The hotel was easy to find well-organised rooms I Excellent service.

Excellent staff, great location. The bed, sheets, and pillow were amazing!

Only visited the exterior of the building due to meeting up with someone else that was actually staying there. However, the parking seemed fine.

The best hotel breakfast. Eggs, bacon, oatmeal, and waffles. The mattress was very springy and bouncy — not the best for restful sleep with a spouse.

Courteous and professional staff. Good complimentary breakfast, with long hours. Ample free parking. Neat and well appointed room.

Everything was fine, the staff was friendly and the room seemed clean. The breakfast was so so at best and the coffee was very weak.

I have normally counted this Hampton very high on my list. But this time was an exception. The desk clerk for the late night was under professional, came out barefoot, and generally did not seem to care about the business traveler. I will question it I return next time I am in town.

Easy check in and out. Beds were super comfortable and room very clean.

The location is great. It's right off the highway. Hot breakfast in the morning is nice. The bed is comfy. The only downside is the basic Wi-Fi option is awful. You pretty much have to upgrade the Wi-Fi ($5 a day) in order to load videos.

After a nationwide drive, I was tired when I stopped here. A little pricey for me, but was well worth it. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, safe environment for vehicles.

Last min stay here due to family emergency. I was offered a snack but they gave me a hot soda in a can. Would’ve been nice if it hadve been cold. The room was not as nice as I would expect a Hampton Inn to be. It was clean though. Tv was hard to change channels sitting down due to using a small box that sat on the cabinet the TV was on. I had to stand up to change channels. Staff was nice. Breakfast was awesome! Fruit, and ham and eggs with cheese and ham instead of sausage was nice. They had a nice array of breakfast items. Even donuts. I did have trouble finding this place. If you don’t really look you will miss it.

My mother in law was staying there. Her room was clean. Lobby area was good to go. No complaints in my limited time there.

Enjoyed our stay. While visiting our college man. Friendly people clean rooms. And when we come back to visit our son. We will book with Hampton.

This hotel is a real find! It is new and beautifully appointed. Shelby, the breakfast hostess is worth the price of admission. She is a bright ray of sunshine.

I work for a Global Mfg Co and we frequently use Hampton Inn all over the world. This location is by far one of the best hotels in the area. It’s away from I49 enough that you don’t hear traffic. Rooms are clean, beds are amazingly comfy and CLEAN. They now provide tempurpedic style pillows in their King suites. Plenty of food close by. (Try the awesome Vietnamese Pho restaurant right next door or Jim’s Razorback Pizza). For workaholics, they have fresh coffee in the lobby 24/7. If you need a good nights rest in a great room with AC that will freeze meat, call Ron at Hampton Inn Fayetteville and get him to set you up with the works.

It was great. We like staying at Hampton Inns. The beds are a little hard but other than that, it was just fine. I do think I need to move up to another level of hotel if the bed is an issue :-)

We had a reservation at this hotel to move our daughter into school. We have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past year while attending events there. On Friday, August 18, there was a storm and the power was out in all of the area around the hotel. When I went to check in, I witnessed Jessica using a flashlight to see at a pitch black front desk. She was dealing with a very angry gentleman with grace and professionalism. After speaking to her, we called the Embassy Suites in Rogers and drove there for the night. The next evening we were back at the Hampton and again spoke to Jessica. She was once again smiling and professional with perfect hair and makeup. Jessica is an amazing employee and represents your company extremely well. This hotel is very fortunate to have her on their team.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and the event space was clean and organized.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for a college visit. The hotel's location is convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and the University of Arkansas is very close. Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly. Our room was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job. We had the included breakfast, and that could have been better. The selection of items was fine, but most of it wasn't as good as what we've had compared to other hotel breakfasts. We would stay at the Hampton Inn Fayetteville again in the future.

The Hampton Inn was a very nice place to just get away and kick it, without being bothered; btw the staff let you mind your own business. Real nice thing!

Clean spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Definitely needs some updating. Pretty old fixtures, AC, shower heads (ours was broken but worked OK), elevator.

Our check in was simple and easy. In barely a minute's time, we walked in, checked in, and made it to our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is nice and easy to find. It is a bit of a pain to make a left out of the hotel and the fitness center needs a major upgrade.

The drinks were above par. Particularly their fine imported diet Coca-Cola.

Everything you could want in a hotel at this price. Welcoming, fast check in. Pleasant staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable lobby, hallways, and room. Excellent bed. Dark, quiet sleep. Plenty of warm lighting in room when desired. Free good coffee 24/7. Nice pool area, separate from rooms so noise no issue. Walking distance to Ruby Tuesday for dinner and drinks. Excellent hotel! Hot tub could be hotter but I always say that ;)

The staff was great, food was great, the rooms were awesome and roomy. I enjoyed my stay. It was near great places to eat. You have a Walmart in walking distance. Everything you need was close by. I will definitely stay here again!

No complaints here. Staff was genuinely nice. Beds were nice and comfy. It was quiet. The bathrooms were decent sized. The room smelled wonderful. Breakfast was pretty nice, they had pastry's, gravy, biscuits, eggs, fruit… everything.

It was fine for a seminar.

Upholds Hampton's above-average motel brand. Clean, good service. Rooms are a little more narrow than most Hampton's — a bit on the cramped side. Still, 4 out of 5.

I attempted to inquire about booking a room for my son's 13th birthday in December because they have an indoor pool. I was going to have a couple of his friends stay with us and let them swim/hang out/watch movies. With him having a winter birthday I have to get creative with what we do and I would have supervised the entire time. Apparently they don't believe I could prevent a few boys from damaging their property because when I explained the reason for our stay I was told we weren't welcome.

Its a place to sleep. Nothing more. The pillows flatten. There was mold on the banana bread and the bagels were hard. I ventured no further with the food. The air conditioner in my room was so noisy it kept me awake. There is no seating outside other than the bench by the front entrance. The pool area is nice however the patio that contains lounge chairs next to it can only be accessed from the parking lot. The whole place had a stench. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Its in a great location, just need some touching up and direction in certain areas.

Very clean-pool-Jacuzzi — sauna, excellent breakfast, Beds are so comfortable, slept longer than normal, AWESOME.
