Friendly staff and always clean rooms. Only thing we didn't like this time was the food they had for their evening wasn't as good as it's been in the past and they took several options away so there's less to choose from. We stay there 6-10 times a year. I hope they change back to the way the food uses to be!

We were traveling from California to Kentucky with a cat. Most hotels that claim to be pet friendly are only so for dogs. Drury allows cats and it was a great experience and staff was very nice.

Our check-in process was very smooth. The amenities available in this hotel are amazing. They offer a free hot breakfast buffet style as well as an evening “kick back”, which features a ton of food options. Having both of those food options definitely helps save money while traveling. The rooms are quiet, spacious, and clean! Drury Inn and Suites will forever have our business while traveling.

I love this hotel! The lady checking us in last night was super nice. Everything was perfect. We’ll be staying here every time we go through St Louis. Oh and the price was lower than I ever pay for a room. With all the extras too. I’m a big fan for sure. Thank you Drury Inn! ♥️

Super friendly staff. Cindy Sue has been nothing short of accommodating in the biggest way. The staff is all very friendly and help any way they can. It's been a wonderful experience and I'd recommend them, hands down!

I found dead bugs in the sheets, they did come and change the bedding only after I insisted not sure what they were. I'm thinking fleas from a dog.

Always nice. So sorry how about the $35 dog fee. I think that’s a little ridiculous!

LOVE this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk people (Andy and Andrew) were extremely helpful. They made restaurant recommendations and even pulled up menus for me. Can't wait to go back there.

We had a great experience. We got to the hotel at around 11 PM. We didn't have a reservation and needed a 2 bed room. She didn't think they had a room. So I thanked her and started out to my car. She actually ran out after me to let me know she had a last minute cancellation! She was so pleasant and helpful. I wish I had looked at her name tag. (Aug. 4th, 2018)
Also, the room was very nice, clean and up to date. I would recommend this hotel based on our experience!

Nice hotel chain for families. Serve breakfast with hot items and evening food with hot items. Plus a few free drinks with tickets (which adults get when they check in) Very basic items but good for feeding folks. Items like hot dogs, chili, nachos, simple salad, and other items for evenings. They have a popcorn machine that makes good popcorn. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are regular size, bathrooms have tubs. My only gripe is that they serve margarine and not real butter.

This was a great stay for a large group of us. 1 adult and 6 kids. We fit comfortably in the room we stayed in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complementary breakfast and dinner was a major plus. Also each adult receives a drink card, good for 3 alcoholic beverages each night of stay during dinner hours.

Very clean hotel. Drinks and appetizers and breakfast in the morning was great also. Great place to stay with family but please get dressed out of bathing suits before you eat.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels for a lot of different reasons. This time was for something that could have been so negative, but Eric turned my whole perspective upside down. I have never been treated with such hospitality or southern charm as Eric showed me anywhere in the state of Missouri. The hotel amenities are pretty much the same as you would expect, but if Eric is behind the counter you are going to get exactly what you need plus a bigass smile.

Nice hotel. In the morning there is a complimentary breakfast buffet, nothing fancy but good enough and in the evening there is a complimentary dinner buffet and again nothing fancy but good enough and they also have 3 free alcohol drinks per person per night, and all day long they have free popcorn and soda. Nice indoor/outdoor pool with a hot tub, but when it rains they are all closed down due to lightning. Very nice and friendly staff all around. There is also sufficient parking and very convenient to entry doors. Conveniently next to highway, and there is also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Overall nice, nothing fancy.

Can't go wrong with Drury. Nice nightly reception, good comfy room, and breakfast in the morning. Our new favorite hotel chain.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean. I will be back. The only thing I would change is the time of breakfast make it hour longer. I have enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel in a great location. This hotel is 15 minutes from Six Flags and 25 minutes from downtown St. Louis. The staff is super friendly and the hot breakfast is really nice to start your day off. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean, friendly, lots of families because they offer the free happy hour & food. Adequate space provided for the food area which I have found is lacking in other hotels. In busy times you must request to have your room cleaned if you want it done in a timely manner. We waited a long time for cleaning on a Sunday afternoon, then had to ask for it to be completed.

When checking in, I presented a certificate for a free stay. Was never asked if I wanted the credit card I used to book the room to be charged. NO DISCUSSION about my credit card on file at all. And yet, Sue (the night shift front desk) decided it was okay to run my credit card for OVER the actual cost of the reservation without my permission and without ANY reason. Now I have to wait for the bank to release the funds because, of course, there is nothing that Drury can do since it was 'just an authorization' and not and actual charge. Would give it ZERO stars if that was an option.

Overall were disappointed in this hotel. It was not the cleanest we have stayed in. The walls, mirrors doors and bathroom fixtures all had hand prints and marks on them. My socks became dirty walking on the floors but the bed linens and towels we're clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the building is very nice. I would have liked to have rated them higher but I can't.

We have visited this location many times over the years. Generally speaking, it has been great. Only once has a room not been as expected and the front desk immediately did what they could to make matters right once they were aware, so it is hard to be too upset, but without going into too much detail, I will just say that what we experienced in that one bad visit should never have happened as it wasn't due to a simple mistake, it was pure negligence on someone's part. For this reason and the pool issue (keep reading), I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Every visit comes with a great breakfast, not just donuts & boxed cereal, but eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles you can make fresh yourself, and more. They also offer a light dinner buffet every evening plus adults get 2 free cocktails each evening. These things make the price of a room a great value. They do have an indoor/outdoor pool, but it is small, so it doesn't take too many people before it is very crowded. The pool certainly is not big enough for the size of the hotel. But this is not something that is unique to this location. I have been to many Drury Inns and all of the pools have been the same. Every one of them are too small so it seems to be something corporate has determined. But the pool was clean & in good shape. No life guard, which I think is usual for a hotel. The location is perfect if you are visiting Six Flags, which is just down the highway.

Passing through on our way back home (Ohio). We stayed at a Drury in Amarillo Texas — likes it so much we chose a Drury for our next stop too! Check in (Kevin? I think was his name) SUPER nice! Very warm welcome! We were hungry and he gave us great suggestions. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, area has several restaurants within walking distance.

This is my time staying at a Drury hotel and the experience was very nice. Friendly staff along with clean common area's and rooms. I enjoyed the free hot/cold breakfast as well as the kickback hours. I would recommend this hotel and would visit again in the future.

We have stayed here many times and have never had any problems. The rooms are always clean and the staff is very friendly. The food, which is free, is good enough for a quick meal and definitely a money saver.

Great place to stay and they allow dogs, they also offer a free dinner with cocktails and breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was courteous. I recommend this place very highly.

They've gone downhill over the years. We usually stay here at least once a year, and they used to be great. Room cleaning has been getting spotty. The breakfast is relatively basic but at least it's warm. Kickback dinner has less options lately, and is becoming only a last resort. The beds are getting old. But overall it works well enough.

This is the second year we have stayed over the holidays with our 5 granchildren. We all live in St. Louis and bring the kids over Christmas break to swim in the awesome pool, go out to see Christmas lights and have ice cream at Ted Drewes. The location is convenient, the rooms were adjoining and clean and the Happy Hour food and drinks are a bonus as is the complimentary breakfast. We have been greeted and accomodated by warm, friendly staff. The kids loved it and wanted to stay another night. They even offered to pay for it with their own Christmas money.

This is our favorite place to stay with our three young kids when we're traveling through St Louis. We have always had a good experience here. The pool is really nice half indoor half outdoor. We love the two room Suites where kids can sleep in the living area and we can have a room to herself. The free breakfast in the morning is always very good and in my opinion better than most free breakfast at other hotels. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. All in all it's our favorite place to stay in St Louis!

It's a great place to be on a New Years eve night. I had one of the best times here. Also, good management.

Clean and newly updated. All of the staff were warm, friendly and acknowledged you. The evening snacks even included a healthy salad! Along with a few beverages. Room was in top condition everything so clean and new looking. And hooray for Drury there was power outlets in a lot of places, which was great for CPAP machine and electronic devices. (Most places I have to unplug a lamp or crawl under table to use outlets). Breakfast was very good. Only negatives: coffee in lobby was empty at 9pm. I was hoping for a nice cup of decaf. And they only have powdered creamer unless it's breakfast. No real butter, just whipped margarine. I would recommend staying here.

Our first time to stay at a Drury Inn. I was extremely impressed! The rooms were clean as was the whole place. In the mornings we got a free breakfast. I don't mean a simple breakfast but several kinds of dry ceral, oatmeal, assorted bagels & donuts, muffins, sausage, gravy, biscuits, fantastic waffles, eggs, coffee, juices, & omelets. Then at "Happy Hour" we were offered salad bar, tacos & fixings, chili, hot dogs, as well as 3 free alcoholic drinks. I'm sure I left something out but as you can tell I was impressed & satisfied. I mustn't forget to mention the super helpful & friendly staff. I highly recommend Drury Inns!

I loved the fact that they provided a decent dinner and breakfast for guests. They even had alcoholic drinks for free, it was limited to 3 per guest. The beds were very comfortable and I wanted to take home the pillows they were so soft.

I just love this hotel chain! Great breakfast selections, friendly staff, a great happy hour style, drinks and popcorn in the lobby. I still have some issues on hotel cleanliness — the other party staying with us had an issue, but was solved quickly by a room change. Great value as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while here for a seminar. We had a small dog and our pet Mini Pig with us and they allowed her to stay at the hotel and we were forever Greatful for that! The staff was very friendly! This was by far the best Hotel I have ever stayed in! I have never stayed at a hotel that had Free food in the evening, even had Free drinks! Wish there was a Drury Inn near our state. If we ever come back this way we definitely will be staying in this hotel again!

I don't think I'll stay anywhere else after visiting Drury inn. Fantastic food (both breakfast and dinner). Was not expecting the food to be free so that was an awesome surprise. The rooms are clean and larger than normal. The staff throughout the day we're all smiles and you could tell they enjoyed their job and working with each other.

Exceptional service! My family and I stayed a total of six days and five nights. We were slated to leave sooner but we decided to extend our stay. Every single employee that we encountered asked us about our stay and if there was anything they could do to assist us. The breakfast was superb! I especially enjoyed the 5:30 kickback. The bartender that we had was such a wonderful young lady. Her drinks were amazing. Like seriously, those drinks were amazing! Overall, I was blown away by this hotel. I had never stayed at a Drury Inn but I can say that I will always look for one when booking a hotel. I highly suggest that you all stay. It's centrally located to everything in STL. I've never written a review but I told my husband I have to do that others will consider staying at this exceptional hotel! Oh, my kids wanted to throw in that the pool was the highlight of their stay.

The rooms were accurate to their pictures, staff was amazingly helpful and nice, engaging in conversation and looked like they enjoyed working their. Shower supplies were dispensed like condiments via a dispenser in shower, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The boarding was cheap and offered free breakfast and free themed dinner nights. Food was fresh and employees were happy to take dirty dishes for you and help you get on your way. Upon returning late at night to the hotel the staff greeted us saying "welcome back" and seemed to mean it. Overall the experience for price was phenomenal.

The staff is fabulous at Drury. From the housekeepers to the front desk and the evening snack area employees there are no complaints. The selection of food from 5:30-7 is very good, there is something for everyone. Free soda and popcorn until 10 pm. The fitness center is very accommodating, clean, and all of the equipment works. Very nice heated indoor/outdoor pool with spa tub. Very high recommendations for this hotel!

Hotel is clean, comfortable, attractively decorated and all that you want. Staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A good breakfast is important to me when I'm getting ready to travel again. We love Drury breakfast buffet. Lots of choices. Everything fresh and cooked right. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, as well as all the standard cold options. The evening meal is a wonderful option for those traveling with children. They don't have to take kids with pent up energy into a restaurant and make them sit quietly. They have room to roam and kid friendly choices. The only downside is lack of ventilation in bath. What's up with that? I have never been to a hotel without an exhaust fan in bathroom. Mirror steams up. But nice water pressure and shower head.

My relatives stay at these hotels when they visit me. They have never had problems and the fourths are clean and good.

I for A good deal on my room. It's clean. The staff is nice enough. And it's located right at twenty minutes away from many of the attractions. Definitely worth it.

Booked this location by mistake. There are half a dozen Drury Inns in St. Louis in a 10 mile radius! But the hotel itself is just fine. The staff is excellent. Cheerful and efficient. The included breakfast is nothing to write home about, but there is a Bob Evans next door and plenty of restaurants and fast food joints in walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Wifi is open and free. Can't really ask for anything more.

It was not a special trip. It was not as expected. Breakfast was cold. They had no bacon at the "buffet " we had a 2 room suit and the bed was HARD… THE CABLE TV kept freezing. Embassy has better suites. Wish I would have took the family there.

Employees were great and very helpful. "Kickstart" happy hour was a nice alternative to dinner or snack for the kids before dinner. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable.

This use to be one of our favorite places to stay while in town. The chlorine was way overdone in the pool. So bad we had to get our haircut after returning home. I had over 10 inches of hair cut off, my daughter 6 inches, even my son had to have his hair, too. The hot tub was so hot it would instantly burn your skin and you couldn't even be in it for more than a few seconds. After management was alerted they said it malfunctioned and was suppose to alert them up front but didn't. Instead of shutting down the hot tub they allowed it to be open and just added cooler water. It was still so hot by pool closing time you couldn't sit in it safely. I emailed Drury headquarters after returning home but they denied how hot that hot tub was. We were told the temperature by the manager that night which was over industry standards. He just didn't want to admit it to corporate for not staying on top of things.

Free breakfast, free little dinner in the evening and 3 free adult beverages every night! Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Indoor/outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, especially during rainstorms! Close enough to everything in and around St Louis, especially the free Wild Bird Sanctuary and Six Flags.

I stayed at this hotel twice (in Feb 2013 and in Jun 2014) and my family was very pleased after staying at this hotel. This is a pet friendly hotel, and don't judge the hotel by that! Unlike hotels like Super 8 and Baymont Inn, this hotel is clean and comfortable. Another thing I like about this hotel is the 5:30 kickback. What this is that they basically serve you dinner, which I like considering most hotels I have stayed at only serve breakfast. The rooms weren't that special, but they were still something enough to be pleased by. My only complaint about this hotel is the location, which is why gave it four stars instead of five. This hotel is about forty minutes from downtown Saint Louis. Considering a lot of things to do are downtown, this is not good for location. I would still consider staying at this hotel, because their service there is awesome.

This is a great place to stay. Overall experience was great. But there were a couple things like. The elevator took FOREVER. We took the stairs to the fifth floor several times. We also picked this hotel because of the dinner and breakfast being included. Dinner was weird. There were nachos, baked potato, salad, hot dogs, and macaroni and cheese. I felt like there wasn't any substance to my me. Not really what I was expecting. And I read many reviews of the amazing breakfast so I was disappointed when it was just a standard hotel buffet breakfast. While these are nice things together. Its just not what I was expecting from reading the reviews. It was nice having drinks with dinner that were included. That was very cool. Although our room was 76 degrees after being there for 2 hours and when we called the front desk they sent someone right up and he fixed it right away. That was awesome. I do recommend this place, nonetheless. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was a great fit for my family. It was very accommodating and had a very friendly staff even during Christmas. It also welcomed our dog when all kennels were full.

This place is unbeatable! The rooms were clean, staff friendly, and great location! The free breakfast was more than I could ask for. Then they topped it with free evening dining, and 3 adult beverages! I'm pregnant so I couldn't partake, but that's awesome! This place is above the rest!
