The room was clean and very spacious. The staff was nice. My main complaint would be that the ac unit was loud and the linens were stained and the blankets had a couple small holes. Not huge complaints still had a nice stay.

Wonderful staff and establishment. Chelsea was very helpful getting checked in at night. She made sure I had everything I needed. Then I got some killer omelets for breakfast as well as a waffle I got to make myself. Great digs for the price, ya feel me?

Wonderful check in thanks to Chelsea and Austin W. These 2 went above and beyond to secure my rooms and provide a recommendation for an awesome restaurant for a quick dinner. Hotel was a typical Super 8, nice beds, quiet location and decent free bfast. Carpets could use a good vacuuming.

The hotel might be a bit old, however the room was spacious and the employees were friendly. They could use more options at breakfast, but that's a small thing.

I had a great experience at Super 8 Rolla, the staff was curtious and polite. The rooms were clean, beds and sheets soft. What I look for in a hotel when on the road.

When I checked in, Chelsea greeted me with a big smile and was extremely helpful. She provide an idea for a meal at the Tater Patch which had great food. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and they have direct TV. I recommend this establishment and their associates.

Room was very neat and tidy. Did have a moldy smell about it but I was too tired to even ask for a new room. Vending machine for snacks had a big selection, hot breakfast had good choices too. Staff was friendly.

Room was neat and clean as you would expect. Price was reasonable and they let me get a "late" checkout at noon.

The best mattress i've slept on in a hotel/motel in a long time. Room was clean, inviting, nicely decorated. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Privately owned, the owners are very cordial and take pride in their hotel.

Fairly clean but old building. The front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Only complaint is the odd smell of the room that was kind of gross and the holes in the sheets and shower curtains.

Place was great! Chad was very helpful! Had a wonderful clean pet friendly room-best we've had! Definitely come back.

This was the worst experience ever, we went there at 11:30 pm after driving 3 hrs to get there. Got moved into room that was supposed to be marked out of order it smells so much like mold, move to a different room it smells like Mexican food and cigarettes, got moved to another room for the third time in that room smells so much like smoke but I have my three-year-old daughter with me and we both are sick and my mother also and we just didn't feel like going through anymore so we accepted that room. The toilet didn't work also the TV didn't work, and the towels were disgusting they were dirty the room was dirty the shower was dirty the attendant AUSTIN deserves a pay raise because he helped out so much and tried to make our experience as good as possible he helped us comp for a room so we didn't have to pay and I appreciate that.

Car broke down and they were able to get us a room. Staff was helpful and room was clean. Very nice place.

Attempted to make a reservation via Super 8, 1 800 number but was told I had to provide a CC. Could not do as I was driving. Pulled over and made reservation using Wyndham 800 number. Used credit card for confirmation number. I requested a ground floor non smoking room. Arrived at this facility well before (1hour) the 6:00 pm cancellation time. Clerk claimed she had my reservation mixed with another where a first floor room was requested. Clerk said she could only accommodate me with a second floor room and I would have to call the 800 number to cancel despite the current time being well before 6:00pm. I called the Wyndham 800 number, made reservations at a nearby hotel and cancelled the Super 8 reservation. The clerk miraculously came up with a printout of the cancellation. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, I would stay at a Motel 6 before using this motel. Clerk had sultry attitude and appeared to be indifferent. OBTW, there were several caution stands in the hall ways.

The room was clean, modern & spacious. The staff was gracious, friendly, and very responsive to wuestions. This was the perfect location for the university graduation we were attending.

The staff was very pleasant and the place appeared clean. I was traveling with a group. Out off 6 rooms, only one was fine. The complaints were toilet wouldn't flush, filthy Jacuzzi, shower didn't work, spiders in room, foul odor, LOUD noises overhead all night.

This Super8 truly put the SUPER out front for me! The Front Desk attendants — Karen@Joe — made this two-day-get-away a blessing and doubled my enjoyment! The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, continental breakfast with the real waffle experience, a nice pool for a quick dip and even the room attendee is most respectful and ready to help in any way! Thanks for a great stay!

My sister and I stayed one night at this Motel on August 22, 2017 based on the reviews I read. We were very happy with our decision and found the room to be very comfortable and clean. They offered all the services we needed plus others. I thought the price was well worth the whole package and would definitely stay there again. The front desk staff were polite and very capable. The morning desk staff person went out of his way to help me find a store where I could buy something I forgot to pack for my trip.

Was able to get an early check-in after a long trip, which was nice. Front desk personnel were very helpful and courteous. Everything was clean and quiet. Would stay again.

It was a good experience. The rooms were cleaned nicely and fairly organized. There's a good chance I will return to Super 8 soon.

Very nice. Clean and polite. Left glasses in room and man was on the spot with my name and room number. For Super 8… high marks from me.

Great for a one night stay. Front desk staff was nice and let us check in early. Nothing special about the hotel though. It was clean and free breakfast.

After some issues with a reservation for another location in town, we were able to secure a room here. Wonderful staff, clean ans comfortable rooms, and overall pleasantly surprised with our stay!

Place was clean and quiet. Good price for a king non smoking room. It didn't smell like cigarettes at all. I didn't have breakfast but it was offered.

It was great all around. From the clean room and fresh smelling sheets, to the clean facilities, it was very local and I got to be close to town. Definitely will be back.

Great service. We arrived at 2 AM and they got us into a room quickly and easily, even without a reservation. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good amount of amenities.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. I didn't eat the breakfast but it looked good and the dining area was spacious. I would defiantly stay here again. :)

In all the hotel's we stayed, 7 total it was the CLEANEST for the reasonable price. Didn't have a smell to it. TV Was nice compared to most. Fridge and microwave were convenient. Oh, the shower/tub was very clean! Only downside was the size was the size of room. Otherwise I would definitely repeat visit and strongly recommend.

Cheap, basic hotel. Not many things to do in the surrounding area, but might just be what you're looking for if you're simply staying one night. Fitniss centre only has cardio machines and pool is rather small.

We were supposed to have a non smoking rooms. We had to go buy room spray because it smelled so bad. Housekeeping staff was very unfriendly.

Nothing spectacular. Didn't get a chance to swim so I can't talk about the pool. The people were really n.

The rooms are what you would expect at this level of hotel with a decent bed. The pillows are tiny and the actual was not on when we arrived so the room was pushing 80. The room cooled quickly enough. We also would have preferred our multiple rooms to be nearer to each other as well.

Very very impressive for a super 8! The entire staff was so nice, the rooms were clean, it seems to be in a safe area and the breakfast was good! I would recommend this super 8 to anyone!

Pros — fairly comfortable beds, affordable rates. Cons — Tub had A LOT of hair from previous guest. Then tub would not drain so I had to stand in ankle deep dirty water during my shower. Couldn't put my toddler in that, so he had to have a wipe down with a soapy rag. The shower curtain hung deeply into tub a floated in the dirty stopped up water. Toilet didn't flush easily. Room was very dusty in some places. From the desk was polite, but not overly professional. Coffee in the lobby tasted terrible like dirt (and I love/need coffee! ) So I suspect the container was very dirty inside and never really gets wiped out. I work in residential housekeeping and these kinds of standards would get me fired in a heartbeat. Next time I will spend the extra money and stay at Holiday Inn where it is usually kept much cleaner and the customer service makes you feel extremely welcomed.

Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. New tvs.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Shower had nice hot water and decent pressure. Breakfast wasn't spectacular but enough to get the day started.

Rooms are very nice! I visit down here a lot for work so it's a very nice hotel. The rooms and beds are all very clean! Customer service is great too. Very easy and very comfortable atmosphere.

I had one week business trip at Rolla MO. When I read review about this Super 8 hotel, I was scared before I let my travel agent booked it for me. Then turned out the experience was great! $65 including everything per night, Wi-Fi, clean room without bad smell, quiet, even with microwave oven and refrigerator! even though I did not use them. You just can not expect better. I highly recommend this one. (when you stay in a hotel at London suburban $240 per night, then you know you can not get anything better than this one. )

The room was fantastic. Shannon checked us in and was wonderful. We stayed for a few days and dealt with multiple front desk attendants that did a wonderful job. Jace and Sanesa were great. Our room was cleaned by Kathryn and she did a great job with it. The pool was fun. We enjoyed our stay very much. The video games look great on those big nice TVs. Price was great. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay here if we return.

Had a great room, clean, quiet, you get to reuse towels for the eco-friendly, we just always bring our own. Overall like it.

A really nice hotel. Room is super clean, things all look new and functioning well. Nice pool and gym room for relaxing after a day's driving. It also has a laundry room, a plus. The TV is a bit old style (tube), but overall it deserves a 5 star.

This place is nasty! Stay away. Spiderwebs in rooms. Crumbs and stuck on food in the mini fridge. The room we had in general has a smell to it. Old pizza possibly. No cribs or playpens for small children.

Nice size room clean. Unfortunately the breakfast bar was poorly maintained. Another customer informed the manager before it was properly stocked.

Great place to stay. The only reason I did not give them a 10 for comfort because no place is like home. For the amount that hotels are charging this one was worth every penny. All the others offer the exact same thing (services, cleanliness, comfort and not always the same great people) for a much, much higher price, so why go there. BTW — broken equipment happens at any hotel — poor service happens at any hotel.

OJ machine was broken. Lighting in the back was subpar. Beds were comfy, bathroom clean and the TV worked.

The hotel was wonderful. My husband and I had been driving for over 7 hours when we came up on Rolla. We didn't have a reservation, but they accommodated us none the less. The room was very nice, large and clean with a king sized bed, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and many more amenities. The pool is indoor, however we didn't have the chance to swim in it. Unfortunately, I can not speak about the breakfast as we had to leave before they began serving it at 7:30am. Overall a wonderful stay, nice and clean and not overly priced. This hotel is located between two other hotels and right off the highway. We felt safe staying here.
