Friend booked a room here with some Traveler's Points he had through Wyndham. We got there at 2:30 and the front door was locked, and there was no one in the window to the side. There was one other guy waiting for someone to help him. Someone finally shows up and leads us inside. It's two Indian guys with choppy English. My friend tells them we have a reservation and they looked dumbfounded. We showed them our confirmation ticket on his iPhone. Still looked dumbfounded. Eventually, I guess they believed us. He told us the rooms weren't clean yet as Check-In time was 30 minutes away. First. What hotel's check-in time is 2pm? OK, so anyway he's 'helping' the other guy who is having trouble getting his point across. Then the guy behind the counter actually accuses us of all being in one group and I guess he thought we were 'ganging up' on him with our issues? The reason we were all 3 in there together at the same time is because we all had to wait outside for someone to show up and unlock the door. Muskogee is a city of 40, 000 people. What would make this man think my friend and I know this other guy? Anyway, we told him he was being unprofessional for someone int he hospitality industry and he continued to berate us with "explanations" of how he was trying to help us. It was just awful. The beds were OK but the toiletries were lacking. For shampoo, you get a tiny packet that looks like a ketchup packet. If you're on a budget, just drive the few extra miles to Super8 or Motel6 where it's corporately owned. These unprofessional shacks are for the dogs. Notice how the other two reviews for this place have Indian last names. Surprise.
