Across the street from the Airport. A Home away from Home experience. On my list of Amazing Accommodations. Everything you have at home is at your fingertips. (Even an outside grill) Say what? Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The staff here is always so friendly. I have stayed here for about a week at a time more than 4 times. Obviously there is a reason I keep coming back! The front desk staff is always willing to make my stay an easy and comfortable one!

Very nice hotel. Clean, modern rooms with a full kitchen. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. No restaurant in the hotel, but the shuttle will take you to some great local places.

I can’t say enough about John. When he introduced himself, I said I read about him on the reviews. I will be in C. T. For an estimated 6 weeks. I’ve been here for a week and a half and John has been nothing short of amazing. He is the definition of Exceptional customer relations. John is a Gem and he would be the reason that I would stay here again.

I would give it a better eating but they don't even serve breakfast or anything good. Good clean rooms. Very nice small gym. It is worth the stay.

Rooms appeared clean, pillows had a smell to them… Need replacing. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly as well as staff around cleaning in the morning.

This is a very average hotel with only the proximity to the airport being a plus. They don't have any kitchen to serve food for breakfast or dinner, which is not something you would expect from a good hotel chain. The rooms were very average and house keeping never took care of my room in the three days that I stayed there.

Amazing place great service worker are nice they are always positive no disturbance they have a great indoor pool not to hot not to cold they have a gym and it's just perfect there.

So I travel as an occupation at least 4-5 days a week. Let me tell you how the staff here seems genuine and are friendly and helpful. The Rooms have all the space you would need with full size refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher and the 2 burner cooktop we are accustomed to in a candlewood suite. The beds are comfortable and for me at least have pillows I wish I had at home. The down side can be the upside too, it's close to the airport and it seems theres not much around if you shuttle to the hotel. But it will take you somewhere within a radius of it's not busy… I would definitely recommend this place. Homely, cozy, comfy, and good staff.

Great hotel. It's a big suite. Dishwasher, freezer, microwave, fridge. They give you free popcorn. I came on business and they give this coupon card for you to get free breakfast. The staff is very very friendly. When I called for the shuttle from the airport they arrived very fast. Would choose this hotel again.

Nice and clean, but they neglected to tell us that they were under renovation. Hallways were messy and carpet look disheveled.

Its great quiet place to rest, lots of restaurants around, they offer food delivery, no free breakfast, just tea/coffee, they have a paid little food kiosk which not to bad.

Limited in services. Bad paint. Doors that don't lock. On the plus side staff is extremely nice.

John at the front desk is so nice. The place is undergoing upgrades which will not cause you any problems. Very clean very nice to stay at.

I came here for a week of training. The conference room is so… beige. It's like a college professor's elbow patch coat in room form. Also, 2 single person bathrooms for a hotel with a conference room = 30 minute bio-breaks. Coffee was ok, and free.

Candlewood suites is gonna be my (American) home for approximately 12 weeks during my visit at Permasteelisa North America, regards from Holland.

Close to the airport and that is what you pay for. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but the room is small. The bathroom makes the hotel seem old. For the price, I should have stayed at the Motel 6 down the road. But, if you need a refrigerator and stove, maybe it's worth it.

The rooms are nice but its kinda a little lower on scale for the price.

This is an amazing place. No matter where you go come and get one room here. You have all the best amenities here. I am a frequent visitor here. Very near to Bradley airport. Once you reach Bradley Airport, near the baggage you will find a phone booth. Just press number 1 for our hotel and you can get a easy pick up with in a short time. Candlewood Suites is a part of IHG group as well. You will get lot of redemption once you become a member of IHG. Enjoy swimming pool, gym, laundry and a grill area.

Pretty strong Candlewood location. Decent rates and location is near Hartford area. Easy in and out.

Front desk is friendly and helpful, but service does not include breakfast. Furniture needs upgrade.

Good suites with kitchen. Mr. John was very helpful with all we need. Only issue I found was we booked a non-smoking unit but unfortunately the suite smelled that someone freshly smoked a cigarette there.

Full kitchen. Just a full size bed. Clean and staff is friendly.

Conveniently located next to airport and offers shuttle service to airport, great service and clean rooms, laundry room a plus and internet speed very adequate. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location and the fully stocked kitchenette in my room was amazing. I travel every week and this stay was refreshing.

We were stuck in the airport for the night and candlewood suites got us in around 10. Told were clean and the beds were comfy. Shuttle left on time the next morning!

The place was good if you are planning to stay in and make your own meals, I wish they had breakfast.

Great staff, clean rooms, rooms are quiet even though it is very close to the airport. Only down side was not very many choices in drinks or meal type selections in their food cupboard.

Convenient location with airport shuttle. Great if you have waited overnight for your next flight.

Room seemed clean enough, though I saw a few ants in the bathroom. Internet connection was very slow. Basic hotel that was o. K. For one night.

Great location for work and airport. Nicely renovated 1 bedroom suites. Priced right. Super friendly and helpful staff. Many area restaurants. Easy access and ample parking. The best in the area for long term stays. Free laundry a nice bonus with 6 washers and 6 dryers.

Stay was very pleasant. Room had a small kitchenette and full sized fridge. Better than most rooms ive stayed at with similar prices.

I rated this three stars only because good condition of hotel and close proximity to airport. Physical facilities such as room, bathroom, bed, etc. In reasonable shape; I did not use gym so cannot comment on that. Do not know if there is pool; did not use. Great cable channel selection. Business center has two computers with internet access; first printer had no paper; the second printer had no ink. Poor staff service; I am platinium rewards member; called the day before check in to request for room facing OLD COUNTRY ROAD. At check in told only one room was available, right next to laundry and facing parking lot on ground floor. Lady at reception during check in was curt and rather discourteous, with the attitude that if you want to stay here, take what I give else do not come back. (I will not). The rest of the staff take up on that attitude. All other IHG hotels I have stayed in have been able to provide a better room location. Fortunately, it was not too bad, just some shouting in parking lot at night and noise from air planes due to airport proximity. No oven in kitchen so asked for toaster oven (was easily able to get that in other Candlewood locations) ; told there were only two and one was given out and the other had no shelves so cannot be used. Really? You are charging $109+ every night for every room and you cannot spend $30 to buy a toaster oven from Walmart?

Great stay! Love having a mini kitchen. Super clean. Nice staff. Adequate fitness room & laundry. Close to airport but also convenient to a bunch of restaurants, within walking distance.

Our flight back to Texas was cancelled and U. S. Airways sent us here for a complimentary stay overnight (5/3/2015). The service was great and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The shuttle from and back to the airport was fast, as well. Overall, our stay at Candlewood Suites helped to make a stressful situation feel much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Absolutely nothing to complain about here. Nice and clean, quiet and convenient. Yes it's located right at the approach end of one of Bradleys' runways but A) the planes are gliding in and don't make much noise and B) I happen to like airplanes! You get a nice clean room with a kitchen and decent wide-screen TV. I'll definitely look into this place again whence life's adventures bring me here again.

I have been here on business for 10 weeks now and everything is great here. I've read some of the reviews on here and at Travelocity and I think there are idiots in the world who do not understand the concept of an "extended stay hotel". It's a great value, in a great location, with an *excellent* front desk staff. From what I've seen first-hand, they tolerate some decidedly rude and senseless people better than I would. True, housekeeping is once per week. In case you missed it, it's an "extended stay hotel" and that's an industry standard. Rooms are nice, large, and clean. Laundry facilities are FREE (no quarters necessary). If you're looking for an extended stay hotel, it's perfect. If you're looking for the Sheraton, it costs a lot more and is down the street. :).

Worst hotel experience ever. Room was dirty when I arrived. Old towels from the last guest still hanging on the door. The bed was full of small hairs as if a cat or dog had rolled all around in it. When I asked for new bedding, it smelled like cigarettes (I elected to just just the hairy sheets instead). The next night I asked again for more sheets to replace the cigarette sheets and was told that they do not have any more available. The room would have been nice if I were not disgusted to sleep in the bed.
