Absolutely horrible place to stay. Imagine laying on your bed at a hotel at 10:30 at night only to have someone use a key fob to open the door and walk in. Unbelievable! Pool was filthy, garbages full throughout the hotel, bathroom smelled like puke, and the toilet was constantly running. The excuse I received was that they were short staffed right now. I get it, everyone is short staffed right now. Here is a novel thought, Only rent out rooms that your level of staff can handle at any given time! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The hotel let childmolesters live there the management throws people's mail away an take an keep people's packages an goes in your room an steals money an the hotel has black mode people has died in that hotel an bed bugs crack heads mice people sleeping under the stairs niddles they raise the rent on people that lives there they have your cars towed an the annex manger an the GM goes in your rooms when your not home the maintenance men smoke weed while on the clock an leaves the property an the GM lies just so she can keep her job an let her family live cheaper than the rest of the annex resistance.

We have only stayed here once but, Katrina was SUPER helpful and sweet! She was amazing and giving us ideas where to visit next in the area! The rooms are really nice and felt more like a room and not a hotel room. Though we were on the 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings. Parking lot could use some work, lots of potholes really really deep. But over all, we would come back here :)

Always stay here when in town, may not be the newest place in town but always a good stay with friendly staff.

It is not a grand place but if your just passing thru its a good inexpensive place to stay. My room was equipped with a safe, large TV, microwave, and ice box. The carpets were clean and the room smelled fresh.

This hotel needs a major renovation/refresh, or to be downgraded to a motel. The majority smells like cigarette smoke, and what doesn't smell like cigarette smoke smells like an old nursing home. As far as the room goes, there was a random dresser drawer sitting in the middle of my room, one of the lamps was missing a lightbulb, and the furniture/carpets were stained. The only consolation was the staff, who were very kind and helpful. Overall, I would find somewhere else to stay in Kalispell.

Great location and staff. Rooms could use updating but they were clean and roomy. Customer service was excellent.

Has the ammenities you need at a cost effective price however, place needs a major refreshing to building and rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful and there is a indoor pool and work out room. It looks as if this was a great place back in the 80's but not so much these days. It worked for my business needs for a night but not a top choice if my work budget had no limitations. My room was neat and ready but looked like carpets were old and mattress has seen one too many rondevous… ♡ ;)

Just stay out of the back of the hotel at night and you will always feel safe. Love the breakfast and location.

We stayed here one night with friends while visiting Glacier National Park. It was easy enough to get to and the rooms were fine. The continental breakfast did have some hot food which is always nice. But overall it was a little more expensive than we hoped.

20-25 years ago this was a nice place. Currently the bathroom was clean as were the sheets. The staff was courteous and breakfast room was decent and well staffed even if it looks like a closed wing of the hotel. When we were arriving, we had to drive around to find something that looked like an open hotel. Watch out for the massive potholes in the parking lot. The sign was a banner and landscape had not been worked in what looked like years. The extended wings have been converted to low cost apartments. We were given a third floor suite which was big but smelled like smoke and I don't know what. We got a roll away which looks like dated back to the late 70's. When the boy laid down on it on his back, his chest was even with the sides of the frame. When he opened the door not noticing that the chain was still on, the door trim came off because the chain was only screwed to it. He just normally opened the door. So no worries if your kid or significant other tries to lock you out of the room, simply open the door and the chain is not an issue! Child safety mechanism I guess. Don't pull the hair drier off the wall, the mount is screwed into the sheetrock with no anchors and comes off in your hand. It can also be just pushed back in the holes though for your convenience. There are no screens on the windows and no locking mechanism.

They're trying, but have a ways to go. Used to be THE place back in the day, but it's been a long fall from glory. They're making some attempts, room was ok though still feels old. Place was reasonably clean and was OK for the price, particularly in the spring in the Kalispell area. Has potential, but they need to keep digging out of the hole the hotel has fallen into.

Hotel was great. Staff super friendly. Mr. Breakfast was great he was on-top of making sure no one was out of anything and super amazing when my daughter dump a bowl of yogurt on the floor. I was trying to cleaning it up and he assured me Noor to worry and to go a s enjoy my day that h e would clean it. My only complaint was that the pool was too cold. Wished it was a bit warmer. Oh and loved the rule in the spa… Just laugh when thinking g of it…

Wasn't sure what to expect of our stay but it was great! Amber was extremely accommodating and professional! Thanks for making our stay fabulous!

They have updated the rooms nicely. Breakfast was great and pool area very clean. Great bang for your buck!

Rooms were clean and service friendly. Walls were thin and the Wi-Fi was down half the day.

This is an outdated hotel that will be going through some updates. Our room was a queen suite. The toilet seat had urine on it. The bathroom light switch had unknown fluids. The room have stale smell of smoke. Otherwise the room wasn't too bad. We came down to breakfast at 9:15 and it ends at 9:30. Not much was available to eat at that point. Next time I will be there earlier. The people are friendly.

Facility is pretty run down, but the price was right. Rooms are clean, free hot breakfast.

This hotel previously was the "outlaw in" I would have never recommended it before but now that it's the " fairbridge inn" they really have put a lot of work into the hotel and the room was cozy and comfortable.

Avoid this place. Definitely don't stay here unless it's your last option.

This hotel is pretty big. It's very nice and has a lot of amenities. If you are a senior like me, ask for a hotel room close to the lobby so you don't have to walk very far. They do have refrigerators in the rooms.

Nice pool good room a bit outdated but more than worth the price. Needs some TCL I can see how it was once the best place in kalispell. But sadly that was a long time ago.

I found my stay here to be a positive experience. The motel is older but the staff was more than accommodating my family needed a private space to meet they opened up a meeting space for us. I stayed here 6days and even though there was lots of cars I rarely ran into another guest. It Is a quiet place. Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating to me and my family during a very fragile time.

The hotel is a bit older but very clean and rooms are spacious. Great low price and worth the money.

FairBridge Inn & Suites is a hotel that is still trying to Meet the demands of the tourists that come to the valley but it is rather old and aging. It used to be called The Outlaw Inn and still somehow has not been able to escape a bit of a negative stigma. They have a section of their hotel that is 4 long term stays which amounts to something of a hotel apartment complex best charging $700 or so a month and has a bit of a bad reputation. They get away with it because the housing market in the valley is saturated.

Good property, not fancy but has all you need and the right price.

The staff are incredibly helpful, and always accommodating. The remodel is apparent. Fairbridge has really done a lot to this hotel which makes using it for business a breeze. Thank you Karen!

My kids loved the large indoor heated pool at this hotel. I would prefer a smaller hotel, but the kids wanted the pool. Very large hotel, expect to walk.

It was a busy summer for them. Friendly staff and rooms were clean. The poor girl did everything possible to keep up with breakfast but people kept coming in faster than she could keep up. Coffee was hot!

Try the Montana Club or Scotty's for an excellent steak. Also, the Brew House has great Latte's in the morning. This hotel is situated with plenty of restaurants and fast food that anyone can walk to.

Rooms were super clean and lots of parking. I got in late so had no interaction with the staff. Despite the hotel being at near capacity it was quite and relaxing. Good place to stay.

My family and I had a quick overnight stay at this economy hotel and it was perfect for a quick stop to rest. It's close to fast food restaurants for a quick bite and my kids really enjoyed the pool to wind down. I definitely would stay here again when in the area.

Came here with my family and kids. The hotel is fine, older but has been remodeled. My room was larger than other hotel rooms, and clean. It was priced like the other economy hotels in town. My kids enjoyed the heated pool and we even played basketball in their indoor court.

Definitely a budget hotel. Portions of the building were in very poor repair. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. No shampoo/conditioner/lotion provided, only soap. Window box a/c. Shower head was about 4 inches too low, had to squat to wash my hair.

It's ok for an older hotel. Not enough plug-ins. Only 1 ice machine & 1 soda machine… At opposite ends and only on main floor. Shower head was great and towels were soft and fluffy. Pillows were horrible. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful when trying to find places or ask recommendations.

Only giving 4 out of 5 because the bed wasn't very comfortable and the room was dark and small. We had 2 adults 3 kids one of which sleeps in a playpen and hardly any room for that. But the place is clean. Is never ending. We explored it was like an adventure in its self. They have 2 pools, one has a kiddy pool it was great. The 3rd floor rooms have fun names, we found a racket ball room, entertainment room. It's like a maze it's so big. We had so much fun. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

This hotel is awful! The first room we were given had quite obviously no been cleaned and, according to other guests, this was not an anomaly. The place is run down and hasn't been updated in at least 20 years. The only reason this place gets 2 stars from me and not 1 is because of Cody at the front desk. He was friendly and accomadating and switched our rooms immediately. He is great, the hotel is not.

Incredibly overpriced. We paid $124/night for a room that hadn't been updated since the 80's, no flat-screen, air conditioning broken and they wouldn't address it. Pool was FREEZING! Screwed our whole family on prices…

Our family reunion was scheduled here in the convention center. The kitchen was disgusting and we had to clean it before it could be used. Front desk was not very helpful when giving directions to the room. No cleaning service was available during our time here for the meeting room.

It's a decent hotel. The rooms are fairly spacious and clean. The hotel is pretty dimly lit which is a little strange. The Wi-Fi is quite lackluster even though it covers the whole hotel it's a weak signal. Overall it's a decent place to spend the night but I wouldn't stay more then 2 or 3 nights.

The Outlaw was a nice place to stay. We stayed here to take part in the Montana Spartan Race. The room was clean. The room we stayed in was a double size, one room for the kids and another for my wife and I. The photos we saw online were a little misleading about the rooms size, and we were under the impression a door separated the two rooms. There was no door just an entranceway. The guest services were extremely polite and they displayed great customer service. If the need ca me up for us to stay in Kalispell again, we would definitely consider the Outlaw!
