I found the general manager rude and condescending. When asked a question for a guest about getting a lighter rather than answering I was questioned of the use as though I was a Child. I reacted accordingly and then I was even further dressed down. I was then informed of how I should have reacted to his behavior. I left a night early and have absolutely no intention of going back.

We had a fantastic stay over the weekend! The manager and staff were awesome! Definitely will be back!

We stayed in a King Room with a jacuzzi and fireplace. Then we found out there was also a balcony. From a great experience from reserving to check in, and then going to the room we were very impressed! Very private room, no one on either side of us and the balcony was in a secluded area where no one could see. This is a great place for a private getaway. So close to town with so many things to do. We stayed in April and though not all places were open, we found that ocean front scenery was open with no entrance fee. This is a great place to stay, so close to all things.

Great staff friendly and go out of there way to make your stay a memorable one! awesome area awesome people.

Their customer service is unmatched. I’ve stayed a few times. The property is gorgeous and always very clean. It is centrally located and their prices are very reasonable. The front desk is great to work works and always accommodating. I highly recommend booking directly with this property. They are so much easier to work with than any travel site when things pop up.

Excellent Ogunquit resort at a great rate. Upgraded facility since our last visit five years ago. Friendly staff, lovey grounds, lots of amenities, and Amore Breakfast is now located on the campus and offers a discount to guests at the resort. Walk to everything! Best deal in town!

I just returned from 3 days and was called about a lost key and was told I would be charged $50.00. We found the key and it is already in the mail. Now. I wasn't going to complain or ask about our charges but two other couples told us that their room charges were almost $50.00 cheaper than what we paid. I didn't even mention that till now. I know your aware of how social media works. So for starters, I am preparing to post to my 4500 FB friends about our experience and then I will go to Trip Advisor and Yelp and explain as to what happened and how our rates were a hell of a lot different that others also staying. I hope that the OWNER or Manager sees this before I start.

Second time staying here. Close to the beach and restaurants. Quiet and adults only in our building The White Rose. Private pool and hot tub also adults only. Just wish the Amore Outside Bar was open.

Just got back from a stay at the Admiral's Inn Resort. Great location, friendly service, rooms and property were very clean. Minutes to walk to downtown and from there a short distance to the beach. I would highly recommend the Admiral's Inn Resort and would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are large, very clean and bright. Beds are awesome. My only complaint is there is no remote for air conditioning. It is too high to reach.

Clean comfortable quiet rooms. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. Friendly knowledgeable staff make a stay there top notch.

Very clean and suprisingly updated rooms. The whole town has taken a step forward modernizing. It's close to the center and not too far from beach. We easily got around town. The pool probably needs some updating but was nice enough and the staff was nice as well.

Was a perfect location. Walking distance to the center and Perkins Cove. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Property was well maintained and exceptionally clean. Not enough outdoor seating around the property but would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a more private stay.

Room was real clean and bed was comfy. Location was great. You could walk downtown or walk to the playhouse or trolley stop. The pools need tending too. Amore was steps away for a great breakfast. I would stay there again.

As a halfway point on our route to Bar Harbor, I think this place is clean, cozy, and comfortable. It is walking distance to shopping/restaurants, and the beach, however this place is on a main road that can get pretty busy with cars (once you cross it, you're closer to the attractions). There is also a trolley that runs by to get you to other places, but you still have to walk down the busy road to get to the pick-up point. Very friendly staff. There is a pool at the hotel. And a lovely breakfast cafe where guests of the inn receive a discount.

We arrived early, they worked diligently to ensure we were able to check in earlier than usually allowed. While we waited they asked if there was anything they could do to make us comfortable! The rooms were very clean and well maintained, as were the grounds! We loved the pool and hot tub which were also very clean! Would absolutely stay again next time we are in Ogunquit!

Me and my sister loved staying here. The staff was friendly the owner checked us in and our room was on the bottom floor near the pool. The pool was clean. We relaxed at this resort. We had breakfast at their restaurant amore and the has was homemade and bloody Mary menu was nice. We walked to downtown, up to the cornerstone restaurant. It was a nice spot, we would love to go back!

This place has been a staple for me since my first visit to Ogunquit back in 2008. The staff is amazing. Always friendly and very knowledgeable about things to do in town. Love that the nightlife and beach are just steps away. Can’t wait to return.

Marty at the front desk is a delight. He is very knowledgeable and planned our whole night perfectly. He was polite, bubbly and informative. The rooms are quaint, clean and beds are super comfy. The location can't be beat. Walkable to town filled with restaurants, shops, piano bar, bars and even a night club. If you aren't sure where to go just ask Marty! We went during off season and loved it… Can't wait to go back.

Super clean and up to date. Staff very helpful and friendly. Quiet, warm in winter. All in all a great place to stay in Maine. Only reason not five stars is because they don't offer any small pastries but do have coffee 24/7. I knew this coming here so no surprise but it seems like a small inexpensive jesture. We would most definitely return. Plenty of off street parking too.

No need to look anywhere else in Ogunquit. Clean rooms, courteous staff, and the kids love the pool!

For the great price as compared to nearby places, I highly recommend staying here. It is very close to local attractions and the rooms were updated and clean.

Best stay ever! Got caught in a Nor’Easter and had a blast in this quaint Maine inn. Service is wonderful and we highly recommend this as the best service in Ogunquit!

We had another great weekend at the Admiral's Inn. The room was spacious and clean. Love that the Inn is near town. Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. The staff was great and helped us with Dinner reservations (when everything was booked on Halloween), as well as tickets to the Ogunquit Play House. We will be back again soon.

Cute look. Had to drive to another location after checking in, television remote didn't work, nor did the cable. Bar closed earlier than it was suppose to. Hot tub wasn't open long enough.

A beautiful quiet place to relax in the off season. They have a very friendly staff, ready and willing to help you in any way possible. I would highly recommend this place.

Great staff and room. Very happy they have an adult only section to so we could relax by the pool in peace.

Got there Monday checked in, never got a receipt for payment. Looked at hotel directory, said pool and hot tub closed for season (it's summertime). Go to use hot tub, there are no rules posted for age of children etc. Tried to go to restaurant (Ogunquit Coastal Kitchen) directory said was open until 11:00 and at 9:30 was closed. Tuesday went shopping, came back our fitbit was missing. Called office. He said YOU must have put it with the towels. No follow up after incident. Cleaning people were gone. Needless to say I am not happy.

Nice find and will be back. Very affordable compared to the closer to the beach. It's about a quarter of a mile walk but it affords a great way to see other shops not on the main drag and is a VERY traffic free walk. The staff and hotel are wonderful and the Inn has a nice restaurant and bar on site right next to the pool. If you have kids it's nice to relax and have a snack while they enjoy the pool. Last but not least was the main drag was crowded at night with a lot of crowds. Being a little back was great as it allowed us to enjoy the night life while also escaping the noise to relax.

Well kept upscale hotel. We stayed in the admirals suite, complete with fireplace and Jacuzzi in bedroom. First rate and a must for a getaway. Nice walking distance to downtown.

The Admirals in is a very peaceful, quaint resort. It has 2 buildings, we stayed in the main one where the office is. The rooms are crisp and clean and nicely sized. Ours had a balcony overlooking the adult pool. Yes it has 2 pools, one for families and another for those that like it quieter. It is within walking distance to Perkins Cove and toward town. For those who don't want to walk the trolley route is close and will take you all over Ogunquit for a small fee. We loved staying there, can't wait to come back in the near future!

Great place to stay in Ogunquit. The people that work here are all so friendly. They were always happy to recommend a good restaurant and other things to do during our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Place was nice and clean but I'm sorry, I've had way better amenities for what I paid for the room.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at The Admiral's Inn. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything needed to be comfortable. The fitness room is fantastic — a variety of cardio machines, weight machines, & free weights. The muffins at breakfast are delicious! Lastly, the staff at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful — especially in helping us find places for dinner in the off-season. We will return! (PS: make sure you sit on the brown leather couch in the lobby area — you won't want to get up! )

Even though the new owner and management have down building and grounds improvements, the attitude of the sales department and the front desk staff are much less than professional. An event that I have been going to for years at that hotel was changed so much by the changing and poor attitude of the sales staff that I will never return and I would advise any one doing business there to have more than an oral agreement. The word of the Sales Manager is worth nothing because the front desk staff does what they want to do.
