We spent 4 nights in a condo and were very pleased. The condo was clean and well stocked. Used the washer and dryer so we didn't have to take bags of dirty clothes home at the end of our stay. The kitchen was supplied enough for us to cook simple meals. The outside noise was minimal. The pool was convenient, clean, and not too crowded. Location was near enough to all the attractions without being in the middle of all the traffic and noise.

We had zero problems! I booked directly through the website (no timeshare meeting required) I was slightly annoyed by the $100 deposit that was required when we checked in… It was literally mentioned no where in all my booking info! But when we got in the room it was immaculately clean. We had a family of six so we had a king suite and Queens bed room. This was Way bigger than we thought it would be (it was an a and b unit) so we had two living rooms, two kitchens, 2 pull out beds, 3 bathrooms… Excellent spaces for us all to enjoy a little peace and quiet. This also had many of the things we needed. I did fully use everything as we had been camping the entire week prior. I used both washers and dryers and we did cook a meal during our stay. We appreciated the blender, coffee maker, ice makers and hot tub in the bedroom. The unit was one of the ones that hadn't been remodeled, so it was a bit dated but nothing was worn out or in disrepair at all! Some people will have smokers with them all and may be curious, they can smoke out in the stair wells in the front of the rooms. It is really well thought out and wasn't invasive to other guests. I also had to call maintenance once asking for assistance and they were there in less than 15 minutes. I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again!

Friendly staff but like everyone in Branson, they tried to set us up for a "tour". The 2 suites we had were awesome although not as clean as we would have liked. It was really nice to have 3 bathrooms for 9 people! Would have enjoyed an outdoor pool, the indoor pool area was too humid to enjoy! But would probably stay again!

This place is extreme! Took my elderly parents to Branson for a long weekend trip and chose Grand Crowne Resort to stay at for the first time ever. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. We had 2 king size beds in not only separate rooms but basically separate suites that had a connecting door. There was a total of 3 bathrooms (one had a jetted jacuzzi tub! ), 2 full kitchens, a very large living room and a smaller living room, 4 TVs and a small patio! The rooms were perfect for our family, giving my parents their own sleeping space, yet allowing us to spend great family time together. We didn't really explore the rest of the resort, although I did see what looked like a very nice indoor pool, and there were several activities planned that we could have participated in had we wanted to. The resort is centrally located and easy to get to — from 76 and from the Yellow Route. It sits adjacent to Thousand Hills Golf course and the course provides a nice view from the patio! One of the best things about Grand Crowne Resort? We got all this for a very reasonable rate! I highly recommend them.

This is a great place to be. We have been coming for years and have never had a problem. I think it gets better every year we come.

Really nice place! Everything has been upgraded lately, except the kitchen cabinets, and the tv's. Large two person Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, and it has 2 bathrooms. The place has a large indoor pool, and 2 indoor hot tubs, workout room, and outdoor basketball 1/2 court. They also have a variety of activities, and crafts. See attached pictures of the one bedroom condo, and view from our deck facing north. Keep in mind this was only the 3rd week of March, so not very green yet!

The rooms are excellent! Plenty of space to spread out. There are also plenty of amenities and things to do in the area. Beautiful views. Plus the people are friendly and helpful.

The condo was very nice. Beds were comfortable, except the pull out couches. Springs were worn n it sagged. Clean, fantastic whirl tub very relaxing.

The condo was beautifully furnished! We had everything we needed except HOT water! They hot water heater was out the entire time of our stay! For the amount of money spent, that should have been fixed IMMEDIATELY! Overall the place was very nice with the exception of no hot water! Otherwise our stay was very pleasant!

Room was in disrepair. Shower was just a trickle on hot water. Drawers in bedroom didn't close right. The room my kids were in stank of smoke. The bed made me feel like I was sleeping on and angle rolling towards towards the center. It was like a hotel room. I wouldn't call it a resort.

Love this place! Just won an Xbox in the arcade, I would give 5 stars but found out that they work there employees 90+ hours a week with out paying them overtime. I heard this from 2 different employee's, one was all most in tears because she is worked to the Bone.

We have stayed here 2 times now within a year. We love the main living room and main bedroom. Just a note. When you ask for other bedrooms you get a whole other living quarters with a smaller kitchenette that ajoin to one another. It sounds good. But just more space than what we needed. We just wanted the extra bedrooms for older teenagers. Kitchen was perfect!. Comes with pots. Pans. Blender. Cookie sheets. Toaster. No skillet/griddle. But as far as the cleanliness and everything working. It was great! we will return!

Can't beat the location. Our condo was walkable to some attractions, but easily driveable to others. The unit itself was very "tired" (showed its age). The walls are thin. We were able to hear all bathroom noises along with the television, conversations and microwave from adjoining unit. Sofa sleeper has a 2 inch mattress (We purchased memory foam to make it sleepable). Front door didn't close properly. Had to body slam it to get it to lock. The gigantic Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom is an albatross. Does anyone use those?! A little updating would make this resort a wonderful place.

We have been staying at Grand Crowne Resort for probably about 13 years now. My whole family enjoys staying there and we always feel very relaxed. Staff is always friendly. The condos have been updated multiple times. We enjoy the activities. We have never traded off our timeshare because we always look forward to coming to Branson and staying at Grand Crowne.

What a wonderful experience from check in to departure! The check in was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great! Spacious. We had condo on top floor. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen set up with everything we needed. Living room was spacious with plenty of seating. Adjoining room was the same. The huge jacuici tubs were wonderful. Had 2 bathrooms and shower each side. Was close to everything we needed. Will stay here again!

Owner at ground crown… When we purchased… It was a 5 star… Needs updating. And with all the owners maintenance fees… It should not need repairs… But still a great place to stay… And the staff on property are extremely polite and helpful.

1980s furniture. Plastic lawn furniture. It took 2 days for housekeeping to give us coffee. If you are a owner you get the better rooms. The rooms were clean and the Jacuzzi was a nice addition.

A beautiful place! We will be looking to stay here again. Close to the Main Street/Highway 76 strip, but far enough to not be in the "zoo. "

Nicest accommodations ever at a resort. This 3 br unit is lavish & huuuge! BUT whatever you do, do NOT buy @ the sales presentations. They are liars & once you buy the only way to get out (after 3 day window) is to default. There goes the credit rating.

Excellent resort for couples, families and golfers. Upscale, large and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of activities and great facilities. Close to everything in Branson.

I read a few of the negative reviews for this place and I did not have any of those negative experiences. When you check in you have to get parking passes and they make you get them from someone who informs you of the timeshare presentation. She was not that pushy but I could see how this could be seen as a minor annoyance. With regards to the noise inside the room from neighbors, I do not even know we had neighbors until we were leaving and we saw them outside. The room was in building 1 which is one of their newly renovated buildings (as per their brochure). There is a pull out leather couch, dinner table that seats 4, small kitchen with utensils, plates and glasses. Our room also had a washer and dryer with a small box of detergent. Every room has a patio. A few of the buildings have an awesome view overlooking the golf course from your patio. There are two flat screen TVs and the bed is very comfortable. There is also a pool house and a big jungle gym outside for the kids. We will definitely be coming back here in the near future.

Staying at Grand Crowne Resort in Branson is great. It is centrally located, has an indoor pool and an arcade. But best of all are the rooms. Since we needed 3 bedrooms, we got 3 — 1 bedroom units that are connected to each other. Of course that tickled the kids to no end, to have their own apartment. Especially the 8 year old grandson. Loved every minute.

Got put up here by Capital Resorts, which is another review, so I don't know the value of the room exactly. We were in a pet room as we travel with a dog. The room could use a little updating but again it was a pet room. The staff was very friendly and called a couple times to make sure everything was working for us. It was quiet enough and there was always a place to park near our room. Pool was nice and clean. No complaints really, just not quite a 5 star facility.

The employees were fabulous from the check in to the activities people, housekeeping, maintenence and guest services. We had an awesome experience and highly reccomend staying at this beautiful resort!

DO NOT under any circumstances fall for the trap that is Grand Crowne. They manipulate the truth so they can get a hold of your wallet and charge you for everything under the sun. I injured myself and was unable to attend the vacation we had reserved. We called Grand Crowne to let them know I was injured and could not travel, but would like to reschedule. They were unwilling to do anything without charging us. I even told them I could provide medical documentation from my doctor, explaining why I could not travel. Both the man and woman I spoke with did not care. If you haven't already made the same mistake we made, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from these people. All they care about is how much money they can get out of you.
