I knew I booked a suite but did not realize it was the cottage until I got here and boy what a pleasant surprise that was. The customer service from the front desk is outstanding. Our room is clean and cozy, the indoor pool is very nice. We will definitely be back!

I have stayed here several times and enjoyed it, but stayed here this past weekend and had some problems. Love the motel and rooms are always clean. Love the breakfast. Just make sure if you have than more than one room reserved that they are together! Especially if you have grandkids!

Awesome continental breakfast. The biscuits and gravy actually taste good here! Beds are comfy, and our room was quite inviting, blowing away our expectations. If I make it to Branson again, I will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. Overall, our stay was good. Breakfast was excellent, beds were comfy, bathroom was big with a spacious shower/tub. Nice big room. Hotel staff was very friendly and the lady at the gift shop was very nice and sweet BUT our room, Room 402, had a funky smell the minute we walked in like damp and musty? It smelled like a box of stinky socks. I wanted to call the front desk to ask if I could get another room but my husband told me not to do that. I said why not?! We're paying $276 for 2 nights. The other thing was the strong Clorox smell on the bed sheets. It irritated my face. My face was a bit red, itchy and like burning and even my chin swelled up some from putting my face on the pillows. I do have sensitive skin and eczema flare ups from time to time. Overall it was fine but the hotel itself could use some upgrades? We've stayed at other hotels in Branson and had paid less and I've never had any problems with the bed sheets irritating my skin like that and because of that we probably won't come back to this hotel. It was our first stay here and the last. Sorry.

First stay in Branson, what a wonderful hotel! All staff I encountered was very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The pool and hot tub were the best! Breakfast was very good and lots of options. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Ed the manager was very rude to our group as a whole. 9u baseball team swimming in the pool area parents all there watching playing a little music and he kicked all of us out of the pool area threaten to call the cops. Pool closes at Midnight. All bc music was being played. Music was barely on and you couldn’t hear it over all the kids playin. This was 930pm on a Friday night. Mind you we have around 20+ rooms a night for 2 nights. Very poor poor customer service. We won’t be back.

This hotel is so nice. No wonder it is a platinum service winner. Clean rooms, and a hot tub! Computers and printer available to guests. There is also a gift shop where you can purchase gifts or tickets to events in Branson. Hope to cone back soon.

Very clean rooms very impressed! Microwave and fridge in rooms. Staff was very helpful when we had any questions. We just got married and they even surprised us with something in our room.

Rooms were clean and roomy. We had a slow drain in thettub and the staff was there within 10 minutes to fix it. Staff was helpful, cheery and ready to help you with anything you needed. The breakfast here was 5 stars… the best I've ever had a motel! Game room, pool and plenty of parking. Highly recommend this hotel!

Front staff greeted us on our arrival with big smiles and were genuinely very nice. Our room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The towels soft, very nice. The breakfast staff were great, always had smiles and were very accommodating and thanking us each day for staying with them. The kids loved the breakfast, they love making waffles, that was their morning routine, each day of our stay. Their biscuit and gravy, yum yum. They have cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages and ham. Doughnuts, Apple and orange juice. And what America runs on, Endless Coffee. We chose on checking in to forgo room service for additional rewards points. When it came time for new towels and other room supplies all I had to do was go to the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Probably 3 1/2. We are in a suite. It has all we need, but there is a terrible smell, a cross between body odor and mildew, every time we enter the room. The property has lots of amenities and the lady in the gift shop was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a little mote than most free breakfast hotels. The pool, game room, and whirlpool are active places to be. I had the chance to do a little work on the computers downstairs, too. I would recommend this hotel and would hope the smell would go away. We stayed 3 nights.

Comfort Inn & Suites is a very cozy place. The pool is very clean and reasonable size. The breakfast there is astonishing for a hotel. The rooms are really nice. Overall the Comfort Inn & Suites is a great place.

Excellent facility and friendly staff. Very clean. Saltwater pool, hot tub, and dry sauna were nice. Good full breakfast. Would stay here again.

I absolutely loved the jetted tub in my room. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good for a hotel.

Very nice & clean rooms. Small refrigerator and microwave in the room. It also has an extra sink so 2 people can get ready at the same time. Indoor pool, sauna & hot tub.

We had a great stay at Comfort Inn. It was right off the strip. Very close to the Sight and Sound Theater. It was fresh smelling and very clean. Lots of room very comfortable bed. Will stay there again next time we go to Branson.

The staff were polite and the inn was clean and quiet. When asked for help the staff reacted quickly and efficiently.

This place is amazing. The atmosphere alone is enough to keep me coming back for more years to come not to mention every staff member greet you with a friendly smile and goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy it's actually quite refreshing to see people that actually care about where they work it's not a five star hotel but it's definitely the number one Comfort Inn & Suites in America for a reason and it's also the number one hotel in Branson for a reason there's plenty more of that are more expensive but there's none better five star customer service and cleanlinessi.

Very nice place one of my favorites. Everyone is so nice and willing to help you if you have a problem.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, the staff is attentive and really cares that you are there. The kids enjoy the pool, the hotel it's self is clean and well taken care of. If you want to stay here make sure you have reservations, as it fills up fast.

Stayed there for a quick getaway to Branson. Wonderful friendly staff and very nice room. Hotel sat very high up on hilltop… great view.

This hotel was clean, quiet and offered a full hot free breakfast. Was reasonably priced. We had mini fridge and microwave in our room, the indoor pool and hot tub were nice. The sauna wasn't working at the time. But the pool area was nice.

Second stay at this hotel, and I didn't hesitate to come back for a second time. However, this time the room was right beside the elevator on the first floor and was very noisy for that reason. Everything else was fine, so I would come back, but only with a room on a high floor and away from the elevator.

We stay in hotels about 12 times per year and we were amazed by this hotel and cannot say enough good about it! Great location for reaching anywhere in Branson within minutes, yet not in a noisy area at all. Many of the staff were just terrific and friendly, we wish we had written down all the names. The front desk people were especially helpful and engaging. The folks in the breakfast area were quick and lively, and the food was hot and well prepared. Coffee service in the lobby is available just about anytime and is tasty. Lots of areas to meet up with people, whether family or friends. This hotel is 100% family values friendly and will be forever our first choice in Branson because of that. Overall, we give this hotel 5 stars out of 5, with two big happy grins on top!

We love Comfort Suites and when traveling we always stay with them. Rooms are very clean. Staff are always ready to help you at any time. I feel that this is a 5 star place to stay M/Monday Ruikis.

This hotel had the friendliest staff! Everyone, from the ladies at the front desk, to the manager, to housekeeping, to the 'breakfast lady', was so friendly and helpful. Each time we passed a staff member they asked if everything was to our liking, if we were enjoying our stay, and if there was anything that we needed. Our room was spacious and clean and we were greeted when we returned each evening with the cutest little towel animals sitting on our beds. (Thank you, Miranda! ) It put a smile on our face every day. We will stay at this Comfort Inn for every future trip to Branson! Thank you for a such a pleasant stay!

We loved it. Quite surroundings, very restful stay and the location are reasons enough to stay here. The rooms were very spacious. The staff is wonderfully attentive. I hope to go back soon.

I think this is the nicest staff of any hotel experience I've ever had. They took great care of us, were so generous and helpful, and even had gluten-free breakfast options waiting for me when they found out about my allergy. The staff was so sweet to be a little sad that they didn't know it was their anniversary or they would have decorated our room for us. Great people — Keely was the best!

This was a quiet place. Plenty of parking. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff willing to help you with your needs. And I appreciated their stand for Christian values.

This morning at breakfast, the whole office, maintenance and food staff sang happy birthday to my mother. Then they waited on us. Can't say enough for Comfort Inn and Suites, Branson, MO. They also put her name and age (101) on the marquee. She was thrilled.
And I might add, the rooms are lovely. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows. Nice linens. Top drawer. 5 star for a 3 star price. Awesome!

Our visit is the 2nd one and it was just the best again. Top of the line service and accomadations. The staff is the most personable and helpful that i've ever dealt with around Branson. We've been to Branson many times as well as years and have never ever had the staff and people help us like they do at Comfort Inn & Suites. I will definitely be back there again.

Everything about our stay at the comfort inn was a cut above all expectations. The lobby is beautiful and had complimentary coffee, tea, hot cider, and hot chocolate. The pool was excellent, the game room was exceptionally well maintained and the rooms were nice and clean. And breakfast is fresh and the staff is attentive to clearing plated when we had no expectation of that kind of service. The thing that set this stay apart from the rest is that the lobby has a stuffed bear with a name tag saying Smokey. Our four year old took interest in this bear and the manager behind the counter had a walky talky that led to a speaker inside the bear and made him appear to talk. Our four year old loved it and found it to be such a treat. Needless to say we did too. Thank you comfort inn for a great weekend!

Staff and accommodations are great. The location is off the main strip which makes it easier for you to get around.

Shower had a srange rise to it. Room was ok. Staff was excellent. Breakfast staff was exemplary!

We stayed in the cottage. It was the only option under $200 ($189 per night) we could find on short notice for a spontaneous romantic night away from the kids. I think the price is a bit high but the cabin was nice. There was a beer can left on the back patio table, the kitchen floor was a little sticky and the smell of febreeze was VERY overwhelming at first but all in all we would stay again. The bed was VERY conformable as was the in room hot tub, and both were very clean. The back patio was pretty private for being so close to the hotel and the staff was always eager to help. The breakfast was a typical free hot breakfast nothing too spectacular. If the room was 150 or less it would be about the best you can find for the money for a romantic getaway.

We stayed at comfort inn & suites in Springfield, it was a wonderful experience, great atmosphere Wonderful staff excellent rooms and pool and hot tub was awsome very enjoyable stay.

Absolutely top notch place, and filled to the brim with others enjoying their great service. Plus they helped us by filling a stop-in 6 day gap in our accommodation plan. Can't say enough good things about this place. Very nice accommodations too. Pool, breakfast, beds, rooms, everything perfect for a family of 4.

A hotel that actually lives up to its reviews. Nicest hotel I have ever stayed at in this price range. Convenient location and friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Reserve early. This hotel books up fast. Unless you go for luxury accommodations this is the nicest place to stay in Branson.

The room was the perfect size for me and my family. The salt water pool is amazing. The breakfast has a wide selection, I just wish they had more gluten-free things. The location was a little tricky to find the first time but its the right location, close enough to the attractions but far enough away that we dont hear the traffic from people going/leaving the attractions. They only have one elevator which is always crowded, but the stairs are a short climb. The people that work here are friendly and always willing to help you out. I would stay here again.

I'm not sure I've ever stayed at a hotel this nice in this price range. Family friendly staff and clean hotel. Perfect location in Branson. Close but out of the way of traffic. Great hot breakfast.

The room and service were very nice. Rooms were clean and the furniture was very comfortable. The towel swan on the bed looked a little sad but hey they tried and that is what counts :).

Clean rooms, does not smell like other hotel rooms, even smells clean. Comfortable beds and a very nice breakfast with eggs, meats, cereal, donuts, basically anything you would want for breakfast.

We booked rooms here for our family Spring Break trip to Branson. All the good reviews helped us to decide — glad we chose this one. There's a reason for the good reviews! This place is extremely well run and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly and clearly enjoyed working there. The beds are superb! The breakfast is excellent! The hotel is very clean and well managed. Highly recommended and now on my keeper list for a good stay in Branson.

You want to stay here at this Comfort Inn & Suites! This hotel is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. From the minute we walked in to the last minute we walked out they were wonderful. Very friendly staff {esp. Night clerks}, clean, great hot breakfast — if you leave hungry it's your own fault, room was clean and comfortable beds. Housekeeping makes animals out of towels and we had a swan on our bed. It was awesome! Gift shop ladies were helpful in getting us discounted tickets to our shows and printed the vouchers for us to take and pick up our tickets at the theaters. Make sure you get the small book in the breakfast area for coupons plus the red flyer that says coupons by the elevator. The book has coupons that the flyer doesn't have. The managers were great they work just like employees do. One way we saw was when breakfast area was filling up quickly he stepped in and told guest there was extra seating in the indoor pool area which was connected to this room. Another one helped the ladies put more breakfast food out. They play Christian music their lobby and gift shop. That's says a lot about the hotel. Our 3 night 4 day stay here was fantastic and we will stay here again and again. I hope this information helps you make the decision to stay here. Make sure you stay at 5150 Gretna Road. There are several Comfort Inns in Branson but you want this one!
