Had everything we needed. Very accommodating. No complaints here.

Stayed at the hotel. The clerk wanted to argue with me that since my bill was a direct bill she could not add my rewards number. She then stated if she did add my reward number to the stay the rate would go up. After getting my company on the phone she and having them tell her she was not correct she added my number with the same rate. All of this took 20 minutes of talking with the clerk. I likely will choose another hotel next time. Mulitple negative reviews about the staff.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was what we have come to expect from choice hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

Owner made sure breakfast area was spotless, rooms very clean.

It's been a decent experience so far. I still have a few more days here.

We were well cared for while at this guilford comfort inn. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and management!

The Comfort Inn we stayed at was currently undergoing some construction, so we could not eat breakfast in the breakfast area, as the doors were open due to construction and it was very cold. The free breakfast was great though. We especially enjoyed the waffles. Also, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Small establishment with friendly and kind staff. Rooms are clean with a rather large refrigerator, microwave and safe. Close to diners and restaurants nearby, one of which I was able to walk to.

Five star luxury service at a motel! From start to finish, everything has been delightful here. The evening front desk clerk was extremely professional and welcoming, and even offered us bottles of water upon checking in. The motel is extraordinarily clean. Every piece of chrome in the bathroom is sparkling and not a crumb to be seen anywhere here. The bathroom is well-stocked with nice with basic amenities, and the shower is modern and very clean. The room is attractive with typical but higher-end motel furniture without any visible wear. The beds have crisp linens and duvets. There are modern outlets for charging phones, etc. Next to the bed. Our room has a very clean microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker. I didn't have the breakfast but my husband wandered down and came back full and happy with an excellent bagel in hand for me. If in the New Haven area, the extra 15 minutes on the freeway up from city is well worth the very pleasant stay.

Everything was great until I went to sleep the first night. As soon as I laid down I became EXTREMELY ITCHY and felt as if something was on me and biting me. I have sensitive skin, so I figured I was allergic to the material in the cover, but then it happened again the next night and the next morning I woke up with a bite mark on my leg and a white patch of bites on my back. After work I went into my room and instantly began itching! I had eaten onion rings with BBQ sauce the night before & I noticed the stain I left from wasting it was still on my covers therefore the sheets HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED! So I went to the desk attendant to tell him all of this and he asked my room # then pulled out a paper telling me "No they did change those sheets", then went on to tell me that the housekeepers were gone but he could give me new sheets that I HAD TO PUT ON! I was still uncomfortable in the bed after this. Never coming back : (

Very nice and very clean. Great place to stay.

I stayed here for two nights, both nights the fire alarm went off multiple times. The carpet was very sticky and the shower head barely worked. I'm actually writing this review because the fire alarm has gone off again and now it is 10 a. M. For 115 a night I'd expect better. I could have spent 60 at a days inn and been much more content.

Floor was sticky everywhere. The fire alarm went of at least 4 times in our 2 night stay. The shower doesn't work. And very pricy. Not many good things to say about this hotel besides location is great.

Clean rooms and a decent breakfast for a reasonable price. Very helpful staff. Not really a great place for kids though as the rooms are not very big.

Recently spent some time here, although a bit pricey it is located close enough to several good swimming and fishing areas. They offer a nice continental breakfast each day, clean room, with microwave. All and all nice place. If you like to bike around be sure to bring it, or maybe your a walker like me enjoy yourself. I would stay here again.

The hotel is VERY clean. They had a lovely breakfast spread. And I found the staff to be pleasant and accommodating. Would stay again in the future.

Good simple and clean place.

My initial impression was of a neat, well-kept facility. The gal who checked us in (@3:30-4pm on 5/7) was kind enough to take the Ipad I had left on the check in desk and put it safely behind the counter. The room and linens were clean, neat and fresh. Then, during the night, we heard running of little feet in the room above and wondered why two older adults were not given a room on the 2nd of 2 floors. The following am when we needed to use the toilet, it was stubbornly stopped up (perhaps a diaper or pad had been flushed) and we requested a plunger. When that failed to do the job, we requested the key to an adjacent room with a functioning toilet. The owner (? ) then came with a rotor rooter, claimed he had fixed it, and left. It was NOT fixed and when I went to use it, found he had not bothered to wipe up the splashes he left all over the floor. We skipped breakfast and left in disgust!

Nice room friendly staff good breakfast. Overall a very nice stay for my wife and I.

The only good things — clean, comfortable beds and pillows, windows open, proximity to food. The bad — paper thin walls, poor service, 20$ worth of extra charges for 6 different things, 3 of which I've never seen on another bill. Breakfast was extra bad junk food.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in the room, which makes it easy for quick meals. Lovely and knowledgeable staff made me feel welcome. Thanks!
