This place isn't luxury but it's nice and the staff is so super nice. The best is comfortable, there is a mini fridge and microwave in the room and there's an indoor pool. The free breakfast that's included isn't anything to write home about (two varietes of cereal, frozen waffles, mini muffins, bread and juice) but it's free. I would stay here again.

When I arrived at the hotel approximately 10 minutes after 2pm the front desk clerk said that my room wasn't ready yet and that house keeping arrived late today and that they were behind. She asked me if I would like a 2nd floor room? I explained that I had bad knees and would wait for my original room. Approximately 20 minutes later the room was ready. When I was walking down the hallway there was an order that smelled really musty. When we got to our room I turned on the air conditioner and that same musty smell came out. We found mold on the beds, cockroaches in the bathroom. We left our room and came back around 11:30pm I tried to get some sleep but couldn't (kept on coughing). Finally at 3:30am I couldn't stand it anymore so we left to go home. I messed up because I should have read the reviews, I would Not have stayed there. If I could have given a zero I would have.

I haven't been to this Super 8 in (about) five years. They've done a lot of redecorating and the rooms look great. I felt comfortable and safe.

Great place. Great staff. Breakfast is typical. Truck parking. Peterbilt is next door. What more could you ask for. Just sayin.

Be sure to specify non smoking unless you are OK with the smell of stale smoke. Considering the lower prices not too bad of a deal.

Left to go to a different hotel Management and customer service was very poor. Rooms smelled like incense and cigarettes though management made a big deal about the no smoking policy. And then when o complained they tried to tell me that it was an air Glade freshener. Now ask yourself. If they can't be honest about that one little thing do you really want to stay there.

Close to freeway, close to ETHYLS SMOKEHOUSE, room rate didnt break the bank. Friendly staff. In wall a/c so rooms a little musty but tolerable, that just how those units all are. I would stay again. Small indoor pool too.

Well I stay there on the 12th Thru the 13th of this month. I took my granddaughter and we were going to have a wonderful time. They lied to us. I am disabled. First they told me when I made the reservation that there would be an elevator right by the pool that I can get up and down on. But there wasn't. I told them that I wanted a room by the pool no one could talk any English in that area. I had to walk carrying my stuff up at least 20 steps to get my things in my room. That's all I did was came up and down steps all day. I was hurting so bad that I couldn't walk. And I could not go swimming with my granddaughter. It was the worst experience I have ever had. They had very bad English and could not understand a word I was saying. The place was filthy, there were bugs, the outside of the hotel was a mess. They had a picnic table on the side that was all broken down and a grill that could not even be used. I had no toilet paper no kleenexes and it was hard for me to get them to understand what I wanted. I wouldn't even them one star. The place was a total mess and had an awful time. If anybody reads this that works for this company can you please call me. I'm sure you know my number.

Rooms are really nice. Breakfast is basic but was dealt with. 35 minutes from downtown St. Louis.

Drove 16 hours and finally get there and the secretary that booked the room entered the wrong date and even there were plenty of rooms available (hinting at the empty lot) they wouldn’t just move my date up or even cancel and get my money back. Our company will definitely never use another super 8. Plenty of other places.

Next to I-70. Lots of hiway noise. Had to get a pet room. We had a small dog. Cost 15$ extra per night. That was better than the 100$ per night that other properties wanted. Room came with " Continental Breakfast", fair to say the most. Waffle House down the street is a better breakfast choice. Took a shower, half hour after I got out, water had not as yet fully drained. Front desk very pleasant at check in. Check out in the morning, different front desk, so so personality. If we didn't have the dog, probably wouldn't have made this our choice. Room cost 91$.

There were bugs in the sink, and even though we called the front desk to tell them we were on our way, they hadn't turned our air conditioner on. It took almost 2 hours to cool the room.

When we experienced some car trouble a long ways from home, we thought we'd be in trouble and would have to settle for anything with a door and a bed. Having spent nights in seedy places before we were pleasantly surprised to find this place. The staff was friendly, the room clean and the bed was actually really comfortable.

The hotel smelled horrible throughout (marijuana? ). Only hotel I've stayed in without an elevator. The staff nicely asked to make sure we walked lightly since we would be on second floor. No wonder — the whole room shook even with the softest footsteps. I would not stay here again.

Great staff, great facility. Definitely a bargain if you're looking to stay just outside St. Louis.

The motel is very clean they have iron press to press your shirt I got a coffee machine they have a microwave or fridge hair dryer it was just a good time there.

Nice clean room/bath room nice people and not to expensive dog friendly! :)

Would NOT recomend! They came into room when I was gone and the DO NOT DISTURB sign was on the door! Wtf.

Somewhat dusty hallways and fixtures. The breakfast was sub par. Stained pillows but clean pillow cases. Rooms were decent but some updating needed, I. E: showers were patched not replaced, fridge did not work and although a non smoking room, could smell smoke on the carpet. Service was friendly though and accommodating.

Very nice husband and wife at the front… very nice comfy room. Everything and more for only $70

I have stayed in a multitude of hotels on several continents, in several countries and in many states. I have stayed in many that were more modern and newer, but I have never slept in a cleaner room, nor in a hotel with more accommodating hosts. They were very helpful with everything from directions to local addresses to helping set up an old dinosaur's Wi-Fi for him. I did hear one patron (who looked like he'd been drinking pickle juice) complaining about no meat or eggs on the breakfast buffet, but it was a pretty standard Continental breakfast. I certainly didn't go hungry. Maybe the fellow should pay twice as much somewhere else next time to get his gourmet breakfast. Me, I'll stay at the O'Fallon Super 8 again! I notice this review is under my bride's name for some reason, but the room was used by Morris Gresham.

I checked in Do the car troubles, the staff was very accommodating, friendly and above all treated me with empathy and respect. They even allowed me to stay until my car was repaired without any extra compensation. I highly recommend this Motel 8 for family and friends if your ever in O'Fallon stay here.
