Great staff! Nicole at front desk and AGM Steven Hunt are amazing. The GM, Stacy who I've followed due to her hotel management style incredible. Very community oriented organization. The linens and bed mattress are on the way to my friend's from Chicago house as he said best night sleep ever in hotel.

For the price you're paying, this hotel is truly nothing special. Unless you absolutely need to stay at this exact location, I'd recommend saving your money and finding a nearby hotel (there are plenty) with many more amenities for a fraction of the cost. Let's start with the pros: -The hotel room was clean upon arrival. — The decor is modern and chic if you're into that (not my cup of tea, but it's fine). — Great water pressure in the shower. — My husband enjoyed the coffee in the lobby. Now the cons: -It took 4 calls for the hotel staff to correctly book my reservation and actually email me the reservation confirmation. — Most of the people I spoke with on the phone were incredibly rude or unprofessional. One woman was kind and easy to speak with. — The beds are too soft and I found them very uncomfortable. I woke up dipped far into the mattress and it really hurt my back. — The cleaning staff did not replace basic things like tissues when they cleaned our room. -Parking is an additional fee. For the price, I was highly disappointed. Under — trained staff and scarce amenities — I'm not really sure what qualifies Hotel Ignacio as a 4 star hotel. I'd give it 2 stars but my husband says that's too harsh — 3 stars it is.

My husband and I were able to spend an overnight at this AMAZING hotel to celebrate his 40th birthday. The room was incredible — clean, comfortable, and felt luxurious. The bathroom — especially the tub — was perfection! We slept very well — room darkening shade was excellent. And don’t even get me started on the staff and food! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and accommodating. And the room service and restaurants connected to the hotel were DELICIOUS! Definitely is on our list of favorite places to stay!

Dirty. Stains all over the bathroom wall. The finger prints from previous guests on the mirror door of the bathroom are visible to open eyes and never been cleaned. Location is great. Design is contemporary and very modern. The room is of a very small size but cozy. The gym was a joke. Sewerage system is not functioning well, because during my staying the toilet got stop and feces surfaced up in the toilet … not nice.

Stayed in room 509, King Suite on June 30th. Amazing room. Great view! Don’t think the fireplace was working but other than that, one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in! We also enjoyed the restaurants. Would recommend for sure!

We arrived at 4:20 for a 4:00 pm check in time. We were told our room was not ready and was being cleaned. After 30 minutes we checked again at the desk and were again told, it was being cleaned. After 45 minutes, we were offered another room to get ready for our event in, as our room was still not ready. At 5:40 pm, we left our bags at the desk, and left for our evening event, as our room was still not ready. We were comped one breakfast (not breakfast for our room, just one plate), but overall it was a major hassle. The front desk staff ranged from very helpful and apologetic to standoffish and take-it-or-leave-it attitude.

I have stayed in several hotels and motels in St Louis, including Motel 6 in East St Louis. I decided to stay here because it was close to my daughter and I am an artist. The art theme is unique, and, if you like okay expressionistic art, you'll like that part of it. I stayed Friday and Saturday nights. I had no maid service on Saturday. Not even a call to ask if I needed anything. Motel 6 even does that. The Triumph Grill for breakfast was extremely slow. My room was small and the carpet underwhelming. There even was a hair on my desk when I arrived. If you want to pay 170+ a night for that, that's your choice.

This place is really cool! Lots of art. It adds a visual experience to the other amenities you are used to having at a hotel. It is rather small, which I liked. It is in the area of St Louis University. This whole part of town is nice. It is a short drive to downtown and close to the hill, Cafe Osage, and the Missouri botanical gardens. All of which I would recommend visiting in St Louis.

Great hotel, very modern. Amazing customer service. No pool or hot tub sadly.

The staff was extremely friendly. We loved that there was a bar and a delicious restaurant downstairs. It is also very close to many attractions. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Such a nice hotel the people we're friendly and the room was very nice. My lady and I had a very good time. I thought it was awesome the floors we're named after artists. You get a pool abd some vending machines I would definitely stay again.

It's close enough to the Scott Trade center and ball park to just Uber it for less than $10 each way. Staff is very friendly. Unique decorations and super comfortable beds with quality linens. Parking is an open lot behind @ $10 per night. And the sushi restraunt just off the lobby is amazing.

Very friendly staff, very informed on local happenings. Rooms are nice but very small. Our room has a great view of the city. Bathroom is gorgeous, and very large for a hotel. No pool or hot tub. Many things to eat within walking distance.

Room was tiny, made me feel claustrophobic. Large, gross stain on sheets when we removed comforter. Women at front desk did not care. Bathroom was nice though.

Great hotel. Great location. The most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Staff was great. Cafe had a yummy breakfast to start the day. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very swanky hotel with two great restaurants attached to it in the triumph bar and grill and the haiku sushi bar. Not to mention the triumph motorcycle museum. The management and front desk are very nice and helpful. And the rooms are up to date, comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Kitschy decor and theme. As a motorcycle enthusiast, the coolest aspect of this hotel is that it's connected to a European moto museum and shop. The rest of pretty much a downer: unfriendly & discourteous staff (Thanks for doing me a favor by checking me in & out! ) and rooms of mediocre cleanliness. Not going to be a repeat customer.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Booked this hotel for one night stay in September for a speaker at a conference at SLU through a professional organization. We have been billed for the months of September, October and November (double billed for November) for this one night stay. We have made multiple phone calls and met in person with their manager Stacy Howlett to straighten things out. After each phone call/meeting, the hotel credits the charges, then we are getting billed again. Oh, and they also billed the guest speaker, too! My next step is the BB and the Missouri attorney general. This establishment is suspicious for electronic funds fraud.

Really comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, no complaints. We stayed here 4 years ago and knew when we came back to the area we'd stay here again. Worth it.

The room was beautiful and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The building was beautiful, loved all of the art. The entrance is on the side of the building, just an fyi. It's not very clear from the road. We will be back!

This hotel is overrated and over priced. The people were nice but they're young and have no customer service skills. The facility is an old building that has cheaply remodeled and filled with art deco furnishings. The hall on the floor I stayed on smelled bad When you got off the elevator. The room didn't have good lighting for doing paperwork. The TV wasn' on the wall at the foot off the bed, but on a side wall. A broken desk chair, and a plastic weird shaped plastic chair that wasn't comfortable. The baseboards in the bathroom probably haven't been wiped down since the place opened. The Wi-Fi wasn't theirs, it was from the university next door and unprotected. The two restaurants that are in the hotel, but not owned by the hotel we're both closed on Monday when I arrived, so I had to chase to find a place to eat (although the food when they were open was top notch. ) No ice buckeyes in the room, but the second day I found out they're by the ice machine. This hotel is not worth the money they charge ($160/night). I would NEVER stay there again, and am going to convince the company I work for to change hotels for the future.

As I write this I am in my room at the hotel. The hotel itself presents well and the staff are very friendly. However, the upkeep on the hotel is lacking. In my room there are lots of 'scars' on the walls and the TV cover/frame is significantly scratched up. The two light fixtures on the ceiling in the bathroom, which appear to utilize two light bulbs each, have a single working bulb between the two of them. The light just outside the bathroom takes a few minutes to fully illuminate. The curtains are difficult to close because of a sprinkler pipe in the line. There are two restaurants at the hotel — Triumph and Baiku. My first night I went to Baiku at 9pm (restaurant states it's open until 10). I could not get anything tempura because they had already shut down the kitchen so I ordered a roll and accepted it steamed instead. The meal was just ok. The tuna sashimi was a bit fishy and the roll was meh. Tonight I thought I'd order room service from Triumph. The sliders were WAY overdone — like hockey puck sliders. The salmon was really dry. In my opinion, the hotel is nice but overrated. I would avoid either of the restaurants.

Stayed here on our wedding night… wish we could've spent more time enjoying the place. Overall, we had a great view from our room and all of the artwork throughout the hotel was fantastic. Only complaint — the jacuzzi tub provided literally NO hot water, which was a bummer and normally it wouldn't have mattered all that much, but that's one of the only things we could actually enjoy, so it was frustrating and left a bad impression.

We stayed overnight after seeing Mamma Mia at The Fox. The staff was warm and inviting and the room was stylish and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is in a great location for being close to things like the St. Francis Xavier church (it's within walking distance) and is within driving distance of Forest Park and some restaurants. It has a parking lot directly behind it for hotel guests only which is convient as well. However, it is also directly next to some not so great parts of town so be careful where you walk to from there. The hotel itself is very nice in the lobby and the rooms have great decor and are clearly renovated but it is in an old building and despite the sprucing up the rooms look aged/run down. Our bathroom door was a sliding one and you had to put all of your weight into opening it because of how jammed it was on the track. Their website provides no information on check in/out times or other helpful information such as breakfast options or amenities. We arrived an hour early but they would not let us check in because the room was not ready. Which is fine and normal, but was disappointing when we did see the state of the room after checking in. The room looked fantastic and inviting but when we went to sit on the bed we found loads of hair all through the sheets suggesting they hadn't been changed form the last guests, just readjusted on the bed. There was also hair left on the bathroom floor. To their credit they addressed the issue promptly after we informed them about it. They do have a cool feature where you can text their service desk if you have any questions or concerns during your stay.

I wasn't expecting much from this boutique hotel near St. Louis University. I booked it purely on its proximity to the Fox Theatre for a show we wanted to see on Valentine's Day weekend. And then we walked in the doors. Our check-in was brief and pleasant. We were given a key to the fourth floor, and up a cozy elevator we went. Our room was comfortable and clean, featuring modern furnishings and a spacious bathroom for a boutique hotel. But my favorite was a massive window with a great view of west downtown. We walked to nearby Pappy's Barbecue for dinner (a must) and then walked to Small Batch for cocktails. And the next night, we dressed for the theater, had dinner in downstairs restaurant Triumph. Then, we walked from Ignacio to the Fox in less than five minutes. Our check out was easy and we were well rested after two nights on a comfortable bed. And while we were driving home to Springfield, MO, I booked another one-night stay because Rent will be at the Fox in May.

Very fancy. Clean rooms. And a courteous staff.

I ended up at Hotel Ignacio after my original hotel was sold out. The hotel was gorgeous, the amenities were great, but I didn't spend much time in the hotel.

This hotel is allowing a tour bus to operate a noisy, polluting generator for over 12 hours, creating noise and air pollution in violation of state codes. Attempts by neighbors to stop the noise have led to the hotel claiming they are being "harrassed" and should be allowed to do whatever they want because this is "private property. " So, I guess murder would be okay with them. Don't stay here.

This hotel is amazing. The staff was very nice. Stayed there with 3 friends when we went to Chaifetz Arena to see Lumineers. It was walking distance to arena, and walking distance to Schlafly Tap Room. It was a nice clean hotel and the beds are so comfortable. Oh, and the showers are swanky. I would totally recommend this hotel.
