typical in big-city hotels, but it was a first for me. Front desk staff were very helpful and the lounge was a nice place to hang out or get some work done.

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. In the Lobby, they have free snacks, refreshments and the most important thing — coffee is free. The Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect.

Very good for the traveler. It is in the center and it is comfortable to know the city walking.

Hotel staff were very nice and gave us free upgrades to our room because we were unable to early check-in, something that we didn't think we'd be able to do anyway. Also the check-in and check-out process was automated and very fast and easy. There was even a business center with free coffee water and printing which was a great addition. I only complaint was the room itself. The bed was very springy and hard, and the shower curtain cause a lot of Puddles after a shower.

The employees where really friendly, the room was spacious and those pillows, damn they were comfortable. I really liked my stay, however there was an emergency in the middle of the night, we were never given explanation about what happened and even though we were sent back to our room, the alert message was started again 10-15 minutes later… So it wasn't a great night sleep.

Small hotel but they have everything for a short stay in Boston. There is also purified water refill machine in every floor which is nice feature. And located in downtown and great access to Boston common.

Great location. Walking distance to Boston common and Subway stations. Small but decent hotel rooms. They have free purified water in the hallway on my floor (5th but I guess that should be the case on every floor) which is great! The least thing I want is tap water from the hotel room so I love this feature. Front desk people also very nice. I asked for an extra comforter and they delivered it. Great place given its affordable price.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the city. Good service and great water pressure. They offer a nice variety of snacks throughout the day. I would definitely stay there again!

Rooms a perfect size and configuration for one person. Very nice desk staff. Nicely appointed main floor fireside room. Only trouble was people next door to me VERY noisy young adults and I felt like I could hear everything. I was in room 903 and I assume it was Room 904. Hard to get to sleep even. Probably need better sound barrier in wall between rooms but kind of doubt that will happen…. Thanks for the good things though.

This is an acceptable hotel for an overnight business trip. Walk into a tight lobby, they point you at a kiosk for Check-in and out pops your room key. Elevators are dated and slow. Rooms are very tight, spend a few more dollars and get the "larger" room. The irons for the entire floor are stored in a hallway closet by the ice machine. My room wasn't clean when I entered they gave me an upgrade immediately and sent up some snacks on the house. Great service team.

Very nice staff, welcomed right when we walked in the door! The room was very nice, clean and spacious, extra pillows and fuzzy blankets also offered in a closet on the floor your room is on. First time staying here with my boyfriend and will definitely be coming back when we visit the city next!

Stayed for a week in December. Fairly good location that’s easily within walking distance to sights. Quiet during the weekend due to the finance district. Clean, well priced and room was a decent size. Friendly staff. Free water and if you need an iron and ironing board… it’s in the hallway closet.

Excellent hotel. There are sufficient outlets by the bed (a requirement for a 21st century hotel). The cleanliness is top notch. Be aware that there is no breakfast, and there are not many options close by (there is a restaurant attached to the hotel that does serve breakfast). Club Quarters never lets me down.

Sheek, simple and clean. Incredible location being dead centre downtown. Cute business lobby area with complimentary drinks, coffee, fruits and snacks. Easy self check-in/out. Optional late checkout (3pm) for $50 was great. Would recommend staying here again.

The check in process was easy and I was able to leave my bag at the hotel before my room was ready. The lounge actually had a fair number of guests working or sitting around drinking the complimentary coffee, which was a nice treat. Definitely remember to get a bottle of water from the chilled water machine.

My main complaint, I left a 2 very personal books, once home and realize this, MARCI Miles, the name reservation under called was directed to post and found where no one answered, we left a voicemail explaining the situation. The recording stated a return call would happen within 24 hrs. It did not. The following day I called to be told the mgr was in a meeting to call back in an hour or two, I was directed to her voicemail where once again I left a detailed message. Again no return call. At 4:50 the same day I called again, was told no one available, to call back between 8:30-4:30. I do take responsibility for it being left, although I was extremely ill during the stay and while checking out to catch a flight. there was small things such as the coffee bar not being restocked in the room, but that could be overlooked. Not being able to reach someone in charge that might be able to provide answers is a big deal to me.

Very small room. Moreover, very noisy… No soundproofing.

Good attention, I had problems with the receipt of packages to my name.

Great for the price we paid. Would have been disappointed if paid full price.

I like to recommend this hotel for people coming to Boston for the first time because the location is great for walking the city. My uncle had to get a rollaway bed for his room as they did not save the correct room that he had requested. After that everything went smooth. Great snacks and good coffee in the lobby.

Loved everything about this hotel. Great location and staff was friendly and were pront to assist when needed especially Carlos, Sabine and Larry. Room was small but had everything we needed. Cleaning service was good as well. Busy street during the day but quiet at night. Overall, everything was within walking distance❤️

Very good location close to the main historic places and shopping. Not far from Boston Common to attend the fireworks of July 4th. Rooms very nice, quiet and modern (our 1009 with fridge sink and microwave), coffee machine. Taken to recharge phones. Nice welcome with M&ms, sodas and water in self-service (my daughter enjoyed it very much). Free Impressions at the appointment behind the Loby free access to the computers and direct if you have the IPhone. Very good Hotel and Nice pub where we ate well.

Nice hotel. The location is excellent, allowing a visit to downtown Boston without difficulty. The welcome EDT Professional, the rooms clean and well equipped. Just the size of the rooms is a bit disappointing.

Our experience at CQ was good. Not great, but good. The rate was affordable, particularly given the location (you're right in the center of Boston). The room was decent, but missing a few easy touches that would have made a big difference: no pencil or pen, room service card, bathroom fan for privacy, or king-sized bed. The fitness room and bottled water were nice touches, and the communal meeting spaces were very decent. I wouldn't hesitate to grab a room there again, given all of the good (and little bad).

Location wise you can't beat this hotel. The perks are so many. Refillable water stations at every floors. Snacks and an espresso machine in the lobby. Great staff and an excellent pub downstairs called Elephant Castle.

Ok place to stay. I liked it but one thing! There was a used wet towel in the coner of the tub. Yuck.

Great location on Devonshire street, easy walking distance to everything you want. Great staff on front desk, specially Carlos who was looking after us. The bed in the room was very comfortable. We had a great stay!

Staff was very friendly and were quick to provide recommendations for restaurants and sights. Room was pretty small, I wouldn't recommend it for a couple or family but it worked well for me on my business trip. Fill station for bottled water was a nice touch and I always had plenty of hot water. My main criticism revolves around the kiosk system that they use for check-in and check-out. The check-in process didn't work well at all and I required the assistance of staff. CQ should rely upon their friendly staff to handle the process rather than a lifeless kiosk!

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! It's evident how everything is designed for the convenience of the guest! Free snacks, (good ones! ), fruit, and high-end coffee downstairs — learn, big and expensive hotels that give nothing gor free! I asked for a fridge and it was instantly brought into the room. The only downside is the gym closing at 9.30pm — why? It's 24 hours everywhere else.

Nothing less than perfect. Staff was very helpful rooms were spotless. Right next to an warm and inviting restaurant.

Within 10 minutes of my first stay I knew it would be my last. I was given key cards to one room that turned out to be occupied (it was after 10 pm and I opened the door to find somebody sleeping in the bed). Was given key cards to a second room, which was also occupied. At this point I was prepared to sleep in my car but they upgraded me to a suite (unimpressive; it was the very least they could do for so completely botching a first impression) and I found the room somewhat shabby, with small tears in the bedsheet, mostly-empty toilet paper roll with no spare, and floors in need of vacuuming or cleaning. Definitely NOT recommended for so many reasons. Let's hope I survive the week…

Excellent location close to State Street station and Quincy Market. Free coffee and espresso in the lounge downstairs as well as computer access. Rooms are small and older, with extremely limited space in the shower, walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. The place is clean and comfortable though, and service is excellent.

Wouldn't recommend this place. The staff was nice but having to use a computer to check myself in and then wait 15 minutes for it to upload to their system was odd. I got a suite and the first thing I noticed was it wasn't that clean. The couch was ratty and there was a draft coming from the window. Pretty small too. Just a real lackluster experience for the price.

We had to switch rooms because our first room looked like it needed to be completely cleaned. The second room was only slightly better. I did like the self serve closet on every floor to pick up an iron and other essentials but why not have them in the room already? Location wise it was perfect for where we wanted to be but since it is the business district be aware that many places will close early if at all on the weekend. This is not the hotels fault but a heads up. Overall it was on OK place but better option are available.

Small room and dirty bathroom. Lots of free amenities and good customer service. Parking is a pain!

Room was on the small side but very nice. Lots of chargers and outlets, working thermostat, free and functional Wi-Fi. Toilet was terrible and required multiple flushes every time (when it tried to flush at all).

Great location with easy access to public transport. The guest lounge is extremely convenient and all of the employees have been super friendly and helpful. The room is smaller than most, but not at all cramped and has everything we could need. Only complaint was that our toilet was awful, barely flushed (when it flushed at all). Had to try 3-4 times to get a tiny bit of toilet paper down. Fix that and it's 5 stars.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever been in. Room was quite small but I'm not complaining since my job paid for it. It was downtown so I walked everywhere I needed to, barely drove as the subway was up the block as well. If my job is willing to pay for it again I'll enjoy the stay again.

Would not recommend! Front desk staff rude and not friendly at all. They barely look up from their screens when you enter the lobby or try talking to them. Had to use self check-in machine and was given a horrible room in front of a huge AC unit that blocked both windows in the room. Were given a new room, but with some considerable attitude from the clerk. Coffee and snacks empty most of the time. For the price, go elsewhere!

I would NEVER recommend staying at Club Quarters in Boston. After my employees were unable to make it into the city due to the snow, Club Quarters has refused to refund the money because it is within 24 hours of cancellation. They won't even give a credit to be used at a different time. I will absolutely ensure that I never use them again in Boston, or all of my travels to other major cities where they used to be a favorite. This is a company policy for them so it means they wouldn't refund in any of their cities. I would strongly discourage using them if you want to have the flexibility of cancelling due to 7 feet of snow with more predicted in two days.

Excellent location in the Financial District. The hotel rooms were neat and clean, very efficient but a little on the small side. This, however, was not a problem for any of our party, as we were mostly in Boston for the sight seeing, not to be in the hotel room. Time spent in the room was great, the black out curtains are incredible, all plugs were conveniently located, and the room service from their restaurant on the bottom floor was excellent. Arrived quickly, food was hot and delicious and a real treat after driving for 3 hours. Staff was helpful and friendly when needed. Bathrooms clean (exfoliating soap was wonderful to use! ). I would absolutely stay at this location again and have every intention of trying Club Quarters in other cities I visit for the right price. Parking in the area IS an issue, we paid for valet, was pricey, however worth it to avoid the hassel in my opinion.

My first time here. Great location. Rooms are little small. Not enough towels though the staff very friendly.

The rooms are surprisingly decently sized, despite the other review. I like being able to open the windows in the room. The interior of the room is decent, but not great. I liked the power outlets and USB ports right next to the bed, it was super convenient. It kinda sucks having to go to another floor for ice and snacks and the exercise room, but it seemed well stocked. There's a nice room downstairs with computers and printers you can use. I didn't really interact with the help much, but I was disappointed I wasn't told about the upgrade. $20 extra a night is pretty decent for an upgrade. Overall a good experience. It's in the financial district, so there's not much to do at night, though the bar right next door was decent.

I will first say that when I walked in the people weren't very friendly. Then I got up to the rooms which looked nice online, and it was the smallest hotel room I've ever been in! I get it, it's Boston, but I was disappointed. There was no ice, and no iron or ironing board. Also our "king" size bed, was 2 double beds put together. Not impressed and I will never go back.

Excellent place to stay in for short span of time. Great facilities and rooms. Rates are fairly good. Convenient to reach from Airport. Very close to South Station.
