You have to request your room to be cleaned and even when requested they did not clean the room. Breakfast consisted of packaged muffins and plain oatmeal. Minimal towels in the room. Overly expensive for what was provided. 1 Star.
If you'd like a good night's rest don't stay here! Every night it's something. If some meth head isn't running up and down the hallway screaming, they are fighting in the room next to me or pulling the fire alarm twice a night!

The staff is nonexistent. We checked in at night after a full day of driving and working. We dropped our bags, got dinner and just wanted to go to bed. The overhead light when you enter the room didn’t have a working light bulb so we had to use phone flashlights to get to the lamps. The door to the room was also near impossible to close. I didn’t try saying anything until morning. I wasn’t even planning to say anything but I was annoyed that I never received anything representing a receipt for my hotel invoice so I was going to let them know about the issues when when I went to get the invoice. I was never even able to get an invoice though because nobody seemed to be working in the morning. I tried calling the hotel several times. It only took 3 days to reach a person. On a positive note, the beds seemed clean but if you want any customer service whatsoever, look somewhere else! For almost $400/night you can definitely do better.
