Horrible service at ridicules rates! Had two rooms reserved for a bachelorette party requested early check-in but didn't arrive until 4. Requested that they put champagne in glasses in the room to surprise the bride as well when we got there. We arrived and our rooms were not ready they let us into one room where we found dirty pillow cases hidden behind the curtain. They told me they would call in the room adjacent to us was ready they never did. I went down spoke to front desk and ask them about the champagne and told them I was extremely upset because it was supposed to be a surprise that she walked into. They did nothing. Then miraculously the room we were waiting for was ready minus the champagne although they said that they sent someone up. Then we called for extra towels and a Gentleman came up he handed the towels to one of the girls and she took them and put them down. He didn't say anything else. I then waited for the champagne and then called the front desk again, and they said the champagne was brought up to the room. I disagreed with them and said there was no champagne I want to be calling if there was champagne. Next thing I know the gentleman he drop the towels off as knocking on the door saying he gave us a little black bag with the towels, something he never mentioned. Inside were two tiny bottles of champagne into cheap plastic champagne glasses. He never even said anything nor did he apologize for not telling us about it. I was so disappointed with the experience after spending the money that I did to celebrate my best friend's wedding I have now refused to stay at the Marriott the night of the wedding like originally planned because of their service at the Renaissance by Marriott.
