I joined some friends at the Niantic inn for their wedding. The rooms seemed very nice and were fairly spacious for a small inn.

Stayed here for a wedding at Eolia. Great location, great value, will definitely stay here again. Staff was super helpful to me, as I was getting in late they made sure I was all set to get in and get a good night's rest.

Awesome place to stay while working at the plant or to be a tourist in a gorgeous little coastal town. I would definitely come back!

I would highly recommend this non-assuming quaint upscale motel for any lengthy or short term stay. The ONLY thing that would make this better would be a continental breakfast or, in the alternative, coupons for some local eateries. Great, quiet location within walking distance of the beach. Down to earth staff provides the "at-home" experience.

You will meet such friendly and kind people here. The Niantic in also provides great housekeeping. There is also a nice place by the third floor that provides games for children and books for adults. This all true according to one of the housekeepers and the housekeepers daughter (me)

Cleanest place I ever stayed in. Excellent service, location and best of all family owned and operated.

My family and I stayed in one of the efficiency rooms, which was absolutely wonderful. The efficiency was like a home away from home, the kitchen had everything you needed from plates, pots, pans, silverware to cups. Housekeeping was wonderful, such sweet and friendly service from Maryland, one of the housekeepers made our stay even better. Everything was in walking distance, food, shopping and the beach. Definitely coming back.

Rooms are very clean, maids do a nice job cleaning the room when you're out, decent sized.

Nice and quiet place. Not much going on. No minibar (but has a fridge in the rooms, so BYOB). Great place just to sleep.

Cute little inn right by the beach. Your room key gets you access to the beach. Plenty of parking too. Rooms are big and comfy with little kitchenettes and good size closets. Wifi and TV too.

Amazing hotel, I stay there every time I'm in the area!

This was an adorable, cozy inn with friendly staff, very large rooms, and free parking. It was also well-located in terms of nearby things to do and see.

Great location. Cool n calm place. We liked the facility of cooking in the room and free parking. Would love to stay again if I get a chance. Highly recommended in the East Lyme/New England area.

Upon arrival, we found the toilet had not been cleaned and the room's air conditioner wasn't cooling. We were quickly given another room where things were better, although the coffee decanter hadn't been cleaned, only rinsed out. (I cleaned it myself. ) There were other signs of incompetent housekeeping. The property overall was quite unkempt, with walls, carpet, and glass doors very dirty. The ice machine on my floor (3) wasn't working, nor was the one on the second floor. There is no elevator. Some guests behaved very badly, as befitted their appearance. I'll never return.
