I have. Stayed at many motels & by far this is the best stay we’ve had at any. The staff is amazing went out their way to make things easier for us. Like bringing a refrigerator at 12:00 at night to secure my insulin that’s beyond the call of duty to making sure we had Tea or juice to drink they also baked cookies (no extra cost) my wife is here working for a company. So we needed little extra things they not only told us where we need to go to get stuff even offered to go get for us. We are so so happy & appreciate all the love shown to us. O gosh almost forgot to mention their bathrooms are basically another hotel room Big there shower is crazy big LOVE THIS PLACE!

Guest rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Free breakfast, rooms are spacious, nice beddings. Front desk agent were very friendly, helpful and polite. I will definitely stay and recommend to stay at Hampton inn.

They we super nice and pleasant from the time we checked in until we checked out! The rooms were clean and I can say… I was a happy camper when I saw Boiled Eggs at breakfast. Yes… It's the little things in life.

Tyler, the manager was incredible. The place was clean and cozy. All of the staff were extremely welcoming a friendly. I stayed here for a funeral and the people here were truly a bright spot in a very dark and difficult time.

We stayed here on a short family vacation. The hotel was very nice. Jarron at the front desk was extremely kind and provided great service. We had plans to get to our destination before the sun came up. I asked for the grab bag breakfasts to be ready in the morning. I left and brought my kids back to the pool and the breakfasts were there that evening. Checkout was quick and easy. I got a call later that day from the hotel. My little girl had left her stuffed animal. Seeing how beat up it was they knew it would be missed. They mailed it back to me.

Lisa at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Great pool and nice rooms. Fitness center is lacking though.

My room was very small. Doors for room entry and bathroom impacted making flow very awkward. Lights went out in the bathroom. No vending machines. Very limited fitness center. Room was clean. People were very friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Nice hotel. Nothing spectacular. But it's still nice. The room was clean, the stafff was good. I heard the breakfast was good but I didn't get a chance to try it. I will stay here again when I'm in the area.

This hotel is so modern and clean! We stayed here when our power was out and it was so nice. The staff were all so friendly and they even gave us a toothbrush when my son forgot his. They didn’t price gouge is either when half the town was out of power! The breakfast had a bunch of delicious options too. I highly recommend this place!

This place was outstanding. From the moment I walked in the door until I left. The staff was on point. The rooms were big, clean, smelled good. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. Bathrooms were big & stocked with towels. Spend the extra money. It will be worth it.

We have stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed it. Nice rooms and very nice friendly people. Would recommend it.

First impressions looking on caused a bit of apprehension but don't let that deter you. Inside was spotless and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean as well as the room and bathroom. Plenty of towels stocked there. The pool was nice. The exercise room was clean and all three machines were in working order. Breakfast is maybe not as diversified as some places but it was sufficient. We would stay here again.

Nice rooms and service. They redid the breakfast stuff and made it nicer but cut out the yogurt. Room smelled pretty stuffy this last visit but usually it's good.

My buddy had a room and reserved the meeting room for his wedding preparations for him and his groomsmen. We also went swimming in the indoor pool. His room was down stairs and had that musty smell most bottom floor rooms have at hotels, but everything else in the room was as expected. The conference room was well equipped for meetings or gatherings with a poster board, tables, chairs, good coffee creamer, etc. It also overlooked the indoor pool witch was neat until some woman looks up and sees you now starring at her in her bathing suit, but you've already locked eyes and you feel like a creepy staring dude even tho you weren't looking at anyone in particular. She just looked at you and that caught you eye. While swimming, the pool was a good temperature, but had really strong chlorine that burned your eye. Given the number if kids that swim in there, that is probably not a bad thing. The hot tub was nice and warm, but not so hot your got sick. There were cookies out in the lobby and the staff were welcoming and kind.

No good reason for 5 stars but definitely 4 entire stars at least! There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Clean and comfortable but the TV is weird. The guide scrolls automatically and you have to restart the TV every time you want to bring up the guide again. I thought it was me but the desk clerk said that is normal. Also, this hotel is more expensive than similar hotels nearby.

Hate the coffee in the room. Coffee downstairs is GREAT! Staff is wonderful! Room is clean and comfy! 2 more days here to go…

It is the best cleanest place and the staff is so nice and sweet and any problem you have they fix right then!

The in room hot tubs are barely big enough for two, but they are nice and they aren't that expensive.

Hotel was great, staff was really friendly, and the rooms were clean! But the fitness center is really small and there are no free weights to use like at most hampton inns ive been in which is the main reason why I stay in Hampton inns.

Great hotel, our favorite. Main problem All the linens are washed in Fragrant detergent… very powerful. I had headache all night, itched and do not not sleep.

Both stayed here and held a business meeting. The staff was great and so was the room. The only negative was that their conference facility did not have a conference phone.

We arrived after a long drive and treated with genuine hospitality. We needed accommodations for 9. The staff provided great rooms and brought in a roll away bed for the youngest. The pool was very clean, just right temperature. The hot breakfast had variety for everyone in our family. Restaurants offered discounts if you showed your room key. We plan to stay again in the future.

Very nice hotel and great staff. One of the few hotels that I have stayed in that actually have exhaust fans in the bathroom (a pet peave of mine that most don't)

Stay 7/17/17 staff was accommodating fast easy check in. Room was clean and good size. In door pool and hot tub was great. Breakfast has a good variety hot and cold options. We had a wonderful time.

Everything was wonderful! We were there for the RussVegas Half Marathon and all hotels were booked. We lucked up and got a room here because of a late cancellation. The staff was wonderful from beginning to end. Lois and Tyler were very helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast in was very good. The group I traveled with reserved eleven rooms. We had absolutely no problems checking-in or out. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling through Russellville!

Right on Interstate 40 (easy access) ; super-friendly staff; AMAZING gourmet coffee bar in the lobby; delicious complimentary hot breakfast buffet. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff are SO nice! Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend, and it was without a doubt the best hotel we've ever stayed in! We got a room with a very comfortable king sized bed and whirlpool. The staff was super friendly, our room was huge and very clean, even the walk in shower was huge! The breakfast was awesome! And the indoor pool and hot tub were just what we needed after a long day of driving. Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely come back if we're ever in the area again!

Conference room is a little small, has a great view of the pool though. Need to provide other beverages beside the nasty tap water, or coffee.

Hampton Inn employees were very helpful. Rooms clean and well stocked with supplies.

Location is alright, continental breakfast was great, beds were. Attended a family reunion service was great! 8/10 would recommend.

Front desk service was outstanding at check in and check out. Room was clean and met expectations. The reason for the lower review was that they did not make enough breakfast food. When I got to the breakfast bar, the omelet, bacon, and potato trays were empty. They brought out some omlets, but by the time they brought out potatoes, the omlets were gone.

Thank you so much for being so friendly and nice to me and my 93-year-old mother. Everyone (front desk, cleaning, kitchen) was so friendly. I asked for a late check-out since I was in a meeting and my mother wanted to stay in the room. While I was in my meeting, my mother (who is still very active) decided to take her daily walk, which today was up and down the halls. She stopped and talked to everyone and said they were so friendly. She was very happy and so was I. Also, very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Thank you very much.

King Room w/ whirlpool A+. We stayed in a standard king room last weekend and then in the upgrade king room w/ the whirlpool tub this weekend and while the updated hotel has nice regular rooms I was impressed with the size and amenities of the upgraded room. This hotel is now a non smoking facility and I don't smell any residual odor from smoking in the three different rooms we have stayed in over the past few months. The staff was helpful and attentive to our requests for additional items and a later check out. Thank you. We will stay here again anytime we are in Russellville.

The room was a little musty but resolved with AX. Not quite as nice as other Hampton Inns.

I stayed at the Russellville Hampton for quite some time while doing business there. I thought the motel was nice, and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Talisa, the second shift lobby attendant, was a little hottie with the cutest smile.
