The staff were very courteous and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was also in a quiet area so it was peaceful.

Table 28 is a great restaurant located inside The Burgundy Hotel. Very tasty food. Enjoyed every bite!

We stayed at the Burgundy Hotel after our wedding in the presidential whirlpool suite. The staff and the room was amazing! A bottle of champagne in the room for us and breakfast in bed the next morning just made the stay perfect!

I was a fan of Table 28 l. Awesome food, Fantastic Service, wonderful atmosphere. However, the hotel is absolutely marvelous. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The design of the hotel, chic and modern yet comfortable. This is a treasure, tucked away and ideal. I am now a fan of the hotel!

I love this hotel! When I came in, the staff left two mint chocolates! I was also reading the reviews, and saw that the general manager is Shannon Clark. Hey Shannon! You are really running a great hotel! I just love it! My stay is going pretty good! I have a nice bed, and TV! I will definitely come back here again!

I really like the hotel’s styling! It is modern and beautiful! I like how the hotel isn’t too crowded either. The rooms are in general pretty good. The staff seem very friendly, and do a good job cleaning up my room My room has a nice glass looking five blade ceiling fan that runs pretty good. I also had a nice looking electronic fireplace that warms up the room pretty good! The bathroom toiletries are also nice! The hotel room that I had also had a nice kitchenette which comes with a coffee machine! The bathroom door also slides which seems kind of nice. But however, a room isn’t without its flaws. For starters, after I got the key, I came up to see my room door wide open. It was clean and fresh. I assumed that the staff just finished cleaning and forgot to close the door. My second issue was that the bathroom sliding door’s lock was not working. I called the front desk and they said that the maintenance people weren’t on property. After a couple of hours, a lady staff member came to try to fix the door, she was unsuccessful. She said that she would be back to fix it, but no one came. Also, the electricity is all controlled by a switch. The inconvenience to this, is that it stops all power outlets and turns off all lamps. My iPhone 6s Plus charger stopped charging after I turned off the switch. Thankfully, it didn’t stop the fan and the air conditioning system. I would recommend choosing this hotel, if you want a quiet, clean, and friendly environment to be in.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. I arrived on a Sunday around 630pm. The hotel was dark inside. The desk staff was nice but not very helpful. I asked about somewhere for dinner. I was told they didn't know what would be open so they couldn't recommend anything. How do you not know one restaurant open on a Sunday night? I drove by two chain restaurants on the way in no way they weren't open.

Here on a work trip from Dallas for Cumulus. Several cool restaurants close by. Nice rooms with modern decor. Staff are super nice. I'm going to go bug the chef. Also, love seeing the responses to user reviews here. Keep on doing it.

We booked here after a disastrous experience at a different hotel, we should have booked here first. The reception staff was accommodating, friendly and sweet. The rooms are amazing, clean and very upscale. The Burgundy needs to open more hotels so we can guarantee a great stay.

When you walk in, the hotel lobby is both impressive and comfortable with it's high atrium and warm decor. The rooms are spacious and inviting, with plenty of room for multiple people to visit. My family would stay here again.

The hotel was very nice. I loved its style. Unfortunately, a mistake was made when we were checking in. Our card was overcharged. The young lady working the front desk was very apologetic. Apparently the hotel doesn't trust their staff enough to allow them to fix mistakes. She attempted to call & text the general manager. He never responded. The next morning we spoke to a very nice young man working the front desk. He again tried to get in touch with the GM with no luck. He took my card and said he would have the GM call me. 3 hours later we had not heard from him. We went back to the hotel. He let me stand in the lobby for 15 minutes before finally coming out to talk to me. After another 45 minutes the issue was resolved. Shannon (the GM) never apologized and made me feel like I was a pain in the neck wasting his time.

Super cute, clean, quiet boutique hotel. We were in room 108, which is right in the middle of the first floor across from the restaurant, and we didn't hear any of the noise from the bustling bar. Anytime we visit Little Rock, we'll definitely be staying here!

Lovely boutique hotel in an urban setting. Beautiful, quiet, clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Bathroom has all the extras. We didn't get a chance to try restaurant but it is highly rated. The secluded pool area also had fire pit. We would definitely recommend.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel when we were in town for a concert. We'd researched hotels in the area and chose this one based on pictures and good reviews. We were impressed by the the hotel lobby and the updated room when we arrived. Our overall experience was good, although we did experience a problem during our stay. I reported the issue upon our departure and the manager contacted me shortly after. The manager went above and beyond expectations investigating and remediating the problem, while making sure I was a satisfied customer. He was extremely friendly throughout the process, and I was impressed by the level of pride and ownership he clearly takes in his job.

Very clean, super friendly staff, comfortable beds, room service was delicious, no issues with parking. It was beyond my expectations and I'll definitely be back!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with our 2 young kids. The overall condition and appearance of the hotel is good, which is why I am giving it any stars. Both nights in the hotel there was a large and very rowdy crowd staying there who were partying in the large courtyard that all the rooms look out onto. The noise was incredibly high and kept waking up my kids. I asked them to please try and keep it down, but nothing worked. Then I started to call the front desk and have them get security involved, but was told that they would look into it. 30 minutes later there was no difference. I am shocked the hotel staff would allow this. Noise travels like crazy in this hotel.

Great hotel to stay. Beds are comfortable and room has plenty of space. A couple of small maintenance did leave a bit to desire. But for the comfort the hotel still gets a 5 star for me.

First time staying here, I'm truly impress, home away from home. The service is great! Even though they ran my credit card through twice, the Manager Shannon called me back and corrected the issue and gave me a discount for my troubles. I will be back!

Stayed for five days and loved every one of them. The hotel lobby has a New Orleans courtyard hotel feel to it which is very charming. Front desk, housekeeper, manager, it didn't matter who you came in contact with, you'd always get the same warm and friendly personality that really made you feel welcome. Rooms where clean upon arrival and stayed clean throughout our visit. Was worried about the location because we wanted to spend a lot of time downtown but it worked great. Very convenient to jump on the highway and get wherever you wanted very quickly. Will stay there again and again.

Beautiful hotel. Great service from the staff. My only complaint is that there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom area of the suite and neither the staff nor I could figure out the source. But other than that, I had a fantastic time. Table 28 was quite the experience. Every course was delicious and the cocktails were perfect. A bit on the strong side, but that's how I prefer my drinks. One of my favorite parts of the visit was my waitress, Kristen. She was very personable and knowledgeable of the menu. She helped to guide us through the menu and made great recommendations. The quail lollipops and the sticky toffee cake are TO DIE FOR! I'll come back just for those items and to chat with Kristen!

This hotel is beautiful, unexpectedly so. I don't know much about the little rock area, but I would think it's one of the nicer places around. The exterior is very classic and the lobby area is very nice. The rooms have a more contemporary feel with sliding bathroom doors, backlit mirrors, and sleek furniture. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall the hotel was nice. The bed was a little uncomfortable but for a hotel mattress pretty good. No free breakfast which was a little disappointing and there food was relatively expensive.

The pool area. The pool is why I loved it. I'm in hotels all the time. This one was extra luxurious.

Very nice hotel. Warm friendly staff. Clean. Well furnished, with upscale decor. Room was a double bed suite with lots of space to spread out. Bathroom was beautifully appointed with a barn door, open channel faucet and marble counters. Only complaints are minor. Pool hours could be a little longer (currently 9 to 9), and the fitness center is skimpy. It is a small room with only a treadmill, stationary bike and elliptical machine — no weights, bench, mat, or room for any of this. Lastly, the refrigerator in our room had its door mounted the wrong way — facing into the wall. So, it was very challenging to get into. Despite the minor quibbles, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

The Burgundy Hotel is a great small hotel, with all suite rooms I believe. Everyone is extremely helpful, but I especially loved how energetic the front desk staff was to help with anything you might need. Very nice place, and my new West Little Rock goto hotel for sure!

Very nice room. Spacious, two TVs, couch, two beds. Very modern. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel itself was small but nice looking overall when we pulled up. The curb appeal was nice although there could have been more flowers and color in the entrance and front of the house. We decided to get away for a Valentines weekend and we were delighted when we were greeted by a very nice gentleman at the desk named Kevin. He greeted us with a friendly smile and was very helpful with making us feel right at home and assisting with our needs. Subsequently, the following evening he was working again and it was refreshing to see the same friendly faces during our stay. When we got to the room we were also pleasantly surprised. The room had a bed and nice sitting area and the decor was newly updated which made the room feel light and very inviting. We tried to eat at the restaurant, which we were really excited about because of the great reviews but unfortunately we were turned away because we didn't have a reservation, despite the fact that almost all the tables were empty at the time. It was a bit frustrating for us. Kudos: Kevin and the housekeeping staff were fantastic during our stay and we couldn't have asked for better service! Letdowns: Restaurant, only because we were not seated, although we do hope to secret shop and review this location soon for everyone. We recommend this hotel.

Just spent 3 days at this wonderful boutique hotel in suburban NW Little rock — it has been completely remodeled into an all suite 3 story hotel with Gourmet dinning, swimming pool, beautiful atrium, fully stocked with your fav scotchs and the best front desk mgr I have ever known — Kim — shes a movie buff with quite a knowledgeable background, she if you can stump her — she's a lot of fun, so is Brenda for breakfast and Alex for the above referenced Scotch! Have fun and relax on their wonderful beds PS — price is a steal.

The Best Western Burgundy is like a boutique hotel and the employees are truly warm and inviting. I missed breakfast but the staff offered to reopen the kitchen and made my son and I breakfast. Wonderful experience.

Very cheap for the accommodations and ambience of the hotel. Very clean and nice hotel rooms with great service. A great find as we are traveling through and needed a place to stay. Definitely recommend the Burgundy!

Great Stay. My mom and I went to LR for a dr appt. We had never stayed here before and this will be where we stay again in the future! Dont worry about being scared of what youll get when you get there, because it looks just like the pictures show.

I stayed here on a recent trip while driving through Little Rock. This was probably the nicest room I've ever stayed in, in the $100/night range. The room was very modern, clean and the bed was really comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. The room was very spacious.

It was a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was really good! My room was very spacious. The folks are very hospitable. Stayed for 3 nights and sleeped like a baby. Thank you to the staff.

Almost perfect. Normally I could care less about TV, but the Olympics are on right now. To Best Western corporate/management, 1987 called, they want their standard definition channels back. Does anyone know what year it is? Why purchase flat screen digital tv's for all your rooms, and not sign up for HD channels? Its like buying a Ferrari and than placing a 4 cylinder engine in it. Amazes me how many hotels do this. It makes absolutely no sense. Your not impressing anyone by having only half of the technology. Your just proving that your only half smart. Are the local cable companies giving you free TV or major discounts if you allow them to advertise their crappy service to your hotel customers? If so, let them know that their "genius" marketing is not working, because people like me just turn the TV off as soon as we realize there are no high def channels. Unfortunately, I have to waste about 20 minutes of clicking through 572 spanish and asian channels to figure this out. The only time I ever watch "regular TV" without a DVR is at hotels. Its bad enough that I am forced to watch the commercials. At least let me watch "have you been injured in a car accident, a fall, spilled hot coffee on your lap (even though they are all your fault). " in high definition glory. If your not gonna get HD channels, put the old tube TV's back and throw in a sweet 28K dial up modem for my laptop. I want the full old school experience, not just half.

I will always stay here when I come to Little Rock, which will be yearly. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Brenda was wonderful with our breakfasts! I felt I was in her home. The service and special attention I received from everyone was special.
