I booked the $84 a night vs $67. $84 a night supposedly included parking & breakfast. When I got to the hotel I noticed that parking was already free & breakfast was open to anyone & everyone. So why did I pay $84 again when I could have just paid $67 a night & got everything supposedly included free? Not to mention the toilet was clogged & dirty. The bathroom had used dirty towels & not to mention staff was extremely rude & helpless. I booked a non smoking room but the room smelled like someone died in there. The AC didn’t seem to function either. When I called I asked if there was a pool & what time the pool was open to every night the gentlemen said the pool was open every night till 11pm I determined that was a lie. The pool closes between 6-7 depending on how staff is feeling. If lazy they close it at 6. I am extremely disappointed in this hotel. Not to mention I booked through Expedia which I’m also disappointed that they allow these types of services.

Cozy rooms good breakfast but wish they do a better job with the pool first day here the pool was dirty I had to clean out before going into it and need better customer service.

Worst place. We went there for the weekend because they told us they had a pool. Paid $170 for two nights the pool was not open the entire weekend and they neglected to inform us of that before we paid. And my sister found mold in her milk. If I could give them no stars I would. Under new management and they Suck with a capital S.

Very clean smelling hotel and the customer service was great. I did not actually get to stay in the room, but the gentleman was very helpful in assisting me with an incident from another hotel and the owner was decent to not charge me a no show fee due to an error with the reservationist.

Very poor staff service very poor quality room stayed a night and I bumped into a wall that had already looked damaged pryer because of poor sheet rock repair and lumpy walls the charged my card for the damage to the wall knowing it was already poorly repaired by whoever did the sheet rocking job amd refuse to give money back very shady establisment.

The room I stayed in was poorly lit, smelled like smoke — even though we picked a non-smoking room. The continental breakfast advertised when booked, was not talked about at all during our stay, and when we went down at 10:02am, it had already been all picked up. Staff does not care about speed or interaction with patrons.

I went here for a banquet. The food was served buffet-style, and was very good. Overall, the building is nice inside, and the staff was excellent.

Rooms where okay, employees attentive but breakfast service wasn't that great, same help desk representive attending both spots at the same time.

Service was ok. Clean room. Plenty of space, though not in bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Easy to get to off turnpike, though not readily close to any fast food locations. The restaurant next to the hotel, is phenomenal. Great cuisine.

The stay was okay. Breakfast was good. Rooms are what you pay for. A good overall night to get away real quick.

Horrible Place nor fence, disappointing.

I'm a truck driver, I come to sleep and get put in a room next too 2 people having uncontrollability loud sex all night banging up against the wall, I asked if I could be switched to a different room and they refused. I will never ever come back to this hotel, it's places like this why truck drivers fall asleep behind the wheel.

Horrible service. First hotel going across country that I did not like. Didn't feel clean and I don't know what that aroma they have in that place but my god, I had to go out and buy a candle to get the smell out. Sleeping in my car would have been better. Possible bed bug bites as well.

Rude from arrival, made us move where we were parked for no reason. Wanted $23 per hour to extend checkout. On top of that the place was dirty and disgusting.

The hotel room was in pretty bad shape and the staff at the hotel was not helpful and cooperating. The room was stone cold and the heater was not working even after keeping the heater at 90F for more than 3 hours. The 70 Year old guest I had with me was freezing and shivering due to the extreme cold in the room. After repeated complaints the guy at the reception changed us to the adjacent room which had almost the same identical problem. And he came back knocking at our door disturbing us at 11.45 pm just to take back the cheap 5c plastic keys to the previous room back from us. When we were not opening the door he kept on knocking disturbing all the guests. And the new room was equally bad. Stone cold. The room was finally at a bearable warm temperature at around 4am. Next day morning we complained to the manager on site and she simply told us that we should have kept the heater at 70 and it would have heated up the room. Which didn't seem to make any sense. At 90 the room should have been burning hot. The fan was on and the temperature spitted out by the heater was around 45 or even less. Worst hotel. They didn't care about 2 basic necessities of a hotel — ambient temperature, disturbing a guest in the middle of the night. The staff needs to be trained on some basics of hotel management I guess and the franchise owners attitude needs a complete makeover.

Staff was wonderful. Rooms are dated but clean. Hallways are very dirty.

Love this place travel alot for work very friendly easy to check in very quiet rooms if uou work nights or days.

Requested a handicap room for our stay, drove all night and upon arrival they gave us a room on the second with no elevator in the building. Needless to stay had to cancel because wheelchairs can climb stairs. Luckily they were able to give a full refund.

PRO: Very safe neighborhood. Very quiet location. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was quick and polite. After a long drive, I showed up at 3 am, and requested a late checkout; and they allowed me to stay until 12:30 pm (instead 11am check out) the next day. Overall, good value for your money. CON: Unfortunately, due to lack of communication on their end, the indian motel owner was knocking on my door at 11:15am, and was repetitively requesting that l must check out immediately. He was pointing his finger at his hand watch, and then toward the motel exit. I found his approach, not only too aggressive, but completely ill mannered and tactless. I tried explaining that I was allowed a late check out by the night manager, but he didn't understand as he appeared to barely speak english. So, he walked away. Then, at about 11:30am, front desk morning staff called me to also request that I check out. Fortunately, this person was a native English speaker, and understood quickly about my late checkout arrangement. He checked and confirmed that I was approved… and everything was resolved. However, due to the owner's inexcusable, disrespectful and totally unprofessional behavior, this motel gets only 2-star rating from me.
