Made a reservation 6 months in advance. Arrived after our flight, it seemed like a decent place but when we walked into our room we found it wasn't made up at all. Bed wasn't made, used towels on the floor, TV still on, etc. We notified the receptionist, she tried to find us another room marked clean and walked in on someone sleeping! No other rooms were available and she couldn't help us find another place or even refund our payment because she was "new". We found another hotel and returned the next day to speak with the owner. He refunded our fee but would not cover the other hotel which was of course twice the price because it was last minute. The owner was completely unapologetic. While we were waiting for the the owner the receptionist was telling patrons how this was her 3rd day. I wonder why everyone is new?
