I had no trouble finding it. Right off exit 118 just like the friendly staff told me. I left before the breakfast bar was open so I can't comment about the breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and that's all I care about. Oh yes, I was in room 117, and there was NO street noise. I did keep the fan running as I always do to help with sleep. I slept all night long!

Place is extremely hard to get to and you can hear the express traffic especially every 18 wheeler that travels I-30

My daughter and family moved to Benton area in 2007. We have stayed here MANY times since! The staff is like family. They have a wonderful outdoor pool. They allow pets which is primary for us & have a large area to walk them. This is one of the original Best Western buildings which has been well maintained. We prefer outside entrances to rooms, instead of a hallway. We highly recommend! 5

We loved staying here. Great room, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and affordable rates. We lived the quick access to I-30. We will definitely stay here again.

Got a good nights sleep and delicious breakfast. Facilities well maintained and friendly staff. Will probably come back on our return trip. Walmart less than. 25 of a mile away and they have diesel. I am a happy camper!

Extremely disappointed and furious at the management of this “2 star” establishment. I stayed there one weekend and had to return to Benton the next weekend. Upon checking in, the owner expressed to me I needed to make an additional $50 deposit because she did not know me. I am also a Best Western rewards customer, but I suppose to her I looked shady. Perhaps it was because I was exhausted from a family death and wanted to sleep? NEVER in my entire life has anyone treated me that way. I took my money and went to Bryant Comfort Inn suites and SAVED money! The room, cleanliness, location, service, breakfast and staff were on a much “higher scale” than at the Benton Best Western. I lived in Benton 20 years and I DO NOT leave bad reviews nor talk negatively about business owners. I too am a business owner. HOWEVER, in this case, I am being as nice and professional as I possibly can about my experience there.

Oooooohhh boy this place was great. We were on our way back to Texas when we found this place, and the rooms were cheap, the continental breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and quiet. I would definitely say that you should stay here.

It is a fine motel style Best Western. You can drive up pretty close to your room and there is a pool outside which was fine. It is Arkansas and you have to be on the West bound side of the expressway to get there.

Jan is my favorite person in the world (hotel supervisor) and I will miss her forever. Pick this as your hotel! Perfect. Outstanding service. Breakfast from 6-9 on weekdays, not just cereal, but seriously good waffles. Good beds and clean. It’s older but come on people, WAFFLES AND JAN. Plus don’t use Expedia use best western, better prices.

My husband and I absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are always clean, the staff is nice and check in & check out is a breeze. The favorite of this hotel is the beds, they are so comfortable! I have back and hip problems and when I sleep on their mattresses I do not wake up hurting at all. I highly recommend this hotel! This is our go-to hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful, room clean, bed and pillows comfortable, pool area nice, easy access to interstate. I make a round trip from TX to TN at least once per quarter and always stay here. Best Western has a very generous rewards program.

What room was clean brass was good good place to lay your head down if you're tired and in the area.

I have stayed at this property several times now and have found it to be very pleasant. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants and is very nice for the price I paid. The rooms on the back side are very quiet since they face away from the traffic on the highway. I will definitely stay here again.

Rioms were very clean, front desk staff was very helpful and polite. The lighting on the outside was amazing. I felt very safe!

This is a "motel" NOT a "hotel". You will get what you pay for no matter what they claim to be. Next time, just pay the extra few dollars and choose Holiday Inn Express or Courtyard by Marriott. You will be glad you did.

Only stayed one night but room was roomy and clean. Hotel staff were very polite at check-in and check-out. Breakfast was good — had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, along with some lighter items. Wall unit provided some noise buffer for close busy interstate. Will stay again if I’m ever in Benton.

Might have been the cleanest room I've ever been in, and I've stayed in VERY expensive/nice hotels. The breakfast options weren't as broad as I hoped. If you're looking for clean room and good sleep, this is the best deal in Benton/little rock.

Clean room and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Our only complaint had to do with the lack of street signs in the town! We would stay here again. Only neg. Comment is the landscaping and pet area need some improvement.

This motel has been updated but still has dated features. Outside entrances only! Clean, comfortable and quiet room and friendly, professional staff. Clean, safe area on I30 frontage road. Good value!

Very impressed with the cleanliness of entire facility (room, lobby, breakfast, outdoors). The breakfast was very good and area very clean. The employees had very good and welcoming attitudes. I would definitely stay here again and will try other locations.

Great location. Well lit and feels safe. I generally expect low quality with cheaper motels, but I've stayed here multiple times and each stay has went well. Great motel for a low price!

The overall experience was good. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Our room was a bit dated but comfortable. The mattress was a bit hard but clean.

Great breakfast with friendly staff. We are late risers so didn't have a lot of time for breakfast (closes at 9 during the week, 9:30 on Saturday) They came over and made sure we had everything we wanted before closing it up. We also forgot a couple things and they were able to ship it to us and just charge the shipping cost to the card we had on file which was easy and worked out great. Bathroom was pretty small and I prefer interior doors to exterior, but it was clean and nice looking. Also had a fridge and microwae in the room which was nice.

Considering the price of hotels these days, it is a good value for the $$. The breakfast could have had a better 'hot' menu variety. The front desk was very helpful in explaining the Best Western rewards program as we are new to it. The room was exceptional.

Overall, the hotel was OK. The room was dated and a bit run down but was clean overall. The proximity to the highway also means the rooms are a bit noisy at night. The breakfast was nothing special. However, the hotel is close to I-30 and restaurants so it is very good for travelers passing through the area. This hotel offers excellent value for the money.

Very nice 2 night stay while attending a family yearly function. Have stayed here in the past and appreciate the updates! Room was much better than last year. Breakfast was so-so. Staff was great as usual! Price is comparable for the immediate area. Will be staying again for sure.

Stopped in was real tired from traveling from Texas loved the hospitality the room was clean the bed was comfortable and loved the pool! … ever that way again will stay the night again! :)

Beds were comfy. Love the fact in the shower is a permanent non-slip mat. Reminded me of home. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. Right of the highway and easy to get back on too. Though I didn't try it, there's a cafe next door and it must be good cause there were a LOT of cars and people waiting to go in.

I have stayed at this motel several times over the last year. Rooms always clean, friendly staff, truck parking for an 18 wheeler, the draw back for me is the location,, if you exit at the 118 you can run down the service road,, if you exit at 117 it's hard to cross into the parking lot due to heavy traffic on the service road.

For a hotel by the highway, not bad! I found the room to be very clean! Breakfast was great, I had sausage at every hotel, Hampton, Holiday Inn Express, and Best Western, we stayed in and Benton Best Western was the best! Staff was friendly too!

The king disabled room was amazing the staff so kind amazing breakfast clean room and pet friendly we loved our time there.

Best Western as always was a great place to stay the night. Clean rooms, great breakfast, and a friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone's overnight accommodations.

We just lost everything in a house fire, and this Best Western did everything in there power to make us comfortable. The Manager Jan was so sweet and understanding. We greatly apreciated it.

Clean rooms breakfast was awesome.

My room was a suite, which was huge and nice, it could use some updating and freshening up style wise. Breakfast was very good and I liked that they had hot and cold items. All employees were kind and helpful. My only con is that our room smelled slightly smoky. I would stay here again though.

Got in late last nite. Lady at front desk was awesome. It has truck parking. Room was nice and clean. Bed was really comfortable and pillows to. Breakfast was pretty good.

It was very clean, and nice. What I would consider as a normal hotel room. But the best part was the bed. If you want a great nights sleep then this is the place for you! I've never slept in a hotel bed that comfortable before! They are also a pet friendly hotel so that made it a plus for us.

The room was fresh and very clean, the front desk ladies was super friendly, and it was peaceful and quite. Thank you Best Western you have not disappointed us in the hotels yet.

This hotel is run by, or at least employs thieves. I checked out in the morning but forgot my phone charger so went back to get it. Went back to the room where housekeeping was already cleaning the room. The charger was gone from the wall right where I left it magically nobody has seen my charger that cost me $50. High speed gold plated 6 foot braided cord. I triple checked my bag I know I left it in the room. All they can tell me is sorry. The female that takes the dirty linens that looks cracked out and missing half of her teeth is who stole it. She didn't know anything about my charger but offered to give me her personal cheap charger out of her car. Yeah, red flag. She wasn't being nice. She was babbling after I told her I was making a report to the management, corporate, and the local authorities. If you stay here just know the place is being run by people who will steal from you and lie to your face.

The motel sucks. It looked great online but appearances are deceiving. No hot water, the shower curtain was to short so all the water soaked the bathroom floor, AC did not work, and the room was musty smelling.

Not terrible, not great. Kinda just what you expect from a hotel in this price range. TV has HDMI input, which is cool.

Great front desk service. Checked in and was in my room in less than 5 mins. Rooms were clean and Wi-Fi was fast. I'm not a motel fan but this was worth the stay. Lots of water pressure Which is usually nor the case and beds were comfortable as hell. Thanks all.

Nice place for the night I have stayed here > 10 times in the last 3 years while traveling for work. I usually can get a better rate online than what the front desk can offer. Rooms are clean, Wi-Fi is good. Continental breakfast is okay. This hotel accepts pets (which is why I stay here) for a per pet per night fee. Ample parking and room for my RV. Food and gas nearby to get ready to get back on the road in the morning. Solid hotel.
