Courteous and polite only one problem was woke up at 6 am from running above us no sorry or nothing.

I be been here 3 times now. The staff is so friendly. The Rooms are clean.

Traveling to Branson from Houston with 5 kids! Stopped for the night here and got a great nights sleep, comfy clean rooms, friendly staff and awesome free breakfast! 5 Stars for this Texas Mama!

Everything was 100 % great service super clean room and we left it clean.

Not family friendly. We expected to have a clean and easy hotel experience. While the room appeared clean at 11pm (tired from driving), we discovered the floor was filthy and the bathroom door had poop? blood? Along the top quarter. Pic attached.
Outside, while unpacking & then again while packing, my husband was propositioned. Noise all night long. No solid curtain for the window, instead of was an almost sheer window covering. Room right in front of our car blaring a porno. We checked out around 5am. Will be reaching out to hotel management, possibly the authorities.

Checked in at 0930 pm, room was not clean, had to get another room. By 0230 pm next afternoon room was still not serviced. Tried to check out a day early and was refused although hotel was not full. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Spacious rooms, nice breakfast friendly front desk folks.

When the power went out the front desk clerk was very thoughtful and friendly and kept me up to date on how long the power would be out.

We really liked the rooms but we had reserved two rooms and the people next to us were up all night fighting, screaming and yelling. We called front desk and they straight up lied to us about calling their room. Only after calling a second time did we hear their phone ring to ask them to keep it down which they ignored and continued to fight. We asked for another room but they had none but told us we could check out early with no refund. They asked US to check out early! Won’t be staying there again or recommending this hotel!

Yes very nice hotel. My stay was pleasant. Clean rooms spacious and comfortable.

First I would like to say it not the hotels fault. The floor smelled like a skunk and weed. Some one had a good time. The hallway carpet was stained. The rooms were nice.

My stay was an excellent experience. The hotel staff was courteous, very knowledgeable and very accomodating. The facilities were very clean inside and out. I had a question about the TV remote. I called the front desk and the Gentleman at the front desk came to my room, explained wait needed to be done and the TV was on in seconds. Food was good, hot and the restaurant was clean and the service was very good.

Friendly staff, great parking, restaurants nearby, easy access to highway 30/ 59. Clean rooms, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, big screen TV! We are from California and it was serene, near a water park for the children. A fitness center and pool at the hotel for me… this place is beyond a ten. Have fun! ♥️

Room was very clean and smelled good. Bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was worth it. Was satisfied with every part but the pool. It desperately needs repair and cleaning.

A reasonably priced hotel with a very nice location. Staff was great and very accommodating. The building needs updates to carpet and some effort at pest control.

The location of this hotel is off the interstate enough for a quiet stay and on the edge of town. Easy on and easy off. It was clean and the check-in and check out was very pleasant. When we checked in the dest clerk went out of his way to assist the handicapped person ahead of us without neglecting everyone else. Breakfast was the usual Best Western breakfast, was hot and plentiful. We will stay here every time we make our annual trip to Texas.

I really like the hotel. It has a really classy feel. I have not stayed there overnight, but I have visited friends who did, and really liked what I saw.

Negatives — bugs in the bed which left numerous bites on self and 4 year old. Breakfast was lacking… no milk in pitchers, frozen pastries and something called an omlet (which it was not). Checkout clerk stating did not want to be there and it showed. The good — check in was smooth, desk personnel was polite and professional.

The hotel was great. Alex and the desk staff were wonderful! The problem was in the morning with the breakfast. The breakfast lady was out talking to the desk staff and left dirty tables and didn't feel things up until they finish their conversation. I'm so used to being pampered by Best Western in the kitchen for breakfast, I guess I have to mark down for this.

Great room, spacious, clean, well maintained, and superb for the price. The rest of the hotel the same, it is a very clean and nice hotel, you can not beat the prices for what you get here. Highly recommend.

Very good service from both the front desk as well as house keeping. I was there for work and if I ever get back, I will definitely make my reservation with them.

Staff was nice, hotel very clean and room was larger than most for the price. Only complaint is we went to breakfast 1/2 hour before it ended and they had hardly any food out. Bagel tray and muffin tray empty, only 2 yogurts, tiny amount of eggs. When my son asked if they had muffins she brought out 1 for him but my other son wanted one to. Breakfast should be stocked til time is up, especially continental type items.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I had sausage, biscuits, omelets and juice. The staff was professional and friendly.

Stayed here one night last year and I would of stayed here again this year had they not been sold out of rooms! Very nice staff, rooms & just all around great! I’m very sad I am not sleeping there tonight! Highly recommend.

One of the quietest most comfortable hotels we have stayed in. The employees were all very helpful and friendly. If I ever pass that way again we will definitely stay there again.

Showed up around midnight and was quickly checked in to get to my room. Although I think he forgot to put it on my rewards, he was polite. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

A very nice place to stay while in the Texarkana area. Good people, good prices, nice rooms. The breakfast is hot and plentiful. I will stay again and again.

Staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. We did have several issues on our stay: the 1st room we were given hadn’t been cleaned at all (bed unmade, towels and trash everywhere) and only had one bed when we requested 2, so we had to get a different room. The 2nd room had trash on floor, no shower curtain and no towels. Also the pillow cases were either dirty or highly stained. We asked for new ones because they looked so gross. The elevator was out, but they did give us a $10 discount once my husband pressed them on it, since we had to haul heavy suitcases up the stairs.

It was okay but not very impressive. First we didn't have a shower curtain for our shower and went to the desk they said they didn't have none but asked later to a different person and they gave us one, the elevator was broke 98% of the time we were there, and our cable went out most of the time we were there too, the staff from the kitchen was rude to me telling me what not to do, and when checking out, I was never asked how our stay was! Giving this a 3 star but it was more like a 2 star! Was not too happy about this place!

This was our first ever stay in a Best Western. It was modern, clean and had all the amenities of any other mid-range chain at a better price. The mattress was a little firm for us but that is a personal preference. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will be trying more Best Westerns in the future!

It was a standard hotel, no better than any other hotel I've ever been in, but the price was really good. The bed was comfy, the staff were polite and friendly. Continental breakfast in the morning had lots of options and it was definitely a good stay for an overnight on a road trip.

I have always stayed in higher priced hotels while traveling and visiting but decided to take a chance on the Best Western Plus hotel in Texarkana. I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased with the quality and value of all the accommodations as well as the friendly and courteous staff. I am now a newly committed BW client and I will definitely use this particular hotel whenever I travel this route in the future!

We were pleasantly surprised to find this modern well appointed property given the price. The staff was attentive and professional. Interaction between staff members left me with the impression they enjoy working with one another. The room was absolutely wonderful. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Easy to get to, clean rooms, nice pillows, good breakfast choices. Very accommodating to us getting there late at night. Price was much lower than I would expect to pay for the quality.

After a long time on the road, this hotel was perfect. The room was very nice, it has a microwave, frigerator, coffee maker, good sized bathroom with good water pressure, the beds were nicely made with clean linen, you can tell that the cleaners actually dust when they clean. I will choose this Best Western again, if I had a choice. I really enjoyed my one overnight stay.

Clean and modern hotel. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the local area, and very professional. Close to convention center and easy access from the freeway.

Nice, clean, well kept location. Room was nice size. Gentleman at front desk very helpful on locating hotel and suggested a fabulous place to eat-the cafe across parking lot.

This is a very nice hotel. Super clean and appeared well taken care of. My only issue was the pillows. I forgot mine and they have little square pillows. The hair dryer by the sink was missing but I'm bald so no worries for me there. Other than that it was a very nice place. Best a. C. In a hotel I have ever been in.

Headed to San Antonio, from Michigan and decided on this hotel while on the road. The collage was great. Desk attendant, Clifton was awesome, very nice on the phone. Was great in person. Pool was open till 11, outdoor, it was clean, didn't have so much chlorine where it hurts your eyes and skin. Showers were clean, linens clean. No bugs! Breakfast was great, the last working it was doing a great job keeping up with refills and Cleaning up. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Modern, comfortable and well kept at a very good price. The rooms are spacious. The fridge works and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay. Second time staying there. Actually they had a mini fridge that was awesome. It kept things super cool. Not something I usually see. Breakfast area is nice but a little cramped when there are a lot of people. We happened to be there while a family reunion was taking place. All in all I would stay there again.

This was the best place I've ever stayed. Beautiful hotel and very clean. Breakfast was awesome! The staff was like so sweet very nice place to stay. Will definitely stay there again. Oh and the night clerk Erica she was so sweet and so helpful. I'll never forget her. You just don't see good people like this to much. This is by far the best place to stay and I've stayed at the Hilton and Marriott before and I'll tell you it wasn't as great as this place. I love this place I'd give it 10 stars ✨! Check it out the price is unbelievable cheap you will not regret it. Thanks to the wonderful staff and management. You guys are definitely doing a great job.

Very nice room, staff was pleasant, breakfast was decent. Non smoking was really non smoking. I once stayed at Best Western got a non smoking room but the whole floor stank of tobacco, left with a headache the next day. This place was lovely though.

A very pleasant place to stay the night. Price was reasonable and the accommodations were excellent. Clean and supplied with plenty of extras in the bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Rooms were quiet. We were located next to the elevator yet never heard anything including the people coming and going. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked a night on our return trip. It will be a regular stay on a trips to Houston to see the grand kids.

It was simply refreshing to call this hotel and receive great customer service! I needed a room for my family late last night and the front clerk was both courteous and helpful. She quoted me a price and quickly helped get us checked in. The room was exactly how it looked online and it was clean! Best sleep I had in a few days. As we were leaving I noticed the hotel staff throughly cleaning the breakfast area. I highly recommend this hotel for the great service and cleanliness.

Easy to find, super friendly and helpful staff. Business trip brought us here and we were very pleased with the rooms, the comfortable furnishings and the pool. Several nearby restaurants and conveniently located to town. Will definitely stay here again.

After leaving another hotel in the area from the previous night because of a poor experience, my family and I decided to stay at the Best Western. We paid a little more, but it was well worth the extra cost. The hotel was clean in all areas, very modern, and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

It was convenient and inexpensive. The rooms were newish and clean, and we had no problems checking in or out. The breakfast was pretty good, omelettes and the standard stuff. The gym was basically a treadmill, bike, and cable machine.

I liked the hotel but the maid service was rude and someone stole money and our drink out if our room when we where gone for a couple hours. They where not supposed to have come in the room and clean because I had already put it outside my door earlier in the day. I thought I put the do not disturb sign on the door but it must have fell off or took off. They didn't accommodate the money and wouldn't give it back but gave me points that won't even cover the money that got stolen. So make sure you have the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and it doesn't fall off when you leave the room. Other than that it was a great stay.

Very nice appearance and clean inside. Nicest hotel I have stayed at for the price. A must stay if in the area. Gym is small but gives you ability to use treadmill or elliptical. Breakfast was good only bad is the bed was a little hard for my preference.

Wow. Beautiful lobby, big rooms comfy beds clean sheets, top quality ac. Best $71.00 room I ever stayed in. Highly recommend it.

We actually ended up paying $80 for this room, supposedly because we didn't book online, but it was worth every single penny. Clean, welcoming, modern, well-supplied and quiet. Didn't use the pool so I'm not sure about the details there.
