Great rooms, VERY CLEAN, Great breakfast variety. The Staff in every area of work were very pleasant. Front desk clerks are very accommodating. All guests I encountered were very pleasant and we all talked like we knew each other. Whenever l stay in Arkansas I'm always stay at this hotel. Others I stayed in while visiting Arkansas don't even compete.

Service was ok but it was pretty humid in the room.

We reserved the family suite which is 3 queen beds in two separate bed rooms plus a sitting area. The hotel is nice and the pool looks good. The pool is outdoors and there are lots of chairs and tables. The staff people are very friendly and helpful and always checking on how your stay is going.

I always enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn Express they are clean and the staff is very helpful though this time the rooms were not as clean as they should have been but I enjoyed my stay over all.

The breakfast was amazing but the room clean services was lousy my room wasn't clean no fresh towels and there was trash under the bed my bathroom vent was not working. When I told the workers they act like my problem wasn't important nor have management call me to resolve the issue. So my review about this place is if you staying for more then one night make sure they clean your room and check under your bed to make sure they clean it.

Had and excellent experience here. The room was immaculate, and the service was great. The breakfast was good with plenty of selection. Im giving only 4 stars due to the ice machine on my floor was not working at the time. Not a big deal, but I had to take the elevator to another floor to get ice. All in all had a great experience here.

Landon was professional and upgraded me to a better room for my spire status. First time a hotel has done this for me — nice town and hotel.

Clean, safe area, and the bed and pillows were first class. Love the place and would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel. The rooms seemed to be a little dated and small. The room had wallpaper falling off in the bathroom but overall a nice hotel. The staff was great and the breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts.

Stayed here several times. Rooms are always clean. Sometimes the staff is slow to come to the desk but always very friendly. The Wi-Fi is so slow in the evening it’s useless. There is only one movie channel. Super 8 has better channels. I was supposed to stay 2 nights. I changed hotels the next day. I couldn’t work in my room without Wi-Fi.

BUYER BEWARE! They charged me a no show fee, when I stayed in the room. I had to call corporate and have corporate issue me a refund. The hotel managers are rude and unfriendly. We will no longer stay at this establishment.

We always want Holiday Inn Express to be a little more affordable, so we usually chose different accommodations. This trip had limited options, so we picked the somewhat pricey Holiday Inn Express ― and weren't disappointed. It's one of the cleanest hotels we've ever been in, plus the bed was comfortable, the AC ran well and relatively quietly, the breakfast included a lot of options and those I had were good (the biscuits and gravy were as good as what I've had in restaurants; the cinnamon rolls were soft and warm and tasty), and the staff was friendly.

Clean room andvery helpful desk. Great location in searcy makes it very accessible.

No idea why this is showing 2 star hotel. Rooms were very clean, pool nice, breakfast great! Every bit as nice as higher costing hotels. Recommend with no hesitation.

We got the deluxe suite at a reasonable price. Loved the space. It has 2 queen beds in separate room. If you're looking for a full kitchen, utensils, glasses, or regular coffee cups… this is not for you. Bright side, they do have a Keurig coffee machine.

The holiday inn is conveniently located just off the highway. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and professional. I would be willing to come and stay at this location again. It's significantly better than some of the other options in town I have stayed in previously.

We hold speaking engagements there monthly. Really nice clean facilites. Easy to work with.

The very best hotel that I have stayed in in a long time service was great rooms were clean and smell great and the staff was wonderful! Jennifer at the front desk is the best that I have seen in a long time as far as dealing with customers! I will never stay anywhere else except here as I come through traveling!

Room was humid and hot on arrival and the business center didn't have ink for the printer. Breakfast was okay and staff was friendly until I asked about ink for the printer.

The rooms were clean service was great breakfast was always hot and ready and everybody was nice.

The room was nice, however it would take forever for someone to clean our room. And I have a hoverboard, and no one said anything, then a geek in a green shirt said I couldn't ride it because the wheels would scratch the floor when the wheels are rubber! I will never come back.

Was hear about 7 months ago. Great place. The guy at the front desk was awesome. I think his name was Michael or mark.

We are having a family reunion in July and I tried to call them for a week. I left 3 messages at the front desk for general manager or the manager named Jessie. I never heard back from them all week. I finally called again on the 4th day and the gm answered. I told her I had left 3 messages for the past week for her or Jessie to call me to book for my family reunion to stay there and no one called me back and when I found out she was the gm and I had not rcvd a call yet from her all week I let her have it. IN my opinion if I cant get a call back from the GM or a manger then it is not worth the stay to me. They lost out on lots of money on the family reunion. Wow.

Now just checked in! This place is awesome! A store, some nice suites! Very nice suites! Great rooms and great computers. I am making this review online right now.
