I stayed at this hotel for six flags and had a great experience here. When I first walked in to purchase a room there were church folk singing and playing the guitar and I felt like God told me this is the right choice. Compared to the other hotels in the area I checked out, this one is the best. The owners were nice and they have small dogs that do tricks too.

Very convenient location, great price for a 20ish min drive from the six flags in St Louis.

I stay at this hotel frequently for business trips and have seen a significant improvement in style and comfort with the new owners. The hotel is coveniently located off of the highway Near restaurants and a Walmart. And the staff was friendly and attentive to my concerns. Definitely a place I will be coming back too.

Excellent service, affordable, relaxing, staff was professional and extremely helpful to my wife and I. They really go above and beyond with anything that was needed. Looking forward to visiting again and highly recommend to everyone visiting in this area. Car Man.

We had two rooms (one with a angle bed and another with two bed) and both were spacious and nice. The staff was courteous and convenient location (right on I-44 and near to restaurants). The price was very reasonable compared to near by others. Both rooms were completely renovated. Flores were of hardwood, beds, mattresses and furniture was new and very comfortable. We travel from Arizona to Michigan regularly and now have found a great place to stop and stay on our next trip. We will let our friends know about it.

Huge improvements to the entire property with very friendly staff. Probably the best place to stay in Sullivan. This place is super nice for the price.

I live there for three month and if we had guess over they had to check in and out and if they did not like the people we had over they was not allow there and they are rude and a ripoff. When we move out they made us for one more night because we did not check out at 11:00 because I had to work that day.

Management is currently updating and renovating the entire place! New rooms are great-hardwood floors, new beds, counter tops, etc. Flat screen tvs, new cable service and Wi-Fi works great! The staff is very friendly and prices are affordable for the spaceous rooms! Definitely will be returning!

First time in a long time I have stayed in a motel and not woke up with stuffy head etc. Very comfortable bed! Could stand some TLC but overall very good!

The motel is older and could stand to be updated, but was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. I'll stay there again.

Quite the disgusting little place. Mysterious wet spots on the excessively carpeted rooms. Not a thing has been touched since early 1980s. The characters in the parking lot make you question whether you'll get murdered or get your car broken into.

It was reasonably priced. Very outdated, bed need replaced, and there was no shampoo/conditioner to shower with. Only had bar soap that smelt terrible. Needless to say my girlfriend and I couldn't shower.

H3ll no. If the choice is staying here or driving to Tulsa, grab a coffee, crank the radio, and go. Afghanistan has better accommodations. Owner lost our 'reservation ' in the 15 minutes between when we called and when we try to check in. Room is 100 degrees when we arrive. Spent an hour with the door open trying to cool it down to little effect. Toilet broken. Shower leaks. Stains on the carpet. I'm fairly sure there are bed bugs. Back parking lot of this place looks like an old set piece from "Apocalypse Now". Laying in the dark on the bed should be the final challenge in some sadistic Japanese game show. To borrow a quote, "Nuke it from orbit, it's the only way to be sure. " If you've read this far and are still seriously considering staying here, I would strongly suggest psychological counselling and a heavy dose of medication. No, just no. Google, seriously. Consider an option for reviews LESS than one. I feel like I'm being robbed to have to rank a one.

BED BUGS! BEWARE 12/28/2016 Room 252 I woke up in the morning and found a full bed-bug crawling next to me on the sheets. I am 100% certain these were bed bugs because I worked at a pest control place this summer and on multiple occasions the boss showed me and the other office girls examples of live and dead bed bugs and their evidence (eggs, poo, shells, etc). When I took my pjs off in the bathroom I found another bed bug crawling on the pjs. This one was bigger, prob 5th instar, meaning it is an adult, meaning the bed bug infestation is well established at this place. My boyfriend and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Before we found out about the bed bugs in the morning, my impression of the place was: This place is ancient and outdated and dirty… I should have followed my gut. The two at the front desk were kind, they refunded half of my money, they should have refunded me 100%. Cost of single bed $53 including tax. horrible.

It's a big room and I would recommend ppl to stay here.

Quiet and convenient off the freeway, no cover sheet on the bed, and could use a little maintenance, but good to get the needed rest.

Extremely disgusting! DO NOT waste your $. Certainly worth spending another $20 to be unafraid of walking on the floor. My husband couldn't even sleep out of fear of someone stealing his truck! NEVER AGAIN!

This place is the nastiest place I've ever stayed holes in the ceiling where a smoke alarm is supposed to be. Big holes in the bathroom ceiling. They also said there would be coffee and donuts for breakfast which they didn't have and their sign out front said room rates $33.00 we paid $60.00 that place is a joke. Beware people don't go there.

Best prices in town. Some maintenance could be done to improve the rooms but for the most part I have been in much nastier flea bag rooms.

Staff was extremely rude to us. From greet to check out, purely mean and ignorant. Bad attitudes = a bad stay. NEVER AGAIN I'd rather sleep in my car.

I stayed here a few months ago, and found out the hard way all of the good reviews are fake. Even the ones posted in the lobby. Seriously. This place is a crack motel at best. There's nothing "family" about it. The rooms aren't very clean, walls have cobwebs all over the place, and the beds are outdated. You are better off going farther down the road.

Its a dirty place. I dont know who wrote the other reviews, but when we went in to look at the rooms they were dark, old and very dirty and nasty. We couldn't stay there.

This was a wonderful experience. When I checked in with my family the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, pool was crystal clear. They put service back on the map in my opinion. We had stayed at a Motel 6 the night before assuming it would be a good experience and it was twice the price and the first room had been slept in! I tell you this because it proves that reputation is not always the best choice. I would stay here again and recommend them to anyone anytime. Five stars for the money.
