This hotel chain in general has given my family a hard time. The general manager Cali and her staff Tori are in particular being pointed out because Tori was aware of the mistake the the company made in booking me for and extra night and charging me for it. I was told by guest relations that because they were at fault I would receive the rate I was quoted for in the first place. Cali was unwilling to honor the rate. Even had the nerve to think she was doing me a favor by refunding me the no show charge. Well of course you are going refund me IT WAS YOUR ERROR. What kind of operation are you running? I have never dealt with a company hospitality in general to send you through so many changes and unwilling to be of help when it was their fault to begin with. When I told Cali that I was going to see of going else where she then tried to quote me a lower rate after she said it was nothing she could do to a rate that was still higher that the agreed rate. Which tells me that she could accommodate me if she chose to but she chose not too. I made it clear that my 92 year old grandmother would be staying as well and all she could give me was a sorry. She has to be in the wrong profession. If you can't get anything solved with the gm then who you suppose to talk to. They had the nerve to charge $129 for a 2 star hotel. Please! I can get better service with a motel. All the going back and forth with the whole company has been very draining and has stressed me out before we even make it to St Louis. I will never stay at this location again. This is a review before even making it to the hotel. This is all being typed while being on hotel with guest relations trying to get my original rate that was messed up on there end. Tori and Cali shame on you for you customer service!
