The most beautiful condos I have stayed in on the Maine coast. The view across the bay to the Nubble Lighthouse is spectacular. The condo townhouse is lovely; clean, comfortable, and very private. We stayed in rooM 101 with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. No complaints at all. Just wonderful.

Stunning view and beautifully appointed suites. We took our parents here to celebrate my dad turning 90 and my parents 63rd anniversary. We all enjoyed ourselves so much. It truly was a fantastic trip.

Viewpoint has the best views in all of York!

We visited for the first time this week to celebrate my 60th birthday. What a beautiful suite. Immaculately clean. The fireplace created the most cozy atmosphere on the chilly snowy days. Truly relaxing! But the main event is the incredible view of Nubble Lighthouse. Got some great pictures! Communication with hotel personnel was cheerful and consistent. They were amazing keeping the walkway snow and ice free. We can’t wait to go back again!

My husband and I eloped at The Viewpoint in October 2020. The staff and event planners were very friendly and more than accommodating. The communication is amazing! The gorgeous suite we stayed in was very cozy and clean. You can catch the breathtaking view anywhere on the property. We didn’t want to leave but we will be back!

I do not think anyone would call 2020 the most perfect year. But after our honeymoon stay at The Viewpoint this weekend, I believe my wife and I can confidently say that this was the perfect hotel. We were impressed with everything and we want to sincerely thank you for making our stay so amazing! For anyone wondering whether they should book a suite here; there is only one right answer: Yes.

So thankful to be able to keep our reservation amid all the unrest that's happening right now. We were able to get away for a few days and enjoy one of our favorite places in the world. With little to no contact the staff was more than accommodating and complied with all safety regulations. Thank you so much for everything — you made the craziness bearable.

Great stay! Such a great view in our suite (106) but all suites have a great view from the way the suites are situated. So relaxing and quiet. Everyone we met that works here is so nice and helpful and informative. Get your camera ready for so many great pictures to save your memories.

We got married at the ViewPoint this past weekend and couldn’t be happier with the experience we had. We had the whole place to ourselves with all of our friends and family staying there as well. It was the perfect setting for the best day of our lives. Would recommend to anyone!

Incredible! The Viewpoint is an upscale but also incredibly family friendly hotel that provides the most fantastic views of the ocean and Nubble Lighthouse. The grounds are carefully maintained and the saltwater pool is a real treat! No detail was overlooked and it’s clear that recycling and sustainability are important to the new owners. The Viewpoint is within walking distance to The Nubble lighthouse, Fox’s and Dunne’s ice cream but it also provides a quiet and serene atmosphere. It’s the best of both worlds! We thoroughly enjoyed our time visiting family at The Viewpoint and can’t wait to return.

My fiance and I have made a tradition of spending a weekend here each summer. Every aspect of the stay is incredible from accommodating and friendly staff to extremely well designed/maintained rooms and outdoor spaces. The view is incredible and tucked away just enough to avoid the crowds. Come and stay here; you won't be disappointed.

I enjoy staying at beautiful establishments… this one was an undiscovered gem! We just returned from the Viewpoint hotel and absolutely loved it! The spectular views were second to none and the staff and management were amazing… no doubt this will be the first of many visits… big shout-out to A. J. Who was charming… hope to see u all soon.

Outstanding. This was one of my favorite places to stay. The view was ridiculously beautiful and the unit was clean and nicely appointed. Friendly staff.

The grounds are excellent and the new owner have made many upgrades. One more year of changes and it will be a 5 no doubt. But it's still a 4.5 anyway and they don't come cheap. Love it.

I've been here twice now, once over Christmas with my extended family and once during the Summer for a family party and this may be the best place I've ever stayed. Between Christmas and Summer a lot of enhancements have been added, things I would never of thought of like replacing the porch railings with glass. Now the view even from inside is just breathtaking. Staff are outstanding. The unit we stayed in (3 bedroom) felt so much like home. It really put the emphasis of the experience on the people there. Just amazing. So lucky to have had the opportunity to visit.

Great spot with great views of Nubble Lighthouse. The rooms here have been updated and are very clean and just feel like home. The area out back has ample seating for relaxing and listening to the waves. The view isn't too bad either.

Stayed here over a holiday weekend for a five day trip. What a great experience. We loved the fact that the website gave detailed picture and room reviews — and that you can reserve the exact room you want. We had a full kitchen, laundry, and an AMAZING view of the Nubble point lighthouse. There's an ice cream shop located right across the road. Oh, and two hedgehodges roam around the hotel grounds — something our son loved watching from the bay window. We went to the restaurant a few minutes away that's owned by the same family, and it was phenomenal (it's not inexpensive, but the food, view, and casual atmosphere was great). We would definitely recommend Viewpoint to families or anyone looking for a great getaway. Close to Kennebunkport, Portsmouth, and the delicious Stonewall Kitchen store/restaurant in York.

Took my parents from Texas to Maine on a hunt for lobster and clams. Our home was lovely, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, full of natural lighting, and accompanied with a beautiful view of the ocean and Nubble’s light house. Staff from check-in to check-out were friendly and inviting. Wonderful location. Beautiful scenic view. Nestled on a hill will an inspiring landscape. Walking distance to ice cream shops, Nubble Lighthouse, and Fox’s Lobster House (they had the best clams! We ate there twice in one day! )

We stayed here this past weekend (11/10-11/12) to celebrate Veteran’s Day because my boyfriend was in the Navy for 10 years. He was stationed in Portsmouth, NH for quite some time and really loved it there which is why I wanted to stay nearby. We were so impressed with our room at The Viewpoint Hotel and will 100% be coming back. Everything was as pictured and the view is unbelievable. It is definitely different than your average B&B/Hotel but that’s what we wanted. We cooked dinner both nights and loved having the full kitchen. The ONLY negative was that our dishwasher was broken and we were not told about this upon check in, BUT the owner was great and compensated for this. Ultimately things happen but I was very satisfied overall.

We stayed here the past weekend (4/28-4/30) and it was amazing. The whole place was beautiful, the rooms were amazing, and the view of the Nubble was perfect. We could sit down by the water and enjoy a cup of coffee, while we watching the sun rise. If you are looking for a get-away, this is the place to go! Very relaxing.

This was our first stay at the hotel, best view ever, awesome wedding venue, rooms are lovely and sound proof!
