Wow. What a great hotel. Nice pool, nice hot tub and great room.

I worked for comfort inn and suites in Fayetteville I will never work there again I’ve been fighting for over 2 months to receive my paycheck and I’ve got labor board involved and they won’t even respond to labor board if this is how they treat there workers how would they treat there customers I’m very disappointed in this company.

The young lady working the front desk, Faith, was exceptionally professional, courteous, and so helpful! Thank you again, Faith! Our king room was THE cleanest hotel room we've ever stayed in, and that says a lot, considering my husband and I have spent over 200 nights per year in hotels around the country, while working. Cudos to the Awesome Housekeeping Staff! Our bed and pillows were so cozy and comfortable and we both had a great night's sleep. The shower was awesome, the towels were nice and fresh. We loved our stay!

The staff was courteous and the breakfast was up to Comfort Inn standards, but I was otherwise disappointed. I was asked when booking if I wanted a room with a jacuzzi. There was a community spa by the pool. The door latch to the fitness room was broken, so the door wouldn't close. The cardio equipment was in our shape, including a treadmill with rips in the belt. My room smelled of old cigarette smoke. To cap it off, the link to their survey was broken. I was very disappointed.

The location was great and the accommodations were much better than I anticipated, but the overall experience was ruined by management. Eight days after we checked out the assistant manager called to notify us that we would not be receiving our deposit because we “damaged” the room. Upon further inquiry, management claims that my family ruined a 5”X5” square of carpet with something Velcro that loosened the carpet fibers. This lovely creature then proceeded to inform me that I would be charged for the removal of the old carpet and installation of new carpet. The best part of this whole encounter is that nobody in our party had any items that contained Velcro. If you’re looking for a decent place to stay in the Fayetteville area, do not even consider Comfort Inn and Suites.

We were going to be return customers since our family lives near here but Comfort Inn and Suites messed up. Our first impression of this place was awesome, we loved our room, the free breakfast, the swimming pool and the fact that hotel was in the area we desired. We had no problems the duration of our stay and checked out easy. Made our short vacation a breeze. We however did not like that the hotel assistant manager called us a week after our check out to say we damaged the room and would be keeping our deposit. The damage apparently requires them to “replace the carpet”. When I asked her what the damage was she said and I quote “it looks like someone put Velcro on the carpet and pulled it up”… Velcro damage, which I don’t recall there being damage but I also didn’t inspect the room before our stay or after so that’s on me. Pay the extra money and just stay at one of the other hotels nearby.

The most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in by far. Very quiet and the staff was friendly. The mattress was extremely soft and there were several pillows on the bed. Clean, comfortable, and affordable. My new favorite hotel.

Great coffee. Breakfast was decent. The room was very comfortable. Door seperating front room from the beds was very nice. Beds were comfy ac works great. Nice tall shower heads. Lovely stay.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. After leaving, I was charged an additional 24.99. After talking with staff there, I was told it was for a missing pillow. After calling 2 more times, my call was finally returned by management who stated it wasn’t actually a missing pillow but an incorrect pillow. There was a pillow without a blue tag and all their pillows have blue tags. I didn’t even take pillows in and I absolutely did NOT take a pillow out. They wouldn’t reverse the charge so I contacted my credit card who did reverse the charge. Then they sent in a form stating the pillow was missing so my credit card reinstated the charge. I mean, seriously, if I had taken a pillow I can assure you I would not have wasted so much time on this. It’s just the point though. I’m having to pay 24.99 for something that did not happen and there isn’t crap I can do about it. Ridiculous. Do not stay here.

This hotel is very clean and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. Everything was up to date. Additionally, they have a lot of local pride which I think was a nice touch. Staff was wonderful and welcoming. By bed was comfortable and there were a variety of pillows with different stuffings which was wonderful. The breakfast eggs are probably the best I’ve ever had!

So me my girlfriend and our friend were in Arkansas for a festival which was rained out so we decided to leave and stay at this hotel which was a mistake we were treated so rudely I will never stay at a comfort inn again on the phone we were told they had a hot tub and pool and when we got there the hot tub was broken still we let that go and tried having a good time. Now I paid in cash and had to give them a cash deposit which is fine except when I went to get it back they went to check the room came back down and claimed that it smelled like marijuana and said we weren't getting our money back. I became a little irritated because we never smoked in the room and I started giving valid reasons why that couldn't be true 1-no ashes anywhere in the room typically smoking things makes ashes 2-where's the leftovers of the marijuana 3-it's not smokey in the room usually smoking creates a smokey room. After I gave her my reasons she said well it smells like marijuana in the room we're keeping your money and if you don't leave we will call the police which I was all for because we were being robbed by the hotel manager but we were on our home and had a 12 hr drive ahead of us so we didn't wait around. Long story short we were robbed of our money for no good reason and treated horribly also I called the corporate number and all they said was well the hotel staff said this so what your saying doesn't matter.

Indoor heated pool and hot tub, free breakfast, and they had something complimentary that we really happened to need during our stay. I left my house in Southwest Louisiana to go to the top Northwest corner of Arkansas to see my Papaw after a stroke. So in a hurry I left and forgot my 7 month old baby's bed! This Comfort Inn had complimentary pack and play play yards and a sheet like cover that went over everything. That saved me because I wouldn't have been able to sleep with her wiggly self! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We will be staying there again if we ever make our way back up there.

The location was great, right next to restaurants and convenience stores. The rooms and beds were awesome, with a very good breakfast. The Wi-Fi was excellent but there was some difficulty when attempting to re-sign into the Wi-Fi but other than that it was perfect.

Thank you for a nice evening in Fayetteville AR. Such nice time with family and a warm friendly place to stay.

This is a wonderful hotel my grandfather had a eye surgery and the va set us up with a room here and they were great nice and friendly staff! Very clean! And comfortable! Thank you all

Very friendly reception. Sime cinstruction blocking the hall upstairs but we were allowed to check in early. Took forever for the hot water to heat up on 3rd floor. One of us had to wait to shower in the am. Otherwise fairly average experience. Nice shopping center next door. Grocery and restaurants.

Friendly staff and a pleasant breakfast can't really redeem the slightly run-down feeling hotel. If you're in town looking for a place to spend one night, this is acceptable.

Rooms have all you need. Couch, fridge, microwave, space I always stay comfort suites.

They do not change the sheets every night. Not a fan. Friendly staff and great pool. Did enjoy my stay.

It's nice and overall average. My biggest complaint would be there aren't any towel racks in the bathroom in the room we are staying in. You can see where they used to be but none as of right now.

You get what it says on the tin. Rooms were large and tidy, Provided breakfast was ample with good selection. No complaints, everything was adequate, but didn't have much wow — factor.

Safe and clean lodgings. There are three restaurants on the other side of the parking lot. Quiet and comfortable.

Would be nice if this place actually turned on the a/c for a unit prior to a guest's arrival, apparently this is lost on them, I don't find an 80 degree room comfortable, and trying to open the window to air things out reveals that the window was taped into the window frame, probably just bad luck but not impressed, not at all worth 112 dollars.

Room was okay. Breakfast was not good biscuits hard and cold. Waffle syrup had a strange taste. Asked for a wake up call and did not get it!

My wife was alone in our hotel room just getting out of the shower, with the "Do Not Disturb" sign in the key slot. However, she heard someone attempting to use the key slot and didn't respond when she loudly asked who was there. The door was opened but the manual bolt prohibited the person to come in. Again, she called out hoping it was me and not a stranger or house keeping. She quickly locked herself inside the bathroom. No answer. No explanation. We informed the front desk as soon as I heard of the story. Though the lady was cordial, she very much shrugged it off by saying that it was probably house keeping and they don't speak English. They can't read the sign nor knock & say "House Keeping" when attempting to enter a room. Though I have never been to a hotel that hasn't knocked first! She said that they will still try to clean the room even if the sign is posted… so what is the point of the "Do Not Disturb" sign if you specifically don't want to be disturbed or worse yet, have someone walk right in the door? It is not comforting to have someone try to walk in, nor have a person in authority act so casually about and to top it, assume that the staff won't be more careful in the future. She never apologized nor implied that she will talk to house keeping. Or that there was a key mistake. We left feeling uncomfortable about what happened just as much as before we told the front desk.

I stay at this location all the time and have never had any issues. The rooms are nice and new updates have been completed recently. I believe the new updates even added a refrigerator in all rooms. (Previously you had to get a little higher priced room to get a fridge). The staff are always very nice and know me by name. The location is good and there are several restaurants in the vicinity. It is far enough away from the interstate that you don't get a lot of noise. The prices are reasonable and the university isn't very far from this hotel.
