Cost way too much… Saw spiders, roaches, and Flies in my room. They advertise on Google at $55.00 a night. Bit, because it's Friday night it ended up being $80. What? $30 extra Buck's… Do, not staying there again.

Clean lobby. Rooms are nice for what you pay for. No complaints.

Beds were like sleeping on wood. Walls needed to be painted. They have dirty spots all over them. Honestly the only good thing about it was the AC worked great. Oh and the half naked old man standing in the hall watching kids run up and down was awesome. Drive on!

Clean and larger enough for 6 people. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, toast, oatmeal, make your own waffle, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee. However, I booked 2 room 1 for my son & family that was coming from different state and they arrived am and was advise that there room was not be available until pm when I made the reservation for that day before so no matter what time he arrived I was told he would have a room and here is problem when we went to check in our room later that night we was told that my son room was already paid for in cash for two nights see problem and we got receipt stating such and I charger the other room for 1 night because I was told the swimming pool would be open and it was not had be down for months after I asked about the pool was the main reason for staying at this hotel. Upon check out the front desk called me down to discuss my son room there was some kind of computer error which I knew was true so I paid in cash for 1 night when they wanted me to pay for 2 night but did I not say they didn't have a room available for my son when he arrived and he sleep in car before our family reunion in Wilmot… I paid them down to dime in cash but on June 1 I had a credit card charger for 83.00 on my card and on May 30 a 83.

Roaches. Everywhere. Smells like a wet dog in our room and in the hall. Air conditioner works, thats the only positive trait this room has. We paid $100 after tax for this room with 2 queen beds.

I think its due for an upgrade best place to stay in Lakevillage.

Clean rooms, nice employees, but no hot breakfast tho.

I was there a month ago and have to return on Business, I felt welcome and decided to stay there again. Great Customer Service. ❤

The entire staff were Friendly and professional, but I must say the front desk Attendant Ling went above and beyond to make sure my family stay was pleasant. Thanks Ling. ❤

Breakfast wasn't good but the employees are very nice and the rooms are very clean!

Room was nice but breakfast could have been better.

When checking in we were put in an upstairs room where hallway was being recarpeted and had to jump over a 2 foot carpet up the wall. I was told I couldn't switch rooms as I had booked on priceline. Smell so bad from new carpet husband got us moved to main floor. Main floor family living in first rooms and smells overpowering. Owners were using lobby as living room. Staff not very friendly. Furniture broken in room. Rooms need major updating. Breakfast nothing to write home about. Would I stay again. Absolutely not.

Very nice clean motel great service good breakfast very comfortable room with a recliner, that makes better than most.

Friendly staff who are very accommodating. Family run, which I personally like. Very clean. Continental breakfast leaves much to be desired. We will most definitely stay again.

Had a minor issue with the key being program to my door but it's evident that the hotel is under new renovation and everything looks nice and spacious.

The room could of been better and cleaner. There was only 1 small towel in the bathroom and plenty of wash clothes. There was dried mucus spit in bathroom on wall and edge of bathtub. The breakfast was awful. The 1 orange that was in there was dried up and rotten. You had to cook your own eggs. The oatmeal was cold. There were oatmeal pies and mini honey buns and when I opened the lid knats flew out of the container. The milk was sitting out and there wasn't any water or orange juice. There wasn't even any dry cereal. No bacon no sausage just cold oatmeal and eggs left in a bowl to crack open and cook on a hot skillet. The staff was very friendly. The room was so hot and muggy even after I turned the air conditioner down that I could hardly sleep or even want to stay in the room. The chair and ottoman was old and dirty looking. Had a very small pool and only 5 ft deep and 3 ft in shallow area. Pool wasn't very clean looking. Could of gotten a really nice room and about $30 cheaper at the casino with valet parking security cameras extremely nice hotel numerous amenities plus the casino and sauna entertainment area business suits music concert area bigger nicer cleaner pool and much deeper etc. Was not very impressed at all was really disappointed.

My room had new carpet, bedding and furniture. It was very clean as a matter of fact the bleach was very strong. The registration area was also new and clean. The only thing I felt was out if place was when I opened the door and walked in there was a large toy across the floor so you had to walk around it to get to the registration desk. The owners children were sitting on the floor as you entered playing games on the floor. I did not eat breakfast. Check in was smooth.

Common areas were hot and musty. Night manager made us 4 keys that didn't work and then walked us up to let us in. So we had no working key until 3 am when she tried again. The Wi-Fi didn't work, wasted 30 — 45 min trying to connect. Manager said there were too many guests on. Service attitude was good. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool looked good. Coffee was good, OJ was sunny delight sugary thing. Nothing edible except apples, Raisin Bran and yogurt.

Decent place. Comfy bed. Clean enough! The grout wasn't even grimy. Mgmt says they got all new mattresses. Would recommend.

Where did I begin. 1. Said it was a casino hotel resort but it was 13 miles from the casino. 2. Walked into the room and had to walk all the way across the room to turn on a light because the entryway light didn't work. 3. Found a bug crawling on the bedside table. 4. Spider crawling above the bed. 5. Waffle maker looked cruddy. 6. Christmas garland was still up in the dining room. 7. Room was hot until about 3 a. M.

The room was fine, the staff were great.

Rooms do not look like what's advertised online. Very outdated and smelled weird. Housekeeping would not quit knocking even though we had "do not disturb" sign displayed. Room was pricey for what it is.

My dad recently stayed at the Days Inn in Lake Village and was very satisfied with his room.

The 1/2 pillows are terrible and the mattress is like a slab of stone.

Dated rooms but clean. Not much choice in the town. Good location.

I really wish I could take stars away from this dump. One is exponentially too many. This is a "100% Smoke Free Facility" however, when we opened the door to our room, we were nearly knocked to the floor by the stench of FRESH cigarette smoke. We had to drive around the building and roam the halls for half an hour due to the lack of given directions from the 17 year old front desk clerk. After finally finding our "room" I had to ask for towels for my wife to shower. The clerk seemed like she wanted a bribe to oblige. It wouldn't even be so bad if the air conditioner worked well enough to stifle the smoke smell in the mid summer humidity. This has got to be the best crack hotel I've ever seen. I'm sure the working women love this place. Fin.

Friendly staff. Smelled and appeared clean. We had a non smoking room and it didn't smell like smoke. Yay. Comfortable bed. Nice room. But had very dingy towels and the office chair had a nasty stain. Didn't use those. Had a keurig coffee maker and did not work. Overall good stay.
