Restaurant in lobby didn’t look all that special but must have a top-notch gourmet chef. Grilled salmon was exquisite with a but of asparagus, breakfast gravy was perfect. Not your ordinary warm hotel breakfast. Hotel environment and room was good but the restaurant made it great for a busy business trip.

Hair all over my bathroom and what is that in the tub? gross… Beds were way too small fr two people and hard. Like super hard. And that dial on the side of the bed? forget about it. It doesn't work. I set mine all the say to soft and it was still as hard as a rock. They gave us breakfast for free which was great, until I smelled the rotten/sour odor coming from the juice. Looks like rotten milk towards the top of the carafe or something. Hey must not EVER wash those juice containers. They guy that made our omelettes was nice, breakfast was good otherwise. I only give this place two because the breakfast (besides the juice, avoid that at all costs! ) was the best I have ever had in a hotel and the pool is open 24 hours.

Very clean rooms and shower pressure is just excellent. AC unit and property's surrounding is quiet. Enjoyed it very much. Staff including front desk, housekeeping, waitress and van drivers were very friendly. And they are very receptive to guest requests and needs. I would consider this hotel to be on the top of Elko NV girst choice for overnight. Oh, breakfast in the morning are fresh as it can be. Excellent job in the kitchen to prepare with such fresh quality items. Kudos to kitchen staff.

What an amazing place to stay! After a long drive of exploring Nevada’s mountains, we decided to stay here for the night. The rooms were very clean, and (at least for us) had a good view. The hotel is very modern-looking and serves a full buffet breakfast (pancakes, fruit, omelets, coffee, etc). The staff was very friendly as well. Overall, this was an unexpected gem, and it’s an awesome place for a weary traveler to rest.

We were upgraded upon arrival due to our Hiltom Honors level. This place is clean and very well put together. Once inside you do not even think you are stopping for an overnight on your way down the 80. It was relaxing and enjoyable. The gym is well equipped and the indoor pool does not break of chlorine or is humid.

Best staff in town hands down very helpful managers if could go more stars I'd hit 1000;)

Convenient location near the interstate. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Second time staying here and quite content.

I can't express my gratitude and appreciation enough for the Hilton Garden Inn. I came here due to a horrible experience at High Desert Inn. It was late in the evening, we had mo reservations (on a weekend) and of course after a dispute with the other hotel, I was not in a great mood. They turned my entire night around and so far has been the best place we have stayed at in our 2 trips to Elko (3 hotels). Right when I walked in I was greeted with warmth and asked what was wrong, obviously my anger still had me shaken. I explained what happened and they not only worked their magic to get us a room, but went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make us comfortable. Normally I don't write reviews, but this place more than deserves it. Yet, I fear I do have another alternative for writing this review. I booked not reading any reviews and to my deepest regret. I want others to know they are not just choosing a place to stay, you're entrusting your health and safety to these places and staff. I can ensure you, you're making the best decision putting your trust, health and safety to this staff. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable and inviting. To the staff here, thank you for turning a nightmare experience into a perfect one.

Good place, nothing extraordinary.

Helpful staff, arranged transportation back and forth to the airport. The attached restaurant make some delicious wings.

Nice room. Breakfast was not free, but was good and fast. Kids under 12 were free.

The hotel is a bit older. I would have preferred to stay at the home2. But unfortunately it was still being built during my visit in Elko. The staff was very friendly the hotel was located in a convenient spot. The room is clean. TV was a decent size. Water pressure was okay. It had that greasy feel to it, hard water. Wi-Fi works great for my work needs.

We are locals and we eat lunch there. The menu change is huge. Very little choices. Average food. Staff is the best part.

Great staff here, room was clean, and the amenities are nice. Room we stayed in felt a little dated, and the window's feel like they were insulated in the 20's. Also water pressure wasn't great. The hotel Lobby is a nice place to hang out. The resturant served good breakfast. I'd reccomend to a friend on a budget wanting to come to a good hotel.

Friendly staff and amazing breakfast (not complementary). Decent exercise room, free coffee in the lobby. My room was nice and clean and the room service was good. Would definitely stay here again, mainly for the nice rooms and fantastic breakfast.

Floor was dirty. 4 employees watching tv, and we had to get our own silverware from another table. We were the only ones there. They should have been cleaning and prepping. Food was very good.

We meet with family at the Hilton restaurant for all-you-can-eat breakfast. I had a waffle and hash browns, which were good. They also had a self-serve fruit bar and breakfast bar. The service was great, and the lobby room is quite fancy.

Great place to stay… :off by itself surrounded by mountains… yet close to everything… friendly staff… good food.

My check in was for Sunday night and I had to stay in Salt Lake City due to a late flight. My Supervisor who is staying there along with my other Coworkers talked to the staff to let them know I wouldn't be in til Monday. They told him they would hold the room for me. They did no such thing. The best they could do was get me a room at a hotel down the street for 3 days. Not fun hauling a 70 lb (packed for 2+ weeks) bag around on top of working for 14 hours a day & not being able to completely settle into a room for the next two or so weeks. You would think they'd be more accommodating to a Hilton Honors Member. But not the case. Thanks Hilton Garden Inn Elko.

Outstanding, comfort, amenities and staff. The folks here at Hilton Garden Inn, Elko were gracious and accommodating. This is a newer hotel and sits right at the top of the hill overlooking Elko. A full service restaurant an indoor/outdoor pool and modern workout equipment is perfect for the on the road traveler who is looking to relax on their journey.

We went for Easter breakfast I guess is what you'd call it. There was definitely nothing special about it so I don't know why we had to pay $20/ person for your everyday continental breakfast. No one explained what was going on and when someone finally did it was wrong. They insisted that I make a reservation even though only 4 other people were there. Then I couldn't even cut my pancake with a knife and fork. Maybe it was the knife but I think it was the ice cold pancakes. Breakfast started at 9 which is when our reservation was for but you could tell the food had been cooked and sitting because nothing was warm in the middle. I suspect it was made and refrigerated overnight and someone just didn't know how to warm anything up. Definitely won't be going back.

The hotel is clean and reasonably priced. They do not offer any complimentary breakfast. There is onsite diner and most items are 10+. Sarah was very helpful in accommodating my request of a ground floor room. The room initially was good but I downgraded it: bathroom had no fan, the bathroom door blocked the room exit, the bed had a deep 'pocket' where I sleep the first night. I tried to sleep on the other side and found the same. Then the residents above my room were the most heavy-footed people! Both mornings I was awoke by 4:30am.

We're on the road for 12 hours and decided to stay in this place and I was so surprise. For the cost, its very clean, breakfast is reasonable and the staff are very nice and friendly. Their table napkin in their restaurant was personalize, it has their logo! If we're going on a trip up north again, I will stay here again.

Met family there for breakfast. Family members said the beds are very comfortable but lacking in customer service.

We had lots of problems here. Booked a suite with extra room in it that we planned to shoot a video interview with an important client. We booked 2 and a half weeks in advanced and were assured specifically that we had that room. Upon check in, that room was occupied. The staff were kind and apologetic, but unable to provide a solution. Rooms were clean, but we won't be back.

Very nice hotel. Very spacious, comfortable and clean room. The fitness center was well equipped. Unfortunately, unlike the Hampton Inn, the Hilton Garden Inn does not offer a free breakfast. However, the breakfast that they did provide was adequate and quite tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I look forward to my next day there.

Snow removal was not completed a day and half after the storm, Extremely treacherous parking lot, Reservation confirmation stated two queens, actual Two doubles, Uncomfortable linens pillows and the bed was ridiculous. Humped up in the middle sloping two the sides and no adjustment for comfort. I pointed this put to MArcello at the desk and He stated all the beds had been checked In December no attention to my concerns given. I have stayed at this property several times. First poor experience for the price I paid I expected alot more. Never again.

Great hotel, easy going staff, nice pool. When driving through Nevada this is one of the better places to stop and the prices are great. Their breakfast options are pretty great too.

So classy and up to par! Their restaurant is amazing, they have the best burgers, but anything you order will taste great!

A good hotel near the interstate. Plenty of hot water for showers. The small restaurant is good for decent meal.

A great stay that was easy to find right off the interstate. Clean room, great food and a welcoming staff. A great night on the book tour for a stop between Reno and Salt Lake City.

DON'T STAY HERE! You will get ripped off. I prepaid this room through my Amex card for my Husband at Christmas so he could see his family. When he checked out they said there was no charge since it was prepaid. Then we got a charge for 257.00 on our Visa cad. My husband called and told them of their error and they said they would look into it. We heard nothing. Then we tried to reverse the charges on our visa and that did not work. Paying double for a room is not my idea of good service.

It was just redone and looks very nice.

A few weeks ago, my husband and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. When we checked out, I was not feeling well, and in my eagerness to head home, we were not as thorough as usual, and did not make sure we had all our belongings. By the time we returned to Utah we had a phone message waiting for us, to inform us that we had left behind my ipad. When I phoned and talked with Kaysia, she was so courteous and assured us that she would carefully pack it and mail it to us. I received it in good condition a few days later, to my relief. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn. I appreciate your housekeeping staff for alerting you and your desk staff for making sure it was returned to us in good condition. We will definitely make a point of staying at your Inn next time our travels take us to Elko.

I would not stay anywhere else when traveling on business to Elko. Rooms were clean and quiet and the wireless internet service was the best I have ever used. I was able to connect and use my VPN with no issues. I would highly recommend to other business travelers.
