Checkin was 3. When arrived nobody in office and nobody answering the phone. 1.5 hours later someone finally shows up and starts taking people in alphabetical order with no rhyme or reason. Customer service is horrendous. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your vehicle before thinking about paying to stay there.

Blood stains on the sheets of one of the beds, couldn't get ahold of anyone for another couple blankets or sheets for the bed… absolutely nobody on site and when you call it goes to voice-mail.

I would never go back here! I had a shower head fall on me, door was hard to lock, the freezer melted my ice even after putting it to the coldest setting. The over head light was dead. The toilet literally screamed after you flushed. I told them. They did fix some of the problems but refused to help in any other way. This was a mom get away. A weekend away before my wedding. And this motel made it absolutely miserable. I literally almost cried. One of the housekeepers was amazing but the main person didn’t seem to care at all. I want my refund! Dont forget about the train thats right out back. That goes by all the time.

Do not book a room here I paid $200 on July 18th for a single night stay I was with my 14 yrs old niece the TV did not work I asked for another room but not available after calling several times that night the office girl said I would get a credit BUT ONLY TO BE CHARGED ANOTHER $250 12 DAYS LATER ON JULY 31ST

I own a business in town. A group of 8 people planned to spend New Year's Eve at our venue. They made the reservation quite a while ago with the Seabreeze. Today I received word that their reservations had been cancelled by the motel with no explanation. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

This place is a wonderful motel. They give a very homey feel. If we want anything done, we just call down and it’s done for us like garbage or new towels, washcloths, etc. My kids loved that they had ice cream, on hand, to buy whenever they wanted and they always have free fresh popcorn. My kids love it here and we intend to come back every year. They have a pool and hot tub and a little playground for the kids. They’re located just a min to the beach and just a few more mins away from the pier. My husband, myself and my kids have gone for 3 years and each year they have done something new to improve the place. I give this place 5 stars.

5 minute walk to the beach, carnival and all the shopping and restaurants downtown. Grills and picnic tables available for guest use. Pool is heated, lots of loungers around it too. Full kitchens inside rooms if you travel with a family. They are constantly updating things. Very friendly staff. But the air condition in the rooms desperately needs an upgrade. They have cable and Wi-Fi. The couches turn into fold out beds so you can fit a family. No frills motel but location is great and staff very nice.

For beach prices this hotel is pretty much what I expected. Not anything special but location location location. If you are attending the Ironman Maine event, it's perfectly placed to get to every race venue and watch racers finish from your car trunk. They let us stay parked there past checkout which I really appreciated!

Decent budget hotel close to the beach. Rooms are kept neat and tidy. Love the pool as it's heated and perfect to relax in when the beach can get too cold. Ample parking, lots of eating joints nearby. You get what you pay for.

Worst place to stay. Everything about it was awful. Punch dents on the fridge door. Punch holes on the bathroom door. Ripped bedding. Rugs were disgusting. Pool was gross with hair. The blarring horn from the Amtrak train was always fun during all hours of the night right outside our room which is not mentioned on the website site. It doesn't deserve even a one star. We will never return.

My Son and I absolutely LOVE this place! Very reasonably priced, EXCELLENT/HELPFUL staff,, We think :) And walking distance to EVERYTHING! I don't even move my car from the time we check in till the time we leave! They even extended Our checkout time to noon! We LOVE the pool and We watch the Thursday night fireworks from OOB right from Our balcony! And We even love the train! We had everything We needed,, We can't wait to get there in a couple weeks! And They always give us extra boxes of salt water taffy!

It was a good time! The motel was much better than we thought. Even the service was better then we thought it would be!

Clean room, full size fridge and stovetop included. Great location for walk to restarauints and beach. For the price it was a great deal.

The apartment was super awesome. So big and luxurious! Like living in a home away from home for the weekend. There was, however, a large creature living in the wall who kept us up most of the night. Otherwise, would totally recommend. As classy as it could probably get…

Near attraction fair and next to the beach. Beds are not comfortable.

Two professional people, 9000.00 combined income. Perfect references and got DENIED for a winter rental with no reason (even though the lady was not happy with the way I look with my colored hair and made some points on some of my tattoos. We were really relying on this for the winter and now get blasted by denial. So now i'm contacting my lawyer for rental discrimination and profiling. Not the smartest business choices. All I need to know now is what I should rename this place to when I own it!

First room they tried to put us in the bolts on the door was broken. The window wouldn't lock. The bed. Omg that old saying never look under the mattress. Wow looked like someone got murdered on it. Wish I could post pictures. The manager wasn't around nor called me back. NASTY… No stars stay away.

Absolutely the ugliest rooms I've ever seen. Never in my life have I paid to stayed in lookalike prison. Its probably a good thing that they have concrete walls because if they had wallpaper or paint, the stench would melt it off. If you enjoy the smell of sulfer and like the sound of a train when flushing the toilet then this place is for you! Ohh. And let's not forget the train runs all hours, so be prepared to be up by 6:15. The ONLY perk about this place was the location. That's about it. Seriously. Go somewhere else. Perhaps under the pier would be more accommodating.

Fantastic staff. We're always there for us, if we needed anything. Room was spacious-the beds were a little small, however, we are 'Big' people, so we slept in the two beds. Close to all the amenities and overall, good value for money

Very clean, roomy rooms. Staff is excellent, heated pool is really nice. Nice family place and close to the beach and Pier, once we park we never need the car again. Recommend the Seabreeze.

I'd give it no stars, but it won't let me. At $209 a nite, only one nite was enough! Hot, smelly room. Beds were no better. Lumpy and smelly, yuck. I would encourage you to go elsewhere. Pay more for a modest hotel. This one is bottom of the barrel. From staff that has not yet mastered English, to outdated rooms, worn out furniture, and the a/c that was totally undersized for the room. Completely disappointed, can't wait to leave. It's called the Seabreeze, but even the Seabreeze can't remove the smell in my sinuses from this place.

Self explanatory why it was one of the only places left to rent couple weeks in advance. A queen bed is more like a full size bed. Very run down looking. Disappointing for the money you spend to stay here. TV that is probably 30 years old and blurry. Crappy pillows and the list goes on.

Do not stay here. Outside door left propped open all night. No deadbolt on our room door. Carpet in hallway stained and had a bad smell. Shower diverter only sent part of the water to shower head. The rest poured out of the tub faucet. No shelves in bathroom to put personal items. Had to use the edge of a tiny sink. Air conditioning was a window unit in living room, so back in the bedroom I sweltered all night. Outlet in bedroom not working. TV in living room so we couldn't watch it in bed. No view of the beach. Plus side: close to carnival area and beach as a short walk… 10 minutes to beach. Spacious apartment with full kitchen, large living room with sleep sofa, nice balcony. All tile floors. But I would not ever stay here again.

The rooms were very big, two large bedrooms and a small kitchen. It was a block away from old orchard Beach and the staff was very nice. Parking is the only hard part about this motel, but other than that I would highly recommend it.

Train is 12 ft from building and very loud. Room was visibly soiled including shower curtain that had mold and cob webs throughout room. Mattresses are in very poor condition causing my boyfriend and I to have back and neck pain following our first night sleeping there. Location to beach and pier is good with a very short walk (that is the only positive). Checkout time at 10, we asked to leave our car in the parking lot because there was a athletic race on the street with half the street blocked off. Was told we could only leave our car in the lot until 11 because there was not enough parking. We moved our car and paid for parking elsewhere. Walked by at 2:00 and there were over 20 open parking spaces in their lot.

We got there found drugs in our room then found broken picture frame under bed. Asked 3 times to talk to management no one would talk to us. Asked to speak to owner nope no one could be bothered with supervisor Kelly comeau wouldn't talk to us room was disgusting … beds and couvhes were very uncomfortable springs in your back. Had to empty our own garbage. Had to clean everything just to put stuff in refrigerator. Wi-Fi didn't work wasn't a heated pool. It's a out door pool. I asked for a refund no one would refund me mind you had my grandchildren with us. Very upset with all of it. Took pictures of what we found.
On August 9th I received half back and owner called me which I want to thank him for contacting me! Thank you Mr king Winston for taking time to call us back and helping with resolving these issues!

Clean rooms, great staff, very close to the beach.

Not a nice enough place to even rate they took the whole amount of our stay out of our account after we were told they wouldn't had to buy our own coffee filters sharp knifes and paper plates bowls and cups and plastic silver ware cause the place had a kitchen but nothing in it no extra blankets or pillows for the pull out sofas and railroad tracks right behind the building so close you could spit on the train from the room no sleep at night cause the trains are running way over priced for what we got won't return.

Disgusting and overpriced!

Cinder block walls, has the feeling of a prison, I slept on the bed rather than in it. Not worth the price. This is the worst place I've stayed in since I was a student. Look for other options.

I went last year with friends and family, to be frank, we have hated it all. And we're not difficult people. First, arrived at the hotel, our booking was not successful record in their system, so we had no room. The service was mediocre enough, and that this isn't talk rooms and pool to the strange colored water. Not clean the rooms, we had even small intruders on the floor. The smell was awful, a mix of humidity and old. In short, luck that we came just to wash and sleep. It was already good enough! I do not really recommend this hotel. It is my opinion, and that of people who have been with me.

There were a lot of issues with the room, but the manager was understanding and fairly adjusted the nightly rate and mentioned that it would never happen again.

Dead bolt on door broken, slider to patio lock didn't work, hair dryer mounted on wall so far from plug you can't plug it in, sink in kitchen leaked, ants in room, pool was cold.
