I had amazing experience at the Savannah House. My room inside the Presidential suite was outstanding. I can't wait to return. I love the evening dessert. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay! From the Christian music playing in the lobby to the very clean room and dessert?! Nice! Great view and felt very welcomed! We will stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay (12/5-12/9). We stayed in a King Suite and loved all of the extra room! The rooms are clean and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet, dessert each night and 24/7 coffee and cappuccino are such nice additions! This will be our place each time we come to Branson! See you soon, Savannah House.

This is an awesome hotel, it's very clean, the staff is friendly, we rented the king suite which is amazing, it has 2 rooms, a living area with a very comfortable couch, chair, a desk, and a very large TV, the other room has a king bed 2 night stands, a chest, a sitting bench, and a big TV, the bathroom is very big with a long vanity, a jacuzzi tub, and a stand up shower, we were here for 4 day's this room was so worth the money, at night from 9-11 they have cobbler, cookies, ice cream and coffee in the dinning room, they have a full breakfast from 7-10

We just got home from a 4 night stay at Savannah House and we loved it! All of the staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great but the night time cobbler and ice cream was the icing on the cake! Each night we had cobbler while visiting with other guests. It was a great way to socialize after a busy day. This was our 3rd trip to Branson in the last year and Savannah House was definitely our favorite place we have stayed. We will only be staying here from now on.

This is a very nice hotel with some surprising extras. When we got back from our show last night there was hot cobbler and cookies waiting for us in the dining area. The hotel is spotless and the Wi-Fi works great. We would definitely stay here again.

We love staying here. It is our go to hotel when visiting the area. The staff are wonderful. The night-time snacks are great and the beds and pillows are so comfortable! Can you tell me the name of the pillows y'all use? I need those in my everyday life! :)

Great hotel. Not brand new but very well kept and very clean. Exceptional staff. Hot breakfast buffet every morning — and it was hot — was really good. Especially the monkey bread! Cobbler, ice cream and cookies every evening was a nice bonus. We booked the Presidential Suite and a king room as we had three families (7 people) there. It worked out great. The Presidential Suite had a king bedroom with attached bathroom (shower and jetted tub). There was a separate bathroom with tub/shower for the queen room / guests. Lots of space, kitchen with full size fridge. Location was off the beaten path near the attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved our stay at Savannah House. We were there for 5 nights and could have stayed longer. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. The breakfast was amazing and I don’t know where to begin with the nightly dessert. It was delicious every night. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It’s location made all of the happenings of Branson within a few minutes drive but still allowed us to feel like we were secluded. We enjoyed spending time just sitting out front looking at the mountains. I would highly recommend this jewel of a place. The price is very reasonable and it’s location is perfect.

This was our first stay and I cant think of a negative word to say! clean rooms, and friendly staff! we were the first in line for complimentary breakfast in the morning and the desert at night!

This is our third time to stay here. The rooms are always clean and quite The staff is very friendly and they have free ice cream in the evening and a very good free breakfast in the morning. We have stayed at many different places in Branson and this is our favorite!

My husband and I stayed here for the first time this past June. We love Branson and always stay in at a different place every time we go. But the Savannah House has been our favorite place! The staff was wonderful and helpful! Our room was simple, clean, and exactly what we wanted! The pool area was relaxing and so was the area in front of the entrance. We spent a lot of time at both places. Breakfast each morning was also wonderful and my husband's favorite part! We will definitely be back!

The Savannah House is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the towels are thick and fluffy. The blackberry and peach cobblers with ice cream are also great! We plan on staying at this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay at Savannah House. We definitely will call them again when we need to stay in Branson. The room was clean. The breakfast was hot and tasty and the evening dessert was delicious and very appreciated!

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly. The room was very nice and clean. They had free desert every evening and a great breakfast included. The normal checkout time was 1:00 so there was no hurry to get out. I would highly recommend staying there!

Stayed two nights here, we're glad this is where we stayed. Beds are comfortable and pillows soft. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. The free dessert was a nice addition other hotels don't offer. Would stay again.

We spent our Anniversary weekend here. We got the king suite with a Jacuzzi tub. When we went to use the jacuzzi the first night we had no hot water. The next day we left around noon to enjoy our day out and about, when we returned to change clothes and get ready for our evening out our room hadn't been touched. We were basically just needing the trash emptied and clean washcloths. The hotel does offer a delicious cobbler each night and we enjoyed that and visiting with other guests. The late check out is also a nice plus.

Loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly. Skeeter worked the front desk and made sure we liked our room. We had an amazing view of the mountains from our suite. Hot breakfast was served in the morning and it was actually hot! The bed was very comfortable. At night they serve you ice cream, cookies and cobbler. We were off the strip which allowed for peace and quiet at night but only 7min away from the strip. We would definitely return in the future and recommend this hotel to anyone one. Great place to stay! August 2018
We stayed at Savannah House on 46th wedding anniversary. We stayed in standard king room. The rooms are clean, bed slept really good, great complimentry breakfast, not noisy at all, friendly staff and affordable price. Will definitely stay here again. Unfortunately we didn't eat any of the cobbler an ice cream. But, I bet it was good.

Very clean rooms. Great breakfast. Parking area in front of building would be a hazard lets say for an elderly person… but that is to consider they would be walking from the parked car to the entrance. If you drop them off under the canopy should be no problem at all. The nightime dessert time is awesome. Yummy!

The hotel came recommend by a repeat customer and I was not disappointed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had an abundance of towels, the one thing the bathroom lacked was a vent to remove the steam… if had one I didn'the find it.
Staff was friendly from the person at the desk to the cleaning staff.
The location was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough for easy access.
My favorite activity at the hotel was to sit in one of the rocking chairs at night outside on the front porch area and eat their complementary cobbler and ice cream. I would use this hotel again.

We stayed at the Savannah House because it was next door to the Mansion. The room was nice, beds comfortable, and hotel quiet . Pool was great, had a good breakfast and really enjoyed the desert bar in the evening. Loved the 1:00 check out time.

We love the view of the Ozark Mountains from the front. The staff members were very nice. We were very happy with our stay. We would like to be there in the fall and enjoy the fall colors.

Every time we have stayed here the rooms have been very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Been staying here a couple of times a year for 10 years. We feel at home there. Just stayed there and will be going back in September.

Beautiful hotel with a BNB feel. The room was clean and the air worked perfectly! We took full advantage of the 9PM dessert bar after we got back from dinner and enjoyed cobbler and cappuccino out by the waterfall in the gazebo. The breakfast was nice the following morning. We will definitely be back to the Savannah House in the future.

The facilities are clean and very well maintained. The rooms are well appointed and the hospitality are friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast and dessert are probably the best I've had in any hotel.

I loved this hotel. Great service. The people who stayed here were so polite and friendly. The staff went out of their way to help and make sure our stay was comfortable. This place was clean. The room was very roomy. The breakfast was really good, I especially enjoyed the Krispy Kreme donuts. The cobbler and ice cream with warm cookies at night was a cool addition. Located right around the corner from sight and sound theater. I would choose this great hotel again.

Love staying here. The view is amazing. The breakfast is always good and of course the cobbler in the evening. The staff is always friendly. It's always very quiet and I have never had to deal with any loud neighbors as I have at other hotels. It's off the main strip and there is never really any traffic to deal with but it still close enough to everything.

This is the place to reserve for your Branson stay! We are repeat customers and have never had anything but excellent service. It's convenient to everything but feels like you're in the country. The staff are friendly and eager too answer any question we had. The beds are comfy and the rooms are very clean along with the entire hotel. The fitness room has plenty of equipment to use and keep up with our therapy while traveling. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. They also serve an evening snack of cobblers, cookies, ice cream and coffee to enjoy after a long day. There is plenty of table room in the dining area. We enjoy the scenic view sitting outside on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee before we start our day. We just finished our vacation and are home safe, but look forward to our next visit to Branson and Savannah House. Thanks for another great stay!

One of the most relaxing places in Branson. You are treated very good and they serve delicious breakfast and desserts in the evening. Close to the shows and beautiful scerenery when sitting out front in the evenings.

The rooms have all been redone. New carpet, furniture, counters and the works. The only negative it the counters are extended over the toilet tank. Very short tiny toilets for an average person.

Nice room excellent service, good breakfast and outstanding nighttime ice cream and cobbler snack. (Weight watchers need to skip the snack)

Exactly as appeared on the website. Very clean, quaint and very cute. Loved the landscape. I'm a gardener and I just enjoyed hanging out in the front taking pictures of the plants. I'm sure in May and June it will be gorgeous — — but it was very nice this spring — — even though our spring has been off with the weather. I will definitely come back and stay here again and again. Good breakfast, workout room was nice and the staff was friendly. One of the best places to stay in Branson. Oh and I failed to mention the cobbler and cookies. Nice touch!

Smallish clean rooms. Mostly friendly staff. Typical full breakfast. All in all a good bargain for the location.

The rooms were very nice with a great view. I only stayed there 1 night so we didn't manage to do many things. They have free dessert and breakfast, which was delicious. I would really recommend staying there.

It was a beautiful experience. With every thing going on the world I was a little nervous about traveling to Branson being a African American. But the people at the hotel was really nice and even the guest. We really enjoyed breakfast and dessert. Will return in the future.

Very nice hotel, breakfast in mornings and evening snacks included. Stayed two nights, would return for another stay. Wish they offered senior discounts, or military discounts… When asked they said they offer low rates instead. I think they could do with specials for our military.

Great place to stay. Nice free late night snack, excellent breakfast. Nice pools and exercise equipment. Rooms are good also. And the staff are excellent. They work hard and go out of the way for you. Those working in the breakfast room are very efficient. It would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were okay, but the cleanliness of the rooms were not good. Their breakfast was good and offered a lot of choices. The view outside in the morning was really refreshing. The air smells nice, and there's a great view. It's a very good place to stay if you're going to go watch something at the Sight And Sound Theater.

They didn't advertise luxury and didn't charge a luxury price, so what we got was a great experience at a great price. Beds were great, everything worked in the room, they supplied a breakfast and a nightly fun snack. Pool was clean and the outside rocking chairs were a great relaxing touch. Five minutes away from the strip; I will definitely look for this place each time we come here.

Excellent greetings every morning & evening, super breakfast and bonus warm cobble and ice-cream served every evening at sunset. Make sure to sit on the front patio and watch the sunset over the mountains. Highly recommend Savannah House in Branson. Oh and ask front desk best locals hot spots to eat, great information!

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend, nice people, very clean good breakfast, comfortable beds, the kids enjoyed the snack time every afternoon. This will be the hotel that will stay from now on. Thank you Savannah House for the wonderful service.

Breakfast and dessert were amazing! However actually checking in took forever and they seemed short staffed. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and they keep the place spotless!

Super clean room! Friendly staff. I walked into the room and it felt clean. I slept like a rock the beds are comfortable!

Very nice hotel. The breakfast is a little rough but not terrible. The staff is nice and attentive. The beds are very comfortable and everything is extremely clean. As an aside, the plugs on the sides of the desk make it very easy to charge all your kids tablets.

Well it started out weird. The room smelled like wet carpet. Then the shower knob broke. Wouldn't you know it; maintenance had gone home for the day. The front desk supervisor scrambled to find something to fix the handle. After he could not find one he saw the look on my face. Well moments later showed us to our new room. So awesome! These people go way out of their way to provide a good customer experience.

We stay here several times a year. It is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the breakfast is always delicious.

A wonderful experience! The staff is friendl and the food was wonderful. We had a block of rooms for my wedding and I heard no complaints from anyone.

Stayed at Savannah house 3/15-3/18. We stayed in the older building as the new one was not open. We were checked in by Jeremy who was very nice. Pros: Hotel is 7-10mins away from main drag. It is on a hill and quiet. Very close to Sight and Sound Theatre. Rooms are clean. Andrew who serves breakfast was always nice and helpful in the mornings. He did his best to keep area clean. Coffee was good. White bread, Raisin bread, White Bagels, Donuts. Canned Peaches and Canned mixed fruit. Sausage, gravy and biscuits. Powered eggs. Some cereal selections. Cons: The building is old and has a musty smell. Wi-Fi was difficult to get in rooms. There was mold in our rooms (water damage stain on carpet). If you suffer with allergies be very cautious. There were fans in hallway and stairs as roof leaked from thunderstorm. No hair conditioner (its in the shampoo) so if you like using conditioner bring some. Selection for breakfast is same every morning. After 930a they stop stocking food in breakfast area so you get what is left. There is no fresh fruit. This is an older hotel, we paid $80 a night. You definitely get what you pay for. Ice cream and pie is served from 9p-11p. Again if you want pie be downstairs by 905p. By 930p there is hardly any left. The ice cream is from a machine so it is more like Ice milk. The pie was mediocre to say the least. Not impressed. Will not stay here again.

This place is awesome very clean rooms, great breakfast, great cobbler and ice cream in the evenings. Great sitting area our front with lots of chairs. I've stayed here two different times and will stay here again. It might be a touch higher than places but you get a bigger bang for your buck here with no regrets.

A group of 26 visited this hotel May 2-4, 2014. This is a very nice, clean hotel. The staff was very helpful. The breakfasts and evening desserts were very good and the eating area clean and pleasant. We had a very good experience here and would not hesitate to visit again.

This is the hotel we book every time we go to Branson (every few years). It is a bit more than we usually pay but very worth it. It is quiet and the rooms have been redone. They are modern and up to date. The rooms are very clean and neat. This place is conveniently located near all the action in Branson. They have a very good hot breakfast and, at night, hot cobbler, ice cream and fresh baked cookies. Yum! I wouldn't stay nay place else in Branson.
