Easy check in clean room not a bad price at all. Definitely recommend.

Brand new facility and very nice. Full kitchenette with stove, full fridge, plates, bowls and utensils. The only down side is they don't serve breakfast, but do offer coffee and fruit.

Clean. Good staff. Management will not credit you for other people you recommend to stay there. Only bad thing about the place.

Good hotel… little pricey for what it is but was very convenient to the interstate and the school.

Great hotel. Left my nice electric toothbrush in the room and they are keeping it at the front desk for me until I return next week. Very friendly staff.

Very nice hotel! Have stayed here several times and never had any issues. Only one complaint this time though. We had just checked in and a lady from the hotel knocked and said there was a noise complaint. She then came back and said sorry it was the wrong room. Later when we were eating McDonalds take out, another hotel staffer came back and said there was another noise complaint. No radios or TVs were on at this time; we were just eating. Either get thicker walls, better insulation, or figure out what room the noise is coming from before accusing someone of a noise complaint. We heard people across the hall sounding like a party but we were accused of the noise. Its like you cant fart without being accused of a violation… only next time accuse the people causing the noise, not people just eating a burger.

Apparently being an IHG member means nothing really I recently stayed at one of the hotels in Wichita and was an excellent experience. I was charged 15$ pet fee. Here at this location it's $100 non refundable. Lost me as a customer.

Very satisfied with my stay. Rooms were well kept. Free Wi-Fi, 24 hour gym access, DVD player in my room with access to my choice of DVDs in the lobby. But if you're just looking to watch regular Tv, they have several channel selections through Cox. Room also had a full kitchen. Including a set of dishes such as cups, cookware and silverware. Also a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker and freezer so there was never a need for filling my ice bucket (but they do have the machines for it). The only issue I had with the hotel was, you could hear everything above you. But other than that, this was just an overall amazing hotel. And the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for nice place to stay.

Great location! Wonderful staff! Always willing to help with whatever needs you may have. Rooms are always clean, plus they have a pantry for any needs you may have with decent prices.

Very clean and professional enviroment. The staff was ready to answer all questions we had. Food was delicious as well!

First, they gave away the room we reserved, the one they gave us was too small for the five of us, towel rack broken, floor dirty. All we wanted to do was rest.

Never seen a Candlewood with an available community filtered ice machine before, which is a surprising perk for this location. I also for lucky and ended up with one of the rooms that had wired Ethernet is still available, which seems to be a dying feature for these hotels. Location is pretty good too, lots of cheap places to eat nearby.

Rooms were clean but small for a double bed room.

It was clean and the front desk was polite l.
The room was nice the only down side was the ventilation from the living room to Bedroom was hard to control on the suite, otherwise pleasant stay.
We will stay there again.

I have officially made this hotel as my place to stay when I am in Fayetteville. It won me the 1st night I book them in August, 2016. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, & cleaned. The staff is wonderful & delightful. The location is very convenient to restaurants, convenience stores, Wal-Mart, and less than 2 miles from University of Arkansas. This is the main reason for our visit. Now if you're looking for pool it does not have. Rooms are spacious n have a kitchenette. I will give them a 3 1/2 star out of five.

I will be avoiding the Candlewood Suites for awhile based on my experience trying to check in tonight. Standard procedure they asked for my credit card, which they ran but was declined. I called my bank and communicated the issue. They informed me it was a glitch with the merchant's system. I asked the gentleman working the desk to manually enter. He was agitated nevertheless he did try it… it was declined. He told me of a new system that supposedly prevents employees from physically handling customer credit cards. Ok great… that doesn't concern me. He pointed the finger at my bank instead with my card rejection. When I asked for management. He said that wouldn't make a difference because the glitch was unfixable from their end. Maybe this is true to an extent, but his intransigent reluctance was really off putting. He told me my card was the only guest he had that night having problems. He encouraged me to stay to observe a card transaction with an arbitrary incoming guest. Yeah… right. Completely unhelpful! Needless to say I walked out and took my business elsewhere. I went to another hotel and they ran my card. It was declined, but after I provided them the instructions my bank gave me as I did to the employee at the Candlewood earlier. It was resolved and my card was electronically approved.

The staff was pleasant and room was clean. Nice borrowing section for games and items you might need. Had a problem with the plumbing and it didn't get resolved when I was there. That's why 4 instead of 5, otherwise nice place.

Not because I've ever stayed here, but because you have a desk clerk that was short (with her answer), rude and a bit snippy with me over the phone, while check availability and rates.
With people like that, I don't believe I would have booked a room just for the attitude. I had my phone on speaker, and even my son asked what she just said.
Maybe have a class with your clerks on phone etiquette.

Good location; close to everything including the university. A bit too far from Dickson Street to walk, but price and kitchenette was worth it. Room was OK for the price; could withstand some updating or general maintenance to wood on cabinets/mirror.

Love the stay. Wish I could of stayed longer. Room was awesome. The shuttle to the wedding I was attending was great.

I love the Candlewood Suites because the rooms are affordable and equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals.

It was very nice. The staff was great. There was an issue with ac in our first room and the staff let us switch rooms and we really helpful.

I will NEVER go back again the first hotel I ever saw with out a swimming pool, they wanted go down the road to pay to swim. Service SUCKS big time this hotel must be for Senior citizen.

I'm not sure what staff people are dealing with that aren't helpful but my experience with the staff was fantastic. They were very helpful and accommodating. To the point of even helping when a mistake with a 3rd party put my reservation on the wrong day. The rooms themselves are also quite nice, with the only possible thing that could have been better being the chair that was in our room having some scratches. A pretty minor issue in my eyes and one likely cause by careless guests and not the hotel itself.

This place has a serious lack of professionalism from the point you walk in the door to the point you decide it isn't worth the overpriced rooms to stay and deal with rude staff and managers. They lack cohesion and structure enough to consistently contridict one another on necessary information.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were modern and clean. Business center was small (2 computers, 1 laser printer) but did come in handy. Wifi in room was weak but still usable.

I would advise against staying with this property. Though the rooms were nice enough when it came to checking in and the attendant recognizing that I was there for a cycling competition. They failed to realize that I had confirmed my reservation directly through Expedia, which if you haven't used them yet they charge your card upfront for the stay, and changed the rate and recharged my card. I did not realize this until after I returned home. Upon that time I contacted the hotel to advise them of the discrepancy. Which they took my info and last four of my card and stated that they would refund the card. After a week of looking over my credit card statement and not see the credit. I contacted the hotel back once again asking for the Manager to call me back, which he did not. After several more phone calls and him not calling back again. I did more research of my own after one of the attendants faxed me the refund information. I found out they refunded Expedia's direct account and not my credit card that I gave to the Manager, Destin. So now I after a month of dealing with Expedia because of this hotel's lack of knowledge of refunds, I have yet to still receive my refund of over 173 dollars from Expedia. Word to the wise do not stay at this hotel or use Expedia for anything. Another note, I contacted ICH group regarding this property and nothing has been done on their end either. I guess just one more phone call I have to make.
