We love staying at La Quinta hotels. They are always super clean and the staff is always friendly. The complementary hot breakfast is the best I have ever had at a hotel. We will be staying at La Quinta locations from now on when we need a hotel!

Wonderful experience. Clean room, pool, hot tub, and grounds. Pet friendly, with ample grassy areas AND bags/trashcans. Friendly and attentive staff. We felt well taken care of. Its always tough to pick a hotel in smaller towns when youre on a road trip, but you can rest well here at this la quinta.

I am so disappointed. I am currently staying here and the main worker at the front desk, who claims she is a manager here but states the manager isn't here, has been so incredibly rude. We were needing a some plastic ware for dinner and whenever I called down to the desk, she snapped saying we would have to come downstairs and get it. So we did and she watched us look for it before asking what we were looking for. When we said we needed some plastic ware, she kept saying, "what do you mean by "some? " When we clarified that we needed a couple of forks and knives, she kept saying, "what do you mean by SOME? ". It was very strange and she was being so very rude. When we thanked her, she tossed the plastic ware towards us. I called down and asked to speak with a manager and she kept asking what the complaint was about, and I told her I needed to speak with a manager (because I knew speaking with her was not what I wanted. ) I will know next time to take my business somewhere else, where the staff is more helpful and civil.

This hotel could have got 4 stars out of me. The rooms were clean, the pool was nice, it was in a decent location and the dog area was tidy. However there was a man outside sitting in his truck, he was drinking heavily and was making guests feel uncomfortable. When we called the front desk to report this man we were told " We don't have a policy against it". My question was not "Do you have a policy". My question was "Can you have someone make sure that this man is of no harm to himself or guests? ". This is not good customer service! If a guest reports something potentially dangerous at your establishment it is your responsibility as an employee and decent human being to at least call the proper authorities. Don't worry though, we ended up doing it for you.

Clean affordable and good eats near by just don't expect much to be open after 9 p. M.

So far we've had a good experience. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. But. I would highly recommend checking the pool chemicals ASAP. You weren't able to see the bottom of the pool it was so cloudy, which is really bizarre. It's not often that I need to give my children baths immediately after they get out of the pool because they smell terrible. I'm used to pool chemical smells. This was different. Other than that, so far so good.

Two thumbs up! Got in around 1am! No problem checking in and the room was clean. The facility is well kept! There are improvements being made but that did not hinder a wonderful stay. Thank you for a much needed rest. We look forward to our next visit…

We have stayed here a couple of times. We love that they will allow our dogs while we are traveling. This location is great because you have food options close by and the interstate is right there close as well. I will say I gave 4 stars instead of 5 though because the beds are not very comfortable.

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds. We'd stay there again if needed. Only two pets per room, so that could be a challenge for people travelling with multiple furbabies.

Very nice rooms. For $103 got a king size bed with fridge, microwave, a recliner, a TV that was probably 37" or so, a desk and chair, great lighting all around the room as well. Bathroom is big. Complaints would be they removed all the vending machines to replace them with frozen and small snack items that were wildly overpriced, especially as a burger king is 100 feet away from the entrance. No thanks. They still had vending machine signs up with arrows, so I spent a good ten minutes going back and forth thinking I'd somehow missed them. Other than that, a nice place… TV had a nice on screen guide with lots of premium movie channels included.

Clean and comfortable. I liked the indoor pool but it was not heated enough to be enjoyable during my January stay. I stayed in the nice hot tub instead.

Area is nice. Parking lot is well lit and easily accessible. Room seemed a little poorly cleaned. May have just been one bad staff member or simple oversight and I got unlucky. The rest of the hotel seemed okay in comparison.

I would have given a 5 star but the person at check in wanted to debate whether Gold members received 2 upgraded rooms per year. I asked if an upgrade was available and she told me only Elite members received the upgrade. After traveling all day I surrendered but probably would have put up a fight if I had more energy. Its important for La Quinta asscociates to know the membership levels, as they are the "face" of the company and are on the front lines.

I was with the kersting family, we were all REGISTERED… ie. Paid a lot of money to stay there guests and we asked Kelly (the front office lady) beforehand if we could use the breakfast facility to eat she said YES. It was only AFTER we set up our food, plugged in our crockpots brought our own plates silverware etc. She decided to tell us we could no longer be there and we would have to pay $150 to move to another room… What a joke. Also yes the police were there, NOT as a guest but taking a person out of the hotel, and my husband had to call the police because a loud truck was running right outside our room between the hours of 2am and 3am. Please do NOT dismiss my sister's complaints and make excuses for your hotels shortcomings. The balistars on several lights throughout the place were making the lights flash continuously. The pool and hot tub were very cold and the walls in the rooms were all bare. The carpet in our room was also pulling up by the hot tub and could be a tripping issue. Our family will be finding a new motel to be spending our money in the future! Oh and also when we asked to talk to a manager Kelly (who was very argumentative) said She already spoke with one and would no longer help us. It was very unprofessional and like I said it will be our last stay.

This was absolutely the most ridiculous place I have stayed, the pool and hot tub were broke down, the police were here on 3 different occasions and we were unable to use the conference room for our family to eat christmas dinner which we had call ahead of time to verify and they confirmed it would be ok then we got here and they said it would be an additional 150.00 dollars. Kelly was the lady working at the front desk and would not allow us to speak to a manager.

La Quinta has pretty good beds, and some pretty good food. They have good soap and showers, they just need to fix the vents that are close to the pool.

Great, clean rooms and wonderful customer service. Dogs and family all enjoyed our stay.

One of the cleanest/nicest hotel I've stayed in around central Arkansas. "Very Modern", they offer everything you could want, great breakfast, indoor swimming pool, exercise room, meeting room for holding conferences etc. With a very friendly staff. Wifi, Direct TV w premium channels, just a clean and very nice hotel!

Very nice. Stayed twice in 3 weeks. Rooms are updated, clean and quite. Staff was great. Only downside is it is a dog friendly hotel and there was a yapper down the hall…

It was an easy check in process. The room was nice and clean. The only complaint was that a alarm keep going off in the morning from one of the rooms.

The kids were very disappointed that they couldn't use the pool. It was open, but it was so murky that we couldn't see the bottom. Yuck! I'm still rating 4 stars because the rest of our stay was just fine. The beds were comfortable. The walls were think but didn't cause us any disturbance. The breakfast was more than adequate and had more options than many hotels. It's situated just far enough off the highway to escape the noise but close enough to be convenient for a stop on our travel.

Room was very new and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice new bathroom fittings, although the shower controls would have been impossible to figure out without the instructions that were fortunately provided; talk about putting style before function! Breakfast was very good, plenty of seating and well kept. The indoor pool's opaque water frightened us enough that we didn't risk swimming in it; needs some attention there. Very close to several convenient restaurants that we had our pick of when we walked to dinner.

Very helpful staff. A quick response to our room problem was sufficient to meet our needs. Breakfast was good and noon checkout appreciated. Location just off the Interstate.

Awesome place! One of the best La Quinta, s I've stayed at. Wonderful staff, new clean hotel with indoor pool and hut tub! Parking is not the most plentiful especially if you have a trailer. Close to everything.

Nothing but good things to say about this La Quinta. We drive through often on our way to or from Houston, and we always stay at La Quintas for the dogs, but this has been by far the best one in the area. Parking lot is well lit, with obvious security cameras around all sides. Rooms were updated with comfortable beds (and actually decent pillows) and the shower was great! Also fairly quiet, though the dogs could hear everyone moving around. No issues with breakfast. Your typical free hotel fare. We will stay here again.

A great place to stay with a family. Facilities are good and the price is great but the staff is amazing. My daughter got sick during our stay. They were very caring and provided cleanup Immediately… A couple of times. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice facility receptionist was very well mannered. The breakfast was very good and free I might add. Overall highly recommend.

The room had the standard features of a La Quinta king plus couch — king bed, fold — out couch, desk, mini-fridge, mini microwave, mini coffeepot. In addition, though, it had two armchairs in a somewhat separated area with the couch. Theres also a tiled entryway in the room, which is better for pets. This property is newer than the other La Quintas we've stayed in, which is probably why it costs more for the same room (that plus location). The breakfast offerings are also a bit more interesting than usual. (They had sausage links, biscuits, white gravy, and breakfast potatoes in addition to the usual when we were there. ) My only complaint is that the closet door looks just like a mirror on the wall. It wasn't until I figured out where the hinges were that I was brave enough to pull on the other side until it opened. The non-standard shower control has a sign explaining how to work it; maybe the closet door should, too.

It's in a good location. The hotel is nice. The pool and hot tub are amazing!

The rooms looked nice, the bass were comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

Room and pool was great. Only complaints were the night staff at the front desk was completely rude and only 3 pillows per bed.

Not sure if it was just that this was a different La Quinta, a different state, or what. But this was the best hotel we stayed at during a family trip. The beds were fantastic, the shower, simply put, was the best I've used in a hotel ever. This location is certainly marked for the next time I find myself driving across Arkansas.

Our room was comfortable. The bed was big. My reason for an imperfect rating is that the water pressure in the shower is lower than I like.

The property was very clean. Seema at the front desk was very friendly. Housekeeping was on top of their game and the breakfast was amazing and the kids loved the pool. I will be coming back to this hotel again.

The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. My and my wife's only complaint are the walls seem very thin, and unfortunately there is no vent or fan in the bathroom. Over all, very satisfied with the stay.

Very clean! Very nice staff! Nice lighted parking lot! My kids thank you for the free Wi-Fi! There has to be a night owl above us — walked/stomped around all night. Otherwise great night & reasonable price.

We've stayed here several times over the past 5 years and it seems to get worse each year. This year, we actually checked out a day early because we couldn't sleep due to the loud noise (slamming doors, thin walls, dogs barking, etc. ). We've never had a problem with the staff and the facilities are reasonably well-kept. This year, we're moving down a couple of exits and trying out a newer hotel.

We get a Corp discount for choosing LaQuinta Inn and during check in the tattooed desk clerk refused to honor our company's discount even though we had proof that my husband worked there. We asked her to call and verify she refused again told us any one could walk in and say they worked there, but we had proof. She then invited us to leave unbelievable we went next door to Hampton Inn they honored our discount without proof and it was not even one of the hotels on our Corp list. Great service.

This isn't a brand new hotel but it is only 5 yrs old. It's in great shape. Staff are friendly. There is an IHOP next door. They even have a small indoor pool and jacuzzi. My only complaints are minor. A) They don't carry USA Today. Yea. I know. Petty, but who doesn't carry USA Today? b) If you have a pet they make you sign a page long pet agreement. I get it. Newer property. Pets could ruin it. Number one on the agreement is 1) you will not leave your pet alone in the room. Sounds like a reasonable request except that it doesn't say "don't leave in room alone without being crated", it says "don't leave alone in room. What is someone traveling alone to do? Put their pet in their car if they decide to get a bite to eat? I enjoyed this property. I hope the property reconsiders their policy.

We were on a road trip from Kentucky to Texas and stopped here one night. Friendly staff, huge rooms, very clean and pet friendly at no extra cost. This place is a great choice.

I'm sure the place would have been phenomenal but unfortunately I was turned away and lied too. First there were no rooms available and then it was because I'm a 20 year old man rather than a 21 year old man. I needed a place to sleep after driving 15 hours. I offered a security deposit also. Unbelievable. So much for "southern hospitality" at the La Quinta inn.

Very comfortable room. Enjoyed our stay. However, we left our laptop in the room. No problem! Received it in a matter of days. Thank you, Estellita. Really appreciate you and all your efforts. A big thank you to all the staff. And their coffee is good, too.

My room was very clean, very nice and very comfortable. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The location is great because you are close to several restaurants and shopping centers, but far enough away from busy streets so that it is still quiet. The indoor pool and hot tub were wonderful! Both were clean and the temperatures were perfect. (There was snow and ice outside during my visit! ) The breakfast area was great. They served a large variety of food and drinks, which was also well maintained. I can't express enough how clean this hotel was during my visit, which is the most important thing to me. I will definitely return to and recommend this La Quinta.

Great hotels as per other reviews. In a convenient location near a Walmart and many eating establishments and access to I-30 and plenty of grass area for the pets.

We have been traveling cross country and by far this is the nicest LQ we have stayed at yet! VERY NICE.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. From the check in by a very knowledgeable youg lady to check out by a very knowledgeable young man. We never used the pool or exercise room but it looked very accommodating. We also never got to eat the breakfast as we checked out early the next morning. Overall the room was immaculate. They even supply clean up bags for your dogs. Unfortunately there are a lot of slobs around. In the morning when we left there was a pile of poop right beside the bag disposer and garbage can that someone did not have the gumption to bend over and pick up. People like that make it bad for all pet owners. We do not travel a lot but it works out that we are in the Little Rock area once per year. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again next year.

Great stay! The staff was friendly and had lots of goodies at the front desk (my husband was happy with the complimentary gum). Pool was nice. Breakfast was good.

Love this pet friendly hotel. We were traveling with 3 adults and 1 small dog. The suite we booked had more than enough room for us and our dog had plenty of space to roam after beeing in a car for 10 hours. Our suite was clean and beautiful. We had easy access to stairs and an elevator. Pleased with the doggie bags and waiste located right outside the doors. Excellent design in landscape for the dogs with just enough grass area. Breakfast was excellent. Was disappointed with no smoking. However, the pet friendly hotel was well worth it and a good price.

The service here is tops! They have helped me (my customers) in a great time of need. They are involved in the community, reaching out to help, giving back to the area. I would stay here over other places! Very clean, very nice people.
