Super Clean with a friendly staff. Came here after staying in the horrible Days inn next door for a week. Nicest motel I've ever stayed in and I've been around the country. Big thanks to the staff here!

I have no complaints. We got in after 3am. We went to the higher end hotels and no one would come to the door. Trust me when I say when this man promptly opened the door I was ecstatic. I was pleasantly surprised that the non smoking rooms were in fact non smoking and there was no hint of smoke at all. Beds were firm and I woke up without any back pain (that is unusual for me). The rooms were clean and a/c was super cold. I would stay again.

Newly updated & convenient to the University. It was everything that I needed while I was there visiting my student!

This is an economical place to stay, I stayed there overnight on a business trip and only used it to rest overnight. The staff were polite, the room was decent and the price was right.

The hotel was average but the breakfast was not that satisfactory the room was clean but we saw a bug in the bathroom the rooms were nice new and cozy.

Interior of the motel was really nice. I really liked the location too, I was only a 10 min drive away from everything.

This place is newly remodeled, and it looks great. Our room was clean and had all the conveniences. It's very affordable, too. I would be happy to stay here anytime I'm in the area.

Clean room right off hiway did not any problems with them.

I stayed here for 3 days, the rooms were spectacular. The owner was very nice. I'll definitely stay again.

A fantastic no frills motel. The king suite was very nice and spacious. The place was clean and inviting. I would easily stay here again. About the only negative thing I have to say is one of the lights was in a time in the bathroom which led me to the dark a few times momentarily. I did appreciate that the shower head system was raised for those of us who are a bit taller than 5'9.

Walked in guy at the desk barely acknowledged I was there. Stayed on the phone the whole time. Clearly wasn't a business call. Tried to charge more then what I was told when I called. Never again!

I actually love being able to drive up to my door instead of dealing with lobby and elevators. I stay here regularly now instead of one of the 110.00 a night hotels around. The rooms are typical motel rooms. They are very clean and tidy and seem to be relatively newly remodeled. It is a comfortable decor. The air conditioning is very quiet and the freeway isn't too much of a noise issue. I can afford much more expensive and I have really been digging this little gem. If only they had a pool I would give it five stars.

I delivered a pizza to room 120 at the Recency 7 on Shiloh in Fayetteville Arkansas. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was clean as well.

Clean newly repainted rooms. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and good access to everything there by. Better standards then pricier hotels.

This hotel is horrible we ask for a non smoking room. And we got a room that somebody clearly smoked in. The bathroom smell like urine. The trash was not taken out from the previous guess and there was even dog feces on the floor. The bathroom towels was still wet like it was just used… I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was fairly clean and quiet. The breakfast left something to be desired.

The rooms were very nice they have flat screen TVs and the manager was very courteous and nice.

VERY surprised by this motel. From the outside not appeasing at all but goodness, the owners really put some $$ into keeping this inside nice. Flatscreen TV's, Coffee maker, Etc.

I have to say I was a little leery of a such a low priced motel, but my husband and I needed a simple place to sleep while we were in town picking our daughter up from University of Arkansas. Always enthusiastic about a good deal, my husband booked the hotel over my concerns. I was extremely impressed. The hotel has been recently remodeled, and offered every amenity of much more expensive hotels. It was extremely clean. The couple who owns and runs the property are wonderful. The breakfast was a little lacking, but for us that was just not an issue — especially considering what a deal we got on the room. Regency 7 will be our regular stop in Fayetteville.

The rooms were EXCEPTIONALLY clean and well maintained close to the highway for those traveling, great price only thing that might use a touch up is the breakfast this is not elementary school snack time so if you want a real meal try one of the many area dining locations.
