Absolutely great from front desk to exiting. No complaint.

Broken. Run down. Shredded blankets. Broken safe. Broken bathroom tiles. Rusty tub. Unresponsive management. Only clean/replenish every 4 days. No coffee or towels. Nothing.

This was a last minute stop and very delightful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. All of modern days amenities. Huge TV and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Due to Covid this year my daughter couldn’t have her typical big birthday party. So I decided to rent 2 rooms that conjoined and decided to surprise her and her cousins with a small surprise pool party! It was very Covid friendly. The pool had by the hour reservations with only a certain about to people allowed at once. It was perfect for the kids and they LOVED it. The staff was very helpful and nice. Very clean and updated room and hotel. Coffee bar also starting at 7 am was a lifesaver. We might even just do this every few months because it was that fun. Thank you Trumbull Marriott for making my daughters birthday amazing and safe!

Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The woman in the concierge lounge could not have been sweeter. The fireplace in the lobby was beautiful and very cozy.

Hallways are a little dim and feel old. Rooms are nice with the exception that I couldn't turn the air down. But for the professional event the other facilities and staff are excellent!

It's a convenient location. Restaurant used to be good and have a chef. Food is bland now. Bathroom tubs and shower heads show a lot of age.

Nice hotel, rooms a good size. Overall clean and comfortable. Lobby and restaurant look nice although didn't eat a meal in the hotel so cannot comment on the food.

Nice place, cozy. King beds are incredible, a safes in the room, free Wi-Fi and cable TV on a big LED 50+ inch TV. Gym is a little tight and small but manageable for such a small Hotel. Pool and service by the employees is exceptional. Stayed for 5 days and not a single bad thing to say.

Great accommodations, great location, rooms and hotel is very clean. Have stayed here many times in the past and would return again without hesitation. Highly recommend this hotel.

Was a really nice hotel the people at the front desk were helpful just one issue we had a room across from a grad party or a prom after party. The one day I really wanted to sleep. But other than that I loved it here the room was big, it had a fold out bed out of the couch if needed. Room service was decent, and I especially enjoyed the bar. I ordered a Moscato and took it up to the room with no issues and enjoyed it for at least two days. The plumbing could use some work. The bathtub wouldn't stop up. But other than that. It was really good.

Made a reservation for SHU graduation weekend months ago for 2 double beds and we check in to only have 1 king. Needed to bring in and old rollaway. Left the room service breakfast order on the door but got no breakfast in the morning and a not so friendly or apologetic worker on the phone (after calling for 5 minutes to get someone to answer). Luckily McDonald's down the road bailed them out and we got a quick breakfast and on our way to commencement.

Nice hotel with wine red decorations. Easy to locate, 10 minutes away from the highway. They offer paid buffet breakfast with varieties of food to choose from. You can also get good deals at this hotel per night compared to hotel of similar quality. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trumbull Bridgeport, Connecticut.

If your very tired and need to stop then the bed is very comfortable. The AC in room makes so much noise (read that on the reviews but we needed to stop) so we had to shut it. Thank God we’re in April so we did not need heat or AC! Shower is wonderful, except the tub does not drain well, so your up to your ankles in water!

This restaurant is a part of the hotel which makes it very convenient if visiting. The service staff was very helpful. The food is above standards over fast food restaurants, and was hot and good. There was also a buffet station setup which was very nice and lots of people enjoyed it. The food menu structure was extremely fair for two people under $50. A pleasurable dining experience. The parking lot is well lite and secure.

Worst hotel ever! I left my very expensive clarisonic face brush in the hotel room. I had to call twice before I could get anyone to speak to me. Mind you I had only checked out of the hotel the day before. Then staff wants to say they don't see anything logged in the lost and found… yea okay. So basics the cleaning staff kept my property. Which makes them not only thieves, but gross as well. What would you do with something like that if it doesn't belong to you? Use it on your own face? Absolutely disgusted with this place.

Our car broke on the highway. We were lucky to get a room at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The food was great and the kids enjoyed the pool.

The room and hotel was very cozy and comfortable overall. My only concern was involving a leak from the room above me which caused the ceiling to start falling down. Management did apologize however and I did get to switch rooms.

Great hotel to stay at when visiting Bridgeport. I had no major issues during my week long stay. The indoor pool and hot tub was a nice addition. I did have dinner one evening at the onsite restaurant and the food was good but a tad on the expensive side. I had the burger which was delicious and a side of Mac and cheese which lacked flavor. My guest had fish tacos and the Brussel sprouts and enjoyed both. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Good price, pool, nice restaurant, but the hallways look like they have years.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. However our room needed basic maintenance. The towel rack fell off in our hands, the mirror was attached to the wall barely. And the ceiling in our room had a large peeling portion of the paint and wallpaper was lifting off. Marriott can do better in their maintenance of the rooms.

Although the decor has been updated, the overall feel is still old. Common areas don't feel clean Bathroom is very small. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Nice to have real glasses, microwave and fridge. There is no hotel info available in the room. (where is the fitness center, what are the hours of the pool, local restaurants in the area etc. ) Used the in room food service several times. Staff was friendly. Food wasn't bad but the menu is odd. (supposed to be 2 soups daily but there never is. Several odd soup choices like polish cabbage or lamb stew. No truth in menu. House roasted turkey BLT was just regular turkey lunch meat, no chimicuri sauce with the steak, no tomato jam with the burger, no seasonal flavor of ice cream, Caesar dressing had no flavor, no local honey, golden raisins and almonds with the oatmeal Etc. ) Seems like whenever there was supposed to be a unique ingredient it wasn't included.

My reservation was incorrect, l was lied to and told the concierge floor I booked was closed for construction, then carpet cleaning, but those were lies. The lounge was closed for the holiday but the 325 square ft room with a 50 foot balcony didn't exist. And I couldn't have booked it because it was closed. I did a dry run and NOW if I try to book it shows no concierge rooms available. They called me a liar. When I have the name of another person who had the exact same experience booked concierge and was told no good. I arrived at 3:30 pm my king concierge was not only not available but no king beds two "double beds" which were really twins and my husband who is on chemotherapy and I had to sleep in separate beds. I had been told to call to see if our room was ready and called from 7 am till 1:30 pm. King room not ready. Still not ready at 3:30 pm. Toilet clogged entire time. Had to plunge every time we flushed. Then there was the man shaving in the hot tub. I have video of that. And all the way through the management told me it was my fault that I didn't double check my reservation email. They had more stories than Aesop. They did not shut down the hot tub for 20 minutes after being advised that there was a man bathing in it.

Updated and very nice inside, with a good restaurant inside and ample work areas in the lobby. Great for hosting events. Location is a bit weird, not really convenient to the highway and kind of ticked away. Hard to spot from the road.

Checked in last night. Rooms were clean and the lobby area was nice. The thing that stood out was the night staff. They were fantastic. My baby girl was crying late at night and we were walking around the lobby. A nice woman and gentleman offered her a couple of toys to help out with her fussiness. They went above and beyond to make our stay great. Much appreciated.

The service and food is excellent at the Parallel Post Restaurant! Very good selection on the menu.

Our stay was great! Thank you to all the staff! We stay here quite often for a getaway from home and this is the best Marriott I’ve been to and I travel a lot with my boyfriend! Indoor pool was warmer than the last time we’ve been here so I was happy with that… hot tub was nice and hot enough to enjoy. There were kids here all weekend because of sports tournaments so it was noisy so hotel staff fixed the problem right away! Our room were spacious and cleaned very well the heater is nice and kept our room warm for a chilly October day. Only thing I have to complain a tiny bit about is breakfast. It used to be better in Early Spring 2017. It used to have bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, etc that were great. But they changed the whole menu and I’ve wasted money on things that weren’t great and they downsized both breakfast and dinner menus : (… I accidentally stumbled across this hotel online and I’m glad I did! Thanks for everything! 5 stars everytime I come here, I feel so welcomed :)

Very nice for a gathering. Food is good. Convenient if travelling a distance to attend gathering. Great conversation area. If not ready to leave or retire after event, a cozy sit, chat and drink lounge is available. A night to remember ☺

We didn't stay the night, just visited family in town (an employee of the hotel actually) and had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. What we saw of the hotel was beautiful and luxurious. It seemed like a huge location and I wish we could've stayed there. The service was fast and friendly and breakfast was delicious and affordable.

They treat people who have special needs great… I would like to give them a 10 star rating because they treat all of us like everyone else! Plus they are all so great!

One of my favorite Marriott's. They have consistently good rooms, beds are comfortable, and the staff is always so friendly. Plus, they have a great restaurant in the lobby with plenty of room for work or play and the bartenders are wicked attentive and great with the drinks. I travel a lot so I don't give five stars lightly but they deserve it.

Went to a Anniversary party there last night. The service was great and the food was awesome! A beautiful employee named Glenwood showed us a tour of the place. He was so patient with us and showed us where the pool was that we were looking for. Showed us how big a room we can rent for weddings and or birthday parties!. What a great guy. Thank you Glenwood.

Good solid hotel. Nothing spectacular but clean and fairly up to date. They were cleaning carpets on our floor and sent us a note saying that cleaners would go in our room while we were out but when we asked them to hold off they made an exception. Really appreciated that special attention.

Very strange looking Marriott. Looks like an old apartment building on the outside. The lobby is very nice though. Elevators seem close to breaking down. Room was small and the bathroom had a tiny tub. Horrible customer service, we asked for a microwave and they said it would be delivered shortly. 10 min later they called and said all of them were broken. We finally ended up getting a microwave 1hr before we checked out and it looked like it had been thrown down a flight of stairs. Tried heating our food and it kept shutting off. Definitely not worth the price, would not recommend to anyone. Better off staying somewhere for around $80 a night.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is welcoming. Got to our rooms and felt comfortable right away. The king size bed is out favorite. Once in it we didn't want to come out of it. We came up for a Wedding so we wasn't in the room very long but the hotel & room is very clean and well designed. I would recommend this hotel to other friends and family.

I attended a wedding here and I have to say I was surprised. When I first heard that we would be attending a Marriott for the reception I was a bit concerned. Not that Marriott has a bad reputation, but a reception in a hotel seems cheap. However the venue was beautiful. The food was amazing the the overall atmosphere was great. Unfortunately because I didn't spend the night I can't speak to the full experience they provide, but based on what I saw its easily 4 stars.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The AC worked great and although I did not try the food as my plans took me elsewhere, the menu looked good and smelled really good. My only real complaint (which was caused by the lack of courtesy from other guests running and talking loudly up and down the hallway outside our room nearly all night) are the rooms are not in any way sound proofed. We found it difficult to get any sleep the two nights we spent there and could hear entire conversations of the guests in the room next door. Perhaps an investment in thicker doors and sound proofing or even a hall monitor to keep people quiet would be helpful. Not really a complaint, but a heads up to other guests. The Elevators were a little frightening and only in one spot. If you have issues walking you may want to request a room closer to the elevators, and if you don't like elevators, I did not really see any stairs around. Lastly, the bed in our room was really high (I had to jump onto it) Found out later that they can be lowered if this is a problem for you, just ask the front desk.

Lovely staff clean sheek lookiing rooms so cozy and warm, but I am concern with the communication between the waiter n the boss boy, I asked weather my pasta was vegetarian or vegan, bcz I didnt want the butter or the cheese, well the lovely lady did her homework and asked the chef, she took care of it and so no butter the chef uses olive oil,, so we are good, 15 minutes later here comes the pasta covered with cheese,,,,,,, whaaaaat, reallly, they rushed to make a second one while my guests and husband ate and I watched,, the noodles arrived too hard to really appreciate the effort,,, I guess the company and the beer was too nice to ruined the diner for us,,

I had a good experience as part of a professional development seminar. Facilities were awesome. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Also had it in the conference room. I hit the restaurant on the way out. Food was really good. Assortment of local brews on tap was also impressive. No lie, I'd stop in there for a regular meal.

I went with a friend looking for a quiet place to ge t a beer… I had one. They had a couple options but one of the taps was broken. Food options looked good but expensive. Even with a tip, my one drink cost $10. The cuetomer service was pretty good. Overall I don't know if I'd go back. Maybe.

Nice get away near our house. Indoor pool is warm and room service is decent. Sound proofing is pretty bad, but other than that no complaints.

Nice hotel. Well decorated. Serves breakfast buffet (don't think it's complimentary). There's a restaurant attached. It's a somewhat upscale restaurant/bar called Parallel Post, which is overpriced but ok food. Rooms are nice. I normally stay there for work travel.

Was there for a hockey tournament so didn't spend much time at the hotel. Overall it was nice and just like any other Merriott. The building was a little old and it showed in some areas but it wasn't bad.

We stay here when ever we come top connecticut. Very reasonable room rates. Staff is always very courteous and helpful.

The location is convenient in that there are many stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel is quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I did not stay over. I utilized one of the conference rooms.

My Wife and I recent stay at the Marriott in Trumbull was great. They went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. The staff was extremely accommodating and nice. We enjoyed a great dinner and breakfast at their restaurant. We will definitely be back there again.

Stay in this hotel regularly for work — it won't win any architectural awards but rooms clean, comfortable and well equipped and there is a good gym. Bar and restaurant staff are great and the food and drink are of good quality, albeit a little expensive but no worse than other hotels. They are also very efficient at clearing the snow.

Unless I had the extreme misfortune of getting not one but two rooms that smelled terribly of mildew, the other reviewers of this hotel do not have a good sense of smell. The room was only adequate even without the smell, but it was nearly intolerable with it. I am generally a fan of Marriott, but this one is subpar. The only reason I gave it two stars is that the staff were very pleasant and the coffee in the restaurant was good. I will definitely never go back to this motel disguised as a Marriott.

Very nice place to stay, has a nice pool and small gym, the bar is okay, and it's beautiful in the summer. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. All in all, a very good place to stay.

The hotel was recommended to me by a friend who lives nearby. Unfortunately, I couldn't do any internet research and just showed up needing a room for the night because I had just ridden my motorscooter over 250 miles and darkness was setting in, with another 100 miles to go before I got home. Surly is a good way to describe the way I was greeted and the desk clerk didn't get any happier when I asked if I was eligible for any discounts (AARP, etc. ). My friend pulled out his AAA card and I was granted a $9 discount. The lobby and main entrance were undergoing renovation, so it was a long roundabout to get to the elevator and when I got off on the 4th floor, I realized that he put me in the very last room at the end of the corridor. From the number of cars in the lot, there was NO WAY the hotel was full. The room was nice, but only 2 days earlier I had stayed in a Marriott Courtyard in a comparable room that was 40% less and the staff there was MUCH nicer.

Got a great rate. Rooms are clean, big with large flat screen tvs and for platinum members they have excellent complimentary concierge service meals and hospitality.
