Excellent accommodations and delicious waffles, every morning. I thought I was gonna have to pay the kids, to get the ot off the pool. And the staff was wonderful. (Please fix that front door "after-hour" scanner)

The staff was so sweet. Very beyond clean and I would live there… I loved it.

Enjoyed the stay, staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own pillows. I like a soft firm pillow and theirs were not had nothing to them. We went and bought some at Wal-Mart.

Nice rooms and plenty of parking. Close to downtown. Would stay here again.

Rooms are huge but a bit dated. Cleanliness could be improved. Parking was tight and the parking lot was not in the best condition. Front desk area had a weird smell.

Front desk staff was very helpful and nice. Pool and hot tub were clean. Gym was very limited. Free Wi-Fi was nice along with continental breakfast.

Angelo and Brian as well as the cleaning staff made for the most enjoyable stay at any hotel I have ever been too. The rates are great. Very clean. Amazing breakfasts with so much daily variety. And fresh baked cookies to enjoy all day. They make you feel at home and we will be back for sure. Did not see or hear anyone have a negative experience. Smiles everywhere.

Stayed for two nights got here feeling drained and emotional staff couldn't have been better had a blast as well as them watching us on cameras will count this as my new home away from home wonderful experience.

My daughter, grandchildren and myself, Decided at last minute to stay the night, the desk clerk was wonderful arranging a room close to the pool, she even gave them backpacks with activities in them. We were able to check in early. Everyone was wonderful, room clean and comfortable. The kids requested for us to stay because they enjoyed our stay before.

Staff was very helpful, rooms clean, service was great. Breakfast was good as well. I recommend this hotel for your next vacation stay.

Comfortable room and very nice staff. Check in and out was very quick. This hotel has a lovely indoor pool and workout room. Plenty of fresh hot coffee and parking. Easy access to the highway and close to the central town. There are several fast food restaurants close and many good eateries within a couple of miles.

Very friendly staff, nice lobby, good warm shower, clean, nice breakfast. A little older but they claim to be remodeling soon.

I'm sorry if this is not enough detail but, the food was good, the excercise room, and they had nice service.

I stayed at the super 8 the night before and they had more updated rooms for cheaper. Then the Country Inn over charged my card for 2 nights and and $120 for incidentals that I didn't use and the room was undamaged. I paid cash. They said it would be reimbursed. The room was finally reimbursed but the nonexistent incidentals were not. I have been trying to get a hold of them by phone to figure out how to get them to return my money. They have not picked up any calls since the first time I had called a few days ago. I do not recommend. If you are uncomfortable in the area where the Super 8 or the Holiday Inn is located make the drive to Smackover.

I decided to stay here after speaking with a local business owner and reading a few reviews online. I am so glad I did! Noel was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make my stay pleasant. I only briefly met the manager but she was also very kind and enthusiastic about some upcoming modifications in the breakfast lounge. The room was VERY nice, very clean! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I absolutely plan to stay here again and again when I'm in town. My only regret. Was having to leave. Lol.

To bad you cant rate a hotel on service alone let me tell you the service here gos by the motto service is not something you get or earn we simply have no service for you you want service go to hotel service! no lie from the snobby owner to the desk clerk you get the feeling like you owe them something just to stay here and im not talking about the room rate. Do your self a huge favor if you do not like to argue with people stay away from this place ultimately the worst hotel in america just on service.

Lovely rooms, clean and well maintained, excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful, easy and very clean. When in the area, we will definitely stay here.

We were VERY pleased with our stay at Country Inn and Suites of El Dorado. Honestly one of the nicest motels we have stayed in and we have traveled a lot in the past 5 years. Good breakfast, friendly staff and a clean, quiet room. What more could you ask for.
