Again I was upgraded my river view room and nice valet parking service. Highly recommendation to book direct to the hotel website, I was accidentally booked the room through reservation. Com and they charged more expensive.

The valet supervisor was very helpful and very attentive to our needs even though it was very hectic and a lot of cars coming in and out thank you on be half of my mother. Our handicap room and regular rooms we’re very nice.

We found this hotel on our road trip to North Arkansas for business. This hotel was amazing! The rooms are a good size and very comfy. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was absolutely amazing! We had the pork chop dinner and beef tip appetizer for dinner. The flavor was perfect! The carrot cake and cheesecake were out of this world! If you are in Little Rock, this hotel is hands down the best place to stay.

Friendly staff, beautiful location and easy to get too. Room is very nice. We were hungry so we went downstairs and had a drink and some food. Both were great. Would stay here again.

Worst Marriott experience of my life. No heat to say the least, after getting settled in our room on the 19th floor and turning on the heat. We went to grab a bite to eat to come back to our cold room, checked the heater again. Contacted the front desk and the attendant states “o yes we are experiencing problems with the heat but they are working on it”. We can bring you a heater until it gets fixed or move to another room. The room was selected based on the view of the nightly lighted bridge and to be memorable birthday moment. The maintenance attendant brought the heater and reassured that the heater was being worked on a pipe busted so the plumbing was affecting the heat. We tried throughout the night to see if the heat was fixed still no heat and room still cold due to temperature dropping throughout the night. No parking, No breakfast, No room service, No microwave! No answer at the Heritage Restaurant! Again, worst Marriott Birthday experience! Rm 1927 (11.29-11.30)

There were no drawers for clothes, no mini fridge, no microwave and 25.00 to park your car, overpriced for what you get.

Very friendly and helpful. Great facility for our choir convention. Room was clean and quiet and beds were very comfortable. Our only disappointment was the breakfast buffet our first morning there. Although $14 is a fair price for a buffet, we did not get our money's worth due to the lack of food available. It was almost 30 minutes before the eggs, bacon, etc were replenished and what little was there was cold. By that time, we had run out of time to eat. We chose other places to dine for breakfast the remainder of our stay. My husband is a Gold Elite Member and has traveled extensively. He stated that this was not up Marriott standards.

Little Rock Marriott is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable affording a great nights sleep. The housekeeping is very attentive and the room service delicious. Location is close to everything we wanted/needed to do. I highly recommend if you are planning to stay downtown Little Rock.

My husband and I are traveling through Little Rock and needed so stay overnight. The Hotel staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. The design and decor of the hotel are wonderful. We have enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable price. The location was perfect for me, valet was super nice and helpful, amenities were great and the room was exceptional.

Stopped in have dinner before a show at the Robinson. The Heritage Grill was very good. Would highly recommend the steak. Prices are manageable. Service was top notch and friendly.

First, the bad: Four-Star hotel with parking two blocks away, no pool, no mini-fridge in the room, and valet pricing is ridiculous. Very disappointed for the price paid. Holiday Inn Express has better amenities. Super 8 has better amenities! Now the good: Nice, clean rooms, pet friendly if you have them, staff is very courteous, beds are comfortable. Walking distance from downtown. Not much else. I thought I was staying somewhere elegant. Yeah, it's nice, but I won't be staying here again. Disappointed.

Excellent rooms and service. Comfy beds and reliable thermostat (that's important, to me). The only issue is the parking… valet only, but it's very reliable. Despite having to pay for valet, I would definitely recommend.

It's centrally located and great hotel with a first floor Concierge Lounge. Starbucks in the lobby. The only problem for me was I expected the concierge lounge to be bustling like the one in the French Quarter in NOLA but it was like no-mans land. I never even saw a bartender or a bottle of wine!

This hotel is pretty good, but it is somewhat dated like most inner city hotels. The lobby area is impressive, the elevators are cool, and Starbucks within the hotel is nice. The core of the river is nice, and the location is is great being right in the heart of downtown. The room is underwhelming having only basic amenities such as crappy coffee pot and ironing board. The bathroom setup is fairly standard, but it's sightly larger than I anticipated. The shower is the standard tub/shower combo. You don't get the room amenities that you get with modern hotels such as newer Home2 suites or Hyatt House, but you get a great location with good views.

Good hotel in an amazing location. Walking distance to the river market so you can easily and safely go enjoy yourself at the local bars and walk back (or stumble) to the hotel. Plenty of rooms with great views of the city and river. Tidy and clean with polite staff. Only complain is every time I go there they seem to be renovating something. Which sometimes can be disruptive, but not during times you'd typically be sleeping.

We were staying here as part of the pageant for Miss junior high, high school, collegiate America held in June. The Hotel is beautiful but lacks a lot of amenities that most hotels have as standard. First of all when we got there they had no parking garage and the people here at the hotel didn’t seem to know where we could park. Then we got to our room there is no drawer space whatsoever, no refrigerator, No microwave. The hotel has no pool. The handicap shower grab bar is on the wrong end of the bathtub. You can’t grab the bar and step out of the bathtub because the toilet is there. The bar should be at the foot of the tab not at the head. At one time only one of the four elevators worked. And then, last but certainly not least, we received a note under our door that they were going to rekey all the locks in the hotel… not a good time to do that since there was a pageant going on and the hotel was full. Extremely disappointed and would not stay here again.

Pure disappointment. Housekeeping was inadequate — we had to request cleaning at 5 pm and at 11 pm it still wasn't cleaned. When they finally cleaned our room they failed to remove dirty dishes, clean the bathroom sink and replace towels. No refrigerator in room. Waiter was rude when we ordered breakfast. Food took 30 minutes to come out. $20 Room service was half a sandwich with our forgotten side. Staff was slow and unfriendly. Won't be back.

Not the best Starbucks experience, but at least it is just a walk away from the room. Staff is friendly, and rooms are nice. Not the coolest bathrooms or showers, but they work. If they ever do a renovation, hope they will put walk in showers. Would be nice if they made this into a JW Marriott. Overall good place to stay, just would like to see it upgraded.

I stayed one night at this very nice hotel; alas, I did not remember to pack my iPhone charging cord when I left. I called back to check to see if it had been turned into Lost and Found. It had not, but I was told to check back again. I called back again the next day and talked to Mr. John Curry, head of Security. He took my number so that if he found it, he could call me. The next day, he called and said he had found it and would FedEx it to me without charge. This type of service deserves to be recognized. Thank you again, Mr. Curry!

We reserved the Executive Suite for our annual birthday weekend celebration, and we were upgraded to the Governors Suite when we arrived! It was such an amazing surprise! The Suite was mind-blowing! The view; incredible! We had reserved the couples getaway package with champagne service upon arrival and breakfast for two in the morning. We also received chocolate-covered strawberries! Delicious! We felt like we were living in the lap of luxury, and we truly were! We received all of this, ordered room service, and ate dinner in our own private dining room! The splendors we experienced were worth every cent of expenditure we paid! We are doing this again!

The little Rock Marriott was absolutely beautiful. It has a very open lobby with marble and clean cut edges everywhere. The rooms match the lobby with the modern vibe and modern toned colors that make any professional feel inspired. I was a bit disappointed there wasn't a fridge in the room and I was also woken up by the housekeeper at 8:00am on a Sunday. Make sure to put your privacy tags on early!

This is the old Peabody Hotel, but trust me when I say Marriott spent some money on up grades. The M Lounge has a very welcoming feel. Great location for walking to restaurants.

The hotel in general is nice, big and clean. I didn't like the fact that they only offered the valet parking service. We brought a lot of valuables into the van, and although nothing was lost, we were not left alone to leave the keys to the staff. We did not like that the hotel did not offer breakfast service; We are at Homewoods by Hilton and Spring Hills by Marriott and both offer full breakfasts. We were unable to enter the bar as that same night there was a conference and the space so small was not designed for so many people. So we didn't have so much fun that night because of so many limitations.

Very good experience! Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, and overall great stay. We loved the hotel and would stay again. It was a very busy weekend and they made it easy to get in and out. Thanks to the whole staff.

The employees were excited to help me navigate booking and billing and any problems I had were resolved with no hassle. This was the best experience I have had with any hotel and would highly recommend booking with them. They are also positioned in the middle of downtown so dining and museums were well within walking distance. Book with them if you plan to go to Little Rock! :)

My entire experience was filled with Southern charm and hospitality, and the professionalism, customer service mindset, and attentiveness to guests needs made it such an easy, comfortable and memorable stay. Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms. The view of the AR River from the windows on the North side is amazing. Staff is attentive and helpful. Danny Jo Crofford was a pleasure to speak with. He is a true asset to this property.

Pros: The hotel is huge with a contemporary design. Decent sized rooms. Microwave and Fridge located within personal hotel room. Great location — a block or two from the main street. Friendly staff. Cons: Hotel restaurant does not stay open late. Make sure to ALWAYS check your bee before you lay in it — no matter where you are at. My friend laid in his bed before checking it and felt something wet on the mattress. Come to find out it was urine! They changed the sheets but the person before him peed on the mattress. So it looked clean until she sat on the bed and sunk in it.

The staff is always kind and welcoming here. The M lounge is a fantastic added value — being able to grab some fruit, drinks, breakfast, appetizers, and also have the ability to go to a nice lounge to work. The hotel is beautiful from the entrance all the way up to the room. They have multiple rooms to accommodate your stay, some even having a full upstairs room as well. Thank you for everything y'all do. I try to make this hotel my choice to stay everytime while staying in Little Rock.

The hotel has an exceptional beauty to it from the interior high ceilings at the lobby that allows you to look down to the lobby aayou get off the elevator to the impressive views of the river in most rooms. The valet service is prompt and dynamic. The gym facility is robust, well maintained and clean. The room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was unique in a positive way. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next stay.

This was my second experience at this property & my first, about a year ago was great. However, this was not the experience that I am accustomed to when staying at a Marriott property. The first room they put us in the heat wasn't working, instead of moving us they sent engineering. When the heat was fixed the unit blew out a strong odor of mildew. We asked to be moved. The second room was not comparable to the room we had booked so they moved us again. Then we went to the lounge for a drink, it was like someone had died in there. It was freezing cold & the one attendant didn't know the difference between bourbon & scotch. Finally in the room, the sheets didn't fit the beds which made for two very "lumpy" nights of almost no sleep. After the first night of mildew bomb & no sleep, I was sick, had to go to urgent care. The second night was not much better & breakfast the next morning was a train wreck so the server comped it. The staff are all very nice & eager to serve but it seems that they had some communication issues & it was as if they were all new to the job. Maybe they were. I will stay loyal to Marriott but from now on, I will stick with the Courtyard down the street.

Everyone at the hotel did an outstanding job their rooms are beautiful the food was lovely and our waiter Duane and the restaurant was absolutely a delight. We had the need to have a non feather comforter and pillows and housekeeping was there in a matter of minutes and changed everything out for us. The hotel is a lovely experience it's nice to feel.

We really enjoyed our stay here over the weekend. The hotel is updated, and the rooms are larger than average from what I could tell. The beds were among some of the most current comfortable I have slept on in a while. Try and get a room with a view of the river, it's pretty spectacular! Everything was very comfortable about the stay. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby, and the location of the hotel is a short walking distance from the Clinton Library and many restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful. A fountain in the lobby that is visually appealing and the sound of the water is soothing. The seating in the lobby is very plush and relaxing. The food at my catered event was so flavorful. Great place!

First the valet service is exceptional. Great group of young men! Rooms were too dark. Even during the day with curtains open the rooms were dark. No lighting by closet so unable to see clothing. Beds were not made unless we took the linen completely off. Only one restaurant choice and not a huge selection on room service menu. Great location to the River Market shops and restaurants. Would not stay at this location if I can back to Little Rock.

The Hotel itself is really nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was the Flies and the maid service never made up our beds. There were flies everywhere so much so that I asked a room attendant if he can bring some fly spray. He said that he would notify maintenance but no one ever came. We left Saturday morning to go run some errands. Maid service was supposed to come, they came left fresh towels, took out the trash but did not make up the bed or thoroughly clean the room. That was very disappointing. I would stay there again but I would have to stay on top of the service crew.

Went for dinner but the restaurant was closed. Was able to have drinks and food from a mini menu. It was so good! Hopefully can eat at restaurant soon.

We were there with a group. My wife and I were given a room with two beds although we had requested a king. We weren't concerned until we realized it was two full beds and not two queen beds. I know they are request and not guarantees, but as early as we checked in, I am sure not all the king rooms in that large hotel were filled. When I inquired Just a short time later there were no kings available, which I find hard to believe. The food for the venue we were attending was mediocre at best all three days. Room only had one chair to sit in and that was the desk chair. Not conducive to relaxing. Parking attendants were super nice. Front desk seemed a bit confused and timid. We won't stay there again.

This hotel is nice & updated; however, it lacks in multiple areas. It could be a great choice for someone in on business, but NOT for some one who plans to visit for fun. After reading multiple reviews since we left & our visit, I will not return. We traveled with a decent size group (13) to see a concert. Before arriving, I was excited to stay here because I attended a conference here a few years ago, but did not stay in the conference hotel. When we arrived, we were unaware that valet was the only parking option. The valet attendant, at the time, assured us our vehicle would stay parked in the side lot during our stay. Then we attempted to check in. The front desk attempted to give us 2 king rooms for 8 adults. After finding the email confirmation with 2 double queen rooms, we were able to check in. We then went to the first room & dropped bags off & proceeded to the next room. That's when the 12th floor elevator doors tried to SHUT when I walked through them, leaving a massive bruise & knot. After this excitement we realized rooms did not have refrigerators, a common accommodation in the cheapest to most expensive hotels. The night proceeded & we returned from the concert. We attempted to go to my vehicle & grab something before bed. My vehicle was GONE! Once we tracked down the valet attendants & my vehicle, it took every bit of 45 minutes to be brought back. The valet attendants received every bit of our frustration, but management needs to be aware.

Had a great room right next to the convention center where the great Arkansas beer festival was held. Great service at the front desk. Be sure to hang the do not disturb sign if you want to sleep in and take full advantage of the noon checkout time or you may have housekeeping try walking in the room around 9am like they did me. Overall it's was a pretty great experience though.

I attended a roof top party there that was for the Firefighters. This event was a very professional event, social gathering with adults and it was an amazing experience. The music outside was more of a hip hop feel and there was a live band inside. The security was on top of the event. Little Rock needs more events of this class. Extremely proud of the sponsors of this event. A pleasant and professional night out in the city of Little Rock.

Full Service Marriott is just that. Full service. I stay here just about every time I need to be in Little Rock over night. Walking distance to MANY great places to eat. Good view from either side of the building.

Got a room at the last minute and everything went smoothly and easily. Booked online, pulled up front and valet parked, checked in, then went to my room to get ready. Food and drinks are pricey, but you're downtown and only a block or two away from all the restaurants and bars.

Very nice rooms, I had a great view of the river. Staff was very nice. It's close to lots of restaurants and shopping downtown, all within walking distance. There are also several bars and live music and the Rep theater for entertainment.

I stayed at the Marriott last year in May for 2 nights. I really enjoyed the stay, except there was no pool, no hot tub, and drinks were WAY too expensive. Thanks goodness I brought my cooler and a case of beer. Otherwise, the adult beverage consumption would have been minimal, very minimal. The one other thing that really blew my mind was the morning coffee. Yes, you get a little mud brewer in your room, but I could not find any brewed coffee anywhere except after walking 2 miles to our meeting area, which was all they way over towards the River Market side of the property. Needless to say, I feel for the price and the beauty of this place, the lobby downstairs should have tanks of hot coffee, for those of us who have to start our day with decent joe. As for the pool, and hot tub, I just cannot believe that one. Even your cheapest of cheap places have these amenities with your stay. Maybe some day they will add them. I sure thought when it was the Peabody, they had pool and hot tub. But, that has been quite some time ago. All in all, not a bad place to stay. Just bring extra $$$$$ with you for valet parking at $22.00 a day. There is no where else to park. Also, if you want decent coffee, might want to bring a coffee pot, coffee and filters from home, as it is the only you will find close to your room, unless you like their "idea" of coffee in the little room coffee maker! (YUCK) And make sure you relax in the shower or bath, since no other water to get in while there.

The place is amazingly pretty. I only needed it one night for Navy MEPS. Water bottles in the room are $3 no fridge to bring food for kids there oatmeal is $8 a bowl. This place is over my budget — — but I have to see my son off to Boot camp.

Stayed for new years, party was good. We made reservations for two rooms, we requested city view with king bed in both but got double beds and river view. The rooms do not have refrigerators. But it wasn't a big deal since we were there only to party and not for the rooms.

Clean, friendly, available rooms but no room service, does have small breakfast, Huddle House across road, Quiet, Restful. CLOSE to Airport. NOT too expensive, 90.00 with aarp.

This Hotel was amazing! Extremely clean valet was impeccable every employee was so nice and accommodating. My little boy wanted a grown up glass for his soda and they obliged. Just an all around great vacation. My husband loved the beds so I am trying to find out who the manufacturer is for them so we can get one. Highly Highly recommend this hotel. tm.

Never have I enjoyed a hotel stay like I did here. From the valet, bellman, front desk to random employees walking by, everyone was friendly, polite, sincere! Hotel spotless, as was the room, Heritage Grill was great & so was the waitstaff. Rates surprisingly good. People on the street friendly too. Eat at the Flying Saucer, good ciders & beers & the Kick Ass Chicken sandwich is to die for, so was the Turkey Meltdown!

The hotel and rooms were really nice. I was staying here for a wedding so I had to call to make my reservations to get them for the wedding discounted price. I had to call 3 times to finally get someone to pick up. When they did answer, they put me on hold for 10 minutes only to figure out I needed to talk to a different person. I was transferred where I was on hold for another 5 minutes. When I made my reservation I asked for a room with one king bed. At check-in I requested a room with one king bed. I walked into a room with two queen size beds. Again, I was in town for a wedding and did not have time to deal with getting in changed. I just figured 2 requests would have been enough to let them know which type of room I wanted. Also, the only parking they provide is valet that is $22/day. They told me I could park on the street for free since it was the weekend or I could go a block over and park at the Double Tree. I will not be staying here. It is not worth the price tag for what you get. The only reason I didn't give them one star was because the room and beds were nice and comfortable.

Nice rooms, the staff must not like working here as EVERYONE seemed to have a very matter of fact/it is what it is attitude. Most of all the people I encountered here in Arkansas while walking across country have been the most kind and hospitable but these folks definitely were not.

The absolute best service. Valet knew our names, gave us directions, very personal yet professional. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Staff was helpful and very friendly. Hotel is in relatively good condition and has great walking access to the capital and river market. The hotel has almost no amenities to go along with its high price tag (I. E. No pool, hot tub, spa, etc. ). The restaurant off the lobby was extremely overpriced and the food was not particularly impressive. Starbucks was the same way. I would stay here again but it would not necessarily be my first pick.

Has anyone been to the old Peabody Hotel in Little Rock since Marriott took it over? My wife checked in on Sunday, August 3rd. Monday morning there was no hot water in the entire hotel ALL DAY. She had to take an absolutely cold shower Monday morning. There was no apology, no compensation of any kind. When it was first discovered, they gave my wife another room that morning, but it didn’t matter. Also, Sunday night there was no internet, and they told her they couldn’t do anything about it because they “would have to go into another guest’s room to reboot it”. What’s with that? Also, the key card to the second room would not work and it took her going down to the front desk THREE TIMES before they got it to work. Then, when she got back to her room that evening, the room had not been cleaned. Sure, the bed had not been slept in, but the bathroom and shower had been used (dirty towels, wash cloth, etc. ). Again, no apology, nothing but “We’ll be sure and get it in the morning”. Tuesday night the red message lights on both phones flashed. The front desk didn't know how to turn them off. I joined my wife for Thursday and Friday. The new décor and atmosphere in the hotel is AWFUL! It’s the perfect example of poor taste and coldness. When the hotel was The Peabody, everything was cheerful, a warm atmosphere with southern hospitality and graciousness. It is the exact opposite now. Everything is ultra, poor taste modern, in greys and black. The furniture is ridiculous.
