The worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. Unsanitary conditions from completely dirty toilets, bathtubs with mildew, bloody stained sheets and blankets. Mildew every where. Renting rooms that have had spillage without taking the proper measures to get the rooms up to par. No cleaning or housekeeping staff in the evening. Therefore guest are told to change their own sheets and blankets if they are stained or not proper. The general manager is no help and only worried about getting the money and not accommodating the guest.

The room and service was great. We had a king size bed. Everything was clean and smelled good. The AC worked perfectly. Shower water pressure was amazing. A pretty big mini fridge! 32 inch widescreen TV was okay, obviously bigger would've been better, but it did the job. Check-in was easy. We ruined the settings for our room key with a magent on my wallet and the lady at the front desk just fixed it with no problems. All in all, my stay there was great!

We had a very hard time calling the hotel directly while on our way there. We had to call a couple 1800 numbers before someone would transfer us. The 1st number we called ended with a reservation specialist telling us to "look it up" right before hanging up on us. Once at the actual hotel, the lobby was clean and the front desk clerk was very friendly and as helpful as possible with our questions. The floors in the front hallway by the pool were very wet, caution was needed. The rooms were clean with the exception of food being left in the fridge from previous guest. In addition, the fridge was not very cold at all and was a pain to open. The beds and linens we're comfortable. The water from the bathroom sink was VERY VERY hot! The breakfast was decent, there just wasn't enough of it. The eggs, sausage, and milk ran out several times in our short time there due to the amount of people that attended breakfast. Lastly, the coffee was blah — but it was there and it was fresh, so good enough! :)

Doesnt earn the 1 star but have to select atleast one This place is NASTY… never have stayed at such a horrible facility! Atleast they try to warn you with caution tape displayed as you enter the parking lot.

We booked this hotel for our wedding night, when we arrived at midnight we were told they overbooked. He did not offer any constellation or even apologize. We had to pay for an Uber ride home instead (other local hotels were already booked) and I had to call for a refund. Would never try to use baymont again.

I wasn't there to stay over night. The rooms are decent for the price. But I visited their bar area and enjoyed a few laughs with some good friends.

It was under construction which I didn't know when I booked a week. One day our hot water went out and we had to shower in the pool area. The gym was a joke with old broken down equipment. The breakfast selection was measly and then went into renovation. Really sucked for me b/c I was there 8 days with transportation only at night. Nothing to eat in walking distance and not much in the way of places willing to deliver.

This was our 2nd time here. For the price, it's hard to complain about much. It does the job. Microwave & fridge in room, nice updated appearance. Have stayed in similarly priced hotels that look like they are stuck in the 70's. Pool was closed which was a bummer, Wi-Fi password didn't work, and breakfast had been totally picked over/not replenished by 7am. We only stayed over night so we didn't test the shower but the bathroom was clean (small but clean). No problems with smell or anything like that. TV pretty small but that's a chump complaint. Overall I would stay again. Especially for the price. Staff was friendly and available when we got in late. No major issues. Thankfully.

I'm a student at Lincoln tech and this is by far the worst place to live the only good thing is its close to school. If you're going to Lincoln they give you two options to live the baymont and apartments I would stay at the apartments even tho it's near the hood. The hotels new owners are disrespectful and no customer service and these owners don't kno how to run a business. This is not osha approved these owners to leave my room smelled like cigarettes (I have a non smoking room), the bed covers had stains, the bathroom was filled with mold and dirt, plus I had bugs coming out of the ceiling. Now they recently started renovating and all the dust from the tiles are in the air and are hazardous to the people staying here. The staff is very unprofessional and they treat you like children rather than adults. I'm now staying at the travel lodge about 1.5 miles away and is way more professional and are willing to work with you fast. The baymont needs new owners these people don't know what they are doing and they over charge and double charge point blank after you pay. Avoid the baymont whether you're staying for work or school. Plus the employees are lazy not professional at all! If I were to give no stars I would because this place deserves to be shut down!

Door didn't lock, shower didn't work, took 20 mins to check in and I got double charged. At least they were out of coffee the next morning since I got sooo much sleep with a non functioning door.

Do not make a reservation at this terrible Inn. Block of rooms for a wedding should be easy to find not here. Go to hotel to make reservation in person and confirmation number. Call the day before and no reservation and everyone else no reservations the day before wedding. Best part was walking into smelly, musty room ask for another that room and that one bed is not made and sheets and comforter is in a pile on the floor. Room # 3 hallway smells and room is a little better but if I want to take a shower I need shower shoes. Talk to other people from wedding and unmade beds with nasty sheets in 1 room then live mouse. Checkout time is now off to another hotel for $20 more and wow clean.

I arrived at night after a long day and stood 30 minutes waiting for the front desk attendant while a local college student rang the bell over and over due to his long wait prior to my arrival. Just as I proceeded to call Expedia to cancel my reservation, the local college student found the backroom door was opened and went behind the desk to find the attendant sleeping at the in the backroom. He then proceeded to take 30 minutes just to program a key for the student and an additional 30 minutes to check me in. When asked what was taking so long by another guest he proceeded to nod his head at the other guest and stare at the computer screen in a daze. (The young man "appeared" to be high) This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in a hotel.

Student at Lincoln tech this hellhole is easily the worst place to stay given the rooms are " alright " IF you get a microwave or a fridge at all, my first room had neither and my second room the fridge wasn't working, after a walk to the front desk they moved me a third time and this was for good, Given the new owners My room was charged multiple times and sometimes not at all leaving me locked out of my room at 2/3am and sometimes multiple times a week, The front desk treats you like a child and It's never their mistake, If you plan on attending the school, Find Anywhere else to stay, there's a apartment complex not far from the hotel, Do the right thing and stay Anywhere Else. P. S. There was a fancy amount of mold in most of the other students rooms I've been in, the front desk says they'll be right on it but if you don't light a fire under their asses they'll keep putting it off.

I am a student at Lincoln Tech and stay at the Baymont inn. Were do I start my room mate and I have been telling them we need a new fridge and light in are room for a long time now. Also just time weekend of September 22 thru 24th 2017 my family came to visit me. My son was not feeling well plus new surroundings so he screamed n the room next to us banged on the wall… Then on September 23rd the same thing happened but they kept calling the, front desk. So I ended up having to walk around outside and sit in my car with him. He has a double ear infection, well from being outside all night he started bleeding from his mouth cuz he has a throat infection. Aalso the room smelled like moldy, So I asked for a refund cuz why pay for a room you can't stay in, and there is nothing they can do well when we have to take to hospital cuz he is sicker then they better help with the bills… Other then that they are okay.

Stay every week. Moldy smelling rooms and poor service. Stayed because we had a good rate, but since they switched managers they get our room wrong and want to charge full price. Also when manager switched they charged me 6 times for 1 stay, and refused to refund. Credit card company had to reimburse. Finally done with this dump for good I think.

Nice but a bit hard to find at night. Service and breakfast was very good.

This place is horrendous. I got switched in and out of 3 rooms and they were ALL dirty! I am so disgusted I don't even want to sleep. I called the customer service hotline and all they did is offer me rewards points. How does that help?! In the end I ended up checking out the very next morning and moved to a different hotel because it was THAT BAD!

This hotel is nasty, after traveling all day I do not feel like playing "whats that stain" in my hotel room. Bed looked slept in… there was blood stains on my bed and seaman stains on the alarm clock… Unacceptable.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was 2/5 and the shower didn't work. Wouldn't stay there again.

Pros: staff was very friendly. Room was clean and smelled clean. Pool and fitness center Cons: no hot water, one of the coldest showers over every taken. The carpets in the halls and lobby we're pretty gross. All said if you're in the area overnight it's a good choice.

Place is great. But you don't get any room service! Needed fresh towels and new bed sheets, we came back place was just the way it was. No fresh towels. We called they said " we can get you some pool towels ". Trash bins are very full. If you want to relax go somewhere else!

Absolutely disgusting! It is not a hotel it is a live in apartment building. The "renters" living there glare at you and are extremely hostile. Rooms were repulsive. Mold and dirty bath mat in the tub, in not one but two of the room's we looked at! Dirt on the beds. Stains on the ceiling. Carpet stains and burns qnd garbage all up and down the hallway. The whole place smelt like pot and staile ciggarettes. This hotel was so bad that even after sending out all of my wedding invites with inserts for guest to stay, here I personally contacted each of them and told them we will not be staying here due to its extremely unpleasant enviorment. Do your self a favor spend the money go somewhere else. Youll thank me…

Dirty hallways, garbage bags left outside doors with rotting food in them smelling up the halls — leaks EVERYWHERE in the building. Every time it rains water is pouring in the hallways, windows, and stairways. I slipped down the stairs because there was a waterfall of water streaming down it into a pool of water at the bottom and I looked up and the ceiling is coming in with water damage. Three different places in the building have trash cans sitting in the center of the hallways to collect water from all the leaks. Another room's bathroom ceiling was caving in. Two pipes burst because they are cheap and refuse to heat rooms and hallways in the winter. I stayed long term and saw more than enough problems. They had bags tied to the ceilings to collect the water and one pipe that burst flooded the electrical room. Breakfast is repulsive. Bagged fake eggs that aren't cooked thoroughly, always cold and smell like feet. Three separate occasions I pulled out products served for breakfast that had long expired. An employee I was friendly with got very ill from consuming one. Yogurt a month past date, coffee creamer 3 weeks past date and eggs 2 weeks past date. I took pictures of all the above. The hotel is a mix between a soap opera and the movie "Mean Girls" The management are very catty and love to make things personal and act completely unprofessional. They do not follow state laws, tax law nor housing laws to those staying longer than 30 days long term.

Its livable, the staff were friendly the whole time I was staying at the hotel. However check your room. The first room we were in the curtains were quite moldy and the window was filthy. The carpet behind the bed was even coming off the wall. The staff were friendly and gave us another room really fast. The second room was much better. Still had a dirty window though. However the coffee machine did not work, a door was missing for the closet and there were some hairs on the bed sheet that are not ours. I would also like to add its an older type of hotel room, its modern looking with a good TV however it lacks electrical outlets near the beds making it hard to charge phones and such.

Great beds, clean rooms. If you have ever dreamt of swimming in the artic, this is your place. The gym had completely broken equipment. Breakfast was terrible — I mean, REALLY terrible. Separated eggs; separated "whipped spread" which looked completely inedible, completely tasteless wallpaper glue like waffles, dirty server. But no really, there is a great diner across the street with rather bizarre staff but great food and great prices. The beds here are amongst the best I have ever had at a hotel — so they still have that.

Everything about the hotel was dirty, from the blood stained blanket, to the old & broken serving dishes at breakfast. The shuttle was also a joke, taking over an hour to get 10 minutes down the road.

Hotel is in a great location, and is huge! Rooms are very modern and clean… Served a very good, hot breakfast! Pool was very warm and clean! When im in the area I always stay here!

Horrible. Dirty room and the staff were rude and actually made fun of me (i was 8.5 months pregnant when I stayed) when I confronted them about a 200.00 dollar charge on my credit card that I didn't authorize. I would not recommend this hotel ever. Sleeping outside would have been better.

Booked 13 rooms for a wedding party and I can't say anything good except they offered a shuttle van to our venue. Rooms were dirty upon check in-beds not made, pillows and towels on the floor, FRIGID cold, no heat in rooms or in halls, ice maker and keys to my guests rooms did not work, pool was dirty, phones did not work and were ripped out of the walls-just hanging there! Requested adjoining rooms to be told "they did not offer adjoining rooms" Imagine my face when I enter my guest's room to see the door to the room next to it! I could not have been more dissapointed or embarrased by this property. Cold dried eggs for breakfast. On and on. I have called and written to the Manager (Todd) and Group Sales Manager (Lisa), NO RESPONSE! Not worth it.

Inexpensive. Great location. Near the river. The pool was freezing so my swim lasted about 30 seconds. I'll be back here whenever I'm in the area.

I had a meeting there on Oct 3, 2011. The people behind the desk were exceptional. The gentleman who made sure we always with hot coffee and water was always checking to make sure we were taken care of. He kept the food area neat and clean. I was extremely pleased with everything about the hotel. It was very clean, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The food area where they serve breakfast was always clean and neat.
