No public restrooms. The hotel is quiet old.

The rooms are spacious.! but pitiful mind smells awful.
And not there's a room that has a decent bathroom.
And the cleanliness is fatal more it can be said that I have not seen a bathroom that works the air extractor.

Check out experience was terrible, the lady was so not friendly. The room smelled like smoke when we walked in. Breakfast was so dissapointed. Not worth of the price. You can find a better place with this price. Not recommend this place at all.

I stayed at this hotel with my friend on 7/14-7/15 and I woke up at 2am because we found bed bugs in our bed. Absolutely disgusting! I have bites all over my face and body and my back and arms itch like crazy! Never will go there or recommend staying. Nasty!

It was a good experience, Rosa the front desk person was so good.

They treated me with disrespect when I checked in, charged me a "Plowing fee" during a snowstorm, and the room was dirty and stank of mold. I'd rather sleep in my car than go here again.

Check in was easy and fast. Room was roomy and great. Hot breakfast in the morning before heading out. Very friendly and helpful.

Room was fine, except the heat was loud when I turned it on and it made noise the entire time it was on. Shower was nice, because it was hot and had a nice spray of water.

Front desk was very rude and giving me a hard time. Beds was hard as rocks, my blanket for my bed had a pee stain on it. And horrible breakfast. I wish this place could be a little bit more up to date and brighter. On the bright side, no weird smells and no loud neighbors. But I will not be attending this hotel again. I came all the way from PA and was not impressed at all.

We stayed here for Furpocalypse 2017. Not bad, needs a little TLC: our door latch wasn't working properly, the elevator is old and needs help, and maybe they can expand and remodel the tiny lobby and breakfast area. The TV was VERY small and mounted very high up the wall, and the Wi-Fi was fairly slow but more stable than at some other hotels. Otherwise, the room was big, staff was very friendly, and the mini-fridge was big too!

They charge me $50 fee for an extra messy room because they claim things were unplugged (that part was true) and face plate of air conditioner was off and coffee maker broke (that part was not true). They did not knock at the door the guy house keeper at 11:30am force his way in will door lock on when I had a late check out for noon. Did not apologize and yelled check out was at 11am when exiting and front desk manager did nothing about it. These are snapshots of room 222 I stayed in with property owner to prove that nothing is damaged. As I was still in area for business. This is the first time I had an issue like this in my 6 years of travel on business.

The room was clean and comfortable. No weird smells. No loud neighbors. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent.

Awesome rooms but Wi-Fi and a few staff have made the place kinda land on the non return list.

Decent hotel at an affordable rate. Room was clean, well appointed. Hot breakfast was ok, but didn't have much variety. Still, for the price, the hotel is an excellent value.

Bed slept good. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was great. Jon the late night attendant was awesome.

Fine hotel to stay in for a night, but nothing special. A little funky smelling. Standard bed, standard breakfast, standard AC unit. Nor much to remark on, but it'll do the trick if you need to stay in the area.

I stayed in room 214. The service was good, room was clean, and breakfast was accommodating. No complaints at all.

Reasonably priced. Well maintained. A little bit old looking and the continental breakfast is a bit lacking.

The location of the hotel is nice. It is close to the highway, gas stations, stores, etc. The rooms are nice and clean. Rooms include a refrigerator (mini fridge), microwave, and a large flat screen television. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, and they provide two computers in the lobby for guest use. The breakfast is hot with a nice spread. Only problem is it is only served until 9 am. The people working here are friendly and helpful. The lady who cooks and provides the breakfast among other things really enjoys her job and is such a sweet heart. She made me smile every morning. Overall, the stay was great, and I would definitely stay here again.

Worst hotel they stole $150 out my account for no reson rude and disrespectful.

Terrible hotel, terrible staff, awful experience. Do not stay here, the beds are dirty, the towels have holes in them and everything else is either dirty or broken. Stay someplace else.

This place is horrible. I just left there today after staying there for two weeks. From the first day I arrived my toilet wouldn't flush, so they had "maintenance" come "fix" it which they didn't fix anything. The toilet hasn't worked since (obviously there is something in the pipes that won't go down, so you have to use a snake and pull it out, but every time maintenance came up they brought a plunger and that was it) and they refused to put me in a different room or have a plumber come out to actually fix it and also refused to refund me ANY money. Three times they tried to "fix" it and nothing worked because they are brain dead and incompetent. Also, every person I talked to at the desk was very rude and incompetent as well, one guy even told me to "shut my mouth" when I walked up to ask a question because he was "busy" trying to pause his movie before he could help me. The breakfast here is horrible as well, the rooms feel dirty and ghetto. I advice you to not come here, spend the extra $50 a week and go to the Super 8 right down the road, just don't come here. I will never come here again. The only reason I gave it one star is because I can't give it zero.

Horrible horrible customer service. The staff si horrible. The manager is not professional at all. The person at the front desk has no manners what so ever. Not a place I would want to work or spend my times at.

+ Great location, pet friendly, free coffee with real cream 24/7, good nearby restaurants, nice staff, comfortable beds, microwave and mini fridge. — our tub drained slowly, the carpet was very grimy looking (but most are so I wear slippers), short on towels.

Very poor service and very little communication between workers. When we came we were told there were no cots, despite having already been charged for them. We accepted this and moved on. That same night we got a call about our cot. They still had it on file that we had the it, despite never receiving it. Upon checkout, once again we had the SAME issue with the cot. The workers REALLY need to improve their communication skills. Continental breakfast was good, except for the eggs, which were terrible. If it can be avoided next year, I'm staying far away from this hotel.

My stay here has been nothing short of pleasant, staff has been great on every level.
