I worked here for awhile and can assure you this hotel is super clean, the employees and owner are excellent, hard working people! They work so hard every day to make sure this hotel stays at a platinum rating and have managed to maintain platinum rating for over 15 years! I definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed here during travel while waiting on my vehicle to be repaired. Staff was very friendly and professional, made me feel right at home and relaxed during a stressful time. Room was clean and breakfast was great!

Very Poor Service and Terrible Breakfast No Toilet Paper or Box of Tissues I Wont Go Back AGAIN.

Nice pool room with hot tub. Room is warm and clean.

I was pretty satisfied with my visit. However, there is no available recycling here. There are no recycling cans in the rooms, in the hallways, lobby, etc. This is a shame. They do remind you to reuse your dirty towels though to conserve water (wink wink, nudge nudge). I also had an issue with the shower wand cradle positioning. No matter how I seated the wand, it would spray out toward the shower curtain and not toward the tub, This made for a frustrating cleaning experience and also made a mess to be cleaned up afterward. The hotel is undergoing some renovations but is otherwise quite nice, and very clean. Breakfast is pretty good as far as complimentary hotel breakfasts go. The hot tub is nice and hot. The exercise room has enough machines to get in a decent workout, and it has a TV. The internet is relatively fast. There is a decent amount of TV channels including multiple HBOs. Friendly, helpful staff for the most part. Accolades to the manager and to the nice women who take care of the breakfast area.

I have stayed at this comfort inn location many times before but never have I ever had the experience that I dealt with this morning. If you are black you will be treated differently and accused of stealing. Worst experience with front desk woman Barbara. Will not be returning for another stay. Barbara needs to be dealt with accordingly for her racist actions.

Great room seems recently renovated. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Room was clean, AC is cold, beds are comfortable, and TV Service is solid. Breakfast was a hot breakfast with powdered eggs, meat, biscuits with gravy, fruit, breads, and juice n coffee. Lone issue is with desk chair in room, which is substandard.

Loved everything about this place. Staff always goes above and beyond. They make you feel like you're the only person in the hotel. If I could pack the place up and put it in my car I would take them anywhere and everywhere I go from now on. Top notch service. Facility smells clean, looks clean, and is up to date. Amazing water pressure for a great shower after 14+ hours in a car. I can go on and on. In our book for sure. Thanks comfort Inn for turning our trip from bad to great as soon as we arrived at your property.

Stayed here in Russellville probably 9 or 10 different nights in the last 3 years it's always been perfect one of my favorite places to stay in this country.

It was a very clean room. The desk clerk was very helpful and polite. Over all it was an awesome experience.

We stayed for 5 nights, experience was pretty good and relaxing. Staff was very friendly, room cleaned daily and fresh breakfast each morning. Some afternoons they also had fresh cookies out.

The room was quite comfortable, and rates were comparable with other accommodations on this level. The hot tub and pool were wonderful, which was a nice attribute, helping my disabled joints tremendously. The complimentary breakfast was a nice selection of breakfast foods, but, despite signs claiming otherwise, there were NO vending machines available… which, having been dropped off at my reservation (thus having no vehicle of my own for the night), made for a very thirsty and snack free night. Aside from that, staff was courtious and helpful. I'll happily stay there again… hopefully AFTER they replace the vending machines.

A very nice hotel! The only downside to this hotel is that the Internet Explorer at the business center computer needs to be updated. I can't barely watch a YouTube video on the browser. But the hotel is nice, and has great service and breakfast! I only live thirty minutes away (I stayed there for a basketball tournament 2 times) and I would go back to this place.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Room was large, clean and comfortable. We were traveling by motorcycle and as with all Choice Hotels where we've stayed, they offered to allow us to bring the motorcycles under their front awning in the event of inclement weather. Great value for the money.

I've stayed a lot of times in this hotel and I liked the spacious and clean rooms, nice breakfast and friendly/efficient staff. The only thing that I'm not fully satisfied is the slowness of its hi-speed internet connection. Other than that this is really a great place to stay.

Our second time to stay here. Very nice and quiet, the room was clean and smelled good which is unusual for a motel. The staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast was real good. We always try to stay at Comfort Inn wherever we travel. Thanks.

This was a wonderful NEW hotel in Russellville. When my wife read all the other reviews of hotels in town we almost kept driving. I was glad to find this "diamond in the rough". The Lobby was nice, rooms were clean and the beds were VERY comfortable. I had my family with me on my business trip and I found it very important to have them stay with me in a safe, clean environment. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Thanks.
