Most staff really friendly and helpful. The doors close loudly if you don't hold it and do it yourself. Which most people didn't. But rooms were clean and mattress was comfy.

An inexpensive, clean hotel. Service is adequate with no complaints about my experience during my stay.

Clean rooms, attentive staff. In my parents one of the doors looks like it was kicked in at one point with no real attempts at repair. No irons in the rooms and the coffee maker only made single cups of coffee. No fun if you like coffee as much as I do. Beds are amazingly soft, slept great. Plenty of outlets for all electronic devices and the desk had a comfy rolling chair which was nice too.

Surprisingly nice rooms for a Super 8. Staff seems very nice and accommodating BUT… Seriously you have people shooting heroin all day sitting behind hotel. At night it is even worse with junkies everywhere yelling and screaming at each other. I really don’t know why the people at front desk would even allow these groups of kids check in when there are track marks all over their arms and elsewhere. Every time you go to your car one of these kids is always hassling you for money or trying to prostitute themselves to get more drugs. I don’t want to make accusations I can’t prove but I really think their are some front desk employees here that are letting these kids use and abuse drugs in available rooms. Just makes no sense why a hotel would allow these people to hang around and check in when it is obvious they are using illegal drugs. The fact too that these kids feel comfortable enough to sit out in open during day and shoot up behind hotel again is weird unless an employee or multiple employees here were in on this activity. Really sucks for such s nice hotel and that is hard to find in a Super 8.

It was clean and comfortable. It was in an easy place to find and the area was safe. There is no pool and breakfast was only alright, but it's worth the price. Room was kinda cramped and the walls were a bit thin. Parking lot was small and ground floor windows where at headlight level so you have to keep the curtains closed. I recommend a 2nd or 3rd floor room.

The motel was decent for $55 a night. Room was not spotless but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff boys are very kind and helpful but one lady there is an absolute ***** as is the manager I had my time of the month and needed help out to my car and that front desk lady was working I had stayed there two prior times and am severely handicapped and they always knew I needed help unloading and loading my car It was snowing and the lady said "I'm not going out in that. What do u think we r a valet? " I tried to ask maintence man I saw there but she stuck her two cents in and told him not to help me. She started to tell me she would put me on a do not admit list because she didn't like me which after I left I still needed to find a place here for my next stay and I realized this lady made it impossible to find one I also had my period and had an accident on one of the chairs and told her it she told her manger who wouldn't listen to me when I went a couple days later that I destroyed his chair So if ur disabled or a woman better be careful that u don't have any accidents on their bed or chair. The manager even bitched that I had blood on the towel I dried myself with. I guess ur not allowed to shower either here. FFF — — — If I could have left ZERO stars I would Have.

Clean, friendly, quiet location. Room was spotless, Wi-Fi was fast. Continental breakfast, vending machines. Over all experience has been a solid five stars!

Arrived to town a day late due to mechanical issues with my truck. As I was coming from California to Montana for a court date and my vehicle issues put me a day behind I had to drive straight thru and fast. Calling the motel was the last thing on my mind. But they cancelled my reservations without so much as a phone call. Thank you for making 2 younger women with a 3 year old, a 2 year old and a 6 month old baby sleep in their vehicle. And not refund any of my reservation money. Thank you. We appreciated it.

This is the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in. For the low price you get a large and newly remodeled room, simple breakfast, and friendly staff. The location, near downtown and across from a gas station, is nice as well.

This Super 8 is trying hard, and for the price, I'm impressed. It's in the budget category, and I've had two different experiences here. First was a queen that was of the outdated, a little smelly, but clean. A couple of weeks later, I booked a King that was very clean, updated and very comfortable. I hope they get around to updating all the rooms soon. I don't want to play roulette with the comforters still being used from the 70s.

Decent hotel, after all it is a super 8… although my room did smell funny when I checked in. It almost smelled like wet B. O… although weird smell.

Clean rooms, looks bit outdated and small.

When I moved to Kalispell, I stayed here several nights. The room was clean the rate very reasonable. The are also dog friendly.

Stayed here for 4 days while visiting a friend for her wedding. We only had the room cleaned one day while we were here (out of preference). That day, when the housekeeper came in, they stole my jewelry. I had left it in the bathroom, as I rushed out for a wedding. I came back to discover the room was cleaned, which was fine. However, the theft was not okay. I am very angry, as those rings were priceless. When I confronted the front desk staff, they told me that they are not responsible for any stolen or lost items. How are they not responsible for their staff? I confronted them again, and all they did was tell me that I should file a police report. I did, but the hotel did nothing except make excuses for their staff. I'm now trying to get a refund, as I don't believe I should have to pay for the room when their staff stole my belongings. A word of warning: don't stay here unless you want to be treated poorly and want your things stolen. I will definitely not be staying here again.

Paid over$130/night. The whole point is to actually sleep, but the bed was so hard, like sleeping on a board. Now my back is killing me and my eyes are bloodshot after two sleepless nights. Other than the bed it was fine, but a very minimal breakfast.

Very clean room with microwave, fridge and coffee machine, quiet ac unit and TV. Breakfast and Wi-Fi included in your stay. Helpful staff. Good value for money.

Very nice people and clean motel. I've stayed there three times and have never been able to use their Wi-Fi for my computer. Every time I tell them they say it must couldn't be them it must be the cable company. There are always a few more people experiencing the same problem. If you don't need to use your laptop it's a great place. If you need your laptop. Find another motel.

Loved it! They were friendly, easy to book and the rooms were nice and clean! I am definitely booking then for my next visit.

Shelly is amazing at the front desk. She know's that I enjoy the first floor and once again that's where she placed me. The rooms have been upgraded. Always peaceful and. Quite The price is great but I always return because of Shelly. Great asset to your company.
