Fine rooms. Pool is size of a large bathtub. The rooms keys system needs replaced. Very spotty success rates on keys working.

DIRTY ROOM! Toilet had feces residue around rim. Spider web at window. Dead flies by window. Room & hallways had unpleasant ODOR! We checked out and left! Don't waste your money here! Staff was very unpleasant!

Nice location, clean rooms and hotel areas. If you need anything you. Can walk a minute or so and you have plenty of stores, and shops. Great Italian restaurant across the street that has very good food.

Very clean, comfortable & easy access to I91 & Bradley Airport. Staff is very nice & very accommodating. Breakfast is a decent selection for a small scale spread.

Clean, quite, convenient, good value. Had a nice breakfast in the morning. I liked the fact they didn't start pulling the breakfast items at 10am. They simply stopped restocking everything and they let the late comers have a chance to eat. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend.

This location was ok. It is a moderately priced hotel. Double priced queen cost us $80. It is close to six flags with only a 10 min drive. Plenty of shops and restaurants close too. The pool was small. Breakfast was typical with waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, breads and donuts. Good coffee and other beverages.

These guys were awesome! A bunch of family needed to stay over for our grandmothers funeral and they last minute made sure we could get rooms that were close together and at a good rate. The guy manning the front desk checked on our group that was hanging out in the lobby till all hours and even made us fresh cookies as we spent time catching up. Definitely recommend staying here! Rose the manager was amazing as well!

I think the front desk lady is not a people person and should seek other employment she isn’t friendly to me at least and it just makes me wanna stay in my room seems like she’s here 24-7

Clean and comfortable. We had a regular room with a king bed. There was plenty of room to move around and the room included a desk with chair as well as a comfortable cushioned chair with ottoman. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a hair dryer. The towels were plush and soft. They had a standard "included" breakfast — fruit (though the bananas could have been a bit more ripened), apples, cerals, boiled eggs as well as a chafing dish with sausage patties and eggs over easy. And of course a waffle maker. The staff were friendly. However, when we returned to our room at approximately 8:30 PM we found a note had been slid under the door. Because they were "unexpectedly sold out last night" due to extreme weather (and presumably many flights cancelled at the local airport, along with a local, very large, pool tournament) "and (they) were short staffed" our room, was not cleaned. The bed was not made, coffee was not restocked and the towels in the bathroom were not taken off the shower curtain rod and folded. The note said "if (we) need towels or anything else (we) could stop by the front desk". I've never stayed at a hotel/motel where my room was not cleaned during my stay. Poor planning on your part (this storm was forecast for about 5 days) should not result in an inconvenience for me.

My choice for the past 13 years. My wife discovered this gem in 2005. Mr. Patel and staff are superb inn-keepers. Brand new, very clean hotel. Popular with the auto auction professionals.

For the low price I paid, this Comfort Inn is most of all an excellent value! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. My room was nicely appointed, and my king bed was very comfortable. This property had 3 pluses, and what I would list as my preferences in choosing a hotel; Non-smoking; an indoor heated pool; and a free breakfast with a good variety of a. M. Foods. I loved the fact that this Comfort Inn provides a good number of towels, and the towels are of excellent quality, thick, and absorbent. Thank you, East Windsor, Connecticut Comfort Inn!

A little dated but just fine for the price. I would definitely stay here again because it's so close to the airport.

Clean rooms, located conveniently off the hwy and near stores and restaurants. Staff was pleasant enough.

Poor air conditioning during the sleep hours. Stained and unclean carpeting. Poor sound control from the outside highway noise. Torn wall coverings in the corridors. Pass on the free breakfast.

Decent comfort inn that could use a renovation. The room has dim lights and not enough outlets. When I travel for work I have a lot of gadgets that need charging, but this hotel room did not have enough outlets.

We found stains on the sheets right after we checked in. The guy at the front desk was very nice, but we had checked in very late at night and the place was packed, so we knew it wasn't likely we would be able to move to a different room. We just asked for fresh sheets instead. He got then for us, but it took nearly twenty minutes because he had to find them in the basement and fold them. The whole place just seemed to be rundown and didn't look well maintained. Breakfast looked mediocre at best, so we ended up eating out. I'd stayed at this hotel a few years ago, and it was much better then, so I don't know what has happened in the last four years, but it has definitely gone downhill.

Curiously amazing beds and pillows and soundproofing for the level of establishment. Highly impressed.

It was good for the price if you don't mind basics. The beds are good. The breakfast was ok could have been a bit better then it was. More choices of food and more different food items would have been nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Lunatics running a three ring circus! The man behind the front desk was intoxicated and/or impaired. The rooms are unkempt; we found soaking wet towels in the closet in our room when we checked-in. Front desk weirdo was letting a bunch of guys rent a room to have an alcohol fueled party. In short, this is NOT a family friendly place to safely lay your head to rest. If I could give this place no stars I would have, but I was not able to do so; the tool made me pick a star before it would post this review. Spend a little bit more money and find someplace else to stay. Trust me on this!

The allocation was perfectly placed within 5 miles of where I needed to be with a cou0le a restaurants close by. The staff was kind and professional and the free breakfast was nice.

Traveled up for a funeral and they are very accommodating and comfotable, one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in and I used to clean hotel rooms for a living.

Not very recently remodeled but still serviceable. Exercise equipment dated. Internet very slow. Limited breakfast bar. No hot tub but small indoor heated pool. Only place around so will do.

Horrible stay here with friends. Check in was an unorganized mess and check out was even worse. My credit card was used for a hold but another friend paid for the room upon check out, and the hold on my card remained for days until I called. The man who "helped" me was incredibly rude on the phone, and talked back at me when I explained that while a hold isn't a charge, the funds are still unavailable to me. It won't be resolved for days "maybe. " Terrible service.

The Front desk older fellow treated me so rude. I am African American. Smiled and treated the people before and after me nicely, but used sharp tones with me, cut me off while I was speaking and made me feel less than a person. I was referred there by the Freightliner dealership when the tractor trailer I own broke down. I cant point out what exactly was his problem. I would never come here again and would advise all to do the same especially if this guy is at the front desk. The next time I will stay at the Ramada across the street. I will also let the freightliner company know how I was treated.

The lady by the name of Hrauf is amazing! We had such a horrible experience at a different hotel and needed a room in a hurry to sleep and rest for the rest of the weekend. She was amazing at helping us and making us feel comfortable and letting us know that our previous experience will never happen at this hotel. She gave us the exact room we were looking for. We are beyond pleased and happy. I will be telling all of my friends and family to visit this hotel.
